The research of electronic absorption spectrums and thermal parameters of dichloride copper complexes with various organic ligands is conducted. Were obtained of correlation dependencies between wave distances, temperatures of one ligand molecule sepa¬ration and calculated ligand donor ability by PM3 method. On the basis of experimental performances the spectrochemical number of the ligands was determined. The reference of the researched complexes to orbital-controlled was conducted.

Now the problem of use of peat as litter is actual as in Russia and abroad. Application of peat as litter is one of the most valuable agriculture utilization of peat. Peat of a low degree of decomposition as a litter has a number of advantages in comparison with wood shavings, sawdust and straw. The peat litter possesses a high moisture capacity and gas absorbing ability, small heat conductivity, antiseptic properties. High water- and gas absorbing ability allows utilizing manure and drains of cattle-breeding farms, integrated poultry farms, keeps the nutrients necessary for cultivation of agricultural crops. Using of a peat litter one can receive peat manure - the valuable organic fertilizer used in field husbandry. Productivity of animals and birds also raises, working conditions improve. We studied the fractional composition and size characteristic of raw material for litter, water absorbing ability of different fractions, pressing peat of a low degree of decomposition. Researches in the field of manufacturing and using of a peat litter continue.

In this article we apply BRST approach to Lagrangian construction for massive fermionic fields in d-dimensional anti de Sitter space. The obtained Lagrangian theory is a reducible gauge model containing, besides the basic field, a number of auxiliary (Stuckelberg) fields and the order of reducibility grows with the value of the rank of the antisymmetric field. We show that one can get rid of all the auxiliary fields and the final Lagrangian for fermionic antisymmetric field is formulated only in terms of basic field.

The massive theories of p-forms do not possess gauge invariance, in contrary of massless theories. We restore the gauge invariance in massive p-forms models with help of the multi-step Stuckelberg procedure and we evaluate the effective actions. The result is presented in terms of d`Alembertians acting on p-forms.

Heuristic power and cognitive limits of the concept of complexity is viewed in this paper. Tourism in terms of communication theory is a special kind of communication, which can be called tourist communication. The problem of improvement of forms of diagnostics and control of knowledge, abilities, skills, practical experience of the students of specialised secondary educational institutions under the introduction of federal state educational standards in educational practice is considered. The propaedeutic flow chart developed by authors allows to carry out stage-by-stage tracking of the concrete achievements which are trained and to determine the level of formation of common cultural and professional competences of students on all the way of development of the maintenance of a subject. Schematically this technology represents a set of four stages of didactic process from initial perception of theoretical knowledge and before their practical application. Each stage is estimated on a mark scale. The maximum number of points which the student can get on the sum of all stages makes hundred. The peculiarity of the offered development work is that it contains the level and criteria monitoring system: in a projection to the component structure of professional competences revealed by authors (cognitive, activity, motivational and valuable, communicative) to each level (from the 1st to the 3rd) achievements of results of training there corresponds the developed parameter of estimation of structure and quality of the carried-out operations, their sensibleness, completeness and curtness. Thus, the process of step formation of professional competences of students from simple to the difficult – assumes improvement of quality of educational experience.

This article analyzes the impact of high technology (Hi-Tech) and high socio-humanitarian technologies (Hi-Hume) on the person. The increase of humanity’s technological capabilities is accompanied by the increase of our dependence on those capabilities. High technologies (information technology, nanotechnology and biotechnology) show the fragility and vulnerability of the person in front of them as generated power. Hi-Hume are aimed at manipulating individual and mass consciousness. To these technologies the author includes some modern marketing and management technologies which accompany Hi-Tech-manufacture (advertising, PR, personnel management and knowledge management, etc.). Hi-Hume promote the growth of human dependence on technology, because they form the new needs. The man begins to be seen as a natural-technical system (in Hi-Tech) or as a socio-technical system (in Hume), and the body and mind of the man as driven technological objects. This puts the problem of ecological safety of high technologies. Assessment of environmental safety on the basis of the «precautionary principle» should be held in respect as Hi-Tech and so Hi-Hume. The difficulties of their ecological expertise revealed: the lack of scientific data, scientific and technological backwardness of experts who carry out the assessment of environmental safety of Hi-Tech, secrecy in technoscience, mythologizing of Hi-Tech and veiled actions of Hi-Hume.

In the article we are talking about the psychological and pedagogical adaptation of Chinese students in preparatory courses, mastering Russian as a foreign language from zero level. The key moment in this process is the psychological and pedagogical support of foreign native speakers by their teacher. Based on the conducted Russian and foreign studies, it is noted that informal communication and extracurricular activities of teachers contribute to facilitating the adaptation process in the new educational environment and improving the performance of foreign listeners. The basis of such activities are curators and tutors of training groups who have knowledge of cultural and religious norms and have an idea of the generally accepted rules of conduct of their wards. It is noted that as a result of the presence of such support, the process of adaptation of Chinese listeners and, accordingly, the educational process is optimized. The problem of psychological and pedagogical adaptation is very multifaceted, so for a more effective psychological and pedagogical support of Chinese students, it is necessary to create a system of common policies supporting foreign students. For the successful adaptation of foreign students to the reality of the Russian cultural, social and educational environment, the services and units of Russian universities that engage in hiring and accompanying foreign students must be staffed by teachers, specialists in the field of intercultural communication, ethnography and psychology. Russia can take a worthy place in the world market of educational services, because it has certain advantages, such as high level of teaching, more affordable cost of education, compared to other countries. To the list of advantages it is possible to add the introduction of the system of psychological and pedagogical support of foreign students, including all stages of the educational process.

