| 4551 | The article describes the concept of motivation and motives, explores a naturalistic approach to man, characteristic of the Western tradition studying the motives as «a multifaceted concept that includes: needs, attitudes, interest, habits, motives, desires, inclinations, urges, examines the impact of motivation on learning, the dynamics of motives of choice of profession, the influence of type of school on the motivation of educational activity of students at state and private institutions. It is noted that among the students of a private university clearly prevails the pursuit of knowledge and orientation to a professional career and at the same time a disregard for the degree. We are slightly puzzled by the coincidence of positions of students of both universities in relation to the career of the entrepreneur and the manager. The survey showed that the availability of money with a lack of abilities plays a prominent but not central role in the selection of paid education. The motives of educational activity of students are closely linked with the motives of choice of institution (profession), and with the conditions of professional activities. They are largely determined by the degree of satisfaction with the quality of teaching and training. The study motives of the student youth of non-state and state colleges of higher education suggests that at present the fundamental differences in this area do not exist, largely due to the immaturity of the private sector of higher education. However, research has shown the relationship between the payment for learning and a higher motivation for learning of students of a private college. The students found great interest in his professional career, confidence in their future, there is no doubt that they are faster to adapt to new economic and social realities. | 4568 | Modern Russian education is characterized by the adoption of tutors into general education organizations. It is established that these specialists rarely turn to the practice of supporting a professional identity of schoolchildren, are not ready to carry out this process. The concept of the tutor’s readiness to support the professional identity of schoolchildren is defined. This is a complex personal and professional description of a tutor which includes the awareness of importance of the supporting professional identity of schoolchildren, an interested mood in the creative use of the theory of tutoring in the practice of career guidance work with students, the presence of reflexive abilities that allow timely making adequate decisions in the process of constructing and implementing an individual way of choosing the future profession by tutors. A criterial evaluation system has been developed. It offers a level characterization of the components of the readiness of tutors (motivational, activity, analytical) to support the professional identity of schoolchildren. Based on the analysis of the literature, the expediency of using the powerful resources of intracorporate training for the development of this quality is justified. The system of intracorporate training is simulated, the program of which three meaningful lines are proposed: the legal framework for tutoring; psychological foundations of professional identity of schoolchildren as an object of tutoring; effective technologies of tutoring support of professional identity of schoolchildren. The description of the activity methods of work to improve the professionalism of tutors within the framework of intracorporate training is given. The findings of the authoritative study are presented, demonstrating the need for the development of readiness of tutors to support the professional identity of schoolchildren. The results of the control experiment are interpreted that allow one to assess the impact of internal training on positive changes in all components of tutors’ readiness to support schoolchildren in choosing their future profession. | 4582 | The article contains the analysis of the images of toys in the works of Siberian writers of the beginning of the XXI: the story-tale “Princess Agashka in the Land of Unknown Animals” by S. K. Danilov, “Pegasus” by V. V. Shkalikov, “The Year of the Princess Bukashka” by Yu. S. Burkin. A toy, which has the oldest origin and combined ritual sacral, playful, psychological functions, is one of the classic images of children’s literature. All these properties are reflected in different ways in the works of the Siberian authors. In the story-tale by S. K. Danilov the old toys serve as assistants, guides, custodians of knowledge, as a mirror image of the inner world of Agashka, and also personify the state of abandonment and desolation, thereby contributing to the formation of important personal qualities of the main character. Old dolls, personifying true values (kindness, friendship, charity) are contrasted with Cindy dolls, symbolizing the values of the era of consumption. Overcoming the temptations associated with the problem of choosing life ideals, Agashka leaves the Playground of the Land of Unknown Beasts and goes to the real world with a personality. In the “Pegasus” by V. V. Shkalikov in the image of a wooden saltcellar are found the oldest solar images-symbols (winged horse, bird), which have important cultural and historical significance. The act of creating a toy made of natural material leads to the awakening and, in a literal sense, the revitalization of inanimate material, becomes the impetus for inducing heroes to search for the meaning of existence. In the cycle of stories by Yu. S. Burkin “The Year of the Princess Bukashka” the toys perform an important function of the amulet. In addition, references to classical children’s literature-works by L. Carroll, S. K. Lewis, A. N. Tolstoy, Sasha Tcherny, A. Barto, etc. are found in the works of Siberian authors. Keywords: S. K. | 4583 | Introduction. Civilizational challenges to a person determine the need to actualize