In the beginning of the article the information on theory of common and multiple negation is given. Also some peculiar theoretical moments such as negative polarity items and etymological duplets are discussed. Then, consequently, for each language, different markers and strategies of negation are discussed: common negation, imperative negation, existential negation, negation at pronouns and adverbs, negative modal verbs, morphological negation, negation under the influence of Russian. On this basis, different strategies of singular and multiple negation were revealed. At the end of the article the comparison of these strategies in two languages and conclusion takes place. In the languages under discussion, in the sphere of negation, some systemic changes took place connected with the influence of dominating Russian language. Maltseva V.A. Formation of schoolchildren’s ethnocultural identity on the material of the south Russian folk costume. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2023. Issue 2 (226). P. 60-69

On the basis of the works of domestic philosophers, sociologists, teachers, culturologists, the concept of «ethnocultural identity» is considered and the relevance of the study is substantiated. Experimental work on the formation of the ethno-cultural identity of students was carried out on the material of the South Russian folk costume. Due to its brightness, symbolism, constructive simplicity, the South Russian folk costume is accessible and understandable for younger schoolchildren and can be used in the practice of a modern school, since the skill of creating and decorating a costume was transferred from older younger members of the family in the process of direct contact in the form of joint activity. The conducted ascertaining experiment showed that if students have a certain civic position and moral feelings, their ethno-cultural identity, as a quality of personality, is at an insufficiently high level of formation. At the formative stage of the study, the experimental group conducted classes that were aimed at the formation of ethno-cultural identity among students of primary school age under the program of extracurricular activities “I live in Russia”. In the control group, educational and extracurricular activities were carried out in accordance with the curriculum and the plan of educational work. The implementation of the program of extracurricular activities “I live in Russia” is based on a system-activity approach, which involves social and pedagogical support for the process of formation and development of a highly moral, responsible, creative, initiative, competent citizen of Russia; transition to a strategy of social design and construction based on the development of the content and technologies of education that determine the ways and means of achieving the socially desired level of personal and cognitive development of students, taking into account their age, psychological and physiological characteristics. An important function of traditional art is that it is a unique way of conveying the universal and individual human experience. The South Russian folk costume gives students a unique opportunity to join the experience of previous generations, analyze, participate in the creation of a material result, come to an understanding of the beauty and originality of the costumes of different peoples living in Russia. As a result of the successful use of the material of the South Russian folk costume, interest is developing in the study of the history of the country, region, native city; the amount of work in the classroom gradually increases as a result of increased attention and good performance; the desire to learn new things increases, children are waiting for creative tasks, they themselves take the initiative in their search, help each other by creating collective projects in the classroom. As a result of the study, the indicators of the formation of ethnocultural identity in the experimental group increased in comparison with the results of the ascertaining stage of the study. This was facilitated by conducting classes with students on the extracurricular activity course “I live in Russia” introduced into the educational process of elementary school, built on the material of the South Russian folk costume.

Garattini R. Casimir energy and the cosmologicai constant. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2004. Issue 7 (44). P. 72-80

We regard the Wheeier-De Witt equation as a Sturm-Liouville problem with the cosmologicai constant considered as the associated eigenvalue. The used method to study such a problem is a variational approach with Gaussian trial wave functionate. We approximate the equation to one loop in a Schwarzschild background. A zeta function reguiarization is involved to handle with divergences. The reguiarization is closely related to the subtraction procedure appearing in the computation of Casimir energy in a curved background. A renormallzation procedure is introduced to remove the infinities together with a renormalization group equation.

Photosynthesising surface extension tendency is characteristic for the most of plants that determinates high rate of growth and space expansion. Such plants can be called «occupants», and their life forms considered as «open». At extreme environment conditions (deserts, high-mountains, polar biomes), not space occupation but homeostasis maintenance by the surface area restriction due to spherical, compact life forms development, became the priority strategy (cushion plants, cactuses, etc.). These plants are «limiters», and their life forms are «closed»

Poleva E.A. ARTISTIC PECULIARITIES OF TATIANA MEYKO’S PROSAIC SHORT FAIRY TALES. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 10 (163). P. 172-178

