| 4104 | In this article the urgency of the problem related to the study of subjective wellbeing of collectors in the professional sphere is proved. The main results of ascertaining research are presented here. During this research the real conditions of collectors’ work, their subjective perception of these conditions, and also the satisfaction with the professional activity were studied. Psychology and Pedagogy explore it intensively. Firstly, this term appeared in Psychology at the beginning of XX century to expand knowledge about human and animal behavior. Psychological dictionaries present motivation through the relations between needs – motive – activity. Pedagogy studies mostly the motivation of learning and uses the terms “motive” and “goal” to explain the process itself. | 4115 | The article first describes the precedents of intermediate representation of the foreign-language author reception of translation on the example of the analysis of two German audio editions of S. Yesenin’s poetry of 2002 and 2003, in which selected poems are presented in the author’s reading, while their German equivalents are performed by translators and poets such as P. Celan (1920–1970) and A. Nitzberg (born in 1969). The first collection acquaints the listener with the image of S. Yesenin in direct adjunction to the individual style of P. Celan. In the second edition Yesenin acts as one of the representatives of Russian poetry, expressing the general literary tradition of the XX century. The authentic sound reproduction and the perception of originals and translations in audio collections allow us to speak about their high importance in a universal context of the reception of Yesenin’s heritage. | 4117 | The article deals with the conditionality of style and genre of a dramatic work, depending on the audience. V. Sollogub is an author of the two plays on Caucasian topic. One of them – “Night at dukhan” (“dukhan” – Caucasian avern) is adressed to the Russian public and represents a kind of the comic sketch close to a vaudeville. The other – “The Night before Wedding or Georgia in Thousand Years” is adressed to the Tiflis's audience and is written in genre of comedy-utopia. The playwright came to utopia in connection with his views on the future development of Caucasus. He saw the mission of Russian Empire in cultural conquering of the region and in interpenetration of Russian and Caucasian cultures. This was something like ongoing of peacemaking attitude of the Caucasian governor M.S.Vorontsov who practised a very wide politicy of enlightment. The plotline of the play is based on events contemporary for the author, and the illusion emerges due to plexus of the recognizable and straightly visionary episodes. The comic story does not prevent the playwright from giving deep characteristics of the present and the future. Sollogub touches upon a subject of the Western civilization, the Age of Enlightenment, the problem of nationalities in future, the women status. A detailed analysis of the problem proved that there is no decisive answer as to what conditions need to be imposed on the equation function. The primary way of solving such equations is taking the logarithm of both members of the equation, in this case some roots are lost. It should be noted that equations of such type are studied at school and pupils are to master the skills of solution to such equations. The article suggests algorythm of solution of these equations, analyses certain examples. The conclusions are drawn that solving such equations can greatly contribute to the development of students’ logical thinking as well as their abilities, intuition and cognitive power. The question of becoming a professional identity is studied in terms of creating a reference model of the expert system as professionally important qualities, abilities, knowledge and skills necessary for successful implementation. One of the main problems is the lack of education and lack of preparedness of specialists, in particular, clinical psychologists and educators. The study revealed that the majority of the ezamined is characterized by an average level of social intellect, and a high level of readiness for the second year of studies reaches a very small number of students. Teachers-psychologists are only half ready to correctional work with children with disabilities according to the criterion of social intelligence, because a cognitive component of psychological readiness corresponds to values of low and intermediate level. | 4122 | This article is considered as a form of interaction in media communication. Participation of subjects in religious discourse is the basis for the formation of dialogic communication. There are discourse’s mechanisms for the formation of dialogue interaction between communicants: it is value and psycho-speech coordination of participants in communication. Representatives of religious discourse (clergymen and interactive addressees) are subjects of dialogue. Also they are participants in the mass media discourse. Interaction by the subject of communication is occurred in the communicative space (this is the genres of the forum and blog). The features of the interaction of the two discourses are revealed through the analysis of dialogic communication. At first public dialogue as an atypical form of communication for the Orthodox faith reflects the situation of weak coordination of the participants’ positions. Secondly the technical form of Internet communication isn’t conducive to dialogue on the basis of religious values and presumptions. The result of this interaction reflects typological changes in religious discourse – adaptation to the mass media’s norms and conditions. The interaction in the space of religious discourse oriented to orthodox dogmas, traditions, values. The topics of the dialogues are not only religious life, but also worldly interests. The format of the dialogue actualizes a complex of subjective (value priorities of the individual, psychoemotional, social aspects) and objective (discursive state, ideology, collective experience) factors. The problem of professional choice in a situation of uncertainty raises the importance of scientific understanding and finding practical solutions to support school graduates in the process of professional self-determination. This is particularly an issue for rural school graduates. The problem was addressed in domestic and foreign Pedagogy and Psychology at different times in history. The attitude towards the problem of professional choice is changing. Whereas it was more often considered in the context of professional self-determination, it is now the subject of independent research. The purpose of the article is to reveal the features of the professional choice by rural school students in the changing ideas about the essence of professional choice as a psychological and pedagogical problem. Material and methods. The empirical base of the study is represented by 15–18 years old school students and the middle-aged population of rural settlements in the north and south of the Tyumen region. The survey was attended by 200 people. The content of the questions is aimed at evaluation of the confidence and validity of the professional choice and general awareness in various aspects of the attractiveness of traditional and modern occupations. Basic methods: analysis, synthesis, generalization, questioning. Results and discussion. The authors examine professional choices in different contexts. The first context reflects the needs of society and the state in the professional development of an individual in a knowledge economy. The second context shows the need for a theoretical and methodological justification of the development of the content and scope of the concept of “professional choice”, its factors and mechanisms. The third context characterizes the peculiarities and problems of choosing a profession by rural school students. Conclusion. The results showed that, in general, there is a lack of maturity among school students in choosing a profession and understanding its importance in life values realization. The position of the parents is aimed at supporting children in their independent choice. The professional choice depends on the regional specificities, demand for occupations in a given territory, personal preferences, and the occupational prestige. | 4136 | The paper is devoted to the identification of the composition of structural fragments of humic acids (HA) extracted from the peat in the peat bog of Balanak. The alkyl elements predominate in the composition of HA, and the amount of oxygen-containing functional groups and phenolic fragments is reduced. The identified characteristics of the composition of HA are connected with the slow processes of peat formation in the North-Eastern Altai. It is shown that with the increase of the degree of the peat decomposition in humic acids the degree of aromaticity increases, and the amount of carbohydrate and alkyl fragments decreases. | 4139 | The major results of the study of land ownership and population dynamics of ufa cossacks in the second half of XVIII – first half of XIX centuries are stated. According to the sources, mounted Cossacks in Ufa have appeared only in 1660-s. Initially Ufa Cossacks used suburban hay lands and pastures on equal terms with other military and serving population of the city. They also had the exclusive right of fishing on the Belaya River within the city for a long time. Analysis of the statistical material showed that over the 1755 to 1844 period staff size of the Ufa Cossacks held constant and came to 150 people, and along with retired Cossacks the population in different years came to 300 Cossacks.