the humanistic paradigm in education. An example of the search for ways of humanization is the direction of social-emotional-ethical training, developed at Emory University in the USA, which is based on the idea of holistic human development by means of education. Within the framework of the grant of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research “Direction of socio-emotional and ethical education”, the aim was set to identify the features of Russian education in the implementation of this humanistic idea. Material and methods. The analysis is based on the concept of “anthropological tradition” as a systematic characteristic of the ideas about the integral education of a person, which gives an idea of the pedagogical experience, its preservation and further development, starting from the fundamental works of K. D. Ushinsky and up to the present day: at the stages of Russian, Soviet and Russian schools. Results and discussion. The article provides a genetic analysis of the idea of the emotional development of a child in education in relation to the social component. Two aspects of its development are highlighted: emotional-social (psychophysiological) and socio-emotional (socio-cultural). The features of the development of the emotional and social line in the works of scientists of the Russian school are considered and the continuity with the stage of the Soviet school in psychological works is revealed. The genetic analysis of the development of the socio-cultural line revealed two main directions in the interaction of social and emotional components: artistic and aesthetic and social inheritance of the cultural tradition of Russia. The study of the emotional-social direction shows the continuity of the anthropological tradition: from the provisions of K. D. Ushinsky on the need to use the power of human emotions in his education along with the intellectual sphere – to the research of the emotional sphere carried out within the framework of pedology – and further to psychological research on the importance of human interests and needs in his upbringing. In the socio-emotional direction, the continuity of emotional saturation of socialization of children and adolescents in artistic and aesthetic creativity is revealed: from the experience of the beginning of the last century in organizing the life of children’s communities to the modern practice of additional education of children. The spiritual orientation of the social inheritance of cultural values of society is also highlighted. The conclusion is made about the need for further development of the experience of combining emotional and social components in modern conditions that require overcoming the risks associated with the growing human crisis and the social transformation of childhood. | 4592 | At the present stage of linguistic research the keen interest of linguists in studying of semantics and functioning of separate language units in the literary text, in particular, of units of lexical-semantic group of verbs of sounding is noted. In this article the lexical-semantic group of verbs of sounding on the material of poetic texts of Robert Rozhdestvensky is considered. On the basis of the vast body of procedural units, containing in this sense “sound”, an attempt is made to reveal the features of the use and functioning of sound verbs in R. Rozhdestvensky’s poetry, since the verbs of this group are the specific markers of the original manner of writing of Robert Rozhdestvensky, his poetic handwriting. Special attention is paid to the description of a semantic class of verbs of sounding, namely group of the verbs designating the sounds of inanimate nature made by inanimate objects and the person defining the place and a role of verbs of this lexico-semantic group in the poetic texts of Robert Rozhdestvensky. The material for the observations were the poetry of Robert Rozhdestvensky, poems of the different years of the poet, collected in a three parts collection of works, including the period of the poet’s creative activity from 1951 till 1985. The novelty of the work lies in the fact that the poetic language of Robert Rozhdestvensky has not yet been the subject of a special study. And the study of the lexical case of verbs of sound semantics will allow to establish the creative originality of Robert Rozhdestvensky, a feature of the manifestation of the language identity of the poet. A health poster is one of the most popular educational tools for the mass, therefore it is necessary to pay attention to linguistic and extralinguistic aspects of poster which have a big impact on people. The aim of the article is to identify the main strategies and tactics used in COVID-19 posters to prevent the infection, and to compare verbal and visual features of a health poster in Russian and English. The material for the study is health posters aimed at COVID-19 prevention in the English and Russian languages, posted on the official websites of various medical and healthcare organizations. The main method used in the study is multimodal discourse analysis. The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the main aspects of verbal and nonverbal impact in COVID-19 posters in English and Russian. Using multimodal discourse analysis, we distinguished the main strategies and tactics of COVID-19 posters impact, as well as their common and distinctive features in English and Russian. The main strategies used in the COVID-19 poster include the draw attention strategy, the informing strategy, the call for protection strategy, and the prohibition strategy. There are four strategies of the COVID-19 poster to impact the audience. Each strategy implements particular tactics using language, images, composition and other features. Moreover, there are some differences in posters in English and Russian from a cultural point of view, which can be explained by different context of communication between the two cultures, according to E.
