The paper considers the ideological level of its axiological modeling, which is understood as a system of communicative norms, genre and theme making, and axiological attitudes within the boundaries of discourse. Meta-logical units reflected in the system of meta-linguistic and meta-discursive speech acts of journalists (hosts of analytical programs) are described as an implicit form of discourse ideology. The analysis revealed distinguishing features of the discursive communicative model of analytical segment of the radio: the synchronization of the author’s and the addressee`s positions is achieved through the communicative attitude of personal presentation of information (social issues). The discourse picture of the world is created at the intersection of external ideology of mass media discourse and internal, axiological positions of discourse agents – journalists, radio presenters. As a result, the picture of the world is reflected in a unique communicative and speech model of discourse manifested in the effects of both institutional and personal impact on the recipient. The reason for this was the conversion in the early sixties the provincial statistical committee, which until that time was held with the governor’s office. Since that time, the statistics committee became an independent institution, which attracted intellectuals to work in the province, as every more or less educated person was invited as a member of this committee. Ufa Provincial Statistical Committee was created in May 1865 on the basis of Orenburg Provincial Statistical Committee. As mentioned above, in the organization of the Committee actively participated along with government officials a number of local historians: R. G. Ignatiev, V.S. and M. V. Lossievskiye, G. S. Rybakov, V. L. Olszewski, V. A. Novikov, P. I. Dobrotvorsky, A. A. Packer, A. B. Ivanitskii and many others. The biggest contribution was made to the organization of its activities by the member of the secretary N. A. Gurvich. Under his leadership, was held a lot of work, which contributed to the development of statistical work in Ufa province. These solutions are characterized by the expectation values of the Polyakov loop operators, which wind the circle different times. We developed criteria, indicators and tools to determine self-educational competence formation of university students through interactive computer technology. To prove the existence of statistically significant differences in the level of development of self-competence in the control and experimental groups was used Fisher’s test. The research objective is to reveal the inner meanings of the studied lexemes and find out cultural value of the parts of the body that they denote. The object of the investigation is the dialectal variants of the lexemes denoting top and back of a head in the Selkup language.The author has collected and classified the dialectal variants of the lexemes denoting the considered parts of the head in the Selkup language. The paper gives the etymological review of the somonyms ket. sumba ‘top of a head’, ‘back of a head’ and ket. nukku ‘back of a head’, whereas the somonym taz. par ‘back of a head’ was considered from semantic point of view. Linguistic analysis of ket. sumba and ket. nukku which both denote ‘back of a head’ revealed that they refer to different parts of the back of a head. Also the mythological materials describing the studied parts of the head were analyzed. The results show that the somonyms ket. sumba, ket. nukku and taz. par have different cultural meanings and value. | 4499 | The article considers a methodical study of the distance learning process of a large number of gifted schoolchildren for additional general developmental programs. The author has analyzed the relevance of distance learning, the issues of systematic work with gifted schoolchildren, the supplementary education problems and the most perspective forms of work with children interested in natural science disciplines. The article presents the description of the profile supplementary educational environment for high school students, created and implemented by the Correspondence Physics and Technology School (ZFTSH), contributing to the development of their intellectual potential and their need to continue self-education, and the format of working with teachers. The author has determined the advantages of working on the online platform. The article contains the formulation of the additional educational ZFTSH programs implementation results. The methodological recommendations on the organization of distance learning for students on additional general development programs of natural sciences consist of three part: (1) high-quality educational and methodical materials; (2) the chain of close interaction: child - teacher - methodologist - parent; (3) convenience, efficiency, scalability, manufacturability of the online platform. ZFTSH represents the general federal system of selection and training of talented youth at the stage of pre-university supplementary education and, in essence, activities have been established to improve the skills of teachers of physics and mathematics through the work of the ZFTSH curriculum and the system of continuing education courses held annually at MIPT. | 4500 | The theory of the semantic deployment of the text in opposition addresser – addressee is relevant in modern linguistics, anthropocentric in its ontological essence. In the 21st century many scientists are studying the problem of text perception by the reader from different angles, based on linguistic argumentative resources and with the help of related sciences: cognitive science, philosophy, sociology, psychology, etc. The goal is to show how the semantic deployment of the text of memories by readers occurs, based on the works of philosophers exploring the relationship between the concepts of cognition, consciousness, language, the achievements of cognitive linguistics and the communicative style of the text. The material are responses to the memory book by O.B. Sirotinina “Life despite everything, or I am a happy person”. The basis of the study were the analysis, comparison and generalization of scientific literature on the theory and history of the issue, the use of comparative, contextual, semantic-stylistic, and discourse analysis. The semantic and stylistic analysis of responses to the memories with the involvement of knowledge of the components of the addressee image made it possible to conclude that the authors of the responses reflected the general meaning (hyperconcept of the primary text) in their texts. The moral principles of humanism, courage, justice, tolerance, etc. reflected in the book of memoirs resonated with all of its readers. However, if for her fellow scientists Olga Borisovna is the unconditional bearer of these norms, for young people the emphasis has shifted towards the imperative modality: a book of memoirs for them is a motivator of life. The high level of speech production ability demonstrated in the responses, the formed cognitive base, the value orientations of scientists led to the conclusion that the older generation is free from restrictions in the ability to express the state of consciousness. They have communicative and life experience comparable with the author’s, they are not bound by the conventions of the social environment of communication. For young people, the level of awareness is not always available for analysis due to interference in speech production, this awareness reflects not yet rich life experience, etc. The text, according to philosophers, “is a certain duration of content, focused on a certain state of consciousness”. Other paradigms of “obtaining” knowledge can offer other interpretations of the states of consciousness, reflected in the primary text and perceived in the secondary one. Only the life-affirming moral principles of interpersonal relationships, which are mentioned in the memoirs book and which the authors of the responses comprehended, will remain unshakable. Only they, these norms, are a guarantee of the existence of life on Earth.
