| 4104 | In modern conditions of development of our state, the social role and value of a healthy lifestyle is growing. One of the priority tasks of educational practice is the transformation of understanding the specifics of health as the life value of a future generation of citizens. This topic is of particular interest in relation to representatives of extreme professions, in particular to employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation, whose professional suitability has always been given special attention. Of course, the activities of law enforcement agencies are often associated with stressful conditions and the resulting health risks. In light of this, close attention should be paid to the issues of the formation of a value attitude, value orientations and value orientations towards a healthy lifestyle as part of the professional training of cadets of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The purpose of the work is to consider and analyze such a value orientation as health among cadets of universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, in the framework of the formation of their ability to organize their lives in accordance with socially significant ideas about a healthy lifestyle (OK-9). Material and methods. The methodology “Value Orientations” by M. Rokich, based on direct ranking of the list of terminal and instrumental values, acted as a diagnostic toolkit. In addition, pedagogical observation, questionnaires and testing were used as research methods. Results and discussion. 175 cadets of the Federal State Budget Educational Institution of Higher Education “East Siberian Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia” were exposed to diagnostics: 87 first-year cadets and 88 fifth-year cadets. As a result, a statistically significant difference was revealed between the diagnosed groups and a positive dynamics was noted in the formation and development of a value orientation towards a healthy lifestyle among cadets of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the framework of their professional training. Conclusion. In the framework of educational and extracurricular activities, it seems possible to form value orientations and value orientations of cadets of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, including a healthy lifestyle as an integral attribute of their future professional activity. The main task of educational organizations of the system of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia is to create the necessary legal, infrastructural, organizational, including psychological and pedagogical conditions, to form the ability of cadets to organize their life in accordance with socially significant ideas about a healthy lifestyle by creating a health-saving and health-forming educational environment. | 4105 | Introduction. The problem of professional choice in a situation of uncertainty raises the importance of scientific understanding and finding practical solutions to support school graduates in the process of professional self-determination. This is particularly an issue for rural school graduates. The problem was addressed in domestic and foreign Pedagogy and Psychology at different times in history. The attitude towards the problem of professional choice is changing. Whereas it was more often considered in the context of professional self-determination, it is now the subject of independent research. The purpose of the article is to reveal the features of the professional choice by rural school students in the changing ideas about the essence of professional choice as a psychological and pedagogical problem. Material and methods. The empirical base of the study is represented by 15–18 years old school students and the middle-aged population of rural settlements in the north and south of the Tyumen region. The survey was attended by 200 people. The content of the questions is aimed at evaluation of the confidence and validity of the professional choice and general awareness in various aspects of the attractiveness of traditional and modern occupations. Basic methods: analysis, synthesis, generalization, questioning. Results and discussion. The authors examine professional choices in different contexts. The first context reflects the needs of society and the state in the professional development of an individual in a knowledge economy. The second context shows the need for a theoretical and methodological justification of the development of the content and scope of the concept of “professional choice”, its factors and mechanisms. The third context characterizes the peculiarities and problems of choosing a profession by rural school students. Conclusion. The results showed that, in general, there is a lack of maturity among school students in choosing a profession and understanding its importance in life values realization. The position of the parents is aimed at supporting children in their independent choice. The professional choice depends on the regional specificities, demand for occupations in a given territory, personal preferences, and the occupational prestige. The paper develops the definitions of the general and specific giftedness. It outlines the specificity of the supplementary education of children as a sphere facilitating the development of children’s giftedness, their creative and intellectual capacities. In the paper we present the comprehensive regional model of the supplementary education of children in physics and mathematics and training of preservice teachers. The model works on the basis of the Centre for the supplementary education in physics, mathematics and natural sciences at the pedagogical higher education institution (HEI). We present the mechanisms for solving contemporary problems of physical, mathematical and engineering preparation of the HEI candidates. We consider organizational, content, methodical and technological aspects of the work on the development of the children’s giftedness in the integrated regional educational space of HEI and the supplementary education organization. The work describes the model of pedagogical training of the HEI students. The model is aimed, firstly, at the development of the students’ abilities to meet the professional challenges, secondly, at the development of the regional gifted children supplementary education. The paper presents the general overview of the outcomes of the implementation of the model considered. On the basis of the outcomes we could conclude that the model had a positive