Mikulenok A.A. CONDITION OF REFUGEE CHILDREN IN THE LIMITROPHE STATES IN 1920’S. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 5 (194). P. 129-135

The article concerns the legal status of refugee children in the interwar period in the limitrophe states. It reflects material and legal status and is based on the data kept in the so called Prague Archive (the Russian Foreign Historical Archive), which is the part of the State Archive of the Russian Federation (SARF). The article includes the analytical data concerning the quantity of refugee children. The article considers not only social and legal status, but also moral condition of refugee children in the limitrophe states and includes common and particular cases of this. The research concerns also living conditions of adults and children in emigration, their complicated material and moral conditions, difficulties which children had to face (either the necessity to work at an early age and, as a result, the inability to attend school, or the employment of parents at work and the inability to educate a child, which ultimately led to disobedience and permissiveness), identifies the factors, which affected this and means of providing assistance to refugee children. The author pays attention to the difficulties, which children faced in emigration: hunger, need, mental and physical violence and denationalization. The author also points out the means of struggle against such a regime and means of providing support from the government and emigration organizations (material support, organization of various children “settlements”, summer children camps and refuges) and problems, which they faced while organizing all this work. The author also gives the comparative analyses of refugee children’s position in recipient countries and points out that children conditions were different according to the policy of the government towards Russian emigrants and economical situation inside every country. Mel’nikova A.Y. CRITERIA FOR EVALUATING THE RESULTS OF INTERNATIONAL PHILOLOGY STUDENTS’ PROJECT PRACTICE. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 7 (196). P. 79-86

In accordance with the personality-oriented and practice-oriented approaches, the article introduces criteria and scales for evaluating the results and the process of project activities, which foreign philology students practise while developing primary professional skills and preparing for pedagogical practice. Projects developed and implemented by students are usually individual due to the interethnic nature of student groups. They contribute to the development of intercultural communication, since in the course of projects the undergraduates introduce Russian speakers (and representatives of other nationalities who speak Russian) to cultural and linguistic features of their native countries and at the same time are becoming more and more aware of the cultural and linguistic features of the country of the studied language (Russia). In this regard, the understanding of project-making technology and the consideration of a number of factors (social and cultural, linguistic, etc.) are very important for the teacher. The knowledge of these allows the teacher not only to help foreign students in choosing the topic and the master class for the project, in arranging an individual trajectory of the project activity and in the timely and qualitative implementation of the tasks set, but also to adequately assess the results of the activity. The method of projects is based on the project practice, according to which at each stage (preparatory, main and final) certain skills such as reflective skills, search for information skills, presentational skills, organizational skills, communication skills and skills of group and individual work are formed. In this regard, the choice of assessment tools offered in the article (report on the results of the project; the project data sheet; the summary of the project; presentation; photos and videos; essays; student’s work review ; training; discussion) is justified taking into account not only the goals and objectives of project practices, activities, specific aspects of evaluation (project development, results, its structure, presentation), but also the list of competencies being developed, among which the most important are communicative, intercultural and information ones. When defining criteria and indicators for certain assessment tools (essay, summary, etc.) State Educational Standard in Russian as a Foreign Language, which sets out the requirements for specific communication skills (e.g. writing skills and speaking skills), and Federal Educational Standard of Higher Education 45.04.01 Philology play an important role as regulatory documents. The number of criteria and points is determined on the basis of the methodological importance of specific evaluation tools. The teacher’s review of the student’s work during pedagogical practice is of particular importance when counting the total number of points which can be scored for the project. The five-point rating scale is adopted for the final mark for the whole project as it is considered the most comfortable and familiar for both teachers and students.

Keywords: project practice, evaluation criteria, professional competence, evaluat ion tool, rating scale

Musaev E.T. EXCEPTIONAL FIELD THEORY FOR E6(6) SUPERGRAVITY. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 12 (153). P. 198-202

A brief description of the supersymmetric and duality covariant approach to supergravity is presented. The formalism is based on exceptional geometric structures and turns the hidden U-duality group into a manifest gauge symmetry. Tensor hierachy of gauged supergravity appears naturally here as a consequence of covariance of the construction. Finally, the full supersymmetric Lagrangian is explicitly constructed. This work was presented on the International Conference “Quantum Field Theory and Gravity (QFTG’14)” in Tomsk.

