The development of agricultural industry cannot be successful without solution of issues for providing this branch with qualified personnel. A rural school undoubtedly can and should become one of the potential resource for renewal of the labor-power for this branch of industry. This system should inherit all good conceptions of routine education, and the main focus should be made on the principle of integration. Productivity of Lactuca sativa, variety Moskovsky parnikovy growing in protected cultivation under fluorescent film luminescent with maximum of 615 nanometers is studied in dynamics. Change of conditions of plant cultivation by fluorescent film promotes accelerated growth, development and productivity improvement of Lactuca sativa relative to plants growing under unmodified film. Increase in productivity of Lactuca sativa in 1.5 times under fluorescent films is determined by increase in ratio IAA/ABA and decrease in content of АA in plants, and also conjugated with change of enzymatic activity of aboriginal soil microflora.

Every modern person is a part of the media communication in which a specific discursive ideology is formed. This type of ideology largely determines the worldview of contemporary members of discourse, and also forces prepared scenarios and behavioral patterns on the participants of communication. This ideological mindset has the influence on everyday life of members of discourse. The object of analysis of this research is discourse of radio. Studying the ways new discursive ideology is formed will allow us to reveal cognitive world models, which are reproduced in the discourse and to define the role of a discourse personality in creating the form and the content of the discourse of radio. The process of formation of new discursive ideology is reflected in the system if contemporary interactive genres. Discourse allows us to use a variety of factors while analyzing the ideology: mental, psychological, pragmatic, gender-based and others. Ideology is a result of the positioning of the subject in the discourse of radio and is revealed in the language organization of its existence, which requires a complex approach comprising all the aspects of the stated problem. Such methodology allows us to reveal the principles of discursive ideology formation and the models of speech behavior of the discourse personality; to determine the structural and functional peculiarities of new speech genres of the media-discourse and internal and external mechanisms of formation of the discursive worldview in the communicative space of the discourse of radio.

The article actualizes the problem of using new educational technologies in the process of higher education. Blended learning is shown as one of the mechanisms for the transition from the traditional model of providing training to the new model of “around the learner”, when the positions of the teacher and the student are changed. According to the author’s opinion, the model of blended learning in pedagogical higher school provides the necessary conditions for the student’s personal development as the subject of self-activity and prepares him for the implementation of this teaching model in the educational organization. The article presents the experience of using rotary technology of blended learning “Flipped classroom” in the teaching of pedagogical disciplines. Before coming to a flipped class students study theoretical material and prepare for seminars. Classroom work is devoted to the practical aspects of the theme – solving pedagogical tasks, analyzing educational practices, constructive elements of the educational complex and other kinds of work. After classroom work students independently summarize and systematize the teaching material by performing creative tasks of varying complexity. Interview of 120 respondents – students of five departments of Tomsk State Pedagogical University – allows to establish a holistic adoption of this model by students studying the organization of the course of pedagogy and the positive direction for the development of blended learning as an innovative teaching technology.

The article is focused on the separated syntactic constructions as a productive syntactic model which is used in the headlines of online quality press. The headlines from online archives of The Telegraph and The Independent dated back to 2015 and 2017 are used as the material for the study. The article is aimed at explaining the reasons for the use of the separated syntactic constructions in the headlines and singling out the main types of the separated syntactic constructions which are used in the headlines of online quality press. They are segmented constructions (binary separated constructions in which the segment (the first part) represents the main notion and the base (the second part) represents an utterance about the notion); joining constructions (syntactic complex containing two semantically connected utterances which are joining part and joined carrying some additional information); parcelled syntactic constructions (constructions containing the main part and parcelled part(s) which is (are) the rema of the headline separated by a punctuation mark); constructions with parenthesis (when structures of different syntactic levels (words, word combinations, predicate constructions or sentences) are included in the text of the headline to give a particular detail or to emphasize something); and separated syntactic constructions of mixed type (constructions of special type containing all above mentioned separated syntactic constructions as means of syntactic convergence). The article concludes that the separated syntactic constructions help to increase information content of the headline taking into consideration the peculiarities of online media and making the headline more expressive and attractive to the reader.

Typological features of the linguistic model of the publication are found in the headings, titles and texts. The stylistic consistency of the heading, title and text contains the semantic code of the type of publication and marks the professional degree of journalism.

Bykonya Valentina Viktorovna Fragments of the Mental Culture of the Selkup People through Nomination of Mythic Characters. // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2006. Issue 4 (55). P. 133-140

The paper suggests an etymological analysis of the proper names of heroes – characters of “heroes’ songs”, and mythological and folklore images. As it was found out the nominative units origin from stems meaning “magic, sorcery”, “witchcraft”, “fortunetelling”. The names, in their turn, form a semantic base for verbs meaning “beat”, “knock, whack”, “crush”, “twist, screw”, “roll”, i.e. – verbs denoting heavy physical impact onto the subject. The harder the applied effort is, the more malicious is the mythic character. The analysis of names of mythic ancestors, good and wicked spirits, sorcerers, magicians and wizards showed that they are widely represented in the system of nomination and in the system of word building of the Selkup language.

While dividing disadaptation into several types, it is taken into account that this phenomenon may appear in different degrees of intensivity, in different variants and can be caused by various things. The training of students depends on the purposeful choice of knowledge and skills, as well as the use of necessary information with the aim of correction of the personality of disadapted children and teen-agers.
