| 1304 | Context-competence model of the future teacher training, ranked among the modern models of professional pedagogical education, assumes a gradual transition from academic activity to professional activity, it concentrates on knowledge and skills of professional activity in the context. This model assumes the actualization of quasi-professional activities of future teachers. The definition of the concept “the task of a quasi-professional orientation” has been clarified, the structure of these tasks and the factors to be taken into account in their development are named. | 1305 | The need for developing emotional responsiveness in preschool age is dictated not only by modern normative documents in the field of education, the sensitivity of preschool age, but also by the need of society in humane responsive people. By now pedagogical literature has sufficient theoretical prerequisites for studying the phenomenon of emotional responsiveness in preschool age. Pedagogical studies turned to various means for the development of emotional responsiveness in children, such as: theatrical activity, fiction, musical activity. Music is a unique and multifaceted means of pedagogical influence. The use of music as a means of developing emotional responsiveness in preschool children rests on the essential characteristics of music itself. Responding to psycho-physiological indicators of experiencing emotions (expressive movements (facial expressions, pantomime), breathing, intonation), music by its own means can model any expressive symptoms of emotional reactions. The use of music as a means of developing emotional responsiveness of preschool children should take into account the insufficient subject experience of children’s emotional feelings. Therefore, for the organization of classes on development of emotional responsiveness of preschool children, a step-by-step mechanism is proposed that takes into account the essential characteristics of music as a means, peculiar features of the age of children, and their musical preferences. Sergey Silin’s small prose has not yet been sufficiently researched by literary critics, but it arouses interest among readers of different ages and can be attributed to dual addressed literature. The study of the writer using the techniques of sadistic poems, horror stories and jokes contributes to a deeper understanding of the main trends in modern Russian prose. The purpose of the article is to reveal the genre originality of small prose by Sergey Silin. Material and methods. Theoretical basis for the study were the works of folklorists E. M. Meletinsky, E. Kurganov, O. N. Grechina, M. V. Osorina and others. The research material is short stories and horror stories by S. Silin (“The Fatal Five”, “The Fatal Four”, “Don’t Drown Five Graders!”, “Sambo Lesson”). Result and discussion. The analysis revealed the characteristic features of Silin’s small prose. In his work the author transforms the techniques of urban folklore genres: scary stories, sadistic poems, jokes. Conclusion. S. Silin’s works are dually addressed: not only to children, but also to adults. In his works, the writer uses techniques typical of urban folklore genres – they reflect the cynical attitude to death which is characteristic of sadistic poems; the use of clericalism; the absence of a clear confrontation between good and evil; the division into «good» and «bad» characters; the catharsis is replaced by a humorous ending; the idea of retribution is replaced by a paradoxical ending which emphasizes the immutability of what is happening. The stories most often have a circular composition, indicating that the main conflict of the work remained unresolved. | 1307 | Introduction. In the modern world, human life is impossible to imagine without the use of various digital resources. The transition to the digital economy dictates new needs associated with modern equipment and software, primarily with the training of competitive personnel for the future digital economy, on which Russia’s positioning and opportunities in the global economic market depend. The competencies of young professionals that were in demand a few years ago and seemed promising, for example, confident use of a computer, now seem basic. In an ever-changing world, it is important to start training future specialists for the digital economy in a timely manner, since retraining and training of personnel will require large time resources. In this case, there is an acute question of teaching staff who would be able to start the process of training young professionals. The role of such personnel is played by school teachers, on whom the quality of training of future personnel depends, and consequently, the speed of the country’s transition to full digitalization of all spheres of life. To train future staff, teachers need to master new competencies and needs that are dictated by modern society and the labor market. Thus, the issue of comprehensive retraining and advanced training of school teachers is acute. Material and methods. The author substantiates the development and implementation of a professional development course for teachers, briefly describes the sections, significance and methods of implementing the course. Results and discussion. Developed and conducted a professional development course for teachers dedicated to digital educational resources in the framework of the project “Digital Educational Environment”. Conclusion. Teachers who have successfully completed advanced training courses acquire new skills