The paper presents experimental data on the methane emissions from West Siberian middle taiga oligotrophic hollows. Studied fluxes vary considerably from –0.08 to 58 mgС·m–2·h–1 (median is 2.76 mgС·m–2·h–1). Received data are consolidated in the scope of «standard model» Bc8 conception of methane emission. The model contains medians of CH4 flux distributions on seven different microlandscape types depending on their area and duration of methane emission in the respective zones. The total flux from the middle taiga oligotrophic hollows is 0.37 TgC or approximately 70 % of CH4 total flux from middle taiga mires. Version Bc8 of this model estimates the value of yearly CH4 emission from mires of whole Western Siberia as 2.93 TgC·yr–1 that accounts for around 2.4 % of the total mire methane emission.

The article considers one of the actual problems of modern school education – the formation of a graphic culture of teachers, which in modern conditions is the process of mastering the graphic language, the skills of operating graphic information and the ability to use graphic culture in different areas of educational activity. Different approaches of scientists and teachers to the problem are analyzed, the main contradictions confirming the formulation of the problem of the formation of graphic culture of schoolchildren are determined. As the main activity, the project activity is considered as an innovative component that contributes to the accumulation of graphic information and the development of graphic skills of students. The article provides the analysis of the conceptual and terminological apparatus-the concepts of “project”, “design”, “project activity”, “creative activity”, “creative project”. The results of the initial survey actualizing the necessity of forming the studied quality are presented. Discusses the art-technological design, its nature, definition. The use of art technology in the educational space as a means of forming a graphic culture of schoolchildren is focused on expanding the level of cognitive activity, the development of creative abilities and awakening to in-depth study of subjects.

It has been found that intravenous administration of cannabinoids (ACPA, anandamide, methanandamide) solubilized in the mixture (cremophore EL : ethanol : 0,9% NaCl, 1:1:18) and Tocris water soluble emulsion of the same cannabinoids induced a completely identical negative chronotropic effect in chloralose-anesthetized rats. The selective CB1 and CB2 receptor agonist HU-210 (0.1 mg/kg) also induced a negative chronotropic effect in rats. Pretreatment with the CB1 receptor antagonist SR141716A (1 mg/kg) completely abolished this effect of HU-210. The CB2 receptor antagonist SR144528 (1 mg/kg) had no effect on the HU-210-induced bradycardia. Pretreatment with the ganglion blocker hexamethonium (10 mg/kg) also did not eliminate a negative chronotropic effect of HU-210 and ACPA. A 10-min perfusion of isolated rat heart by Krebs-Heseleit solution containing HU-210 in a final concentration 100 nM/L induced a decrease in the heart rate. It has been concluded that negative chronotropic effect of cannabinoids is mediated via an activation of cardiac CB1 receptors.

The article examines an experience of classical Russian literature interpretations in Italian cinema. The analysis is carried out in several directions. The chronological vector suggests an interest in Russian literature from a historical perspective, beginning with the 40s of the XX century. In these years, Italian cinema became a cultural phenomenon subject to censorship – using Russian literature in films was a way whereby productions could avoid censorship. We can assume that film adaptations of Russian literature had a significant impact upon Italian cinema of the time. Writers such as Dostoevsky, Pushkin, Tolstoy, Chekhov, Gogol, Bulgakov became very popular after WWII. The Paper aims at providing an overview of Italian cinema based on Russian literature, whereas the question of «success» or «failure» of film adaptations under consideration shall be left open.

In the context of educational process organization on studying of Russian as a foreign language in the Chinese audience investigated linguistic potential of game technologies on the example of Russian phraseological units. Describes the difficulty and identifies the barriers encountered by Chinese students when dealing with phraseological units of the Russian language, selectes the tasks that can be solved through the use of game technologies (highlighting the common and the different in the culture of native speakers in comparison with native culture, the development of interest and self-reliance, the use of visual aids, technical equipment and computer equipment, communicativeness and practicality). In the conditions of dynamically developing modern society, the training of specialists who have a set of qualities facilitating their professional socialization is becoming increasingly important. The solution of this problem is promoted by the formation of the innovative educational space of the university with the wide application of active didactic methods. The purposeful using of active technologies in the course of training sessions changes the nature of «subject-subject» relations: the teacher’s authoritarianism is a thing of the past, the student is motivated to develop professional competencies. An analysis of the works of Western European and American academic pedagogues makes it possible to establish that the statement of the competence approach within the humanitarian paradigm of education means in practice the implementation of innovative models of training in higher education. The use of such models in an academic environment provides a transition from teaching in the form of ready-made answers to the teaching of problem-search character. Some interactive techniques for conducting lecture classes are interesting for consideration: classroom response system, «inverted training». The experience on strengthening of interaction of participants of educational process in seminars is instructive. It includes the method of «numbered heads working together» based on the principles of cooperative learning as well as the technology of case study and brainwriting. It was concluded that the introduction of interactive technologies contributes to the intensification of the educational process, the formation of professional skills and the abilities ensuring the success of self-realization of student youth.

The article is devoted to analysis of regulative potential of stylistic figures (anzhabeman, parcelling) in lexical regulative structure of Z. Gippius poetic texts. It was determined that regulative means of anzhabeman and parcelling in the author verses are designated to coupling with title and the other regulative means (tropes and stylistic figures). The analyzed stylistic figures define originality of poetic texts and the main characteristic features of Z. Gippius idiostyle. They are “style firmness”, unemotionality, “categorical tone” of narration. Convergence of stylistic figures as the way of organization of text micro- and macrostructures contributes to making a gnomic style of poetic text and allows varying inflexion outline of work.

The article is devoted to the comparative analysis of the variants of decision of the problems of the legitimation and the delegitimation of the power in the narratives of the late Enlightenment. In the article there are revealed some common features and some peculiarities of the approach to this problem of the Russian authors (M. M. Shcherbatov and N. M. Karamzin) and their British colleagues (D. Hume, W. Robertson, E. Gibbon).

It is established, that the influence of moderate low temperatures on using a cold method of calves cultivation stimulates haematopoiesis of young cows that is shown in rising the level of erythrocytes and hemoglobin, and also in increase in phosphorus in whey of blood for strengthening power processes and thermoregulation process. The increase of the level of cortisol in blood by the 15-th day of the research specifies the development processes of adaptation, as a result the exchange processes directed to the maintenance of organism are mobilized and this fast is proved by the lowered level of triiodyronine.

Cyclic motives in «Three sisters» are interpreted as manifestations of impressionism, while «The Lower Depths» is regarded in the article as an expressionist play. Valentina Golovchiner looks into both creations in connection with epic drama.

Participants of the investigations were healthy pupils (boys and girls of about 15-16). The emotional stress which was made by a test improves the dinamics of the brain work and higher the intensivity pupil's attension. The girls of 15 - 16 years are more stable to stress. It is the first time when we discovered that the dinamics of the girls brain work depends on the type of hormonal suppling of reproductional cycle.
