| 5601 | Technological development not only unites people all over the world, but also opens the way in the educational field. As an assistive tool, social networks provide natural communication and exchange of information, provide teachers and students with educational resources, services for developing materials and organizing training, as well as creating an educational environment in the form of virtual communities for interaction, where teachers and students actively participate in the learning process, where teachers simultaneously act as consultants and participants in communication. The purpose of the study is to study the perceptions and attitudes of undergraduate students at Vietnamese universities towards developing Russian speaking and writing skills through social networks outside the classroom. The scientific novelty of the study lies in considering the ability to use social networks as an auxiliary tool for learning the Russian language in Vietnam. The theoretical basis was provided by scientific and pedagogical works on the research problem. The following methods are used in the research process: analysis, synthesis, systematization, case study, questioning. The results of the study showed positive views of Vietnamese students on the development of Russian speaking and writing skills through social networks outside the classroom. It was also noted that it is necessary to change the consciousness and attitude of teachers towards the use of social networking platforms as aids in teaching Russian speaking and writing skills. In addition, effective use of social networks in teaching other Russian language skills is expected. On the other hand, in a virtual environment, students can observe the reality of language use in everyday life, which is impossible for language learners in a non-linguistic environment. The conclusions drawn can serve as the basis for revealing the possibilities of creating interactive exercises and introducing them into the development of Russian speaking and writing skills through social networks in Vietnam. Future research may include studying the functions of social networks and their use in creating a system of exercises for developing Russian language skills; conducting an in-depth interview to assess the achievements of speech skills using various types of exercises on social networks. | 5610 | Itroduction. The correct usage of grammatical government in Russian sometimes encounters difficulties, on the other hand, due to the structural differences in grammatical ways of expressing government in both Russian and Persian languages and moreover, the absence of a case category in Persian, the topic of the article acquires special relevance for teaching Russian and Persian languages. The topic of government in the Russian language has been researched a lot and many books and articles have been written on this topic, but in the Persian language. Linguists did not pay much attention to this topic, only at the level of dissertations and articles, not a large number of works have been written by linguists with knowledge of the Russian language. The aim of the study is to analyze the errors associated with the use of government in Russian and compare them with the Persian language. Material and methods. In this article, using the method of comparative linguistics, common mistakes are considered when using government in Russian language, after which the results are additionally analyzed and compared with the Persian language, and as a result, the similarities and differences in grammatical ways of expressing government between the Russian and Persian languages will be revealed. The material of this article is grammar guides in both languages and specialized books and articles on the topic of government, especially in Russian. The objectives of this study are to increase the understanding of government among students in two languages, familiarize themselves with the mistakes in connection with the use of government in Russian and their comparison with the Persian language. Results and discussion. The results of the article can be helpful for students of both named languages, who, firstly, due to the lack of research on this topic, especially on government in Persian, cannot compare the ways of expressing government in a foreign language with their native language and, as a result, suffer from an incomplete concept of this topic and secondly, due to the lack of familiarization with common mistakes when using government, they are often mistaken in their application. Conclusions are drawn about different theories on the definition of the term “government” as a grammatical term in the field of linguistics. Not all linguists in Russian accept all existing generally accepted definitions of government. Researchers of the Persian language also pay attention to government in the Persian language, although some, such as L. S. Peisikov, completely deny the existence of government, but this study confirms that the grammatical meaning of government cannot be abandoned. | 5620 | In the Faddeev formulation of gravity, the metric is regarded as composite field, bilinear of d = 10 4-vector fields. We derive the minisuperspace (discrete) Faddeev action by evaluating the Faddeev action on the spacetime composed of the (flat) 4-simplices with constant 4-vector fields. This is an analog of the Regge action obtained by evaluating the Hilbert-Einstein action on the spacetime composed of the flat 4-simplices. One of the new features of this formulation is that the simplices are not required to coincide on their common faces. | 5624 | Introduction. The problems of awareness of life difficulties, psychological needs and anxieties of women of the Asian diaspora, as well as their survival strategies are studied. Material and methods. This paper takes a comparative literature approach and textual close reading methods to interpret two novels written by Chinese overseas female writers. Results and discussion. Both Nieh Hualing’s Mulberry and Peach (1981) and Jean Kwok’s Searching for Sylvie Lee (2019) depict the diasporic experiences of female fictional characters in war times and peaceful contemporary era respectively. Even if the dates of publication of the two novels are across nearly half a century, there are a number of identical elements between them. For instance, both female protagonists suffer from constant cross-border movements, estrangement, even schizophrenia. This paper endeavors to tackle the problems that firstly why female diasporas fall into the estrangement predicament through ceaseless transnational movements, then what are the dialectical relations of spatial mobility and estrangement, and lastly how and why they forge the alternating personality and fluid identity. Conclusion. Through analysis, it concludes that the ceaseless spatial mobility experiences prompt the diasporic protagonists to estrange from their family, culture and self. Furthermore, spatial mobility and estrangement interplay between each other, and finally leading to diasporic women’s dual personalities, which can be seen as both the predicament and the