The author investigates philosophical poetics as the model of the tradition of hermeneutics and phenomenology. The article shows that the conception of mythos in the poetics of Aristoteles includs the ethical (katharsis) and existential (tragedy) aspects of the poetical understanding. The author notices the similar structure in the understanding of existential phenomenology. However the event of understanding includs as well the being to the death here. According to the author it is the base of the philosophical poetics. In this way the author interprets the whole philosophy of hermeneutics, phenomenology and existentialism.

The analysis of literature on psychology devoted to consciousness and will allowed the author to make a conclusion that characteristics of the subject of Law as a possessor of consciousness and will is somewhat indeterminate – the only indication of possessing consciousness being enough. The defect of psychics is always the sign of consciousness disorder, even if only volitional psychic processes are deformed. Psychologists differentiate between consciousness and realization while in legal practice they are considered to be the similar notions. Recognition of their difference is very important for legal practice.

This article is devoted to the analysis of interactive methods of training and their opportunities in the context of students’ professional competences development. The article is dedicated to the relation of the two plot lines in Bulgakov's play “The Crimson Island”. The primary thread is focused on the themes of theatrical “production” and repertoire problems, the relationship between theater administration and the aspiring author, the state, impersonated by the all-powerful bureaucrat, and the rehearsal, which, given the extreme circumstances with the possibility of the theater closing, is already being run as the final, general rehearsal. The secondary thread, the history of a remote island, lies at the foundation of the aforementioned play. The researchers outline this as a self-contained text within a text. Analysis of the event poetics allows the authors to claim that the expressiveness of “The Crimson Island” as such a text is characterized by the constant breaking through borders of two interweaving plotlines.

In the scientific-methodical aspect the methodical comment exists in two basic forms: as a type of information-methodical products and as an expert evaluation. Both forms are significant and necessary for theoreticians and practitioners of the educational process. In this article methodical comment is examined as a means of development and evaluation of the professional competence of the teacher of a foreign language. The most appropriate base (informative material) for methodical comments in the course of teachers’ training is proposed (methodical statements, quotes from scientific and educational literature, a description of the methods, techniques, methods, forms of teaching, educational activity results). Examples of tasks from foreign textbooks, which can be considered analogous to methodological commentary and author’s examples of methodological comments are provided. Such tasks were developed by the author of this publication for National Students’ Olympiads on the methods of foreign language teaching “Foreign language (English) and methods of teaching it” (Tomsk, Tomsk State Pedagogical University, 2016), and their use has fully justified their scientific and methodological value as a form of evaluation of professional competence of foreign language teachers. The criteria of evaluation of the methodical comments are given (pithiness, validity and completeness of the comment, actuality of the comment in terms of matching the realities of modern language education, knowledge of professional terminology, examples as a support to the comment, observance of time limits).

The article is devoted to comparative social and psychological analyses of portrait features of first-year students studying at Krasnoyarsk State Pedagogical University named after V. P. Astafyev. Studies social characteristics, motives of choosing the university, attitude to teacher’s profession, expectations from pedagogical process and future professional activity, specific characteristics for the first-year students’ career group. The most important factor determining the success of professional training is students’ motivation, their interest to teacher’s profession. The main result of the experiment is orientation of first-year students to become a qualified professional of high level, that will provide them with great success at the beginning of their working way. Entering Krasnoyarsk State Pedagogical University named after V. P. Astafyev is a way for first-year students to realize their vital aims and plans. The students are eager to get education, which will help them to become specialists in the changing conditions of professional activity, to admit these reforms. Students’ achievements and results are reflected in their personal portfolio. First-year students formulate an order for personal growth trainings, which help to develop the competence to change quickly and adapt to new working conditions. Forming of such competences will simplify students’ acceptance of the new social conditions. Also they hope that their achievements and activity in different spheres of students’ life will be appreciated. The research helps to define the direction of developing a set of measures: to adopt first-year students to educational process at pedagogical university aimed at formation of professional pedagogical values of students of Krasnoyarsk State Pedagogical University named after V. The semiempirical PM3 method was applied for analysis of such experimental parameters as NQR frequencies, energy levels in X-ray electron and X-ray fluorescence spectra. The subjects of the study were complexes of tin and antimony. The strong correlation established between the differences in the energies in the inner energy levels of tin, antimony, chlorine atoms and the corresponding ClKa shifts. The obtained correlation dependencies can be used for the characterisation of the donor ability of ligands.