and improve their previous competencies in the field of digital educational resources, which allows teachers to revise the usual teaching methods, make the learning model more flexible and individual for each student. It contains biomorphological, taxonomic and chorological tree analysis, as well as an assessment of their relationship to anthropogenic impact. | 1319 | The article is dedicated to the analysis of the regulative potential of the precedent name in media discourse. This problem is relevant in modern linguistics and is studied in the framework of different directions. The article points to communicative stylistics of the text in the aspect of the regulative theory. Methods of actualizing the regulative function of the precedent name are described on the textual material of the corpus of modern newspapers of the Russian National Corpus. Mythonyms which are prominent regulatory means of attracting the attention of the addressee were analysed in the article. Thus, contexts analysis of a newspaper corpus mythonyms Zeus, Hera, Athena, Aphrodite, Prometheus showed that in case of realization of mythonyms only the nominative function its regulative potential might be due to the invariant perception of a precedent text that is stored in the cognitive basis of the addressee and which is determined by its presuppositions. The factors influencing the degree of precedent onym’s regulativity in newspaper journalism, for instance, the use of situation-based illustrative context, the appeal to the source, the use of figurative means and transformed statements have been defined. Situational contexts that direct the recipient to the mythological stories serve as the actualizing mean of the relevant background information, its presuppositions. Mythonym in such a context is a strong regulatory tool, as not only appeals to the cultural memory of the audience, but fills in gaps in the information thesaurus. It is established that the regulative potential of precedent onyms is due to the implementation of cultural, educational and operating functions of the newspaper. The headlines from online archives of The Telegraph and The Independent dated back to 2015 and 2017 are used as the material for the study. The article is aimed at explaining the reasons for the use of the separated syntactic constructions in the headlines and singling out the main types of the separated syntactic constructions which are used in the headlines of online quality press. They are segmented constructions (binary separated constructions in which the segment (the first part) represents the main notion and the base (the second part) represents an utterance about the notion); joining constructions (syntactic complex containing two semantically connected utterances which are joining part and joined carrying some additional information); parcelled syntactic constructions (constructions containing the main part and parcelled part(s) which is (are) the rema of the headline separated by a punctuation mark); constructions with parenthesis (when structures of different syntactic levels (words, word combinations, predicate constructions or sentences) are included in the text of the headline to give a particular detail or to emphasize something); and separated syntactic constructions of mixed type (constructions of special type containing all above mentioned separated syntactic constructions as means of syntactic convergence). The article concludes that the separated syntactic constructions help to increase information content of the headline taking into consideration the peculiarities of online media and making the headline more expressive and attractive to the reader. | 1328 | Introduction. The influence of modern media on the worldview and behavioral attitudes of society remains poorly understood. Behavioral norms, broadcast in the format of talk shows, are the basis for evaluative statements, are correlated with the values of different types. The dialectical relations of the components of the axiological complex determine the feasibility of their joint consideration. The goal is to identify and describe behavioral norms, assessments of a person and the values of society represented in one of the programs of the talk show “Live with Andrey Malakhov”. Material and methods. Linguoaxiological analysis is a semantic analysis of units of different language levels and categories of discursive nature, aimed at identifying normative and estimated values in the field of human behavior. The stages of the analysis are the identification of typical means of expressing these values and the formation on their basis of a factual basis for research, the classification of statements according to their relation to certain types of values, the reconstruction of relevant behavioral norms, the interpretation of the results taking into account information about the features of the talk show format. Results and discussion. Along with the lexical and phraseological units of the language, estimated and normative values are regularly expressed by markers of deontic modality, grammatical means of enlarging the scale of the situation, lexical and grammatical indicators of deviation from the norm; moreover, in their translation involved knowledge. Utility-material prevail in the repertoire of values. Behavioral norms correlate with traditional values of different social groups and post-Soviet values. The influence of the transmission format on the presentation of axiological meanings lies in the relational (from the negative) presentation