3353 | The article presents the thesis of the relevance and necessity of studying the heritage of local lore historians of the Omsk region, publishing their works in the periodical press of the Omsk region. Systematization and generalization of local history works would fill the existing missing «event» as the facts of previous centuries, and historical transformations of 1945-1991-ies. The history of the Omsk Region (in districts and localities) only remains to be written by experts. The article has been prepared based on the collected primary materials and can be considered within the existing problem as material for discussion. The data on all 32 regional centers of the Omsk region is collected. Represents a number of selected works of more than 300 publications, with an average of 30 publications, telling about the history of each region. The article is devoted to the history of villages and human settlements, economic and social transformations that took place during the entire period of the existence of these places. It presents an overview of selective number works of the most active local historians working in regional centers and is marked by a single methodological approach. The conclusion is made about the need to continue the work on the accumulation, systematization and compilation of information on the history of the Omsk region, published in local printed issues of the Omsk region. 3355 | The article shows the specifics of the functioning of economic concepts of the media, carried out by an intermediary between reality as a mass audience and as a powerful tool for influencing readers’ minds. Mass-media not only inform readers, but frequently refract, transform events and facts, allocate with their varied assessments, impose this or that vector of their perception and interpretation. One of the ways of similar transformation of validity in mediadiscourse is metaphor. The object of the research is one of the most meaningful concepts of economic area – concept «inflation», the subject – a specific character of its metaphorical representation in the Russian mediadiscourse of XXI century. As the material of mediatexts’ research (2000-2015), presented in newspaper subcorpus the National corpus of Russian Language have served. During the analysis anthropomorphic, zoomorphic, naturemorphic, military, sports, mechanistic metaphorical models were revealed and described, their role in creation of an image of inflation in consciousness of ordinary native speakers was established, the pragmatic potential of the given models was established, the assessments of inflation shaped by mass-media are revealed. The analysis has shown, that at the given economic stage inflation in Russia is estimated by national massmedia mainly negatively, confirming this metaphorical representation of this concept, as well as its contextual environment. Inflation is metaphorically characterized as a certain subject or object, impeding to normal functioning of a society. It may be a gluttonous essence, «eating» savings of citizens with extreme speed, an invincible soldier beating the poor, a sprinter who starts at high speed and carries away behind itself the prices, a dispersed mechanism which is practically not responding to levers constraining it, destructive elements. Thus, such properties of inflation as uncontrolled, destructive influence on economy, are underlined by the need for serious economic transformations to overcome inflation. 3356 | The mathematical phenomenon includes the mathematical concept, the system of axioms, theorem, method, algorithm, etc. The purpose of this research is determination of all the options of perception to the mathematical phenomenon relevant for the education system and identifying some of the learning features for each of these options. A set of three postulates is chosen (the postulate on the priority result of educational and mathematical activity, the postulate of the didactic relevance of the components of activity, the postulate of the priority component of educational and mathematical activity). It is shown that if these postulates are implemented from the didactic point of view, then only two variants of the relation to mathematical phenomena are applicable: 1) the mathematical phenomenon as the subject of activity (in particular, as information to be memorized); 2) mathematical phenomenon as a tool of activity. The study of the mathematical phenomenon always begins in a situation when this phenomenon acts as an object of activity. However, to form a view of this phenomenon, the teacher must create conditions, the learning environment in which the learner naturally desires to consider this phenomenon as an instrument of activity. The examples of reflection of these variants of relationship in theory and practice of teaching mathematics are given. It is pointed out that for the students to take a mathematical phenomenon as a versatile phenomenon associated with other mathematical and non-mathematical phenomena, it is necessary that both variants of the relation to the mathematical phenomenon should be represented in the educational process. We have analysed the characteristics of satirical texts, special transformations and stylistic devices. The results of the research show that a translator should have certain skills to translate satirical texts. He/she should have profound professional knowledge. He/she should be aware of the cultural differences between the two countries because satire is always aimed at native speakers and includes a lot of allusions and background information. The main task when translating satirical fantasy is to preserve all the humour using the means of the Russian language. 