| 3451 | The article describes some results of a research on the techniques of teaching the discipline «Methodology and information technologies of project management» to the students of the field «Applied Informatics». This work develops the statements of works [1–3]. The present article generalizes authors’ teaching experience and demonstrates some working practice. The research on educational process shows the necessity of subject field extension to provide future graduates with related theoretical and practical knowledge that will enlarge their professional skills and thus will forward them to be more successful and competitive in work. Thus, the aim of the study is to improve the existing disciplines’ programs to build a branched system of teaching and learning materials that will meet the requirements of contemporary educational process. In this article some questions of teaching techniques the discipline «Methodology and information technologies of project management» are considered. Some elements of electronic courses are presented, as far as the system of evaluation of educational achievements is described. Microsoft Project that is studied among existing management systems was chosen to demonstrate some evaluation tests and education material. The Moodle platform served as basis for summing up and testing of created techniques. Further goals on educational system development are also argued. It is planned to continue the development of electronic courses intended for supporting independent student work while studying the disciplines. | 3452 | The article deals with an analysis of the essence and contents of students’ value-focused orientations. Value orientations in their turn determine the motivation, i.e., the external and internal incentives of human activity and reasons for concrete actions. The main values of life, which have been formed throughout the existence of mankind, are undergoing significant changes in the modern social society. The moral crisis that emerged as a new anti-social phenomenon in the late 20th century is changing the outlook of the youth, placing material gain on priority positions. The study of the value orientations of students of higher educational institutions (HEIs) in the private and state sector shows that there are no cardinal distinctions between them. In many respects it could be accounted for by the immaturity of the private sector of the educational system, on the one hand, and the inertness of young people’s value orientations, on the other hand. Nevertheless, the study revealed certain dependence of a higher motivation towards creativity in the cases of fee-paying education and a higher consistency between the students’ value orientations in the private HEIs and the market strategy of the Russian reforms. The proportion of students with a creative potential in terms of value orientation in all years of their training is found to be relatively stable and does not exceed 30%. The other students’ creativity orientations are not only developing, but are maintained until senior courses. This is particularly evident in analyzing the responses of students of the Altai State University. | 3467 | The article discusses the establishment and development of saving banks in the Yenisei province, their organization and activities in pre-revolutionary time. Historiography of savings business in Russia is quite extensive, but there are no summarizing research on the history of the savings system at the level of a particular region (including the Yenisei province). It characterizes of the Yenisei province from the position of socioeconomic development and justification of the importance of savings and credit partnerships for the region. It describes the role of the Yenisei Treasury Chamber as the primary state institution in the formation of the financial affairs of the region in the pre-revolutionary period. Represents the influence of the State Bank on the socioeconomic status of the region and its role in the financial and credit system of the country. | 3468 | In present article there are the results of inner form analysis of idioms with the verbs of physical perception in the Russian and English languages. The purpose is to find isomorphic and allomorphic features. There are several types of phraselogical units but idioms are the most interesting for such analysis because they have the inner form based upon some kind of image. The inner form of idioms reflects the associative bonds between conceptual category of physical perception and other categories. The article demonstrates the analysis of inner form done by means of identifying associative models of phraseological inner form. The majority of the associative models are in visual perception that represents the importance of visual perception for native speakers and for the process of idioms creation in both languages. The article presents associative bonds of physical perception category with other categories and the similarities and differences in inner forms of idioms in comparable languages. Phraseological equivalents and coincident models of phraseological inner form represent the similarities of these languages. The connection of physical perception sphere and sphere of understanding, sphere of emotions, personal relations and others became evident. The fact that all associative models in English coincide with those in the Russian language may indicate the identical perceptual and cognitive apparatus. The materials of the article can be used by the heads of the main educational programs and administrative and management teams of Russia’s pedagogical universities in the context of transferring students to BEP (basic educational program) mastering created in accordance with the requirements of FSES HE 3 ++ in conjunction with professional standards of pedagogical activity. It is shown, that activity of this enzyme is defined by local meteoconditions, peat temperature, level of swamp waters, presence of nutrients (in the form of mineral fertilizers). The reclamation of the developed site (since 1986) has not caused essential increase of fermentative activity in all terms of researches, only in 2008 the tendency to its increase was teethed. The soil of a virgin fallow and soil of experiment site are characterized by comparable sizes of activity of catalase, possibly because residual peat is the lowermost horizon of before not drained virgin soil. | 3480 | In the article the issues of penitentiary staff training during the first years of the Soviet government are revealed. These issues are of concern for research as one of the underworked topics in native science. The author focuses on the events connected with it, on historical and pedagogical experience, trials and errors of pioneers of Soviet penitentiary staff training system. Chronological boundaries of the article are determined by the major events of Russian history, which were highly influential on the process of professional penitentiary staff training. The lowest boundary begins in October 1917 with inauguration of Bolshevik regime. The highest is connected with the Second Congress of penitentiary affairs officials of the RSFSR held from November to December 1924, after the agreements of which systematic solutions of the issues of Soviet penitentiary staff training became possible since the second half of 1920s. The first agreements of the government during the first years of Bolshevik regime concerning penitentiary personnel policy and shifting penitentiary priorities are revealed. The central place in the article is devoted to the revealing of external and domestic factors undermining the professional penitentiary staff training and having a negative impact on the possibilities of penitentiary personnel policy in that period. The conclusion about the role of the first educational endeavors’ of Soviet government in foundation of the Soviet system of penitentiary staff training is stated. The plants of both lines inhibition of growth processes and reducing the real seed production in response to the additional exposure to UV-A light was associated with a change in the balance of endogenous hormones - decrease in the amount of indole acid (IAA), and increased levels of abscisic acid (ABA), change the content of FAK and AK. On the basis of differences in the dynamics of seed production plants has been suggested the possible involvement of the photoreceptor CRY1 in regulating morphogenesis of plants to UV-A light of low intensity. The article deals with the problem of optimizing the teaching of Russian as a foreign language using computer technologies at the stage of pre-University training of Chinese students. Students from China experience a number of difficulties related to cultural, national characteristics, as well as large differences in the principles of their native and Russian languages. The aim of the work is to analyze the practices of using computer technologies at the initial stage of studying RCT by Chinese students; to postulate the need to use existing electronic educational complexes, as well as to create new ones. Material and methods. The methodology included information retrieval, continuous sampling analysis, and systematization. Results and discussion. The theoretical and practical significance of the study lies in the systematization of the described experience of using electronic resources and conclusions. In Russia, several electronic and methodological complexes have been created in recent years, which simplify the process of mastering Russian as a foreign language. Using them, the student can repeatedly reproduce the training material, return to it after some time. The effective experience of using e-courses at the stage of pre-University training is described. They are used in Moscow, Krasnodar, Voronezh and other cities. Most of the computer systems concern phonetics as a section of the Russian language. This is due to the complexity of this section for international students. The part is created on topics that are studied much later than the initial stage, for example, «Chemistry», «Economics», «Literature». We have noted the lack of narrowly thematic educational electronic materials for students of the initial stage. Also, for effective learning and comfort in a foreign language environment, students can be provided with interactive dictionaries. It is important that the role of the teacher is not leveled in the course of using electronic learning environments. Conclusion. Interactive courses serve as necessary additional elements in the training system of RCTS, but they cannot replace the tutor’s control by a live person. We noted the descriptive nature of scientific works on the functioning of e-courses, which means that there is a need to quantify their effectiveness using sociological, pedagogical and statistical methods, and to highlight the results in the General pedagogical discourse.
