Introduction. The article analyzes the features of the structure and semantic content of the virtual portals of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, the All-Russian public organization “Union of Pensioners of Russia”, the portal of the regional social center as a kind of institutional virtual resource that provides typical communication between the state and people of different ages – primarily the elderly. The purpose of the article is to describe the discursive, communicative, structural features of the official portals of state and public organizations, addressed to the elderly population of the country and region, to identify ways of organizing communication, the nature of communication with the addressee. Material and methods. The general research methodology is based on studies of linguists, psychologists, psycholinguists in the field of speech, psychological, cognitive characteristics of elderly people, as well as cognitivediscursive approaches to communication between official structures and public organizations with different layers of the population in a virtual environment. We used structural (content) analysis of the site, communicative analysis of the individual components of the sites, pragma-style analysis of fragments of texts contained in the content of the site, genre analysis of statements and fragments of texts. Results and discussion. Portals have a different volume of hypertext, multimodal, polycode structural components against the background of typical forms and contents typical for virtual objects. The virtual space of the RF PF portal has the features of a marketing platform that contains sections oriented to feedback from the addressee and their implementation – a citizen’s personal account, counseling center, and pension calculator; The content of the portal of the joint venture of the Russian Federation combines marketing, informative, effective and interactive features. The degree of combination of institutional, official, business, advertising, ritual, everyday discourses is also different, depending on the nature of the subject, function and copyright holder of the virtual object. The largest volume of official and official-business discursive component, the smallest amount of visual means is distinguished by the RF PF portal, the portal of the Union of Pensioners of the Russian Federation equally combines officialbusiness, legal, journalistic and everyday types of discourse, designed also using static and dynamic infographic components; the portal of the regional social center contains components of legal, official-business, educational journalistic types of discourse (the latter is represented by the numbers of the regional periodical). Conclusion. The structure, content of website, type of communication of the portals indicate the presence of incompatible types of recipient. The addressee of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation’s portal is a gender, professional, socially undefined person of retirement, pre-retirement age, interested in conceptually limited information; it’s mobile in a cognitive sense, easily transitioning from an ordinary conceptualization of reality to specialized, able to quickly adapt a large amount of legal information, orientated in a virtual environment, changing style and communicative registers. The addressee of the portal of the Union of Pensioners of the Russian Federation is a gender, socially undefined pensioner, active in relation to public and state life in Russia, having broad interests, involved in physical education and sports, and volunteer movement. The addressee of the portal of the Public Institution “Public Center for Social Policy of the Sherbakul Region” is a gender-undefined, socially unprotected (including pensioner), a geographically limited member of society, active in relation to the public life of the Omsk region, having broad interests, involved in physical education and sports not giving up under any circumstances. Syrov V.N. Narrative Theme in Modern Western Philosophy of History. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2000. Issue 7 (23). P. 14-18

Our task in this paper is to point out some stages in the development of narrativist turn in philosophy of history. We argue that the narrativist theme now moved away from what were formerly dominant perspectives focused primarily on literary texts and moved towards analysis of narratives as our primary way of organizing our experience of time and life. In philosophy of history that turn was formulated in agonistic relationship to Hempelian covering-law models. W.H. Dray has written that one of the best means of explaining a change is to trace the course of events by which it came about. The new step was realized by L. Mink. Mink criticized concept of following a story elaborated by W. B. Gallie and asserted configurational character of narrative activity. He says that the author derives the structure from telling the story itself, not from the events it relates. And developing this idea H. White concluded that historians draw on the «plot-structure» identified by N. Frye as Romance, Comedy, Tragedy and Satire. D. Carr says that it is an «escape» from reality. He stresses continuity between narrative and everyday life and recon-figurational character of historical and fictional narrative. We account for productivity of this displacement of theme in philosophy of history.

Professional language personality is a complex of linguistic competences which permits the effective operating with professional sub-discourses «in different situations of professional-communicative interaction» (S. V. Myskin). The material of research is interviews of different years with Rada Anchevskaya – a leader of the rock-group «Rada & Ternovnik». Rada Anchevskaya positions herself as a musical «shaman», likens a concert to a ritual, trance and likens a stage to a sacral place. In her opinion music has mystical and timeless origin. Ideally, musicians do not compose but perceive it if they have enough delicacy of feelings. Music animates the word in a song. Particularity of self-presentation of Rada Anchevskaya’s professional language personality is in plenty of factual information (names of musical instruments, albums and songs of the group «Rada & Ternovnik»; denominations of musical equipment, styles and genres; surnames of musicians, specialists in mythology, philosophy, titles of the books on different themes, names of folklore and mythological characters etc.) and in frequent use of tropes and stylistic figures (mainly the metaphors). It shows great erudition of the artist, seriousness and profundity of her works and figurative nature of her language picture of the world. This research is interesting for linguopersonology and communicative stylistics of text.

