The paper outlines the interface of prosodic structure and pragmatic features. In line with cross-linguistic typological generalizations, the primary function of intonation is identified as manifesting salient discourse status, signaling topic-focus discourse functions, and delineating discourse components, clauses and phrases. General correlation is identified between the pitch accent placement and the discourse pragmatic function of Focus. Pitch accent manifests the part of the proposition containing assertion, new, unrecoverable or unexpected information.

A new method for constructing stochastic models of off-lattice physical and chemical processes occurring at the active metal supported nanoparticles deposited on an inert carrier. The proposed algorithm has linear time complexity. The created on this base program permits the use, in general, anisotropic interatomic interaction potential. For changes in the potentials of interatomic interaction program does not require recompilation. The equilibrium shape of the Lennard-Jones nanoparticles was obtained. It is shown that there is a dependency of the equilibrium shape of the nanoparticles on the interaction parameters of the substrate and metal atoms.

The author comes to the conclusion that the main thing in getting higher education is not the amount of years of study on a certain stage but a competence level. It is noted that in accordance with the Bologna Declaration not only coordinated standards and procedures of assessing quality of education are created in Europe. In addition methods of accrediting agencies, which deal with determining quality of education are coordinated. The author points out the definite circumstances, which in the course of realizing the Bologna process may exert direct negative influence on the Russian system of higher education. Children’s creative potential realized most fully if the educational process is carried beyond the scope of traditional training. Content and presentation of teaching material promotes the formation of students’ positive motivation forearning. Positive students’ motivation is created by the variety in the objective educational process through the use of different types of games from business role-plays to simulation. The article presents the results of introduction and adaptation of interactive associative board games into educational process when studying ecological disciplines on the example of the Federal State Educational Institutions of Higher Education “Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University”. With the help of associations it is possible not only to remember the information with the first attempt, but also to keep it in the long-term memory. The proposed variant of the game is built on the basis of the most successful ideas of the famous computer and board games with the addition of some new, original teaching materials. Application of this approach to training significantly stimulated assimilation of a training material, especially the glossary on the set subject. The proven effectiveness of the use of associateive games expressed in the increase of educational motivation of students and consequently in the quality of education. It is revealed through the diagnosis of learning motivation of 125 students of Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University that the communicative motives took the first place 66.9%, the second place 62.7 % - educational and informative ones. Adaptation of the proposed method in the training contributed to the formation of such qualities in students as independence and communication in making and justifying the decisions. The method is suitable for studying all disciplines and ability levels of students.

The article focuses on the actual problem of programming training for students. A prerequisite for successful learning is the formation of algorithmic thinking. One of the necessary conditions for its formation is the independent solution of tasks of varying degrees of complexity, so during programming training it is important to pay special attention to the organization of independent study. Essential assistance in the organization of self-guided work within the programming training can be provided by the use of special software tools that allow to check the correctness of the developed program automatically. We propose an approach based on the use of the specialized system ‘Ejudge’, which allows to check the correctness of the training program. This system is networked, deployed on the server, work with the system, which is implemented via web interfaces, can be conducted both by the administrator and by users, in the role of which students and teachers act. This technology provides additional opportunities in the organization of training. On the one hand, the trainee can work with the system from any place in which access to the Internet is provided. At the same time, all actions of the trainee are recorded on the server, and are accessible to the teacher. The skills of working with such a system are also necessary for participation in academic competition on programming.

Yurina Natalya Gennadyevna THE THEMATIC RANGE OF PHILOSOPHICAL LYRICS BY V. S. SOLOVYOV // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 11 (188). P. 170-178

The article discusses the thematic range of V. S Solovyov’s lyrics. This issue is periodically raised in the Russian science about Solovyov, but the poetry of this lyric poet is analyzed either by thematic groups without specifying the subjects in them, or excluding some important layers of his creative work. Defining the nature of the Solovyov’s poetry as philosophical, the author emphasizes that it is impossible to ignore the fact that apart from the actual philosophical part, there is the so-called «comic» lyrics in his legacy, largely reflecting the specificity of ideology of the author, his aesthetic and artistic views. The author of the article analyzes Solovyov’s lyrical legacy in terms of the key themes and its changes in different periods of creativity, drawing as the material all diversity of art selfactualization of Solovyov-poet. The research was performed on the basis of the comparative-historical and typological methods. Stages of formation of the landscape, love, proper philosophical and humor lyrics of Solovyov are traced. The closeness of the themes of Solovyov’s poetry with Russian and Western European romantic lyrics (V. A. Zhukovsky, K. N. Batyushkov, M. Yu. Lermontov, G. Heine, A. Mickiewicz) on the one hand and philosophical lyrics of F. I. Tiutchev, on the other hand, is observed. In addition, there is a presence of the individual echoes of eastern gafiz and slavinofil poetic traditions. In addition, a presence of the separate echoes of the eastern, gafiz and slavophilic poetic traditions is observed. As a result of the research the conclusion about the breadth of the thematic range of the Solovyov’s lyrics is made. Frequence of the key themes of his poetry is not associated with the poverty of his lyrics, but with the author’s loyalty to his favorite poetic ideas, with the intense development and the constant deepening of them.

