It has been, that the presowing treatment of seeds the 10-9М BL reduced duration of phases of an ontogenesis of plants, accelerated growth vegetative and reproductive organs and increased seed production at plants of wild-type Ler and of mutant ga4-1. Exogenous BL in part compensated a lack endogenic GA1/4 at a mutant, enlarging the common length of shoots and restoring seed production of a mutant up to a level of wild-type. In this article we can see the application of Marxian and Weberian conceptions of estrangement for the description of the conditions of work and education in the USA in the 19th century. If in the Marxian conception the estrangement in capitalistic society increases permanently, then in Weberian conception the estrangement weakens by the increase of qualification and by the reformation labour ethics of “beruf”. However in case of the USA we can see what the estrangement was not weakened owing to reformation labour ethics of “beruf”, but owing to diversification of possibilities. The problem of estrangement is a problem of development of capitalism but it needs its own methodology.

Vachkova S.N. MOTIVES FOR THE PARTICIPATION OF INTERNET RESOURCES USERS IN THE PUBLIC DISCUSSION OF DOCUMENTS IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATION. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2019. Issue 8 (205). P. 111-118

Introduction. The relevance of the study is determined by the situation in the education system, when the active participation of members of the professional pedagogical community into the discussion of documents in the field of education on special Internet portals has become a bright positive trend in recent years. The aim of the study was to examine the motives of Internet users participating in such discussions. Material and methods. The edu.crowdexpert.ru web portal contains 17 government documents, in which 99,027 people participated. The motivation for participation, as well as other characteristics of the sample, were studied using a specially designed questionnaire, which was answered by 362 respondents. Results and discussion. It turned out that not only for teachers and administrations of educational organizations, but also for other school employees and simply active and interested in issues of education of Russian citizens, a desire to take an active part in the discussion of documents regulating the educational activities of the country is characteristic. As a result of the study, it was found that the main motives for participation in the public discussion of documents in the field of education were (in descending order of importance): personal interest to the discussed problem, the desire for professional growth and development, the desire to gain useful experience in discussing socially significant problems, the desire to improve professional status, the desire to get intellectual pleasure and the possibility of communicating with colleagues. With a high level of motivation to participate in the discussion of documents regulating the activities of the education system, the degree of the impact about many of the respondents is estimated low enough. Conclusion. The further direction of research can be the study of prospects and points of growth of Internet resources, which are organized to discuss important documents in the field of education within social and professional expertise because it gives an opportunity of real influence of professional community on the state meeting of education challenges, public legitimization of these decisions, creation of mechanisms of formation of public opinion and determination of ways of development of Russian system of education.

The investigations of indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) were performed for three different peat-moorsh soils - Czarna Wies, Otoczne and Kwatera 17 located in the Biebrza River Valley in Poland. Each considered soils were utilized as meadow. Soil samples were taken from two depths: 5-10 cm and 50-80 cm. IAA, total organic carbon (TOC), dissolved organic carbon (DOC) in peat moorsh soils from these samples were analysed. The significant differences in the concentrations of IAA, TOC, and DOC between two investigated depths of among peat moorsh samples were observed. The measured concentrations of total organic carbon in the considered soils ranged from 37.2 to 45.6 %. Generally, the decrease of IAA, total organic carbon, however, increase of DOC concentration with depth of profiles was observed. The contents of dissolved organic carbon in the soils ranged from 5.3 to 19.4%. The quantities of IAA decreased simultaneously with TOC values and with the increasing depth of the soil profiles. The highest contents of IAA was determined in high layers of moorshes and ranged from 110,1 to 128,7 µg kg-1 dry mass. However the concentrations of IAA in deeper layers were lower and ranged from 69,3 to 87,1 µg kg-1 dry mass.

The problem of pedagogical goal-setting under the situation of drastic sociocultural changes which require the reformation of educational system is analyzed. Two approaches to the definition of educational goals “education for life” and “education for a human” are scrutinized. The question concerning the role of extra-curricular activities in the system of school education is put by the example of teaching speech and acting techniques in the upper school. The course goals are defined: to surmount the dialectal peculiarities and to improve the speech up to the standard pronunciation; to develop listening and communicative skills in general. The drama element in voice and speech exercises is brought in in order to awaken positive emotions, enthusiasm and to remove muscle spasms. A short performance at the end of the year watched by teachers, parents and students contributes to the development of students’ motivation. Application of a conceptual model of information-synergetic approach to determine the reasons for the formation of anthropological bioethics reveals the new trend of philosophical studies – the memory-turn. Combining research positions – Identify memory-turn based on the interpretation of the information mechanisms of sociocultural dynamics (I. V. Melik-Gaykazyan), and an understanding of bioethics as a form of protection of identity in contemporary culture (T. V. Meshcheryakova) – allows you to discover a contradiction in continuing professional education between the inevitable standardization of the individual and the requirements of the personality meet the criteria of creative class. The dynamics of a charged relativistic particle in electromagnetic field of a rotating magnetized celestial body with the magnetic axis inclined to the axis of rotation is studied. The covariant Lagrangian function in the rotating reference frame is found. Effective potential energy is defined on the base of the first integral of motion. The structure of the equipotential surfaces for a relativistic charged particle moving in strong magnetic field is studied and depicted. Behavior of the stationary points of the effective potential energy near the light cylinder is discussed.