impact on the regional supplementary education of children and pedagogical training. The relevance of the study is determined by the situation in the education system, when the active participation of members of the professional pedagogical community into the discussion of documents in the field of education on special Internet portals has become a bright positive trend in recent years. The aim of the study was to examine the motives of Internet users participating in such discussions. Material and methods. The edu.crowdexpert.ru web portal contains 17 government documents, in which 99,027 people participated. The motivation for participation, as well as other characteristics of the sample, were studied using a specially designed questionnaire, which was answered by 362 respondents. Results and discussion. It turned out that not only for teachers and administrations of educational organizations, but also for other school employees and simply active and interested in issues of education of Russian citizens, a desire to take an active part in the discussion of documents regulating the educational activities of the country is characteristic. As a result of the study, it was found that the main motives for participation in the public discussion of documents in the field of education were (in descending order of importance): personal interest to the discussed problem, the desire for professional growth and development, the desire to gain useful experience in discussing socially significant problems, the desire to improve professional status, the desire to get intellectual pleasure and the possibility of communicating with colleagues. With a high level of motivation to participate in the discussion of documents regulating the activities of the education system, the degree of the impact about many of the respondents is estimated low enough. Conclusion. The further direction of research can be the study of prospects and points of growth of Internet resources, which are organized to discuss important documents in the field of education within social and professional expertise because it gives an opportunity of real influence of professional community on the state meeting of education challenges, public legitimization of these decisions, creation of mechanisms of formation of public opinion and determination of ways of development of Russian system of education. This text is travesting performance of the adventures of Odysseus, the main hero of Homer’s epic poem of the same name. The review includes three monologues of the assistant director (pomoshnikrezhissera). These monologues are not directly related to the plot of modern Odysseus’s adventures. Based on the works by Y. M. Lotman the article examines these monologues as a particular case of text within a text / theater within a theater. | 4128 | In this article we are talking about linguodidactic and methodical potential of specialized lexicographical sources – dictionaries of slang units. It emphasizes the importance of data dictionaries for a foreign media – secondary language personality, mastering the Russian language as a foreign language. It is emphasized that the introduction of foreigners with dictionaries of jargon and their active use in educational activities, and everyday social and interpersonal communication contribute to effective adaptation of the alien within the Russian linguistic culture, effective development of lexical resources of the modern Russian language. These lexicographical publications are the basis of learning of the Russian youth slang by the foreigners who are actively using them as sources of material collection as the reference books contain extremely valuable information regarding the interpretation of the meaning of words and connotative components of these values. Fixing the unit in slang dictionary suggests mandatory setting of the correct accent, specification of the value, using the contextual features and connotative shades of meaning, which is also largely helps an alien as a secondary language person in his language practice to study Russian as a foreign language. In the course of questionning the informants in the audience of foreign undergraduates from China the author highlighted and justified a number of parameters which determine linguodidactic, didactic and methodological value of this type of dictionaries. John Friedman and Ekaterina Shevchenko, the authors of the first monographs on Erdmann, were among the speakers at the second conference held at TSPU. Drama researchers Valentina Golovchiner, Oksana Yurchenkova (Rusanova), Olga Strashkova, Elena Penskaya, Larisa Tyutelova, Irina Bagration-Mukhranneli, Oksana Kravchenko, Elena Kirichuk, and art historians and theater scholars Konstantin Uchitel, Martina Palusheva, Anna Kovalova, Vanhong Bao, Liang Weiqi, and others. Objective: to outline the directions of contemporary studies of the Erdmann’s work by; to see the scale of scientific contacts, to unite like-minded people from different countries, to acquaint specialists and everyone interested in researching Erdmann’s work with the contents of the conference participants’ reports. Material and methods. The article is based on a complex approach including biographical, cultural-historical, comparative-typological, historical-literary, historical-functional methods. Results and discussion. The main points of the reports were briefly presented, the topical aspects of Erdmann’s work were pointed out, the range of works of literature and theater discussed in the context of his work was outlined, and an idea of translations and productions of Erdmann’s plays in European countries was formed. Conclusion. The material from the review of the conference reports can be used in scientific research, educational and cultural-educational activities in order to broaden the idea of Erdman’s personality and creativity, the scope of his talent, his contribution to Russian and world playwrights. | 4131 | Introduction.The article examines the topic of sea travel by Antonin Ladinsky using the example of the collection “Black and Blue”, the first in the poet’s work, in which the main lines of his poetry were formed, further developed in subsequent collections. Aim and objectives: to trace the semantics of sea navigation, taking into account the acmeistic influences on the poet by N. Gumilyov, for whom this topic was one of the main in his work and reflected the basic principles of the acmeistic worldview of the poet. Material and methods. The research methodology assumes a literary