The article presents Tatiana Meiko’s (Tomsk) appeal to the genre of prosaic short stories in the context of children’s literature formation traditions and development trends. At the turn of the XX–XXI centuries many children’s writers develop such genre types as nature, autobiographic short stories, mini tales (fairy, about animals), anecdotes / humorous short stories, horror stories, etc. It is more rarely when writers create short stories in the tideway of paroemia and philosophic-lyrical story traditions. Culture and mentality of any nation are determined by its history. The authors of the article are interested in the history of the relationship and the formation of the mentality of the Russian people since ancient times. Neighbours of our ancestors of the Eastern Slavs, were known to be people of Iranian origin: Scythians, Sarmatians, Alans. This neighborhood is manifested in the formation of the so-called “Iranisms” in the Russian culture. The analysis of some of these “Iranisms” is the content of the work. Relying on the theory of Carl Gustav Jung’s archetypes, the authors found in the general behavior of the Russian people the “introvertiveness” of the worldview common among the peoples of the East.

Karimova R.K., Khabibullina O.A. STRUCTURAL AND SEMANTIC FEATURES OF COMPOUND WORDS WITH THE KATZE COMPONENT IN GERMAN LANGUAGE. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2021. Issue 1 (213). P. 35-42

Introduction. The article deals with the German compound nouns with the Katze / Kater component as well as adjectives and verbs with the component, a large number of which confirm the productivity of the German word composition. The purpose of the study was to determine the peculiarities of the semantics of the zoonym Katze in the composition of compound words, to identify the structural composition and thematic groups of compound words with the named component, which also gives an idea of the derivational features of the language. Material and methods. It is necessary to classify the vocabulary composition of the language to facilitate the study of it. The zoonym Katze / Kater is the center of meaning of the thematic groups of compound words studied by us. To confirm the undeniable productivity of word composition in the German language, there were selected 172 compound nouns with the Katze component and seven lexical units with the Kater component as material, this component is a definitive word of the 152 words where together with the 20 words with this component is viewed as a defining word. In addition to this group of words, adjectives with the indicated component (17 words) and 3 verbs are studied. Metaphorical and metonymic transfer are the nominal features of the studied compound words; the main feature of such names is their semantic bi-planarity, i.e. «Game» of figurative and literal meanings of the word. Results and discussion. The article shows how active the Katze / Kater is as a component of German compound words. According to their structure, the lexemes selected for the study can be divided into 7 thematic groups, and into 9 according to their meaning. The theoretical significance is determined by the results of solving the problem. The research contributes to the development of the theory of word formation and semantics. The practical value of the research is determined by the possibility of using the research results in the development of lecture courses and seminars on Lexicology and History of the German language, Translation theory. Conclusion. Thus, the results of the study confirmed the authors’ assumption that thematic groups of compound words with the Katze / Kater component express a direct relationship to extralinguistic reality.

Melentyeva N.N. TECHNIQUE OF TRAINING TECHNOLOGY OF JUMP IMITATION OF SKI-RACERS AT THE EDUCATIONAL-TRAINING STAGE. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 3 (192). P. 150-156

The issue of teaching the technique of hopping simulation during the snowless period of skiers-racers on the training stage is considered. The value of hopping simulation as one of the means of training skiers for races in the preparatory (summer-autumn) period is presented. The urgency of the question is determined. The errors encountered in the practice of hopping simulation at the beginning and at the end of a pedagogical experiment are considered. At the beginning of the pedagogical experiment, the groups did not have statistically significant differences in the possession of the technique of hopping simulation, i.e. were considered homogeneous in composition. Errors are systematized by gradation (gross, significant, small). The experimental substantiation of the peculiarities of the training technique of hopping simulation is presented. Peculiarities of training methodology are compiled taking into account the stages of learning the motor activity, the schedule, the system of particular tasks, the means (exercises) and the principles of training. Each stage of training contains a list of particular tasks, tools, methodical techniques. The principles of teaching are explained taking into account the peculiarities of their application. A scheme for correcting errors in the technique of hopping simulation is proposed. At the end of the pedagogical experiment, a comparison is made between the results of mastering the technique of the motor action being studied between the control and experimental groups. The data are presented on the basis of the method of expert evaluations (fixing of errors admitted for each subject) and the method of mathematical statistics. The average scores for the technique of exercise in the control and experimental groups (on a five-point scale) were determined. The quantitative composition of the recorded errors in engineering in both groups is presented. Positive effects of the developed features of the teaching methodology have been noted.

