Kuryanovich A.V. EPISTOLARY LANGUAGE PERSONALITY UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF THE MASS MEDIA OF COMMUNICATION: EXPERIENCE OF SOCIOLINGUISTIC ANALYSIS OF DISCURSIVE PROPERTIES (ON THE ONLINE PETITIONS TEXTS) // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 9 (162). P. 34-41

This article through the prism of the parameters analyzed sociolinguistic discursive characteristics of epistolarymedia language person, actualized in the sphere of electronic mass interaction. The material for the examination online at the moment is the petition addressed to the representatives of regional and state authorities, as a kind of epistolary texts electronic-social orientation. In the light of sociolinguistic approach online petitions are defined as belonging to the institutional type of discourse, and epistolary-media personality is parameterized in terms of its social status. It should be mentioned that the institutional discourse is more dependent on the conditions in which it is carried out: the aim, the communicants status characteristics, the degree and format of their participation in the discursive event, situational context, the constitutive features in general. For sociolinguistic characteristics of discursive properties of epistolary language of sociolinguistic identity there exist the following parameters: 1) the status-role characteristics of the sender; 2) тhe focus of the author's goal-setting; 3) the ideological and thematic content of the letters; 4) the type of epistolary text; 5) the type of destination; 6) the functional and stylistic features of the epistolary discourse; 7) the use of voice features, including stylistic means. Substantiates the existence of social dominance in the communicative behavior of this type of carrier, which is expressed in the awareness of personal and social identity, demonstrating active citizenship in addressing pressing social issues, ability to carry out communicative expedient and rhetorically organized interaction with different types of people (like-minded people, government officials, site moderator), openness of discursive manifestations.

The article attempts to address the problems associated with teaching Russian as a foreign language in higher educational institutions of the People's Republic of China, as well as suggest solutions drawing on the experience of teachers of Mudanjiang Pedagogical University. Analises the state of methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language in China's higher education institutions, taking into account modern requirements to graduate qualifications. The author indicated the low level of students' vocabulary and poor oral expression as the main problems. Attention is also paid to the weak initial preparation of the students who enter the university, which is largely complicates the work of the teacher, who has to adjust the lack of knowledge, and begin the learning process from scratch. To solve these and other problems in methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language in the Chinese audience it is possible to use a comprehensive approach that focuses on a combination of traditional techniques and modern communication methods. Students participate in discussions on topics of concern, role-playing games, performances of plays. Lavrina A.S. REMINISCENCES GENRE IN THE SPEECH OF THE REPRESENTATIVES OF THE AUSTRALIAN BRANCH OF THE RUSSIAN EASTERN EMIGRATION (AS EXEMPLIFIED IN THE STORIES ABOUT HARBIN) // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2021. Issue 3 (215). P. 7-16

Introduction. The paper presents the stories about Harbin told by Russian re-emigrants from China to Australia in the speech genre “Reminiscences”. The need to analyse these texts arises from the interest of modern linguistics in the speaking personality and the texts this personality produces. The texts reflect the unique personal and historical experience. In this case study they reflect the experiences of Russian re-emigrants from China to Australia. The purpose of the article is to describe the reminiscence genre and its linguistic implementation in the speech of Russian re-emigrants, who came from China to Australia in the 20th century. Material and methods. The research is based on the study of the recorded interviews with Russian re-emigrants from China to Australia (10 interviews). The method of linguistic description of the «Reminiscences» genre was used as the main method to analyse their speech from the point of view of its thematic and linguistic distinctiveness. Results and discussion. The paper presents the thematic originality of stories about Harbin, determined by the particular lifestyle of Russian eastern emigration. A number of micro-themes have been identified in the framework of the study: The Russian appearance of Harbin, resettlement to Harbin, Russians and Chinese, Japanese occupation of Harbin. Genre features and linguistic specificities have been determined. The analysis of the Russian re-emigrants’ stories about Harbin made it possible to identify some typical and specific features. Among the typical features are: the use of past-tense verbs, the use of spoken and neutral vocabulary and metatext lexical units. The specific features of the stories about Harbin, embodied in the «Reminiscences» genre, have been determined. They include the use of syntactic means and structures characteristic of written speech, the use of bookish, high-flown and obsolete vocabulary, as well as Harbin vocabulary and borrowings from the Chinese language. Conclusion. Recorded reminiscence-stories of Russian re-emigrants about Harbin, demonstrate thematic originality, determined by the particular lifestyle of Russian eastern emigration, genre features and linguistic specifics.

