Among the categories of people who need public care, children-orphans and children left without parental care occupy a special place. The child's right to live and grow up in the family enshrined in the UN Convention On the rights of the child and the Family code of the Russian Federation. In the sphere of the family and marriage relations there are destructive processes that concerned also the Tuva family. Although for centuries the family for Tuvinians was an important and the only form of existence. Heavy nomadic life in harsh climatic conditions was too much alone, a man without family was doomed to extinction. In accordance with the guidelines of traditional culture, Tuvan family consisted of several generations, including all the relatives of both spouses that protected the people from incest. The Tuvinians lived in a community of 4–5 Yurts, basically, it consisted of father family and the separate families of the married sons with children. Other relatives also roamed near to another part of the AAL. The community was closeknit, there were cultivated customs and traditions of one kind or another. In this regard, the Tuvan traditions of the people associated with family values, that allowed us to solve the problems of children-orphans and children left without parental care are of great interest. The nomands traet with special care children with disabilities, orphans and children left without parental care. Society of nomads has always shown great attention to childhood as a special age group, requiring increased care. Historically vagrancy, begging, homelessness of children is not allowed. This experience can be useful for those working for the rights of protection of minors and for development of programs for prevention of social orphanhood, family trouble.

This neighborhood is manifested in the formation of the so-called “Iranisms” in the Russian culture. The analysis of some of these “Iranisms” is the content of the work. The specificity of the theoretical thinking of the musician-performer is considered. On the one hand, it is closely related to the content and logic inherent in music by its author. On the other hand, it deciphers the author‘s intention, in order to intone it in sounds for listeners. Consequently, the theoretical thinking of the performer from the philosophical standpoint is revealed in the dialectic of artistic time and intonation. Further, the content of conceptprocesses is revealed: artistic time, intonation. The creation of artistic time and its intonation are two interrelated and at the same time independent types of artistic activity. From this unity and struggle, the energy of self-movement and self-expression of the performer is born, an artistic interpretation of the author‘s design is created. An algorithm for the theoretical thinking of the performer is considered. This is the process of the afterlife of the formation of the musical form as a whole formation, where the form is derived from the content as a concrete from the universal. Describes the practical experience of the analysis of the play by Claude Debussy „Snow Dances“ from the cycle “Children‘s Corner” in the class “Piano”. Taking into account the fact that one of the main criteria of the Impressionists was the “living” attitude to the world around: the view, the moment, the impression, the predominance of colors, it is important to disclose in the work on the product the specific ways of the author‘s embodiment of content. All formative elements of the play are considered inextricably linked with the image.

Kolesnikova A.Y., Kryukova L.B. LINGUISTIC MODELING OF THE AUDITORY PERCEPTION OF “IRREALITY” IN VICTOR PELEVIN’S NOVEL “CHAPAEV AND PUSTOTA”. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2019. Issue 2 (199). P. 63-69

Introduction. The article describes the semantic model of auditory perception of “irreality”, represented in the text of the novel by Victor Pelevin. Modeling of perception processes is one of the parameters of the artistic text considered in the analysis of its communicative and semantic structure. Images based on sensory sensations are a key component of the artistic picture of the author’s world. Material and methods. The study of the semantics of perceptivity on the material of postmodern texts is directly connected with the problem of “reality/irreality” of the described events, objects, phenomena in the artistic space of the text, which makes the research topic relevant, and includes the research in the scientific context. Results and discussion. The description of irreal events presupposes a change (deformation) of the invariant perception model, primarily related to the “strengthening” of the role of the object of perception. Particular attention is paid to the “mismatch” of the perceptual and mental modes. “Uncertainty”, “blurring”, “strangeness” of objects of perception, caused by the impossibility of visual activity and the altered state of the character’s consciousness, are actualized. Description of the unusual perceptual experience of characters indicates that in the situation of unavailability (absence) of the visual channel of perception, auditory perception allows to model a “picture” that exists only in the altered consciousness of one or another character of the narrative. Linguistic analysis of the fragments of the text showed that “irreality” becomes one of the objects of comprehension and creative reflection of the author of the novel. To represent the situation of unusual auditory perception, a wide range of language means is used (indefinite pronouns, comparative constructions, indefinitepersonal and impersonal one-member sentences, complex sentences with complement clauses and correspondences, etc.). In some cases, the subject of perception realizes that the events observed are of an irreal nature and tries to find their analogue in the familiar world (relying on their auditory sensations). This leads to the emergence of various analogies and comparisons in the text of the novel. The conclusion emphasizes that due to transpositional transfers (vision – hearing), the perceptual component is “strengthened” and the artistic space of the work is “expanded”.

The history of volunteer practices in prerevolutionary Russia is among the major problems that attract increasing attention of researchers. The need to study them is caused not only by scientific, but also by the practical need for a deeper consideration of volunteer activity in the system of charitable institutions and public organizations. The statutes and reports of these organizations are valuable sources, significantly broadening and refining our understanding of the history of volunteerism in Russia in the second half of the 19th century. Reflecting the nature of society itself, they contain information about their composition (quantitative and personal), organizational structure, subordinate organizations and activities, as well as practices of public volunteers. Thanks to the availability of such a document as the charter, members of the society first got an idea of the procedure for using the rights granted to them and the sphere of application of volunteer efforts and free labor. The article analyzes statutes and reports of the Tver Charitable Society for the Promotion of Women’s Labor, the Orenburg Slavic Charitable Society, the Arkhangelsk Sobriety Society, the Odessa Society for Combating Drunkenness, the Charitable Society for the Publication of Useful and Cheap Books, the Society for the Improvement of National Labor in Memory of the Tsar Liberator Alexander II, the Charitable Society for the Protection of Animals, the St. Petersburg Slavic Charitable Society, and others.

Vishnyakova E.A. REVISITING FOREIGN INCLUSIONS IN EPISTLE OF THE 19TH CENTURY RUSSIAN AUTHORS: KONSTANTIN BATUYSHKOV AND VASILY ZHUKOVSKY. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 6 (195). P. 92-99

The task of this work is to identify the features of foreign inclusions in the letters of the Romantic poets. Foreign inclusions in their correspondence are an important characteristic of poetics, which until now has not attracted special attention of researchers. The purpose of the paper is to identify and compare foreign inclusions in the epistolary prose of Vasily Zhukovsky and Konstantin Batuyshkov in the context of biography and literary creativity of the authors. It is concluded that Batuyshkov uses primarily Latin and Italian inclusions to incorporate intertexts of Romance culture, for self-identification and authentication of the correspondence partner; in the dialogue of the poet with Nikolay Gnedich these inclusions form a special communicative code. In the ego-documents of Vasily Zhukovsky German inclusions predominate and play a similar role, expressing the most important philosophical and aesthetic concepts of the Romanticism. The analysis of foreign inclusions in the epistle of Batyushkov and Zhukovsky allows expanding significantly the notion of the language biography of these authors. The results confirm the hypothesis that a particular author prefers certain foreign literature. Batyushkov’s letters represent full type of foreign inclusions, Zhukovsky’s letters represent full and partial types, he tends to fix foreign words on the derivational model of the Russian language, or to combine the graphics of the source language and Russian. Some types of foreign inclusions, used by both authors, fit into the poetics of the epistolary tradition of the Arzamas society.