of the norms of behavior and in the level of their generality, in a strict balance of sign ratings, in the prevalence of personal values over social, utilitarianmaterial – over spiritual. A methodology for describing the axiological complex “behavioral norms, assessments of a person and the values of socie-ty”, presented in a media text imitating a discussion about a socially significant problem, is proposed and tested. Conclusion. The findings correlate with the results obtained in works in other humanitarian areas. Due to the presuppositive nature of the norm semantics, its linguistic reconstruction presupposes attention to non-specialized language means, as well as discursive phenomena. | 1341 | The article presents the problem of children’s education in the academic discipline “Environment” in modern elementary school. Currently, there is a new federal state educational standard of primary education in the Russian Federation. It gives teachers new opportunities for the use of the course “Environment” for the development of children. The article provides an analysis of the resources of this discipline to achieve the learning outcomes in elementary school. New educational standard has three groups of educational outcomes: substantive results, metasubject results, personal results. All three groups of results were the basis for the analysis of the resources of the discipline “Environment.” The article describes the features to achieve these results by means of the course. In particular, it describes the nature of the content of the discipline at this stage, taking into account the changes of substantial lines at different stages of development of the discipline in the past. Image of modern design culture is projected on the process of training the teacher of technology, organized as a system of continuous design education, which has a characteristic methodology, including the structure of activities, principles, standards, models and methods of teaching. Presented experience of design and engineering activity of students demonstrates the possibility of forming productive behavioral, communicative, emotional and cognitive stereotypes in the implementation of educational and extracurricular activities. The content of the professional competence of the teacher is considered by us as multicomponent (components: cognitive, activity, value-semantic, motivational), and has common features with the professional expertise of the designer. Professional competence of the teacher of vocational training in the field of design is determined by a set of special design competencies, the formation of fine arts means (teaching students the principles and methods of artistic design, familiarity with the fundamentals of artistic design, the development of practical methods and techniques of project development of various products, their performance graphics engines). These features were put by us in designing the content of the foundation disciplines of subject preparation teacher of vocational training in the field of design as an individual competence-oriented modules of basic educational programs. Formation of core competencies organized by us is also a successful solution of professional problems that can be solved by the student as a result of the previously developed system of educational problems. | 1349 | Individualization of learning is considered as organization of educational process, which takes into account individual differences of students. Individualization in the narrow sense is the development of individual learning path for each student. Individualization in the broad sense is the creation of conditions for the manifestation of student’s individual characteristics in the process of learning. The article shows that the individual approach should be distinguished from the differentiation. Differentiation means training based on division of students into groups according to some external criteria. | 1350 | Today one of the topical problems of the state level remains the placing of orphans and children left without parental care in a new family. The Institute of foster parenting needs to be explored from the perspective of interdisciplinary approach. In this regard the issue of psychological and pedagogical readiness of adoptive parents to a new member in foster families (on the example of Lipetsk region) is being considered. Presents the analysis of the results of numerous domestic and foreign studies, which define «foster family» and identifies the reasons that prevent parents from accepting a child in their family. Special attention is paid to the problem in the Lipetsk region: the indicated number of government programs, activities and projects aimed at strengthening the family institution and childhood, as well as providing the family placement of children-orphans and children left without parental care. Gives the definition of the notion «psychopedagogical readiness of the host parents» as a combination of their personal qualities: the desire to increase the level of psychological and pedagogical knowledge in the field of education, age and individual characteristics of children; realization of the potential to create favorable conditions for the adequate development of foster children; development of skills to show love, affection and care needed by people at any age; possession of expertise, i.e., competent upbringing of the child (children). Describes the results of experimental work with prospective parents - prospective adoptive parents, guardians, trustees.