Shelbogashev V.A. PHILOSOPHICAL FOUNDATIONS OF LINGUISTIC KNOWLEDGE IN ANCIENT CHINA. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 7 (184). P. 103-109

The manifestation of the links between philosophy and linguistics in ancient China through the nominative aspect is considered - the first stage of the work of thinking on the formation of linguistic knowledge. The results of critical analysis of scientific literature, their coverage from the point of view of the stated problem, the results of introspective analysis, elements of the lexicographic analysis of dictionaries are presented. The dynamics of the interaction of epistemological, axiological and pragmatic components of nomination processes as linguistic realizations of the resulting directions of philosophical reflections of Ancient China is revealed. In this article we understand culture in accordance with the definition of V. Z. Demyankov as a set of nationally conditioned standards and patterns of behavior. In this case, a clear boundary is drawn between culture and civilization. Civilization in this article is characterized as a matrix of supranational standards and patterns of human behavior. According to the opinion of the prominent orientalist V. M. Alpatov, due to the factual nature of the lexical-semantic system, the names of objects, phenomena, processes, relations, etc. are the supporting framework of the system of relations of each national culture and reflect its related, imperious, structural and economic, etc. traditions. In this case, the direction and strength of the epistemological, axiological and pragmatic vectors of the nomination process determines the worldview factor, i.е. the sum of philosophical views on the world order. The pragmatic factor serves to fulfill the functions of criticality and veracity of the resulting artifact of linguistic knowledge - the name.

The article reveals results of the onomasiological approach to analyze corpora of Tomsk realionims elaborated in Russian. This article covers issues of a great importance such as onomasiology as a study of designations where linguistics forms can stand for a given concept, idea, and object, theoretical components of an onomasiological approach to categorize required vocabulary segments. Moreover, the research also considers various realia classifications elaborated since 1950s that are crucial for modern linguistics and widely spread. The article anticipates detailed and careful examination of such classifications and criteria of their formation and elaboration to select the basic one. In accordance with the research, the most reliable classification has been selected and applied during systematization and categorization. In such a manner, an onomasiological approach and the one realia classification specified in the article became the basis to systemize realionims associated with Tomsk and Tomsk Region in compliance with corresponding classification groups. Furthermore, the article defines thematic content of realionims` corpora dedicated to Tomsk and Tomsk Region. Thus, the article reveals statistic data and quantitative parameters of lexical groups that have been selected by continuous sampling method, analyzed and systemized by means of an onomasiological approach and realia classification selected during research.

We do not solve the modied Einstein equations on the brane, instead of this we use exact solution of 5D Einstein equations. The energy-momentum tensor appears as the Israel jump condition on the brane. This tensor at the innity gives positive tension in one side of the wormhole and negative tension in the second part of the wormhole space-time. In the case of the AdS5 model without Randall-Sundrum asymptotic we found the wormhole metric which satises the energy conditions.

Kacheva E.V., Borchenko I.D., Abramovskikh T.A. DIAGNOSTICS AS A MECHANISM FOR CREATING CONDITIONS ENSURING THE LEVEL OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF THE TEACHER FOR WORK IN THE DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2021. Issue 5 (217). P. 124-132

Introduction. The relevance of the study lies in the fact that today, in the period of the accelerating process of development and implementation of e-learning and distance learning technologies, the creation of a promising educational system, it is necessary to anticipate and forestall the emerging very contradictory problems. One of them is the demand for scientific and pedagogical workers who possess the necessary skills to carry out work in the electronic information and educational environment of the institute, and their insufficient training for the successful application of these technologies in professional activities. The goal is to identify the level of professional competence of scientific and pedagogical workers in order to organize activities in the digital educational environment. Material and methods. The methodological basis of the study was the psychological concept of the subject-activity approach, the essence of which lies in the idea of the person as an active subject, self-improving, self-actualizing and self-determining. The idea of this approach is based on the connection between the cognitive and activity mechanisms of the subject’s involvement in the external environment and assumes that he has a stable personal position on his own transformation and development. No less important is the second approach – acmeological – increasing the teacher’s professional competencies through informal forms of professional development. Results and discussion. The article presents an analysis of the problem of training scientific and pedagogical workers for the development of additional professional programs developed in the format of digital educational resources in the context of an accelerated change in the social and professional environment due to the expansion of digital technologies. The authors’ attention is focused on diagnosing digital competencies of specialists. The study of the digital competence of the scientific and pedagogical workers of the institute made it possible to determine the influence of the digital educational space on their professional development and to reveal the level of their readiness to participate in didactic communications using digital technologies. Conclusion. Thus, it should be noted that the diagnostics made it possible to fully assess the level of the institute’s employees with the competencies necessary to work in a digital educational environment, including for the development and implementation of additional professional programs in the format of digital educational resources. So, after the proposed number of forms of advanced training for teachers of the institute, in December 2021, a second diagnosis will be carried out, which will show the dynamics of increasing professional competence in terms of work in a digital educational environment.