The paper aims to investigate the domain of spatial relators in Eastern Khanty and the notions they serve to express. The domain of basic topological relations is represented by a class of postpositions which are more or less equivalent to prepositions in English. In the present paper we would like to approach the analysis of postpositions in Eastern Khanty within the modern grammaticization theory framework. Thus, the analysis is performed from a perspective of the evolution of postpositions out of earlier lexical forms. This involves etymology and explanation of changes in language through semantic and cognitive accounts of words.

Safonova E.A. TOPOS OF ITALY IN NICHOLAY OTSUP’S POEMS. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 11 (188). P. 218-225

N. Otsup, Russian poet of the first wave of emigration lived abroad for 34 years. He lived in France, but his heart belonged to Italy. His first poem, dedicated to Italy, appeared in the book “In the smoke” (1926). N. Otsup was hoping to see a country of great culture, but found the country of philistines. Gradually his negative impressions were replaced by descriptions of the aesthetic space of Italy, largely due to meeting with his future wife. In N. Otsup’s lyrics Italian motifs are closely intertwined with motives of love and faith, as the wife has brought him to God. The poem “Meeting” (1928) was dedicated to the enlightenment of the lyrical hero. Italy is a prideful country, where the life passes slowly, and therefore the enlightenment comes not very soon. Italy took important place in the last N. Otsup’s poem “Diary in verse”. The poet dedicate it to his wife, which he compares with Dante Beatrice. Otsup describes the usual life of Italians, the idyll of rural Italy and also wrote with sadness about fascism. The poet joined Italian Resistance and fought for the country as for his second homeland. During the WWII he experienced a spiritual crisis, but he overcame adversity and found his Paradise in the Holy land of Italy. Analysis of the image of Italy shows the hero’s journey from despair to the attainment of love and faith.

Xu J. EUPHONY IN RUSSIAN FOLK TALES. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2020. Issue 2 (208). P. 85-91

Introduction. In modern linguistic science, there has recently been a tendency of typical language-specific study in which euphonia is defined as a typical linguistic characteristic of a literary text. This article discusses the specific properties of words found in fairy tales, and their sound character, which is associated with the phonetic and stylistic features of folklore. The paper comprehensively reviews the functional and rhythmic characteristics of euphony in fairy tales and confirms the specific details of the emotional, artistic and functional impact strategies. The paper is mainly devoted to the study of euphonia in Russian folk tales. And thus, it can confirm the rhythm and melody of the narrative in the development of fairy tales and find that alliteration and resonance are typical expressions of folk tales. As a conventional phonological form, euphony, with a unique study of language style, links authors, fairy tale texts and listeners. This expression of trinity is well shown in the folk tales. Material and methods. The empirical base of the study is 623 titles of Russian folktales collected by A. N. Afanasyev in three volumes. The following research techniques and methods were implemented in the study: a descriptive method, observation and generalization, an interpretative approach; systematization and classification; functional, comparative and statistical analysis. Results and discussion. The results of this work confirm that Russian folk tales are characterized by a diverse euphony as a special and typical repetition of sounds and rhythmic organization, embodying a certain purposeful author’s intention. In the tales of A. N. Afanasyev, the main phonetic expressive means and artistic rhythmic methods are used, the purpose of which is to create euphony – alliteration and assonance. A similar euphony is noted in the beginnings, endings, to represent the development of the plot of the tale. A specific feature of the use of these tools and methods is that they are all closely related, complement, reinforce each other, and effectively contribute to the implementation of the author’s artistic design. Conclusion. Eventually, the author draws the following conclusion that, when using phonetic rhymes, the expressive power in fairy tale, especially the expressiveness at the beginning and ending, can be achieved not only through the use of phonetics and stylistic, but also through the use of rhythmic artistic expression of the author’s descriptions in words, phrases, and paragraphs. The use of alliteration and assonance in Russian folk tales can enhance the imagery and expressiveness of speech, create a favorable sound musical and harmonious effect and allow readers to present the poetic picture of the tale as much as possible.

