Comparative evaluation of modifi cations in the biological and social criteria for long-term partner selection in representations of female junior university students and specialized school students was conducted. Both groups studied revealed discrepancies between biological and social components of selection. Female considered more attractive masculine men in the context of long-term partnership. At the same time, they expected at masculine male behavioural pattern that was not distinctive for masculine males.

The method of neutron activation analysis found 14 elements content in the plants that are recommended for use in traditional medicine in pulmonary tuberculosis. It was proved that all of the proposed sites contain macro and micronutrients in comparable amounts. Especially rich in Ca is Medicago satнva L. Especially rich in potassium is Trifolium pratense L. and shoots of Rubus idaeus L. The results show the possibility of using all the proposed medicinal plants in the herbal medicine of pulmonary tuberculosis.

Emphasizing the monothematic character of the poly-addressee letters, the author divides them into three groups (political, social, and psychological). The article considers the application of certified ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system in high school and specifically the method of projection of license indicators, accreditation requirements and indicators for monitoring the quality management system. The article also shows an exemplary process model of the university. Processes are assessed on key performance indicators.The article presents the methods of tracking them when conducting internal audits. There are the examples of the evaluation process of document management and records management, organization and organization of educational process. Of interest are the examples of the projection of the license and accreditation requirements on the performance of specific processes of the university. For modern Russian universities monitoring indicators, which is annually held by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation are important. Introduction. A school graduate enters the changing, complex and uncertain world. Material and methods. The author presents the experience of the management team of municipal autonomous educational institution «Ulu-Yulskaya secondary school» Pervomayskiy region Tomskaya oblast. The management team organizes methodological support for teachers who use effective methods of development of soft skills. Also, the author presents the experience of teaching the course «Modern educational technologies as a resource for improving quality of education». The subject of discussion in this article is the model of creating a motivating educational environment focused on the continuous development of teachers of municipal autonomous educational institution «Ulu-Yulskaya secondary school» Pervomayskiy region Tomskaya oblast. Results and discussion. A model of creating a motivating educational environment for the systematic use of educational technologies by teachers. The interim results of the management team’s activities on preparing the team for changes, on introducing educational technologies into the learning process, and on motivating teachers to selfdevelopment are presented. Conclusion. Team forms, new approaches, social contracts, team-building activities, distributive training, systematic methodological support allows creating a motivating environment for the introduction and implementation of educational technologies and makes teachers to self-develop.

The interest to Gogol’s literature heritage in the literature era of the XX–XXI centuries has been noted by many researchers. Literature scholars are actively introducing into scientific circulation the works of modern authors. They allow to raise the question of the place and role of Gogol’s heritage in the aesthetic search of the literature process of the turn of the XX–XXI centuries. The aim of the study is to analyze the functioning principles of the novel “The overcoat” and its system-forming image of a small man in the works of writers of the turn of the XX–XXI centuries. The novelty of the study lies, firstly, in the comprehension of the material that has not been previously analyzed, and secondly, in the reconstruction of the types, methods and function of the reception of the “overcoat text” in the literary era of the XX–XXI centuries. The works of modern authors were used as material: the chapter “Little Man Tetelin” from V. Makanin’s novel “The Underground or the Hero of Our Time” (1998). Makanin’s novel “The Underground, or the Hero of Our Time” (1998), stories by V. Petsukh “To Nikolai Vasilievich. Demonstration of Possibilities” from the collection “Plagiarism” (2001) and O. Slavnikova’s “CHANEL No. 5” (2009). The selected works belong to different aesthetic and genre forms and the point of convergence between them is their dialogical reinterpretation of the stylistic system of the novel “The Overcoat”, built on the combination of two modes of narration – “mimicry of grief” and “mimicry of laughter” (B. Eichenbaum). It is proved that the stylistic organization of the narrative principles of the novel “The overcoat” has a modeling effect on the works. All three selected authors use direct quotation allusion to the text of Gogol’s novel. The “overcoat plot” is projected by V. Makanin and V. Petsukh to comprehend the fate of the Soviet intelligentsia in the post-soviet realities. The writers record and comprehend the spiritual degradation aand grinding f the Soviet intellectual as a social and anthropological type. O. Slavnikova’s principles of transformation of the “overcoat plot” are connected with the reflection on the ontological value and self-sufficiency of the individual, which are lost in the situation of blurring the boundaries between the material and the ideal, man and thing. The human deformation discovered and explored by Slavnikova is thought of as an unmotivated fundamental property of the world. All three authors are characterized by the actualization of Gogol’s laughter, where the comic and the tragic coexist.