interpretation of lyric texts with an understanding of the theoretical foundations of the poetics of acmeism (“alien word”, polyphonic text, dynamic space, etc.). The method of intertextual analysis was also used when comparing texts belonging to different literary eras. Results and discussion. Ladinsky’s work was already the subject of scientific research, the poet’s orientation towards symbolism and acmeism was also noted, the difficulty of attributing his lyrics to any of these modernist movements was indicated. But sea voyage as the central theme of the first collection “Black and Blue” in the context of acmeistic poetics has not yet attracted the attention of researchers. We examined the influence of the Gumilev theme of sea voyages on the lyrics of Ant. Ladinsky in terms of the poet’s polemic with the master of acmeism, the originality of the topic under consideration is revealed in connection with his emigre experience. Conclusion. In the lyrics of Antonin Ladinsky, the sea voyage becomes a reflection of his path as an emigrant, and in this sence he argues with N. Gumilev, whose theme of sailing on the seas has a culturological meaning and reflects the acmeistic principle of cognizing Life through Art. The semantics of sea travel, in the context of acmeistic poetics, allows Ladinsky to say his word to the world, adding his voice to the mighty cultural choir of the singers of the sea. The acmeistic position turns out to be close to him by its earthly nature, and the symbolist one – by the awareness of the powerful force of otherness. Through dialogue with the “alien word”, the poet declares his own experience of mastering the world, which is different from both the Acmeists and the Symbolists. The tragic view of the world, conditioned by the situation of emigration, sounds in the first collection not yet in full force, the acmeistic “acceptance of reality” still has its “inertia”, but the awareness of what happened as a catastrophe and the path to the world of death has already occurred. | 4144 | In this article the urgency of the problem related to the study of subjective wellbeing of collectors in the professional sphere is proved. The main results of ascertaining research are presented here. During this research the real conditions of collectors’ work, their subjective perception of these conditions, and also the satisfaction with the professional activity were studied. | 4146 | The paper is devoted to the identification of the composition of structural fragments of humic acids (HA) extracted from the peat in the peat bog of Balanak. The alkyl elements predominate in the composition of HA, and the amount of oxygen-containing functional groups and phenolic fragments is reduced. The identified characteristics of the composition of HA are connected with the slow processes of peat formation in the North-Eastern Altai. It is shown that with the increase of the degree of the peat decomposition in humic acids the degree of aromaticity increases, and the amount of carbohydrate and alkyl fragments decreases. | 4147 | The article is devoted to the solutions to the equations containing the unknown at the base and index. A detailed analysis of the problem proved that there is no decisive answer as to what conditions need to be imposed on the equation function. The primary way of solving such equations is taking the logarithm of both members of the equation, in this case some roots are lost. It should be noted that equations of such type are studied at school and pupils are to master the skills of solution to such equations. The article suggests algorythm of solution of these equations, analyses certain examples. The conclusions are drawn that solving such equations can greatly contribute to the development of students’ logical thinking as well as their abilities, intuition and cognitive power. The activity of professional groups in the media environment has generated hybrid professional discourses that retain the typological features of the corresponding institutional discourses, while modified method and channel of communication has led to significant transformations in the structure of discourse and development of characteristic features peculiar to the media discourse. Aim and objectives. The study aims to determine the status and typological features of legal discourse produced and consumed within media. The objectives of the research include the correlation of the parameters of institutional discourse and media discourse, the role of each of them and the impact on the structure of hybrid discourse. Material and methods. The data include 300 texts of various styles and genres, constituting the content of professional legal groups on the social network Instagram: such as Internet memes; narratives representing the description of cases of professional practice. Results and discussion. In this study, the variety of legal discourse produced and consumed within the media is defined as an informal legal discourse on the basis that its core consists of the discourse-forming categories of institutional legal discourse. The sphere of functioning of the informal legal discourse is mass communication, which entails changes in the conceptual organization of discourse and the parameters of communication. The texts of the informal legal discourse acquire the characteristics of a “media text”, in which the verbal and media components are closely interrelated and combined with each other on the basis of a variety of principles. A specific way of communication determines a number of characteristics that bring legal informal discourse closer to everyday and humorous discourse and causes changes in stylistic and linguistic parameters. Conclusion. The analysis revealed the relationship between the parameters of the institutional legal discourse and the media discourse. The media environment is a fundamental condition that determines such parameters of the description of discourses as a method of communication and a mode. These parameters influenced changes in the structure of the institutional legal discourse at the communicative level and led to significant shifts in the communicative model due to the expansion of the concept of addressee. The media environment is a decisive factor in expanding the capabilities of a text that develops the characteristics of a “media text”. The specific way of communication has caused a number of characteristics that bring the legal informal discourse closer to the ordinary and humorous discourse and causes a change in the language norm.
