In this paper ab initio HONDO calculations of SnCI4, SbCI5 and TiCI4 with H2S complexes have been per¬formed. All 35CI-NQR frequencies for above-men¬tioned nv-complexes are obtained by ab initio calcula¬tions. It was shown that ab initio calculations might be useful for the appropriate interpretation of experimen¬tal NQR frequencies. The optimized geometry of the complexes has been used to calculate the quadruple coupling constants, the ionization potentials, the MO composition and the orbit¬al energies for each of the compounds investigated. Our calculations have been pointed out that TiCI4, SnCI4 and SbCI5 complexes are somewhat stabilized. The most stable complex is SbCI5 that is in a good agreement with the experimental data. The stability of the complexes depends both on the stabilization of the occupied donor molecular levels and the vacant ac¬ceptor and donor levels.

Ontology is a knowledge about world as a whole. Union of ontology and science put some limitations on ontology, that are caused by need to co-ordinate language of science with language of ontology. Main characteristic features of science are logic and mathematics. Union of ontology and science could be successful only if ontology will have the same features. These requirements meets relative ontology based on a assumption that being is possible only through act of inequality, and non-being – through act of equality. Examining of inequality structure leads us to a need of considering in being act of equality as well. As a result we should refuse of considering problems of Being–Non- Being separately and proceed to united problem of Being–Non-Being. Inequality can be represented by mathematical subtraction. That allows to substantiate ontologically basic mathematical concepts: concepts of set and number. Mathematics become a part of ontology. Inequality is an idea. Equality is a matter. Being is a unity of matter and idea. Change of being can be fulfilled in two ways – material and ideal. Relation between both ways of change gives us three basic kind of being: somatic, anthropological and theological. In somatic being change is realized by means of material way. In anthropological being – both material and ideal ways are equally available. Theological being uses ideal way of change. Development of world proceeds from somatic – through anthropological – to theological one.

In the article the science is considered a sociocultural system and a social institution, the directions of reciprocal influences of science and culture are set. The science is represented as a complex system, which exists as a cultural field. For this reason the author gives definition of culture, it implies an over-natural system and mixes material and moral artifacts. The science and scientific knowledge focus on understanding, research, explanation and modification of outward things. The author analyzes the sociocultural factors, which determine the formation of scientific knowledge, such as values, traditions, rules and regulations established by society; considers the change of outlook with the change of historical periods; gives examples of some scientific activity modifications. In the last decades the science becomes more than only the scope. It is also the ideology, the way of knowledge systematization. This process increases the level of mutual influence of science and culture. Consequently the science is a unique social institution, which sets trends to develop the main component of culture.

The MSSM with right-handed neutrino supermultiplets, gauged B−L symmetry and a non-vanishing sneutrino expectation value is the minimal theory that spontaneously breaks R-parity and is consistent with the bounds on proton stability and lepton number violation. This minimal B − L MSSM can have a colored/charged LSP, of which a stop LSP is the most amenable to observation at the LHC. We study the R-parity violating decays of a stop LSP into a bottom quark and charged leptons – the dominant modes for a generic “admixture” stop. A numerical analysis of the relative branching ratios of these decay channels is given using a wide scan over the parameter space. The fact that R-parity is violated in this theory by a vacuum expectation value of a sneutrino links these branching ratios directly to the neutrino mass hierarchy. It is shown how a discovery of bottom-charged lepton events at the LHC can potentially determine whether the neutrino masses are in a normal or inverted hierarchy, as well as determining the θ23 neutrino mixing angle. Finally, present LHC bounds on these leptoquark signatures are used to put lower bounds on the stop mass.

The NSVZ scheme is constructed in all orders for the renormalization group functions defined in terms of the renormalized coupling constant for Abelian N = 1 supersymmetric theories regularized by higher derivatives. For the other renormalization prescriptions the scheme-independent consequences of the NSVZ relation are investigated. It is explained, why for the renormalization group functions defined in terms of the bare coupling constant the NSVZ relation is valid for all renormalization prescriptions in the case of using the higher derivative regularization.

Among the categories of people who need public care, children-orphans and children left without parental care occupy a special place. The child's right to live and grow up in the family enshrined in the UN Convention On the rights of the child and the Family code of the Russian Federation. In the sphere of the family and marriage relations there are destructive processes that concerned also the Tuva family. Although for centuries the family for Tuvinians was an important and the only form of existence. Heavy nomadic life in harsh climatic conditions was too much alone, a man without family was doomed to extinction. In accordance with the guidelines of traditional culture, Tuvan family consisted of several generations, including all the relatives of both spouses that protected the people from incest. The Tuvinians lived in a community of 4–5 Yurts, basically, it consisted of father family and the separate families of the married sons with children. Other relatives also roamed near to another part of the AAL. The community was closeknit, there were cultivated customs and traditions of one kind or another. In this regard, the Tuvan traditions of the people associated with family values, that allowed us to solve the problems of children-orphans and children left without parental care are of great interest. The nomands traet with special care children with disabilities, orphans and children left without parental care. Society of nomads has always shown great attention to childhood as a special age group, requiring increased care. Historically vagrancy, begging, homelessness of children is not allowed. This experience can be useful for those working for the rights of protection of minors and for development of programs for prevention of social orphanhood, family trouble.