The largest static exchange capacity belongs to the fiber obtaind by treating it with a sulfic acid of 93% concentration under temperature of 100-105 grad.C. The acheived purification coeffitient for Cz-137 is near to that acheived on ion-exchanging material of КУ-2-10 type.

The existence of K-instantons on a cylinder M7 = Rт x K/H over a homogeneous nearly Kahler 6-manifold K/H requires a conformally parallel or a cocalibrated G2-structure on M7. The generalized anti-self-duality onM7 implies a Chern-Simons ow on K/H which runs between instantons on the coset. For K-equivariant connections, the torsionful Yang-Mills equation reduces to a particular quartic dynamics for a Newtonian particle on C. We obtain kink- or bounce-type solutions for generic values of the torsion. When the latter corresponds to the conformally parallel or cocalibrated G2-structure on M7, the dynamics follows from a gradient or hamiltonian ow, respectively, and we encounter Yang-Mills instantons.

A “visual turn” in the culture defined prevailing of visual characters in advertisement discourse. The body of man becomes one of the often used visual signs in advertisement discourse. In the article approaches and methods of research of body are considered as visual character in an advertisement. As basic methods an interview and focus are distinguished is a group, and also semiotic, structural and method of discursive interpretation. By adequate philosophical approach in the study of body a phenomenological hermeneutics can come forward in an advertisement. The phenomenological approach allows to explain the perception of the consumer of media images. The use of the hermeneutic approach will allow you to create a holistic interpretation of the corporeal image in advertising and to reach the understanding of modern models of reality with its system of values.

From the standpoint of activity theory we discuss the methodological features of teaching students skills for solving mathematics problems of higher level of complexity. We propose a classification of this type of problems (problems with parameters, problems on divisibility, problems on the decimal representation of numbers, Diophantine equations, problems on finding the largest or smallest natural values satisfying given conditions, problems on the integer part of numbers, etc.) and a step-by-step method for solving them. For each type we provide a set of examples of non-standard problems with full solutions aimed at development of students’ positive motivation, independent thinking, and action skills necessary for their successful mastering of mathematical activity. The relevance of this study is due to the socio-cultural aspects associated with the development of visual communications in modern urban space. The visual landscape of the city assumes an abundance of advertising information in various spheres of human activity. This leads to an increase in the requirements for people of different specialties in the field of visual communication skills. The problem is a contradiction: on the one hand, the visual level of the urban environment is constantly growing, on the other hand the approaches to education in this direction are not so wide and do not meet the requirements of the time. At the moment, there are many technologies for solving creative problems in the visual arts and design - this is a whole spectrum of researchers who pay attention to the issues of a full-fledged educational cycle, but the problem is to correctly choose and integrate them into the accelerated educational process (refresher courses). In this regard, the issue of creating a methodology for teaching the composition and working with it within the framework of the advanced training courses “Graphic Design. A basic level”. The goal was to create the most concise and effective way of learning to work with the mounting composition and the principles of working with a stain within the framework of this composition. Attention is paid to the processing of visual images in a virtual environment, through the Adobe Photoshop CC raster graphics editor, to achieve the maximum speed for processing visual data. Approaches to creating an assembly composition with pre-prepared image libraries are described. The article will be useful to teachers of creative specialties, designers, artists, researchers in the field of visual culture.