The article presents some results of the research of the problem of development of professional competence of teachers in the field of education in the process of their professional activity in the conditions of general education organization. The urgency of the problem is justified by the strategic priorities of the development of upbringing in the modern state policy formulated in such leading policy documents as the Strategy of development of education in the Russian Federation for the period up to 2025, the professional standard «Specialist in Education». Based on the analysis of the theoretical foundations of the competence approach, professional competence is considered as an integral characteristic of a teacher who has the ability to implement modern programs and technologies, to manifest creativity, to find the right solutions, to act in ordinary and unusual situations. The features of professional competence of teachers in the field of education are studied. The approaches to the identification of the components of the professional competence of teachers in the field of upbringing are indicated. The main characteristics of the developed model of the development of professional competence of teachers in the field of education in the process of pedagogical activity, its axiological, projective-empirical, technological, information-methodical, reflexive diagnostic modules, self-education and social partnership modules are presented. Presented are the forms of work that contribute to the development of professional competence of teachers in the course of their professional activities (pedagogical council, seminars and workshops, business games, discussions, generalization of educational experience, scientific and methodological support for the selfeducation of teachers, etc.). Approbation of forms and methods of increasing the professional competence of teachers in the field of education in the process of professional activity was carried out during the experimental work in the general education organizations of Novomoskovsk and Troitsky administrative districts of Moscow.

The paper looks at the “Campus courses of TSU” project and describes it as one of the methods for organizing selective courses for students. The project was developed by the project group of the Center of education quality development, including O. N. Kalachikova, P. Kiseleva , A. Morozova, A. Balabanova. It is implemented in the National Research Tomsk State University from the 2015 academic year. Unlike traditional elective courses, Campus courses mean having a general catalog of courses in different subjects, regardless of the student’s faculty and specialization. The paper presents the results of this survey-based analysis and show that most of the students lack the opportunity to develop their general cultural competences and communicative skills as well as artistic creativity, and all that serves as motivation to attend selective courses. It was established that most of the students make careful choice of courses. The variety of courses and activities allows students to fulfill their educational ambitions. It was revealed that the majority of students are satisfied with the quality of the courses, the form of conducting classes, the interaction with the teacher.

In an initial stage new phytomass is produced, the next phase is the dying off of the living phytomass, the third stage is the dead phytomass transformation into a mire litter and the last one is a peat formation from a litter. The quantitative elemental composition of the organic matter at the different stages of this process is distinctive. We compared the elemental composition of living and dead phytomass, the litter and the peat for two mires and three Sphagnum species. For modern theoretical physics there is tendency to review methods of describing quantum-mechanical systems in terms of relationship with classical analogues. We attempted to calculate the anomalous magnetic moment from a semiclassical view (with consideration for Zitterbewegung) on the basis of electromagnetic elds generated by the electron in the immediate vicinity of the charge point. Derived value of anomalous magnetic moment is in full agreement with the Schwinger's calculations.

This article discusses and compares the names of months composing calendar systems in eastern dialects of the Khanty language and southern dialects of the Selkup language. Due to the fact that there is a decline in percentage of university students involved in physical activity and decrease in the physical education programmes’ guidelines, the role of students’ involvement in extra-school sport is highly significant. The study indicates the results of the survey conducted among the girls-students of Tomsk polytechnic university to assess levels of extra-school sport participation. The analysis of the survey data reveals that one of the factors affecting students’ participation in sport and physical activity is poor physical education competence and skills. The study highlights that the issue raised calls for a multi-level approach including developing and promoting encouraging projects that have significant benefit to health and increase physical activity, and it must be supported by a strong information and knowledge base.

The contemporary approaches to the definition of “professional position of a teacher” concept are considered in the present article. The author reveals its essence according to the requirements of Federal governmental educational standards of higher pedagogical education for training sector 050100 “Pedagogical education”. The author describes the model of step-by-step development of the professional position during the period of studying at higher educational establishment by defining the cognitive, creative, action and reflexive components of “professional position”. The author characterizes potential opportunities of student’s contest of pedagogical skills in future teacher’s professional position development. In the present article the author examines the process of student’s step-by-step preparation to participation in this contest, the content of contest’s nominations in accordance with structural components of future teacher’s professional position. The contest of pedagogical skills is one of the components of educational system of Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University. This contest has been held at university for 15 years. Its results appear in stable professional position of young teachers – former contestants. The features of arrangement of education process in accordance with Russian education modernization are represented in this article.