Ezhaeva M.A. PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CULTURE OF PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS IN THE EDUCATIONAL SPACE OF MUNICIPAL METHODICAL SERVICE. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 7 (196). P. 182-189

The problem of searching for effective means for the development of the psychological and pedagogical culture of primary school teachers is considered. The study of this problem was carried out in the context of the requirements of the professional standard of teacher and the federal state educational standard of primary general education, which imply the presence of deep psychological and pedagogical knowledge among teachers of primary classes and their confident application in practical pedagogical activity. Specificity of professional activity of primary school teachers of a modern general educational organization is revealed. Proceeding from this fact, the concept of “psychological and pedagogical culture of primary school teachers” is defined. Features of the methodological service at the municipal level are shown. The interpretation of the concept of “municipal methodological service” is given. Its possibilities for the development of the psychological and pedagogical culture of primary school teachers are determined. Pedagogical conditions that contribute to the successful development of the psychological and pedagogical culture of primary school teachers in the educational space of the municipal methodic service are established and described. Volkova T.F. FUNCTIONING OF MANIPULATIVE ARGUMENTS IN JUDICIAL SPEECH (BASED ON THE MATERIAL OF THE PROSECUTOR’S SPEECHES IN THE DEBATE). Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2021. Issue 6 (218). P. 105-111

Introduction. The article considers the role of sophisms in the judicial speech of one of the Tomsk prosecutors. The significance of the research is determined by the combination of the problems of the effectiveness of modern judicial speech, the designation of its place in the structure of the judicial process with linguistic and phonological categories. The purpose is to assess the relevance of the use of sophisms in the speech practice of the modern Tomsk prosecutor. The object of the analysis is the speech activity of a linguistic personality-the prosecutor of Tomsk, a woman, 38 years old. Material and methods. The following methods were used: observation, scientific description, discursive analysis. The material was oral recordings of speeches of the Tomsk prosecutor, lawyer and the defendant, made during one trial. The volume of the material is about 11.5 words. Results and discussion. The article describes various types of sophisms noted in the speeches of the prosecutor: substitution of the thesis, false arguments, arbitrary arguments, arguments against a person, etc. It is found that rhetorical arguments prevail over logical arguments in the speech in the debate. Actually, manipulative techniques are concentrated in that part of the judicial controversy, which is called a replica. To confirm this postulate, the main theses were highlighted, which were proved and evaluated during the debate. Variants of speculative use of evaluative rhetorical techniques prevail. Less common are “false analogy” and “female logic”. There are few cases of distortion of the thesis: “narrowing-expansion of the thesis”, “substitution of the thesis”. At this stage, it is difficult to assess whether the commitment to manipulative techniques is an individual feature of the speaker, or it is typical for a modern judicial process. The use of sophisms is part of the traditions of modern judicial practice, which began in the nineteenth century. It is noted that in the case of using manipulative arguments, the feature of the speaker’s speech portrait is most clearly manifested: subjective assessment and emotionality. Conclusion. We can say that the chosen strategy, assuming the presence of sophisms, proved its situational effectiveness, since it probably became one of the factors that influenced the decision of the court that supported the prosecution. Each speaker, as a professional language personality, has his own arsenal of effective and ineffective ways of organizing a discussion, it is necessary to replenish his communicative arsenal with the most effective management strategies that influenced the court’s decision.

A combined model where the vertical impurity dis¬persal was calculated by means of a set of differential equations, such as equations of motion, turbulent dif¬fusion and heat conduction, while the horizontal dis¬persal was computed by a Gaussian model was used. The proposed model is complemented with as¬signed semi-empirical dependences for altitude varia¬tions of wind velocity, turbulent exchange coefficient, atmospheric temperature and turbulence statistics. The calculations done allowed us to estimate the pollution level for different meteorological conditions and pollu¬tion sources and provide recommendations as to how to reduce its disastrous effect on the environment.