The article discusses Leskov’s publicist heritage, which focuses on different social problems of his time, united by common thoughts, genre-stylistics searches of the writer. This makes publicist heritage a system, with its center being the theme of people interacting with a number of other themes. Among this themes the author highlights the theme of art. Leskov perceives it as an important catalyst in the development of the spiritual life of the people, the development of national identity and historical memory. The writer puts forward painting (especially icon making) and literature, he strongly believes that this arts can foster spiritual personality.

Reading as a leading process of initiation to knowledge is one of the main skills needed for educational activities, but also requires more time and cognitive costs from the learner. Information habits and needs of a new generation pose serious challenges for educational practices and require new solutions within the organization of the textual activity. In response to these challenges in practical field appear curious, successful experiments requiring review and synthesis. We consider the example of a successful gamification of the process of textual activity on the example of USATODAY project with the aim to identify the pedagogical potential of these technologies.

Introduction. The article discusses the principles of organizing a dialogue between users of social networks of entertainment radio. Modern convergent forms of media communication are realized at the intersection of discursive macrostructures. In particular, radio functions in social networks of the Internet as a multifactorial phenomenon, depending on the technological and ideological features of media sources, such as radio and the Internet. The innovative nature of the traditional source of information is manifested in the position of the addressee, which is due to the capabilities of the Internet user. The one-way communication method of analog radio acquires the qualities and capabilities of an interactive interaction model, the listener becomes a user, an active subject of discourse, his agent and content generator. Results and discussion. The analyzed material allows us to draw the following conclusions. The method of dialogue depends on the dominant macrostructures, which are either analog radio or social networkcommunication. The indicated macrostructures realize themselves at the level of values and the ideology of network communication. The macrostructure of the radio is explicated in the speech of the communicants in settings on the personal plan of interaction. The macrostructure implements an intersubject model of interaction. The macrostructure of social network communication manifests itself in the psycho-speech mechanisms of affiliation, namely, in the connection of speakers to the speech in order to actualize in public space, realizing a quasi-subject communication model. The second model does not show explicit markers of dialogue, but can be considered from the point of view of successful communication, given the general discursive perspective and the social-network form of organization of communication.

Introduction. Communication skills are recognized as one of the most important elements in the education of a modern engineer. Engineering education programs should include modules aimed at developing interdisciplinary and cross-cultural communication skills. The specificity of professional engineering communication is determined by the professional competencies of a new generation technical university graduate. Aim and objectives are to describe and analyze the methodology of forming the communicative competencies in the field of professional activity for master students with engineering training. Material and methods. Theoretical methods of comparative analysis, synthesis and generalization of research by foreign and domestic authors are used. The experience of Western countries about the program accreditation in the field of engineering and technology is considered. Results and discussion. The paper analyzes and suggests the conceptual ideas of engineering education implemented by the method of integrated project training, which contribute to the improvement of specialist professional training. The structural and functional model of the module “Current issues in biomedical engineering” is implemented in the Ural Federal University named after the first President of Russia B. N. Yeltsin, Institute of Physics and Technology for the educational master program 12.04.04 Biotechnical systems and technologies. The program allows one to ensure a gradual development of communicative competence of master students during the study of special professional disciplines. The model represents the unity of the goal, content, organizational and evaluation blocks and reflects the organizational and methodological tools of the pedagogical process, as well as the pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of the model. The practical implementation of the model is described with the indication of disciplines and communication skills. Conclusion. The study revealed the importance of improving the quality of training engineering and technical personnel in terms of forming communicative competence as a component of general cultural competence. These knowledge, skills and abilities affect the motivational-value, cognitive-activity, emotional-volitional and reflexiveevaluative components of the business professional communicative competence of future engineers, provide readiness for professional activity and allow forming engineering thinking of a new formation. Such innovations in the education system are an integral part of the implementing the task for Russian technical universities to become world-class educational organizations.
