| 4115 | In the present study I make specifi c claims about the borrowing of structural categories and the impact of such borrowings on structural typology. I argue that certain linguistic strategies for clause combining are readily borrowed and that massive borrowing of these categories can result in structural change so extensive/signifi cant that the result is typological shift. Eurasia has long been identifi ed as a particular type of language typology. Early typological studies [1] identifi ed correlations between verb-fi nal word order, postpositions, relative clause before the noun, and, signifi cantly for the present study, subordinate clause before the main verb. Subsequent studies have shown that these correlations are statistically signifi cant only in Eurasia, suggesting that Eurasia is itself a zone for areal typology [2]. Siberia is an important part of that zone, and the indigenous languages of Siberia, are OV (namely the Mongolic, Tungusic and Turkic languages, Chukchi, Itelmen, Nivkh, and Yukaghir, as well as the Eskaleut languages). In the present paper I argue that the Siberian languages are undergoing typological shift as a result of contact with Russian, a change which began prior to language attrition which is now well underway for many if not all of the indigenous languages with small numbers of speakers. | 4118 | In this article we can see the application of Marxian and Weberian conceptions of estrangement for the description of the conditions of work and education in the USA in the 19th century. If in the Marxian conception the estrangement in capitalistic society increases permanently, then in Weberian conception the estrangement weakens by the increase of qualification and by the reformation labour ethics of “beruf”. However in case of the USA we can see what the estrangement was not weakened owing to reformation labour ethics of “beruf”, but owing to diversification of possibilities. | 4139 | An issue of activity of Krasnoyarsk school of law during the Great Patriotic War is considered on the basis mainly of archive materials. The theme of legal education during the war period did not receive adequate coverage in the scientific literature. The works are basically of review nature and many aspects of the problem remain unexplored. It is shown that the war directly affected the school’s life. The school building was transferred to the military department for flats of military men and classes had to be given in the premises of the hostel. Military and military medical business played a large role in the learning process. As a result the majority of alumni after graduation from the school became prepared military specialists. At the beginning of the war the people’s commissariat of justice of the RSFSR assigned the task for the school to prepare as many graduated lawyers as possible. As a result if in 1942 19 people graduated from the school, then in 1943 – 54 people. Mass enrolment of cadets caused discipline problems. In 1942-43 academic year students missed 4339 hours, 2048 of them are for good reasons. There were 82 tardies for classes. 20 people were subjected to administrative penalties for absenteeism and tardiness. The fight against misconduct was conducted by party and Komsomol organizations of students. Graduates of the school worked both in the territory of the Krasnoyarsk region and beyond, for example in the Primorye Territory, Urals, Ukraine. In 1944 with the revival of legal education in liberated territories capital funds were transferred exactly there. As a result Krasnoyarsk school of law among others was closed. | 4140 | Introduction. The problem of modern teaching methods of creative activity is formulated as a contradiction between the need for a clear reproducible action and the need to work with hidden objectivity: motivation, as well as different types of thinking that are not available for teacher’s observation and are often not recognized by the student. For consideration is submitted a hypothesis about a new subject of the method of teaching creative writing - switching attention. Aim and objectives. The purpose of this article is to reveal the principles of creative writing teaching method based on the concept of flexible action. Material and research methods. The research materials presented are essays and mind maps produced by 5–7 grade students. Research methods are as follows: organization of learning (mind mapping and setting creative tasks), text analysis (compositional and semantic) and theoretical reasoning (mental modeling and extrapolation). Results and discussion. Implementation terms and conditions of new method have been revealed, the scope for understanding features of attention switching as a flexible action has been worked out. The difference between shifting and switching attention has been introduced and characterized. Stages of learning (activity) have been distinguished, as well as the core (know how), which is essential for the method strategic development in junior and secondary school and is seen as enhancement of mind map as intellectual tool. Basic starting points and mind map complexity levels have been defined in terms of usage in the 5th grade learning process. Students’ writings are provided to show the options of text analysis with the help of markers. Quality criterion (diversity) has been distinguished to reflect the flexible action efficiency. Principles and postulates of flexible and spontaneous action have been articulated. Conclusion. Finally, practical effects of the new method are defined, in particular, the possibility of flexible thinking purposeful development. Keywords: teaching method, creative writing, mind mapping, flexible action, switching attention | 1488 | |||||
| 4141 | Introduction. Currently, in the context of the progression of globalization and informatization trends, one-off and terminative education does not always meet the requirements of society and the state for the quality of teaching staff. As part of the popularization of the educational ideology “lifelong learning”, integration in teacher education and professional development of teachers has become one of the leading goals of education reform in many countries. For a long time, the traditional separation in the system of chinese teacher education and the process of professional development of teachers did not allow improving the quality of the teaching staff. In this regard, in China at the end of the XX century research began on the problems of integration in this education and development. Since that time, considerable experience has been accumulated here in the integration of teacher education, both at a theoretical and practical level. The aim of the study is to determine the essence, characterize the key components and identify existing problems based on the analysis of integration in modern teacher education and professional development of teachers in China. Material and methods. The material of this research was the scientific and pedagogical works of Chinese researchers on the research problem. As methods in this work, we used a theoretical analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature on the problem of research, the experience of implementing integration in teacher education and professional development of teachers; generalization and concretization. Results and discussion. Integration in teacher education and professional development of teachers in China is to rationally design the goals and content of teaching at different stages of professional development of teachers, change the division in this process, optimize the use of educational resources, and promote the quality of teaching staff. The government, higher education institutions, professional retraining organizations for teachers and schools, as important participants in integration, in their own way contribute to its implementation in teacher education and teacher development. This integration is mainly reflected in the integration of learning objectives, curricula, educational institutions involved in teacher training, teacher qualifications and educational resources. Promoting effective professional communication and interaction at all stages of professional development of teachers and between various participants in teacher education, strengthening the continuity of the goals and content of education, improving the quality of teaching staff in the system of professional retraining of teachers remain important tasks of integration in teacher education and professional development of teachers in the future. Conclusion. The essence of integration in teacher education and professional development of teachers in China is to change the divisions in teacher training and to promote the continuous professional development of teachers. Through the integration of goals, curricula, educational institutions, attestation of teacher qualifications and educational resources, the quality of teacher training is indeed improved. However, further development and improvement of integration in teacher education is subject to further deep research in theory and practice in this area, and also requires solving existing problems. Each considered soils were utilized as meadow. Soil samples were taken from two depths: 5-10 cm and 50-80 cm. IAA, total organic carbon (TOC), dissolved organic carbon (DOC) in peat moorsh soils from these samples were analysed. The significant differences in the concentrations of IAA, TOC, and DOC between two investigated depths of among peat moorsh samples were observed. The measured concentrations of total organic carbon in the considered soils ranged from 37.2 to 45.6 %. Generally, the decrease of IAA, total organic carbon, however, increase of DOC concentration with depth of profiles was observed. The contents of dissolved organic carbon in the soils ranged from 5.3 to 19.4%. The quantities of IAA decreased simultaneously with TOC values and with the increasing depth of the soil profiles. The highest contents of IAA was determined in high layers of moorshes and ranged from 110,1 to 128,7 µg kg-1 dry mass.
