The paper describes a theoretical study on the introduction of electronic educational resources in the learning process. The article deals with long-term tendencies in the development of world education. A key focus of development prospects is the implementation of new technologies emerging in global educational community. Productive use of interactive technologies is defined by the research model “Cone of learning” on the effectiveness of obtaining knowledge methods by Edgar Dale. The studied aspects of teaching get reflected in the real activity on the basis of the electron-didactic support, in particular, students being in the role of a teacher through the creation of thematic tasks. By way of illustration an open educational resource is demonstrated in order to define the significance of the content created for peer-correction. The teacher acts as the administrator of online groups and provides information support for working with the site. As a result, a step by step guide to the open educational resource application in the educational process is developed. Detailed steps of teachers and students activities on the creation of electron content within the selected Internet resource are given. The results of the study imply the need to expand blended learning knowledge paradigm in the pedagogical practice of higher educational institutions.

The paper presents the optimization of the molecular geometry of metallocenes by two different density functionals. The resulting structural and spectral data are compared with the experimental values. The conclusion is based on the calculation method of the natural valence orbitals of the value of the magnitude of the donor-acceptor and dative interactions in the formation of metallocenes. Following the procedure of decomposion of the energy, the values of the ionic and covalent character of bonds between the metal and carbon atoms were calculated.

The article is devoted to the description and opportunities of application of training technologies in the process of intercultural foreign-language education and mentoring of students – linguists. The article presents an analysis of the method of intercultural learning, describes the main components of training and specifics of their application in the field of intercultural foreign-language education and mentoring. The method of intercultural training is one of the most effective tools of development of the intercultural competence of students in the western countries, especially in Germany. In some Russian higher education institutes there is a discipline “The theory and practice of intercultural communication” in the plan of study of students-linguists. But in the most of these institutes a goal of this discipline is studying of the basic theoretical postulates of intercultural communication. In the West, particularly in Germany, studying of the intercultural communication’s theory is carried out on an equal basis with capture of practical components of intercultural education and mentoring, providing development of intercultural skills. The practical aspect of intercultural education and mentoring can also be widely adopted in Russia, mainly within educational process of future specialists in the field of linguistics and translation. The method of training is considered as the element of practical intercultural education and mentoring. It allows applying and fulfilling the studied theoretical bases of the discipline “Theory and practice of intercultural communication”. Thereby this method could provide an effective development of intercultural foreign-language skills of students of the linguistic fields of study.

The article concentrates on the research of the processes of metaphorical term formation in Chinese on the basis of the terminology system of the oil and gas industry. There is the opposition method of spheres-sources of metaphorical modeling when analysing the processes of metaphorical term formation, method of frame structure analysis, method of continuous sampling, quantitative analysis and also method of linguocognitive modeling. Thus, metaphorical terms of the oil and gas industry are revealed (based on using of methods of semantic analysis and linguocognitive modeling), that allow us examine deeper the investigated approach. The specificity of terminology system modeling represents in the metaphorical model formation. The article reveals the metaphorical model formations which constitute the system, metaphorical model formations which consist of the certain metaphorical terms. Moreover, the article represent the basis of models conformity and symmetry of metaphors. The article deals with such linguistic units as interjections. The analysis of interjections affects the scope of their semantics, structure and functions. The research is conducted on the material of two unrelated languages – German and Crimean Tatar. The definition of the concept of “interjection” is given, different classifications of interjections are distinguished according to their structure, meaning and functions. The number of interjections in the Crimean Tatar and German languages is determined, and their quantitative analysis is carried out. Interjections form a natural and inalienable affiliation of emotional colloquial speech, give it expressiveness and contribute to a more accurate achievement of the goal of communication. In the system of parts of speech, interjections occupy a special position. They cannot be attributed either to independent parts of speech, or to official ones. Interjections are used to express feelings, emotions, moods, wills without naming them. Many interjections outside speech and intonation have no definite meaning and, depending on the speech situation, they can express the most diverse emotions. From a lexical point of view, interjections are characterized by their uniqueness – they do not call anything and like intonation are expressive, but not meaningful. In the syntactic sense, interjections are not members of a sentence, since they do not have control, adjacency, and coordination links.