Textual strings of antonymic words with the common morpheme demonstrate considerable variety. They include both traditional and occasional words. Their semantic relationships are also heterogeneous.

Cultural-historical periodization of the early Iron Age in Surgut Ob’ river basin developed by J.P. Chemyakin is viewed in the article. The author of the article raises an objection against the names of the stages of Kulay culture of the Iron Age of the region. The analysis of the periodizations of the epoch of the yearly Iron Age of Ob-Irtysh basin shows that extracted by the archeologists cultural formations are synchronous just in part. Formation of Kulay culture in Surgut Ob’ river basin is connected with penetration of migrants whereas in Narym Ob’ river basin Kulay culture has autochthonous basis. This peculiarity of the early stage of the region’s epoch should be reflected in its name and the name of the early stage of Kulay culture should stay the same as it is in literature.

Change of plants productivity of family Solanaceae in the conditions of protected cultivation under fluorescent polyethylene films was studied. A number of general laws of plants productivity change of different varieties of Lycopersincon ecsulentum, Capsicum annuum and Solanum melongena was revealed. It has been found experimentally that increase of their productivity under fluorescent films is connected with intensive reproductive organs development, accompanied by formation of better quality fruits, and increase of plants vegetation at the average by 14 days.

The question of methodical competence formation of specialized pedagogue is considered in the network of the new academic course of the basic part of Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Professional Education in the sphere of Specialized (speech pathology) education training – “General methodical aspects of teaching in specialized educational institutions”. On the basis of the pursued scientific research there are distinguished peculiarities of methodical activity of the specialized pedagogue; specificity and necessity of deductive approach application to its methodical training are substantiated; methodical basis, principles, objectives, goals and the content of the new course are developed.

Diamant Irina Ivanovna, Legostin Sergej Alfredovich PECULIAR REATURES OF HOLDING COMPETITION IN ATHLETICS AMONG INDIVIDUALS WITH LOCOMOTOR SYSTEM DISEASE // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 1 (154). P. 103-107

The article discusses the features of holding the all-Russian athletics competitions and determination of the level of sportsmenship among the persons with locomotor system diseases. Marked insufficient total number of participants, the predominance of men over women, boys against girls, the number of participants of the championship over the participants of the championship of Russia. Many champions and winners of the championship and the primacy of Russia show mediocre results. There is no competition in many athletic disciplines. Only 12 % of the finals was not less than 6 members, which is a necessary requirement for assignment of the sports discharges in case of their implementation. For a significant number of medals there were no contenders. Many potential participants were unable to reach these competitions because of problems with financing. It is especially difficult to reach Cheboksary for the participants from remote regions of the Russian Federation. On the basis of analysis and generalization of the data the authors revealed the necessity of improving the normative-legal base, regulating the participation of persons with persons with locomotor system disease at all-Russian and regional competitions in athletics.

The article considers the importance of design activity at lessons of literary reading at elementary school, proves the relevance of project activity in the light of Federal state educational standards, shows the possibilities of this activity on the example of the project “I. A. Krylov’s Fable”, lists the basic principles of creation of the program for literary reading. The authors allocated the types of projects of individual and group activity: practice-creative focused, role and game, research and creative, information-oriented and requirements for the organization of project activity: existence of a significant problem, importance of estimated results, independence of pupils, project structuring, use of methods of research. Special attention is paid to the stages of implementation of the project. The article also states the content of work, the equipment of the lesson of literary reading, kinds of activity trained and teachers in connection with introduction of Federal state educational standard of primary education.

