The article is a continuation of the long-term study of the problems of aggression in the teenage environment, the role of the family and family education in the formation of the personality, of the pedagogical and psychological support of the developing personality. The social and vital necessity of people to join and maintain a close relationship is discussed. Proceeding from the statement of J.D. Meyers that: «Social addiction in childhood contributes to the strengthening of our human connections», «linking with inseverable ties of children and their caregivers, social attachment acts as a powerful impetus to survival» discusses the attachment types: safe, avoiding, anxious-ambivalent. It is concluded that it is difficult to overestimate the importance of child-parent relations for the adaptation of the child in society and his ability to establish contacts with other people. At the same time, one should not draw conclusions about the formation of adaptive and communicative skills of the child, when assessing the type of attachment based only on the maternal style. However, avoiding attachment leads to the formation of aggressive, shy, and rejected children, which contributes to the development of various deviations. | 4767 | Introduction. The study of discourse typology is one of the advanced research lines in communicative linguistics. Engineering communication is becoming a subject of increased focus for linguists due to its rapid development driven by dynamic changes in technology, society and industry, which is resulted in continuous exchange of information between the members of the engineering society. Despite the significant number of discourse studies in different social institutions, engineering discourse remains an understudied area as Russian researchers traditionally consider it as a part of the scientific or scientific and technical discourse. In view of the fact that discourse is translated into certain genres, and genres, in turn, are always included into a certain discourse field, authors propose the idea that the engineering discourse provides a series of particular core genres which reflect the values, strategy and information of engineering communication and make it distinct from the scientific discourse. The paper addresses the distinguishing characteristics in lexical organization of the technical standard to reveal the fact that the genre of standard meets the goals of engineering communication. Material and methods. As the empiric material of the research 184 pages of running Russian standards for the engineering technology and equipment were used. The texts of the standards were exploited as the subject matter for discourse analysis. Content analysis as a general research technique provided the identification of the quantitative aspect in the lexical structure of technical standards. The efficiency of this technique was proven by international schools of discourse analysis and by national researchers as well. Results and discussion. The analysis of the lexical structure of standards revealed the key discursive aspects of the studied genre, which identified the standard as a core genre of engineering discourse. Conclusion. As to performed analysis, the technical standard genre meets the primary goal of professional communication in the engineering field. The peculiar characteristics of the genre studied are determined by the demands of discourse and communicative situation as well. The completeness of the vocabulary in one way or another is associated with the full refraction in the speech activity of the individual of all functions of the language (communicative, cognitive, thought-forming, emotionally expressive, self-expressing, aesthetic, etc.). Purpose of the study ‒ to investigate the problem of enriching the vocabulary of secondary school students within the framework of the linguo-methodological approach and to offer practical options for its solution based on the use of gaming technologies in teaching the Russian language. Material and methods. In this paper, the problem of enriching the vocabulary of students is considered on the example of teaching the Russian language in the middle grades of a comprehensive school. Taking into account the psychological and pedagogical characteristics of adolescents, game technologies are used as an illustrative material. The research methodological base includes scientific description, modeling, pedagogical observation, analytical commentary. Results and discussion. The importance of the task of enriching vocabulary in educational activities in secondary school is due to the role of the lexical level of the language in communication, the intellectual development of the child and knowledge of the world, as well as the need to form and improve the competence base of students (in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard). To solve the problem of expanding the vocabulary, it is important to take into account such specific features of the adolescent period as an increase in cognitive initiative, the transition to the cognitive nature of speech, activation and development of thinking, expanding the spectrum of interests and hobbies, strengthening communicative activity. In this regard, game technologies are named as key pedagogical technologies. In the game, memorizing words is supported by positive emotions, as the educational process becomes more exciting and interesting; there is an opportunity to work with vocabulary through images, emotions; you can successfully form the conditions for joint activities; a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere of the educational process is created. Conclusion. It is important to introduce the task of expanding the vocabulary in school education, because it is at this time that the replenishment of the thesaurus is effective both for the development of the level of language training and for the general development of students in secondary schools, the formation of a set of competencies, the ability to implement the universal educational actions prescribed by the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard. The author of the article studied the demographic development and the number of entrepreneurs of the Steppe region cities in the second half of the XIX and early XX centuries. A comprehensive comparative analysis has been done to identify the causes of quantitative changes of merchants and certain categories of the population in the major cities of the Steppe region as Petropavlovsk, Akmola, Semipalatinsk, Ust-Kamenogorsk and Pavlodar. Despite the difficulties in working with statistics and contradictions in it, the author reveals the quantitative and qualitative changes in the structure of the merchant class, as well as general trends in the formation of regional dealers and traces the emergence of the local merchant class in the cities and regions of the Steppe region. These statistics can be used in scientific research, the search of materials for scientific articles related to the demographic development of the merchant class not only in the north-eastern Kazakhstan but also in the history of Russian business, which are included in the process of building a modern management of sector model of the economy and the formation of infrastructure of the given territories, developing the region’s development strategy. There were identified core types of determination, value scale, value criteria, main perception channel, cognitive and pragmatic functions, types of emotional correlation and ways of speech intensification. Serial “Deffchonki” was taken as the material for the analysis; special attention was paid to the first part, because it has to involve the spectators into the activity continuum in order to keep their attention and interest up to the end of this serial. The core investigation method is cognitive and semantic analysis. The most valuable for the female components of the world view were discovered. Emotional correlation and attitude were analyzed as well. Pragmatic and value aims were taken into consideration. It was revealed that reproach genre explicates female ideals and attitudes. Both value poles were highlighted. A great number of creative approaches were fixed in female attempts to change psychoemotional atmosphere and interlocutor behaviour. The analysis showed the dominance of visual perception channel. The main function was determined as emotional influence in order to change the interlocutor behaviour. Emotional background is conviction. It was revealed that female position is marked by emotional, affective and dimensional determination. 10 % of content has value-oriented and precedential type of determination. | 4788 | Introduction. The study of precedential phenomena is extremely important for modern linguistics. They can be explored in different spheres and aspects, which depends on the aims of research. This article deals with precedential phenomena in political discourse. Aim and objectives. The aim is a comparative research of national precedential phenomena which function in Russian political discourse and of their translation into the English language. The objectives of this paper are to define methodology of the research, to select the necessary language material and to find the ways of translation of precedential phenomena taken from Russian culture into English. Material and methods. The methodology of the research is based on the cognitive linguistics theory. The methods are cognitive modelling, discourse analysis, comparative analysis. The selection of the material was carried out with the solid sampling method. To analyze and systematize the material a method of description was used. The material for the study were sampled out from the official website of the Russian president Vladimir Putin. Results and discussion. The results of the research showed that political discourse is a very productive sphere for the creation of national precedential phenomena. As a rule, precedential phenomena in political discourse are very specific. Their source can be found either in the sphere of politics or historic events of the nation. Precedential phenomena in political discourse usually have a short life span. There types are precedential texts, names and expressions. While translating national precedential phenomena, interpreters prefer to use concrete definition, equivalents or analogues of phraseological units. Sometimes precedential phenomena are lost in translation. Conclusion. So national precedential phenomena represent an important characteristic of political discourse. They serve as a link between the author and the recipient, make the speech more vivid and emotional and influence the audience in a specific way. But their national peculiarities often impede the translation process. Anyway some knowledge of cultural sources is necessary for correct interpretation and understanding of precedential phenomena.