We study the particle number production and its time variation using non-equilibrium quantum eld theory. We study the model proposed by Hotta et.al. [1] for particle number production with a heavy neutral scalar and a light complex scalar. The interaction Lagrangian contains CP violating phase and particle number violating interaction among the scalars. The particle number violating mass term is also introduced, which splits a complex scalar into two real scalars with small non-degenerate mass. Therefore, the term generates particle and anti-particle mixing. We study the long time behavior of the particle number production rate.

Gubaydullina A.N. THE DESCRIPTIVE ANALYSIS OF THE R. KARAPETYAN’S POETRY FOR CHILDREN. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 11 (188). P. 179-184

Rustam Karapetyan (Krasnoyarsk) is the author of six children’s books. He also has publications in many children’s magazines and collective books. The article continues a series of studies devoted to the poetry of contemporary Siberian authors for children. The author of the article analyzes phonetics, grammar, vocabulary, figurative system and lyrical plot. Karapetyan’s children’s poetry has structural integrity. An important category of his poetry is the game (play). The game / play is dual. On the one hand, the poet realizes it as free creativity, which a child can realize, but an adult can’t. On the other hand, the game is an opportunity to try different life roles. The child and the parent are opposed to each other, but at the same time they are mutually necessary as two complementary worlds. A small hero of Karapetyan’s poetry exists in two parallel spheres. There are space of reality and his imagination. Fantasy is more significant than reality. The motives of flight, travel, magic transformation are constantly repeated in poetry. In addition, the poet is not afraid to use the plots and motives that were previously encountered in Russian children’s literature. Karapetyan’s creativity enters into a dialogue with well-known authors and it continues the tradition of classical lyrics for children.

Guseynova U.G. CONCEPT “BREAD” IN WORLD PICTURE OF RUSSIAN PEOPLE. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2019. Issue 2 (199). P. 28-33

The article deals with problems of cognitive linguistics. The fundamental concepts comprising world language picture is the centre of attention. The article traces the verbalization of the concept of “bread” in the Russian language, using materials from the academic dictionary that contain some phraseological units with component “bread”, each of which implements one of the main cognitive features of this concept. On the basis of the examples given, it is shown that the degree of phraseologization of these units is different, but nevertheless all of them retain a connection with the original denotate. This circumstance contributes to the preservation of positive connotations in this phraseological paradigm. The analysis of cognitive signs to identify the scope of the concept of “bread” in the language picture of the world of the Russian people is carried out. The question of the original meaning, which forms the main nominative meaning of the word “bread” in Russian, which is present in the semantic structure of all derivatives, regardless of the degree of their distance from the creation of a semantic base, is considered. For the bulk identification of the concepts of “bread” in the linguistic picture of the world of Russian people, an analysis was conducted on the basis of cognitive signs. The fundamental nature of the concept “bread” in a language picture of the world of the Russian people with all evidence is shown at all levels. A complete idea of the scope of this concept can be created only with regard to folklore material. However, the system of the most important cognitive signs is successfully traced on the material of lexical, phraseological and paremiological units. We have been collecting the corresponding materials from dictionaries of V. I. Dal, V. M. Ogoltsev, D. N. Ushakov, M. Fasmer, and the four-volume academic dictionary of Russian (the Small Academic dictionary). The task of cognitive or linguistic-cognitive analysis is to analyze language units, focused on identifying cognitive signs that represent this concept in the structure of a particular character. The research shows that cognitive characteristics realized by the concept “bread” embrace the image of bread in the national thinking of Russian nation.

Rudoy A.N. About the So-Called Fluvioglacial Deposits and the Place of Diluvial Processes Take in the Lithodynamic Succession. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2003. Issue 4 (36). P. 80-85