3380 | On the material of the novel “Teacher of fencing” by А. Duma and memoirs of P. Annenkova the author examines the semantics of the image of the decembrist’s wife expressed in the culture of the second half of the 19th century. The specificity of functioning of this type of woman personality comes to light in artistic and autodocumentary discourse. In addition, the analysis is carried out in a comparative aspect: the variants of the Russian and French reception of the decembrist culture and the image of decembrist’s wife are compared. In Russian literature maintenance of the concept of decembrist’s wife is based on spiritually-moral descriptions: oblatory love, devotion, loyalty, patience, courage. The ethical markers of this woman type are genetically related, on the one hand, to аutodocumental tradition of description of a wife, sharing the fate of the “disgraced” (often exiled to Siberia) spouse; and on the other hand, ascend to canonical character of a righteous wife, characteristic of the hagiografic genre. In the novel of А. Duma the beloved of the decembrist I. Annenkov is represented exceptionally in the field of love and love plot, and the chronotop of the novel is limited to the space of intimate history. Thus, the love of the character is interpreted by the teller only as a display of a strong woman passion and is not connected with the spiritually-moral categories of debt, sacrifice, etc. The image of the woman character in the Duma’s novel substantially differs from its prototype (P. Аnnenkova) and from the heroic type of woman personality presented in the Russian literature. 3397 | This article considers the cognitive approach to the study of metaphors in poetic discourse, which plays a dominant role in contemporary linguistics. The task of this study is to reveal the influence of the context on the choice of metaphors in poetic texts, to describe the types of contexts and to prove the necessity of contextual analysis in the study of poetic discourse. The article describes the method of getting from linguistic metaphorical expressions to the conceptual metaphor in five steps proposed by Gerard Steen. This method suggests using contextual as well as cotextual information to fill in the gaps in comparative structures of source and target domains. The results of the research show that poetic metaphors are created by means of elaboration, extension and questioning of universal conventional models stored in long-term memory or with the help of combinations of those conventional conceptual metaphors. The interpretational potential of conceptual metaphors depends on the external context, as well as on elements within author’s discursive space. We came to a conclusion that cognitive operations involved into the production of metaphors depend on physical, social and cultural situations. The findings of this research also confirm the hypothesis by Z. Kövecses that the system of conceptual metaphors forms a specific type of context, that is a conceptual-cognitive one. 3398 | Introduction. The article deals with spatial images of the German resort towns Bad-Ems and Baden-Baden in the travel notes by M. Ye. Saltykov-Shchedrin “Za rubezhom”. This issue is still practically unresearched in literature studies and highly actual for imagology. Aim and objectives. The aim of the paper is detecting motives used by the writer for representing the towns in his work. Material and methods. The methods of the research are comparative and descriptive analysis, cultural-historical and semiotic methods. Results. The author of the research detects such characteristics of the literary space marked with Germanness as order, achronism, corruption and theatricalism of the life within the analysed loci. The special attention is paid to the core motif of the inner unfreedom by which the image of Germany unique for all kinds of German space is formed in the work. It’s also settled that the cross-cutting urbanistic image is according to the typology by V. N. Toporov the image of the ‘whore’-city influencing the images of the German resort towns and marking transformation of the erotic element in the sphere of goods/money relationships. Thus the text of the ‘fallen’ city imbued with Christian references shows throw the trivial reality of the philistine Germany in Saltykov-Shchedrin’s work and is as an intertextual base one of connecting links between images of the German resort towns and the capital Berlin. In addition the writer represents not only anthropic but also natural loci of mountain spaces forming a dimensional and simultaneously a spiritual opposition to the valley-space of the human existence earthbound in all senses. Conclusion. The results expand literary conceptualization about space images in Saltykov-Shchedrin’s works and connect German images created by the writer with the common tradition of representing Germany and Germans in the Russian literature of XIX – the early XX centuries. The article can be useful for Russian literature teachers and specialists dealing with literary imagology. Keywords: M. Ye.