Lappo M.A., Urazbekova A.A. THE SEMANTIC GROUPS OF BORROWED WORDS IN THE RUSSIAN LITERARY TEXT: THE DYNAMIC ASPECT (BASED ON POLONISM) // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2021. Issue 4 (216). P. 100-110

Introduction. The article deals with semantic groups of polonisms in the Russian literary text of the XIX‒XXI centuries. Aim and objectives. The article aims to identify, describe and systematize representative semantic groups of polonisms in the literary text of the XIX–XXI centuries, as well as to analyze the extralinguistic and linguistic reasons for their actualization and the leading functions. Material and methods. The material selection for this study was carried out in stages. At the first stage about 30 literary works selected by thematic (about Polish events), biographical (the authors are of Polish origin) and linguistic (the texts should have been written in Russian, not translations) criteria were considered. At the second stage for a detailed study the works by V. V. Krestovskii „The Bloody Pouf“, Z. Shishova and S. Tsarevich „The Adventures of Casper Bernat in Poland and Other Countries“ and V. R. Medinskii „The Wall“ were taken as the most representative in terms of borrowing from the Polish language. Systematization of Polish origin words on the semantic principle, which provides a basis for studying their functioning in a dynamic aspect, was subordinated to the concept of a „Large explanatory dictionary of Russian nouns“ edited by L. G. Babenko (2005), in which the general typical situation is the basis for combining nouns in a semantic group of words. Results and discussion. The article describes in detail the following representative semantic groups of polonisms: „religion“, „nutrition“, „social relations“, „military service“. The analysis of semantic groups of Polish elements in the Russian language showed a steady tendency to their number reduction in the literary text of the time period under study, except for polonisms of military subjects. The authors identify both extralinguistic and linguistic reasons for this process: the interest decline in Poland in reading circles due to the deactualization of the „Polish issue“, the loss of religion significance, changes in the way of life, the social inequality neutralization, the phonetic and semantic proximity of polonisms and native Russian words. The study also showed that the leading functions of polonisms, namely characterological, identifying, evaluating and clarifying, are generally permanent in the literature of the last three centuries. These functions of words of Polish origin are not directly related to their semantics, the use of polonisms corresponds to the traditions and tasks of artistic storytelling. Conclusion. The analysis of semantic groups of Polish elements in Russian language showed a steady tendency to reduce their number in the literary text in the studied time period, except for polonisms of military thematic. The results of the work can be used in the study of language contacts, dynamic processes of Russian-language artistic discourse, in lexicographic practice. Funding: The reported study was funded by RFBR and FRLC, project number 21-512-23003, „One’s own“ and „somebody else’s“ in modern Russian and Hungarian fiction.

Sasaki M. SIGNATURES OF STRING LANDSCAPE FROM INFLATION // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2012. Issue 13 (128). P. 145-148

Open ination is a cosmological scenario in which the universe is a vacuum bubble nucleated from false vacuum decay and a period of inationary expansion followed in the nucleated bubble. This scenario is currently receiving renewed interest in the context of the string theory landscape. Since there are a large number of metastable de Sitter vacua in the string landscape, tunneling from one vacuum to another occurs frequently through the bubble nucleation and open ination is naturally realized. We argue that though the universe appears to be very at, a small deviation of омега0 from unity can make the effect of tensor-type perturbations on the large angle CMB anisotropy signicant. Thus we are already testing the string landscape against observations.

Takata K. GAUGE INVARIANT LAGRANGIAN FORMULATIONS FOR MIXED-ANTISYMMETRIC FERMIONIC HIGHER SPIN FIELDS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 12 (153). P. 243-248

A Lagrangian formulation of irreducible half-integer higher-spin representations of the Poincare algebra with a Young tableaux having two columns is presented based on the BRST approach. Starting from Casimir constraints written by oscillator representation of Poincare algebra, which is the necessary condition of the irreducibility, we find closed higher spin superalgebra. In order to convert all constraints to the first class we introduce four auxiliary oscillators with γ-matrix and use Verma module method. To get nilpotent BRST operators we further introduce ghosts. After using restrictions on spin number and ghost number we construct Lagrangian having gauge symmetry with finite stage of reducibility.