survival strategies of those diasporas. That is to say, the flexible and fluid personality or identity is a request for them to survive in foreign countries. It is hoped that the discussion on those protagonists’ survival tactics will shed light on the exploration of the possible strategies to better the diasporas’ living conditions. | 5625 | Introduction. The study of verbal and cognitive activity of an author and an addressee in the process of co-creation based on the text as a form of communication remains an urgent problem. The modern cognitive-discursive paradigm of scientific knowledge and development of communicative theory of text offer the challenge in the study of text as an object of perception, interpretation and understanding. The aim of the article is the detection of some linguo-cognitive mechanisms of hyperconcept forming as a result of interpretative activity by a subject perceiving the text relying on the regulative theory as one of the directions of the communicative stylistics of the text. Material and methods. The research is examined on the analysis, comparison and generalization of scientific literature on the theory and history of the issue, on the use of the methodology and conceptual and terminological apparatus of the regulative theory, on the application of conceptual, linguistic, semantic and stylistic analysis. The material for the study was the poems of famous Russian poets F. I. Tyutchev, I. A. Bunin, Z. N. Gippius, N. A. Zabolotsky. Results and discussion. The starting point is the following: the interpretation of the text by the addressee depends on linguo-cognitive mechanisms – verbal and cognitive processes that form the generalized meaning of the text (hyperconcept), stimulated by the general system of the text, including the cognitive operations of analysis, comparison, synthesis based on associative activity and an experience of a person. In identifying the hyperconcept, the regulatory strategy of the text, the methods of regulation, the regulatory means and structures which the author used in the text with an orientation towards co-creation with the addressee, “control” of his cognitive activity are important. The lexical system of the text stimulating its associative and semantic deployment in the mind of the reader is especially significant. Interpretive activity presupposes the interconnection of the concepts actualized in the text within the limits of its general conceptual structure based on the relations of complement, enhancement, contrast, inclusion, comparison, generalization. Taking this into account, relying on the regulative theory, the following linguocognitive mechanisms of hyperconcept formation were identified: 1) through amplifying-convergent mechanism, associated with the sequential strengthening of the key concept by various regulatory means and structures in the context of the inductive-deductive lexical macrostructure of the text; with repetition as a way of regulation and a regulatory strategy for the stepwise enhancement of the semantic features of the key concept; 2) closed sequentialadditional, manifested in a phased artistic-figurative concretization of various signs of a hyperconcept based on the use of a strong regulatory strategy of a homogeneous explicit type and repetition as the main way of regulation; 3) comparative-paradoxical, stimulated by the regulatory strategy of the paradoxical-contrastive type; contrast as the main method of regulation and textual paradigms of the antonymic type as a regulatory dominant; 4) comparativesynthesizing, reflecting synthesis (generalization) on the basis of parallel comparative associative-semantic deployment of different facets (features) of the key concept, stimulated by a stepped lexical macrostructure of the inductive-deductive type. Conclusion. The use of the regulative theory and its conceptual and terminological apparatus makes it possible to determine some of the patterns organized by the interpretive activity of the addressee and the linguo-cognitive mechanisms of the formation of the general meaning of the text given in the poetic text. Obtained observations are of interest for further development of the problem of notional interpretation and methods of semantic analysis of the text. | 5639 | Introduction. The current paper is dedicated to studying one of the 4 discursive strategies of legitimation identified by discourse analyst T. van Leeuwen, mythopoesis. The aim of the study is to reveal specific features of realization of legitimation discursive strategies and to interpret the results in the context of nature of education policy in Japan. Material and methods. The focus of our study is Japanese modern educational system and textbooks of the Course of Moral Education for elementary and secondary schools provided by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan, MEXT. In order to uncover the legitimation strategies in the Course of Moral Education we used the method of discourse analysis and also the critical discourse analysis. Moreover, the method of content analysis and cultural linguistics method are also used. Results and discussion. All the sub-strategies of mythopoesis that was identified by T. van Leeuwen are found in textbooks. Moral tale demonstrates how protagonist achieves success relying on perseverance and diligence, which are in directly linked to the Japanese value gambari. Another story which refers to the inversion is also addresses to this value. Inversion is achieved by endowing the animals from the forest with the qualities of real social actors. The cautionary tale, in contrast, illustrates how the protagonist’s willfulness and unwillingness to obey social principles lead to his exclusion from the society. The symbolization story is an allusion of Japanese society itself with its laws and traditions. Conclusion. The analysis allows to identify the main areas of Japanese pedagogy, as well as to identify the values that are transmitted to the Japanese younger generation through pedagogical discourse. Although Japanese education is modelled after the Western countries’ system, it is still in close connection with moral standards which were the main construct of Japanese society from old centuries. | 5646 | At present the higher school is facing an acute problem of training specialists, demanded by the labour market. Therefore, the necessary condition is to improve the quality of education of the students, in which a special role is assigned to individual work, especially during transition to level and individually-focused training in the logic of state of educational standards of the third generation. Individual educational work seems rather a problematic concept. In the terms of quality issues the concept of “work” is determined by the concept of “activity”, which is the base for it. By means of individual work the students’ readiness for independent activity is carried out. And for the formation of self-reliance as the characteristics of an individual to adapt first-year students an opening course ‘Introduction to the vocation’ is designed. The main objectives of the suggested course are “to introduce students to the vocation”, i.e. introduce the features of student life and activities throughout the coming period of training, to form certain ideas and skills necessary for mastering of all subjects of the curriculum, as well as to introduce the features and requirements of the economics profession. | 5648 | The relevance of the study determines the current context of information space development and ongoing evolutionary change associated with the latest achievements in the field of information and communication technologies. Both in Russian and Kazakhstani mass communication theory, this aspect is insufficiently studied and requires attention. Innovation and theoretical significance of the work lies in the analysis of advanced problems, which make a serious contribution to the scientific basis of the study of journalism. The article presents a holistic concept of the typology of epistolary journalism in the context of globalization and information society development. The analysis focuses on examples of modern texts in both print and electronic media and the Internet, which becomes a new epistolary visual space for communication infrastructure of social communication on the local and global levels. Analyzed dynamic processes in the language and style of contemporary works of epistolary journalism, such as the evolution of the epistolary genre, its transformation in the epistolary visual genre, desacralization when you get the opportunity in social networks and anonymization of self-presentation of the participants of communication, the tendency to brevity of content, lower level information, as well as extensive use of graphic symbols and abbreviations. The author developed a typology of information dissemination channels, describes their modern types that are actively used in journalistic discourse, which largely determine the socio-psychological, information and linguistic and cultural situation in society. Extremely important in this regard is the problem of formation of professional culture of the text creator of business, personal or other types of letters. The article condsiders the tendencies and prospects of development of the epistolary genre in modern journalism, linguistic and stylistic features of this time-tested means of communication. | 5649 | Introduction. There is an increase in scientific and practical interest in the use of case technology in the methodical teachers’ training, including teachers of foreign languages (FL). Despite the existence of separate scientific studies on the use of case technology in this training, it is not widely used. Separate methodological cases contained in scientific papers are not sufficiently expedient for implementation and insufficiently successful in terms of wording. The purpose is to clarify the specifics of case technology in pedagogical theory and educational practice, to summarize the main provisions for the development and application of cases in the methodical training of FL teachers and the problems that students face when solving them. Material and methods. The following methods were used: analysis of scientific and educational literature; observation; generalization; case solving. The material of the study was pedagogical cases and methodical cases. Results and discussion. The article characterizes case technology in teachers’ education and methodical training. The provisions on the development and application of cases in the methodical training of FL teachers are summarized; examples of less and more successful case formulations for methodological training of foreign language teachers, as well as author’s cases are given; the problems of the implementation of case technology in the methodical training of teachers of FL are indicated. Conclusion. Today, the study of design and development of collections of cases for the named training is relevant, taking into account the identified problems and scientifically based provisions for their development and application, the potential for developing the methodical competence of future FL teachers. | 5650 | Questions regarding the integration of “flipped learning” technology in the academic process, which allow students to acquire and understand new material outside of the classroom and apply it in academic discussions, debates, and projects, draw particular attention from researchers and staff in educational facilities. The application of this technique invokes the student’s creative potential and capability, leading to improved learning outcomes and student activity, however its successful application requires certain approaches and resources. The purpose of the study is to determine the essence of “flipped learning”; to study its existing advantages and disadvantages; to evaluate the effectiveness of the assimilation process of the studied material by students as a result of the introduction of this technology. The resources for this study were the theoretical methods of comparative analysis and general content of scientific and pedagogical literature by domestic and foreign scientists working in similar research areas. The verification of the accuracy and validity of the constructed model, which indicated the effectiveness of the technology used, was carried out by the methods of observation, pedagogical experiment, modeling, regression and correlation analyses. The main characteristics of learning are described: the individualization of the educational process, the rational distribution of free time with productive independent work at one’s own pace, and the unlimited use of electronic educational resources. Despite the identified imperfections and certain potential problems for teachers and students, the technology has many advantages, and discussions by authors of the scientific and pedagogical literature on the topic of study made it possible to carry out our own research to identify the advantages and disadvantages when introduced into the educational process. The effectiveness of the degree of material assimilation when using this technology was tested by us at the Institute of Mathematics and Computer Science of Buryat State University and at the Ulan-Bator branch of the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics. In the course of the study, tests trials were carried out to measure residual knowledge and students were surveyed to assess the quality of the proposed technology. As an experiment to determine the effectiveness of the methodology, the authors prepared and posted presentations on one of the basic topics of mathematical analysis in the digital educational sphere of universities. To achieve maximum efficiency in the use of this method, it is necessary to take into account the individual needs and abilities of each student and to create a suitable environment for independent work, providing necessary technical support. The results of the study demonstrated that ad the results of the application of “flipped learning”, students were motivated to improve the quality of gained knowledge, and were incentivized to learn on their own, and the level of their self-organization increased as well.
