The article considers the development of the future educators training concept, based on the actual value and goal orientations in the development of the continuous pedagogical education. The article describes the value-attitude constituent and theoretical content of the concept. The practical content of the concept represents the processes of pedagogical support of the students’ activities within the integrated educational space of higher pedagogical, general and additional education systems. Such processes include pedagogical probation which comprises educational and work experience internships for the pedagogical higher education institution students. The internships are supervised by the mentors from among the leading educators who work at different levels of educational system. The theory and practice of situation and context based learning and subject-to-subject approach are taken as a basis for educational processes developed within the pedagogical concept. This provides the active involvement of future teachers in professional and quasi-professional situations and in solution of the problems arising within the situations. The creation of the integrated educational space is aimed at the support of a wide range of practice oriented forms and kinds of activities of future teachers in process of performing by them their professional tasks. The creation of such space in educational process of higher education institution is provided by the work of the Center for Additional Physical, Mathematical and Natural Science Education. Further perspectives of the research are connected with the construction of the practical content as a component of the discussed educational concept and the study of the concept’s verification results, which would allow to develop a full and substantiated understanding of the process and results of the pedagogical support in the training of pedagogical university students with the use of the potential of higher, general and additional education integration.

The problem of correlation between professional development and maturity of a specialist is, first of all, the problem of the objectives and priorities of education to give knowledge or develop a personality (a system of values, mental and moral characteristics) who acquires knowledge. In the first case the process easily regulated and controlled, in the second case improvisation, creativity and unpredictability of results is prevailed. Professionalism doesn’t contradict with the intellectual development of a specialist but it doesn’t equal to it as well. Professionalism and spirituality lie in the context of a human integrity. Today, along with the dominating practical orientation of education towards specialist training and increasing of profitability of resources invested in their training, the acmeological (eco-psychological) approach to education in the ‘and-and’ context rather than ‘or-or’ when professional training is regarded as the process of personal education who develops the ability to act in the chosen direction and who acquires knowledge that a man considers necessary for him. While acquiring ontological sense, education becomes the existence category. And ‘knowledge-skills’ learning from the goal of education is only a means of developing abilities. Such understanding of the problem allows re-comprehend.

The article considers the key to communication studies and a number of other sciences, the concept of “code of cooperation” as a means of implementing the communication, communication, knowledge translation, expression evaluation. It is about the visual and natural language communication as two codes that differ based on the absence / presence of the properties of linearity and consistency deployment in space and time and analyzed in relation aspects of their functional and pragmatic properties, as well as the specificity of interaction in various spheres of social and interpersonal communication. Particularly emphasized affecting the function of visual language, high performance implementation of which is achieved due to the availability of a huge perception and interpretive capabilities. To justify the need to study the visual language is important to recognize formulated within the framework of psychological science position on the importance of the visual code of perception, which found ample evidence in practice (eg, in the course of implementation, the techniques of art therapy, receiving visualization work with people belonging to visual personal psycho). Visual (lateral) kind of thinking, secreted by some scientists as a distinct type of appeal to the possibility understanding of information through the creation of non-linear visual images, in some cases, more ductile and moving than words – a linear unit of verbal series. The emergence of visual language as an interdisciplinary concepts and the growing interest in it among scientists from different fields of scientific knowledge is determined by the powerful influence of the modern information environment exerted on the minds of the media / user as a result of the introduction of the everyday life of the latest information and cognitive technologies. As an example of the close interaction of visual and verbal codes is actually seen the phenomenon of creolized speech product that combines elements of a visual and verbal code. For empirical research base are taken the commercial advertising texts.

The article analyses the state of the Russian language in American education in the XXI century. As Russian is critically important for the USA, its teaching is closely connected with the issues of national defense and national security. The article shows that the present cooling of the relationship between Russia and the USA should not be regarded as the key factor in teaching Russian in American system of education and does not predetermine to a great extent the interest of Americans in learning it. The author focuses on the factors that may stimulate the interest in the Russian language in the USA, such as the activity of Russian communities, appearance of working places for Russian language specialists, spread of student and academic exchange programs, and the existence of the policy of the government which will aim at promoting foreign language teaching in the country in general. The article gives examples of the present day interest in Russian in the USA such as Russian dual programs, Russian-American exchange programs, student Olympiads, academic cooperation. The article looks at statistical data of the spread of the Russian language in American educational system nowadays and discusses the future perspective of the Russian language learning and teaching in the country.

Pozdeeva Svetlana Ivanovna TO THE PROBLEM OF USING PROJECT AND RESEARCH ACTIVITIES IN KINDERGARTEN // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 8 (185). P. 42-45

The paper is dedicated to the problem of organization project and research activities in kindergarten in the context of realizing The Federal Educational Standard for Preschool Education. The goal of this research is to analyze differ ences between these activities and highlight their educational resources. The examples of incorrect organization of project and research activities in kindergarten are given. The author analyzes two articles from the magazine “Kindergarten: theory and practice” and proves that kindergarten teachers and parents often formalize children’s activities, perform the most part of the work themselves, restricting the cognitive activity of a child. The author offers a number of recommendations for preschool children’s parents about what can and can not be done at home in joint projects. Lack of understanding by teachers of the differences between project and research leads to inadequate choice of tools and methods and in addition to decreasing of educational resources in cognitive and practical activities. It is important to take into account that the project activity is an integrative activity, in which the playful, artistic, communicative and practical activities are connected. Karpenko Svetlana Mikhaylovna THE PRECEDENT NAME AS A MEANS OF REGULATIVITY IN JOURNALESE TEXTS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 2 (191). P. 75-79

The article is dedicated to the analysis of the regulative potential of the precedent name in media discourse. This problem is relevant in modern linguistics and is studied in the framework of different directions. The article points to communicative stylistics of the text in the aspect of the regulative theory. Methods of actualizing the regulative function of the precedent name are described on the textual material of the corpus of modern newspapers of the Russian National Corpus. Mythonyms which are prominent regulatory means of attracting the attention of the addressee were analysed in the article. Thus, contexts analysis of a newspaper corpus mythonyms Zeus, Hera, Athena, Aphrodite, Prometheus showed that in case of realization of mythonyms only the nominative function its regulative potential might be due to the invariant perception of a precedent text that is stored in the cognitive basis of the addressee and which is determined by its presuppositions. The factors influencing the degree of precedent onym’s regulativity in newspaper journalism, for instance, the use of situation-based illustrative context, the appeal to the source, the use of figurative means and transformed statements have been defined. Situational contexts that direct the recipient to the mythological stories serve as the actualizing mean of the relevant background information, its presuppositions. Mythonym in such a context is a strong regulatory tool, as not only appeals to the cultural memory of the audience, but fills in gaps in the information thesaurus. It is established that the regulative potential of precedent onyms is due to the implementation of cultural, educational and operating functions of the newspaper.

The First World War brought many changes to economic, social and political life of the country. The problem became vitally important either for the central part of Russia or the periphery of empire. In clause the stylistic nature epistolary of the discurs as specific form of speech dialogue is investigated. As base the rule about an accessory «classical» epistolary of the text to written colloquial discurs is put forward. The thesis about ability of the letters as special genre is proved to function in discurs of different types, saving thus the invariant attributes.