Sharifova D.A. COMPUTER GAMES AND MOTIVATION TO FOREIGN LANGUAGE LEARNING OF ENGINEERING LYCEUM STUDENTS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 11 (188). P. 144-149

In educational process every teacher faces either a decline of learning motivation level or even the lack of it. The problem of motivation is very urgent in modern Education and Psychology. Psychology and Pedagogy explore it intensively. Firstly, this term appeared in Psychology at the beginning of XX century to expand knowledge about human and animal behavior. Psychological dictionaries present motivation through the relations between needs – motive – activity. Pedagogy studies mostly the motivation of learning and uses the terms “motive” and “goal” to explain the process itself. Motive is a thing which urges a person to action, and goal is a thing which a person tries to attain as a result of this action. Scientists noticed that there are a lot of factors that form motivation to learning; therefore, a teacher should consider every significant part of student life. Modern standard of education is a cause of new requirements to the educational process, it is necessary to use IT technologies and the Internet. The article deals with the relation between students’ interest in on-line computer games and their motivation to foreign language learning. The research presents that student choice of English-language servers is usually deliberate and helps them to improve their communicative competence of the English language and motivate them to learn more diligently.

ASSESSMENT OF THE POTENTIAL OF THE REGIONAL VOCATIONAL EDUCATION SECTOR ACCORDING TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE EFFECTIVE TRAINING OF LABOUR FORCES FOR THE INDUSTRY BRANCH: THE CASE OF SIBERIAN STATE TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY, KRASNOYARSK REGION // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 12 (189). P. 48-55

The article considers the influence of many associated factors which are of scientific and practical interest and represented in the form of the concept of the multilevel assessment of the potential of interaction between labour market and the market for vocational education services in the reproduction process of a primary labor resource (a young specialist). The analysis, systematization and constant monitoring of the results of the methodological approach to the potential assessment of interaction between labour market and education market allow the government to get the right information at the macro- and meso-levels for adjustment and planning of criteria of the reproduction process of young specialists as a specific category of the workforce. It is substantiated that this approach allows the state and its subjects to obtain the necessary information at the macro- and meso-levels to adjust and plan the parameters of the reproduction process of young specialists as a specific category of the labor force and serves as an instrument for managing the interaction of the subjects of the regional markets for vocational education and labor services. Thus, it is shown that effective training of young specialists is implemented to a greater extent in the regions with a favorable demographic structure of the employed population, whose potential is used more rationally in terms of minimizing the costs of unemployment, on the one hand, and the use of incentives for productive labor, aimed at advancing growth of labour productivity over the wage growth with further improvement in the implementation of its reproductive and stimulating functions, on the other hand. In conclusion, the article points out that effective training of labor resources is relevant not only for industry but also for the region in particular, as the economic space of the Russian Federation as a whole is characterized by considerable differentiation in the socio-economic development of the regions.

Polonnikov A.A., Korol D.Y., Korchalova N.D. EDUCATIONAL READING: AN EXPERIENCE OF DIDACTIC RESEARCH // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2020. Issue 1 (207). P. 104-113

Introduction. This study is a series of consecutive problems in the practice of educational reading in modern university pedagogical training. Educational reading is defined as a complex, sophisticated multi-order phenomenon. The study highlights the textual dimension of reading (aspects inherent in speech educational practices, without including management plans through the training assignment and pedagogical communication by reading practices). The empirical focus of the research includes the experience of interaction of undergraduate students of the Belarusian Maxim Tank State Pedagogical University (BSPU) with a fragment of the text by the Polish pedagogue Janusz Korczak. Aim and objectives. The research organization solves two interrelated tasks – diagnostic and project ones. The first is designed to identify the established trends in the educational work of students with a text. The second is to specify the circle and type of priority tasks that ensure the propaedeutics of educational transformations. An important goal of the study is to discover the specifics of the work of the retransmitting educational model in the practice of educational reading. The objective of this study is to find effective tools to limit the range of retransmitting reading regulators. Material and methods. The study used the method of discourse analysis of students’ written statements. The empirical basis was formed by the acts of reading and interpretive interaction of BSPU students with the pedagogical works by J. Korczak. The typical reading strategies used by students in teaching, as well as marginal textual tactics, creating the possibility of diversification of reading practices in the process of their studies are highlighted and described. As a condition for this kind of transformation, a specific (poetic) design of J. Korczak’s pedagogical statement is considered, which enables him to act as a “screen” of objectification of the students’ pedagogical experience. Results and discussion. It was identified that the dominant trends that have shown themselves in the students’ statements are textual (semantic) reconstruction and semiotic correlation. The following are the most frequently used text reconstruction tools by students: thematically oriented reading, qualification of the text as messages about real events, and text authorization. In marginal ways of reading, one can diagnose, on a preliminary basis, the issues of initiating, in the process of reading J. Korczak’s text, the primary signs of students’ linguistic (discursive) consciousness. It has been shown that in “relations with oneself” working with a text by J. Korczak brings to life three types of discursive effects: self-identification, self-observation, and self-motivation. One of the important results of the research is the discovery of the specifics of the retransmitting educational model, which traditionally acts as an asymmetric shift in the reader’s attention from the form (AS) to the content (WHAT) of the message. The following plans for limiting this model have been identified: theoretical-methodological, epistemological, and methodological. Conclusion. The study shows that pedagogical work in the situation of an educational reading crisis should be withdrawn from the reflexive-theoretical state and placed into an experimental-developmental environment. This means the need for didactic reconstruction of reading practices in professional pedagogical training, one of the options for which can be rhetorical re-reading of pedagogical classics. An example of the implementation of such didactic work in the meaning of the constructive condition for the formation of the professional position of the future teacher is a poetic attitude to the text representing the teaching practice by J. Korczak. It puts in the focus of attention the pedagogical experience of the students themselves and creates the possibility of their objectification and discursivation. The basic condition for such an opportunity is the specifics of the participation of the future teacher’s experience in the formation and changes of pedagogical situations.