The article deals with the existing definitions of fluvioglacial deposits that are chiefly developed in the mountain lands. It also points out the main contradictions in field and laboratory diagnostics of fluvioglacial deposits contained in the fact that lithologic criteria for such diagnostics do not exist in the nature. It refers to all the facies of fluvioglacial deposits in the pre-glacial zone. The absence of lithologic criteria of distinguishing between the so-called fluvioglacial and mountainous alluvium is explained by the structure of all these deposits. It is conditioned by hydrodynamic peculiarities of the floods in which they are developed. Pre-glacial fluvial sediments undergo the process of laying many times both immediately by the glacier margin and under the glacier itself. Thus, it means that according to the well-spread classifications all the melt-water deposits (except pre-glacial lake deposits) should be called «alluvium». Besides, it often happens that some forms of a principally different genesis-diluvial origin-would be taken for the deposits of melt glacier water. The former it their turn have been formed by cataclysmic (i.e. - temporary) floods from ice-dammed lakes which outburst. Unclear diagnostics of water deposits leads to the difficulties in defining criteria to seek alluvial placers. The article shows the place of diluvial deposits in the row of other genetic types of loose sediments. The second part of the article deals with the energy essence of the diluvial morpholithogenesis from the points of natural risks.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the concept memory in a comparative aspect of silver age poets’ writing such as N. S. Gumilyev and A. A. Akhmatova. The concept is analyzed on the basis of intertextual associativesemantic fields modeling that allow to identify different semantic aspects of the concept and individual author’s peculiarities of association. The result of research showed that common lexemes, that correspond to the usual meaning of the lexem memory, for poetic creativiy by A. A. Akhmatova and N. S. Gumilyev are the following areas of association: memory as a memory of anything (about love, about the events that happened earlier, about objects of the surrounding world, about time of action, etc.); memory as the total of the experience gained by the person or people; memory features. In the poetry of A. A. Akhmatova memory about the events of the past is painted emotionally due to sensual perception of the poetess. In her poems the relation of the concept memory with heart and soul becomes actual. In the poems by N. S. Gumilyev memory is connected not only with past time, but with future time too, with deep or archetypal memory, and it is of great importance for the poet, because it is the focus of experiences, thoughts, feelings, stimulating creative activity and correlates with knowledge.

The paper presents the comparative analysis of French, Russian and English figurative vocabulary representing archetypically essential foods – honey, milk and butter. Figurative vocabulary is a valuable source of data connected with national mentality; it reflects material and spiritual culture in the language. The investigation of figurative expressions containing different linguistic units which represent foods is relevant due to the fact that food, being an element of national culture, is connected in the greatest degree with peoples’ perception of their national characteristic features. Figurative expressions containing such linguistic units as ‘honey’, ‘milk’ and ‘bread’ have been analyzed as these elements are frequently used in French, Russian and English figurative expressions. Milk and honey are equally significant foods for the Russians and French people, consequently, figurative meanings represented by these linguistic units are similar in both cultures. Milk symbolizes health, youth; it is also a source of enjoyment and pleasure in the English and French cultures. The linguocultural analysis of French figurative expressions was supplemented by the examination of their realizations in different types of discourse and compared to equivalent expressions in the Russian and English languages. The most vivid examples are provided with contexts from different types of discourse. The complex analysis of French expressions containing the unit “beurre” has shown that one and the same expression can have not only different but also antonymic figurative meanings which have opposite connotations. Thus, the results have shown that the complex analysis should be carried out in three aspects: linguocultural, comparative and discourse ones.

Bolotnov A.V. TYPE OF ARGUMENTATION AS A REFLECTION OF PUBLIC INFORMATIONAL AND MEDIA LANGUAGE PERSONALITY’S IDIOSTYLE. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2019. Issue 4 (201). P. 21-30

Introduction. Well-reasoned discourse is still one of the most widespread in up-to-date media sphere. It is conditional on peculiarities of modern social and historical age context and necessity to prove different viewpoints on current events. That is why study of types and means of argumentation is one of the topical task in different spheres of knowledge. The aim of the article is the detection of idiostyle peculiarities of media discourse of a public language personality abreast of argumentation’s types in the sphere of different informational reasons that are used by this person. Methods of research are based on discursive, semantic and stylistic analysis usage supported by regulative theory as one of the directions of the communicative stylistics of the text. Results and discussion. Dependence of types of argumentation that were used by public media persons on objective factors (informational reason, theme, speech genre) and subjective (goal-setting, communicative and cognitive, cultural and speech author’s peculiarities) is determined. Common and individual regulative means, structures and ways, which are typical for argued discourse and for analyzed individual discursive practices, are revealed in the article. The typical regulative structures and means of regulation are the following: usage of opponent’s quotations with further denial; reference to opponent and appeal to him that is attended by direct or indirect characteristic; reference to facts and quantitative data, usage of comparison of similar signs for proof, intensification of expression and polemic excitement at level of language means. Individual peculiarities of argumentation are the following: difference of author’s intentions, scale of informational reasons for counter-argumentation; choice of argumentation type subject to personality’s idiostle including his cultural and speech, cognitive and communicative styles, availability of author’s regulative means of logical and/or rhetorical argumentation in media discourse. Conclusion. The introduced approach to the study of argumentative discourse from the point of view of the idiostyle manifestation of a public language personality, revealed the difference between argumentation types according to the aim, means and effect of influence, which is caused not only by objective factors, but author’s individual peculiarities and information field of media text authors. These findings are of interest for media linguistics, theory of speech influence, speech conflict study, communicative stylistics of text.