A. singles out the peculiarities of preschoolers’ research activity, she describes the approaches to the selection of the research topic in the kindergarten, reveals the differences between the spontaneous and specially organized research activity of preschool children. The article presents approaches to the selection of topics for educational research in primary school. Enumerated educational tasks, which the teacher solves when choosing the topic of children’s research activities. The author of the article proposed a method how to identify and formulate these criteria for choosing the topic of his research by junior schoolchildren in joint activities with the teacher. He provides the results of the analysis of the themes of children’s research works performed by junior schoolchildren and submitted for the contest “Create, Explore, Try” at Tomsk State Pedagogical University for seven years. The researcher makes a conclusion about what topics and why are claimed by the pupils of the primary school.

In the Faddeev formulation of gravity, the metric is regarded as composite eld, bilinear of d = 10 4-vector fields. A unique feature is that this formulation admits the discontinuous elds. On the discrete level, when spacetime is decomposed into the elementary 4-simplices, this means that the 4-simplices may not coincide on their common faces, that is, be independent. We apply this to the particular problem of quantization of the surface regarded as that composed of virtually independent elementary pieces (2-simplices). We nd the area spectrum being proportional to the Barbero-Immirzi parameter y in the Faddeev gravity and described as a sum of spectra of separate areas. According to the known in the literature approach, we nd that exists ensuring Bekenstein-Hawking relation for the statistical black hole entropy for arbitrary d, in particular, y = 0:39... for genuine d = 10.

The article represents the morphosyntactic analysis of somonims of the Selkup language. The undertaken research corresponds to the relevant problems of modern linguistics consisting in the need of documentation and description of the languages which are under the threat of disappearance. In spite of the fact that the Selkup language has been an object of researches for many years and it has been studied in different aspects, the morphosyntactic structure of somatic vocabulary of the Selkup language has not been exposed to the system analysis yet. Somatic vocabulary of the Selkup language is represented by several types of morphosyntactic structures: simple words; compound words with coordinative and subordinative types of linking of stems; phrases. Simple somonims are frequently used in possessive form of the third person singular. It is attached possession. Simple somonims can rarely add other suffixes. In somatic vocabulary only one case of shifting of the simple somonim to another part of speech has been revealed. The components of compound words and phrases are mostly nouns and adjectives. The subordination is expressed either by the possessive form of the third person singular or by the genitive case. The second component can be represented by any other part of speech.

The implementation of master programs is considered. An assessment of the quality of the implementation of master programs on example of Department of Television and Control of the Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics was conducted. For the assessment, a questionnaire was conducted among subjects of the educational process. The main advantages and disadvantages of master programs on electromagnetic compatibility at the department of Television and Control are revealed. Factors influencing the decrease in the effectiveness of the educational process are revealed. The organization of a contact area of a teacher with students and the implementation of scientific work in the framework of training in the magistracy were considered. A set of measures to improve the implementation of master programs, related to the organization of the educational process, the revision of the formats of work with students, the conduct of research activities undergraduates is developed. The results of partial implementation of this complex were presented. Tests for verification of the residual knowledge of students and for internal monitoring of the quality assessment of the educational process were developed. The testing was conducted and it’s results were analyzed. The importance of conducting a systematic assessment of the educational process quality was shown.

A transformation of a component staff, accounting prehistorical process, is looked trough the borders of unbalanced scheme of phase transition with the formation of liquid and drops in a pore. In the given paper we present the basic ideas of the concept of the active-semantic approach in the context of developing teaching of mathematic analysis to senior school children. The given approach is regarded as the author's variant of the model of personally oriented teaching mathematics. In the paper we bring out some concrete tasks, which assist to reveal semantic aspects of abstract mathematic notions, included in the curriculum of algebra and essentials of analysis. In this paper we also describe some means of realizing the active-semantic approach: dialogue, integration of different ways of knowledge presentation, pointing out the perspectives of studying a new concept.