Kovylin S.V. ON NEGATION OF PRONOUNS AND ADVERBS IN CENTRAL DIALECTS OF SELKUP // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 4 (157). P. 36-42

The article examines main strategies of negation of pronouns and adverbs in central dialects of Selkup, on the basis of Narym, Vasjugan and Tym dialects. The negative pronouns and adverbs are formed by a marker of negation |naj| and occur in sentences with a negative predicate which manifests obligatory double negation. There can be two types of negative predicates: 1) those is formed by negative particles – |aśa| ‘NEG’, |i̬kә| ‘Neg.Imp/ Neg.Opt’ preceding the verbal predicate; 2) inherent negative predicates |ćāŋku-| ‘be absent’ |nʲetu-| ‘be absent’, |nʲetu| ‘there is no’, |čedalbɨ-| ‘not be able’. So, in this case, negative concord takes place. According to the proposed thesis, in the dialects under study, negative pronouns and adverbs were formed, with the help of the particle |naj| with emphatic semantics‘even, too’, and obtained negative sense through the Jespersen Cycle, as a case of grammaticalization process.

The prosecutor’s office in the Tuva National Republic (TNR) has been formed in 1935. Formation of bodies of prosecutor’s office took place during the difficult historical period: very low educational level of the population and total absence of legal personnel. The legislation only arose and was imperfect. The work of prosecutor’s office was provided by only four persons. “To guard legality” was not only difficult, but also life-threatening. So, the first prosecutor Kara-Sal Pirinley has been shot for refusal to approve arrest of a number of heads of the Tuva state due to the lack of the sufficient bases. Voluntarily TNR was a part of the USSR in 1944 as the autonomous region. Bodies of prosecutor’s office should not just construct the work according to new Soviet laws, and to provide their uniform application in all its territory and by that to promote its economic development. Tuva was agrarian area. In this regard activity of prosecutor’s office has been directed generally to check of a state and storage conditions of agricultural stock in state farms and collective farms, in machine and tractor stations and the tozhzemakh (associations on joint processings of the earth). At detection of cases of the thriftless relation to their storage, damage and plunder, measures were taken: disciplinary character on the party line and criminal prosecution. Quality of work of prosecutors and investigators were checked by «audits» during which were studied the conditions of work, «political qualities» of the worker, the positive and negative sides of work of employees, thier mistakes came to light. The prosecutor of the region personally checked the compromising materials for workers, implementation of separate orders, carried out complex inspections of regional prosecutor’s offices. As archival documents testify, there was severe criticism, but in prosecutor’s office, and in the public the management tried to keep authority of both the institute of prosecutor’s office, and his workers. The mission of prosecutor’s office owing to features of the Tuva statehood has initially been connected with a number of the problems connected with a social and economic development of the region, insufficient financing and providing material resources of bodies of prosecutor’s office, shortage of qualified personnel, poor quality of work of employees, the rights caused by weak knowledge of branches. However historical experience of Tuva shows that the need for such government body as prosecutor’s office, with inherent only to it tasks, functions and powers, was especially sharp and was applied as the effective tool of the adoption of development of the public relations, as an indispensable development tool of the Tuva statehood.

The article deals with the peculiarities of using language quantifiers which express time measurements in Modern English. According to a widespread conception in the literature of linguistics and philosophy, space and time are deeply intertwined with each other, both in language and in underlying concepts. As both space and time can be measured the category of measure and its language representatives are inseparably connected with space-time system. To gain a better insight into the relations between time and measure the revealed language means have been gathered into certain groups, which form the structure of the functional-semantic field representing the category of time. The core of the field is represented by the metric system of time measurements and some traditional units used in Englishspeaking countries. The latter part of the core is rather small in number. Of special interest are inaccurate and unspecified measures, forming the peripheral zone of the functional-semantic field under discussion.