The article is dealing with the description of specific of the Russian verbs conjugation in the linguodidactical aspect, which demands the accounting of the principles of availability, presentation, consciousness and activity in teaching Russian as a foreign language. In this regard the transformed for educational purposes academic model of this category is considered, the scientific description, educational and methodical providing of this theme in reference and guide books for Russian as a foreign language are analyzed. It is established that in these normative documents and training materials the importance and difficulty of this subject isn't considered, there is no clear and simple explanation of this theme, it isn't enough exercises focused on fixing and control of its digestion. The complexity of the verbal category of conjugation doesn’t promote learning by students complete and consistent idea of conjugation system of the Russian verbs therefore authors of the article unite methods of reproductive and productive approach to studying of a subject and suggest foreign students to remember the facilitated model of system of conjugation in classes and groups with obligatory memorization of some difficult verbs. In final part of the article the algorithm of an explanation of the Russian verbs conjugation based on inductive approach and directed to simplification of digestion of complicated grammar is described.

Concept “los” (“destiny”) as a key in the Polish culture has many lexical representation. “Destiny” in Polish is the life, the existence of someone or something; future, sequence of events; the supreme regulatory beginning. Destiny is thought of as contradictory, ambivalent beginning. It is able to help or hinder. Carriers of the Polish language are ambivalent in their relation to the destiny. Presence of the destiny may either be approved or denied. Poles have different views on the nature of destiny. On the one hand, destiny is presented as unchangeable and predefined from above. On the other, there is a view that it is created during the life (existence), and, for example, a person can have a significant influence on it. Metaphorically in Polish destiny is represented by the signs of person, connecting or disconnecting, gracious or formidable beginning.

The article reveals the ways of implementing the subject approach to the design of the personal development program in the general education organization. The relevance of the problem is justified by the requirements of federal state educational standards for general education, the educational component of which presupposes the design of its own personal development program, taking into account the characteristics of the socio-cultural environment, the needs of the subjects of education. The article shows how to involve children in the process of creating and developing a personal development program, to form a space for self-realization of children on the basis of social design techniques. It is shown that the principle of subjectivity presupposes the organization of educational content, which would be inherently the space of children’s self-determination, would provide children with the opportunity to choose topics for projects, content and activities, roles and social positions in collective activities, forms, methods, time frame, cooperation partners , etc. The article contains approaches to developing a variable personal development program as a system of children’s projects - collective, group, individual. The content of personal development is reflected in the program in the form of thematic cycles of the project activity, which are a set of various types, subjects, duration and composition of project participants with gaming instrumentation, suggest the integration of various types of children’s activities in accordance with the main directions and values of the personal development of students in primary school. The approximate content of project initiatives of children is exemplified on the example of primary general education. Approaches to the evaluation of the results of program implementation based on the subject approach are outlined.

The article describes the concept of motivation and motives, explores a naturalistic approach to man, characteristic of the Western tradition studying the motives as «a multifaceted concept that includes: needs, attitudes, interest, habits, motives, desires, inclinations, urges, examines the impact of motivation on learning, the dynamics of motives of choice of profession, the influence of type of school on the motivation of educational activity of students at state and private institutions. It is noted that among the students of a private university clearly prevails the pursuit of knowledge and orientation to a professional career and at the same time a disregard for the degree. We are slightly puzzled by the coincidence of positions of students of both universities in relation to the career of the entrepreneur and the manager. The survey showed that the availability of money with a lack of abilities plays a prominent but not central role in the selection of paid education. The motives of educational activity of students are closely linked with the motives of choice of institution (profession), and with the conditions of professional activities. They are largely determined by the degree of satisfaction with the quality of teaching and training. The study motives of the student youth of non-state and state colleges of higher education suggests that at present the fundamental differences in this area do not exist, largely due to the immaturity of the private sector of higher education. However, research has shown the relationship between the payment for learning and a higher motivation for learning of students of a private college. The students found great interest in his professional career, confidence in their future, there is no doubt that they are faster to adapt to new economic and social realities.

The discourse research remains the focus of modern linguistic science. The discourse is considered concretization of speech “in different modes of human existence”. The French architectural institutional discourse refers to the object, thematic discourses born at the intersection of the architectural (project-constructive) discourse proper and others discourses, such as scientific, academic, legal (legislative-administrative), newspaper-publicistic. This discourse is an example of polydiscursiveness, communicative intersection of discourses, so the legal discourse (legislative and administrative) is an integral part of the architectural discourse. The legal discourse is one of the most actual discourses of our time. it is oriented at all levels of the society, regulates the legal relationship between the individual and the society, whose interests are enshrined in laws and other regulatory documents of state power. The legal discourse reflects the political, economic, ethno-linguistic, moral and ethical factors of the organization of the state and society. The French legal discourse fully meets these destinations. The article deals with the French legal discourse in the field of architecture and urbanism and its subtypes: legislative and administrative, relating to the written type of discourse, because the issue and publication of laws, regulations and legal documents are carried out exclusively in the written form. In its turn, the legislative and administrative discourse is divided into two sub-discourses: law-making and lawapplying. The language of the legal discourse is one of the most peculiar codes, it is the first element and the building material of law.