Introduction. Currently, in the context of the progression of globalization and informatization trends, one-off and terminative education does not always meet the requirements of society and the state for the quality of teaching staff. As part of the popularization of the educational ideology “lifelong learning”, integration in teacher education and professional development of teachers has become one of the leading goals of education reform in many countries. For a long time, the traditional separation in the system of chinese teacher education and the process of professional development of teachers did not allow improving the quality of the teaching staff. In this regard, in China at the end of the XX century research began on the problems of integration in this education and development. Since that time, considerable experience has been accumulated here in the integration of teacher education, both at a theoretical and practical level. The aim of the study is to determine the essence, characterize the key components and identify existing problems based on the analysis of integration in modern teacher education and professional development of teachers in China. Material and methods. The material of this research was the scientific and pedagogical works of Chinese researchers on the research problem. As methods in this work, we used a theoretical analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature on the problem of research, the experience of implementing integration in teacher education and professional development of teachers; generalization and concretization. Results and discussion. Integration in teacher education and professional development of teachers in China is to rationally design the goals and content of teaching at different stages of professional development of teachers, change the division in this process, optimize the use of educational resources, and promote the quality of teaching staff. The government, higher education institutions, professional retraining organizations for teachers and schools, as important participants in integration, in their own way contribute to its implementation in teacher education and teacher development. This integration is mainly reflected in the integration of learning objectives, curricula, educational institutions involved in teacher training, teacher qualifications and educational resources. Promoting effective professional communication and interaction at all stages of professional development of teachers and between various participants in teacher education, strengthening the continuity of the goals and content of education, improving the quality of teaching staff in the system of professional retraining of teachers remain important tasks of integration in teacher education and professional development of teachers in the future. Conclusion. The essence of integration in teacher education and professional development of teachers in China is to change the divisions in teacher training and to promote the continuous professional development of teachers. Through the integration of goals, curricula, educational institutions, attestation of teacher qualifications and educational resources, the quality of teacher training is indeed improved. However, further development and improvement of integration in teacher education is subject to further deep research in theory and practice in this area, and also requires solving existing problems.

The paper describes a conception of “standard model” for methane emission from the mires of West Siberia. The “standard model” is a complex of (i) methane flux probability densities distributions for typical ecosystems of all natural zones, (ii) period of CH4 emission for all zones, and (iii) fraction of wetland area for all zones. We present experimental data (methane fluxes in forest-tundra) which are the components of “standard model” Aa1. The medians of methane fluxes from palsе, oligotrophic hollows, peat mats and poor fens are 0,14, 1,12, 11,86 and 1,28 mgC•m-2•h-1 accordingly. All abovementioned values relate only to “period of methane emission” which is 120 days in forest tundra.

It was determined that regulative means of anzhabeman and parcelling in the author verses are designated to coupling with title and the other regulative means (tropes and stylistic figures). The analyzed stylistic figures define originality of poetic texts and the main characteristic features of Z. Gippius idiostyle. They are “style firmness”, unemotionality, “categorical tone” of narration. Convergence of stylistic figures as the way of organization of text micro- and macrostructures contributes to making a gnomic style of poetic text and allows varying inflexion outline of work.

The article presents the comparative analysis of two human creature’s ideals. These ideals are pagan one (hero) and Christian one (martyr). An attitude toward the supernatural eternity is identified as a main feature of both these ideals. Pagan confession negates supernatural essence and Christian one realizes this essence as an absolute foundation of itself. By virtue of this feature hero is a quantitative rising of humanity, multiplication and completeness of human strengths without qualitative originality. Hero is an object for separated aesthetic contemplation that is why this ideal negates an intercourse. Martyr is described by his belonging to supernatural Person. Eternity transforms transitory and transitory begins to express its belonging to eternity. Thereby martyr is a justified individuality that is a qualitative originality and a supernatural absolute intercourse. Martyr saves himself and others by means of his martyrdom.

This article introduces the information about the absolute age of the relict bog, situated in the poligonal bogs zone (in the south of Gydan peninsula). It is established that this bog isn’t «relic», because it was formed in Holocene. The comparison of peat accumulation of this bog and of oligotrophic bogs was organized and some particular qualities of peat accumulation in the evolution of «relict» peatlands were identified. Also the article presents the botanical composition of the peat deposit of the object of study. The comparison of the Holocene climatic variations on Russian Plane and in Western Siberia for the oligotrophic bogs zone is considered. It is proved that for the reconstruction of climatic variations for the «relict» peat deposit in the Far North regions it’s necessary to consider the inertness of cryogenic processes.

This paper examines the issues of forming a qualitative assessment of educational activities in the system of additional professional education of civil servants. The main principles for assessing the quality of educational activity are revealed. The article states that the scientific understanding of estimating the quality of educational services in the sphere of the additional professional training does not yet meet the real needs in practice. The results of the study, which determines the need for additional professional education for civil servants in management, are presented. The relationship between the need for additional training and personal attitude to the school has been established. The productivity and effectiveness of the organizational and educational conditions required for the effective implementation and developing the quality assessment model for educational activities in the system of additional professional education for state civil employees are determined. The structural and functional model for the quality assessment of educational services with the participation of consumers is suggested. According to this model selfexamination, introspection and external expertise (reflection, research, design of the educational environment) become the leading methods of the assessment. Thus, the position of the teacher changes. The teacher becomes an expert both in relation to his activity and in relation to the activity of the student, who is also placed in the position of an expert regarding his pedagogical activity and achievements in working with students.