The article examines the role of universal educational actions in the development of information culture of the individual student as a component of human culture as a whole, objectively characterize the level of ongoing information relations. Essay works of M. M. Prishvin “In the land of never frightened birds” and “Magic bun” are considered within the framework study of the Northern text of Russian literature. The image of the Northern forest, created by the writer in these works, is capacious and complex, with mythopoetic symbolism. The art space of the forest in the works combines the real space-geographical and mythological spaces. Forest landscapes have deep mythopoetic framework, based on important Prishvin’s idea the one, indissoluble relationship and mutual reversibility between man and natural world surrounding him. The interconversion of man and nature creates perspective of a mythological panorama. In the analyzed description of the works of Mikhail Prishvin are found archetypal motives and mythologems that contribute to the mythopoetic creation of the topos of the forest. The mythmaking by M. Prishvin is a special way of mastering and cognition of the world, intuitive- natural communion with the basis of existance.

Based on the letters and memoirs of N. V. Shelgunov, V. O. Kovalevsky, N. G. Chernyshevsky and modern critical works, the phenomenon of emergence of marriage of convenience in Russia is considered. Untypical family models with a new attitude towards women are being investigated. The gender approach reveals a gradual change in the public consciousness of the role of women in the family and society. The article analyzes historical preconditions for the emergence of such a cultural phenomenon as marriage of convenience. The real implementation of the theory of “reasonable egoism”, proclaimed by N. G. Chernyshevsky in the novel “What Is to Be Done?”, is being studied. On the examples of family life of M. A. Obrucheva – P. I. Bokov, L. P. Mikhaelis – N. V. Shelgunov, S. V. Kovalevskaya – V. O. Kovalevsky and others, the fate of the participants of the love experiment can be traced. In the opinion of N. G. Chernyshevsky and his followers, a woman in marriage should not only obtain equal with a man rights, but also freedom. She can control her feelings. At the same time, men are liberators, by means of marriage helping a woman to avoid domestic despotism or giving an opportunity to get an education. In Russia the model of behavior of a noble man was conditioned by his desire to take responsibility for a woman, deprived of the civil rights by the society. N. G. Chernyshevsky showed what a decent person in Russia should do, without going beyond the framework of “reasonable egoism”. That is, in the conditions of social injustice, a man had to make up and give a woman what she did not receive from the society. The model of the noble altruistic behavior of a man firmly entered the consciousness and was developed by the part of the youth who shared the ideas of radicalism.

The author develops the simulation model in cylindrical coordinates, which is illustrated by a practical example. Based on the results of the simulation, it is argued that the developed algorithm is independent of the selected nodal network. This allows the author to quantify the curves of heat penetration in the critical point of the food, the lethality and the sterilization value of the process

Preliminary data reflecting the particular dynamics of biochemical processes, depending on hydrothermal and redox regimes. Is established that, in comparison with Western Siberia, in the gorno-altai mires the processes of anaerobic destruction of cellulose are more expressed.

This article shows that groups who profess an original model of resistance, consciously trying to adjust the setting on the primacy of the Modernist ideological constructions of culture and restore the status of culture in politics. This article examines the critical reception of women's literature, presented in correspondence of Goethe and Schiller 1798–1801 years. In European literature the becoming of canon of critical reception of women-authors’ works occurs at the end of the XVIII century and is associated with the names of Goethe and Schiller. Women's literary works in perception of classics intersects with the notion of “literary dilettantism” and different characteristics such as subjectivity, “fluidity”, “grace”, etc. The study of the corpusof the texts represented in the domestic criticism of the first half of the XIX century, reveals the criteria for evaluating women's literature which are identical to the German, European canon.

The idea of creation the model of training future mathematics’ teacher for the formation of the students’ universal educational actions in the context of reflexive approach technology is revealed. A detailed analysis of different approaches to the design of the pedagogical models is done. The expediency of a choice of synergetic paradigm and its principles as a methodological basis of creating a model of training the future teachers of mathematics for the formation of the students’ universal educational actions in the context of reflexive approach technology is proved. The importance of the process of self-governing development in modern education, a system-forming factor and mechanism of which is the reflection is emphasized. It is suggested that as a structural unit of the process of training of future teachers of mathematics the reflection macrocycle should be used. The process of preparation of future teachers of mathematics is considered as the progress of the macrocycles. Structural unit of the macro cycle of reflection is a microcycle of reflection, which allows to describe the organization of educational process in a pedagogical University at a particular lesson, taking into account the principles of synergetic. Model creation proves the expediency of use of the methodological principles of synergetics. The article defines a structural unit of the process of training of future mathematics’ teachers as the reflection macrocycle, and the educational process of training of future mathematics’ teachers as the reflection microcycle.