Choosing the right ending of the case system of nouns is one of the main problems that are encountered by foreigners learning Russian. Probably the genitive case causes the greatest difficulties due to the fact that it can have many meanings and endings and contains a large number of special cases and exceptions. The authors have examined the existing guides and manuals for Russian-speaking natives and foreigners addressed to those who study Russian as a foreign language, and point out the best way to describe all the features of this case. The authors focus on how the genitive case system for nouns is presented, both substantively and graphically. Considerable discrepancies in the principles underlying the delivery and selection of linguistic materials are observed. The authors concluded that the genitive system wasn’t exhaustively treated, not all types of inflection and not all exceptions are described. Moreover, the authors have made three tables organizing the endings of the genitive case of nouns based on the literature review. The authors present a table in which the genitive endings of nouns are shown systematically. All the endings of the nouns are shown in the tables representing the genitive case of singular and plural cases, as well as examples of every case and the phonetic laws of changes in words and special cases of forms’ formation, which have not had drawn attention to before.

Analyzing the nature of successfulness of instructional activities of teachers in preparing them for work with innovation techniques, the author came to the conclusion about essential significance in this process of didactic difficulties, which are the factor of declining effectiveness of school activity. Studying the nature of didactic difficulties and the ways of their overcoming by means of special training becomes the condition for increasing of effectiveness of instructional process and learning activity of the students. In the article the author discusses the new approach to organization of professional training of a teacher focusing on necessity of previous the most recently encountered didactic difficulties in a group of learners connected with mastering of innovation technologies prior to organization and conduction of the courses aiming at the formation of the skills to overcome these difficulties. Inclusion of these actions as a prior stage of any courses of in-service training and advanced specialized courses opens extensive possibilities for increasing effectiveness in teaching issues connected with new educational techniques and strategies.

The article considers and gives the analysis of «loyally» as one of the central concepts arising in interaction cf the man and organization. The concepts «social position» and «attitude» as basic definitions in relation to concept «loyalty» are allocated. The definition cf loyalty as social - psychological state is given. The factors determining loyalty of the man in a society are considered, the conceptual model of loyalty is constructed. The author makes the conclusion, loyalty acts as a multiparametrical multilevel and an integral psychological phenomenon, which can be studied only t trough revealing of interrelation of the sum-total of influencing it factors and indicators of the state describing sufficiently enough its empirical manifestations.

In virgin and residual (1 m) peat under permanent cereal grasses of reclamated site of lowland bog ecosystem activity of catalase was defined in 1993, 2002 and 2008 in dynamics. It is shown, that activity of this enzyme is defined by local meteoconditions, peat temperature, level of swamp waters, presence of nutrients (in the form of mineral fertilizers). The reclamation of the developed site (since 1986) has not caused essential increase of fermentative activity in all terms of researches, only in 2008 the tendency to its increase was teethed. The soil of a virgin fallow and soil of experiment site are characterized by comparable sizes of activity of catalase, possibly because residual peat is the lowermost horizon of before not drained virgin soil.

The redox potential of soils seems to be a critical environmental factor because it governs the chemical and biochemical form of many compounds and their availability for plants and soil microorganisms. Dissolved and total organic carbon, total nitrogen and activity of reeducates, xanthine oxidase, phenol oxidase and peroxides were determined in the peat samples. The aim of this study is to compare the activity of enzymes participating in redox potential at two depths of profile Tagan peatland: acrotelm and catotelm. The study has shown the impact of two depths of profile peatland on activities enzymes participating in redox potential like nitrate reductase, xanthine oxidase, phenol oxidase and peroxidase. In soil profiles activity of xanthine oxidase, phenol oxidase and peroxidase increased with the depth in the points 2, 3 and 4 and also xanthine oxidase in point 1. Together with extending into the depth of soil, there was the increase in nitrate reductase activity in points 1, 3 and the decrease in points 2, 4.
