The results of the infrared reflectivity measurements comparatively performed on the oxygen-chain-equal¬ized polycrystalline pair-samples of YBa2Cu30B4,x, are reported. The samples were prepared from the full/ empty oxygen-chain [Cu,OJ^/[Cu,0stoichiome-try end terms which where for a long time equilibrated under vacuum at a low temperature and were order-stabilized in the appropriate temperature-composition domain of existence of Oil and OIII superstructures. The single crystal IR-active phonon modes were ex¬tracted from the reflectivity data for the ceramic sam¬ples in the generalized effective medium approxima¬tion for the frequency-dependent dielectric permittivi¬ty. Then the fitted values of c-oriented IR-active pho¬non frequencies were interpreted within the framework of a lattice-dynamics transferable shell-model. The evidences of a phonon reconstruction related to the existence of the high-ordered oxygen-vacancy order¬ing superstructures OII and OIII in the oxygen-chain-equalized polycrystalline pair-samples of YBa2Cu306 are given.

New possibilities of the method of sigma deviations allowing to study individual features of a person’s physical development are presented. Any person can easily get 23 anthropometric indicators, compare them with the arithmetic mean and the mean square deviation of this indicator, obtained for the corresponding age-and-sex group, and obtain an individual set of sigma deviations of all these indicators. Combining the obtained indices into certain groups, one can analyze the presence of different proportions in the human body (proportionality of bone length, bone thickness, proportion between upper and lower body parts, proportion of development of the thorax, for women - the proportion of development of the breast, the ratio of length of legs and height, the harmony of the development of muscles, the uniformity of fat deposition in the subcutaneous fatty tissue). At the next stage of the study, analyzing the individual set of sigma deviations, an individual comparison standard is selected for each person, with which all 23 indicators are compared. All indicators that differ from this standard by more than one are recognized as deviations from the individual standard. The observed deviations are conditionally subdivided into «advantages» and «shortcomings» of the physique. Knowing the magnitude of the conventional shortcomings (in cm and kg), it is possible to propose an individual program for correcting these deviations with the help of modern methods of metered exercise in order to create a harmonious physique

It was determined that evident differences were found in most plastic (more than 70 %) and meristic indices. The article presents he results of definition of teaching efficiency the integrated course of natural sciences in 10 classes. This course combines theoretical knowledge with complex laboratory works. The testing was carried out on the questions that have word-outlook orientation, which were studied in the section of natural sciences course «The Structure of the Universe on large scale». In the process of testing results analysis the graphic methods of results representation, statistical processing of the received data by Pirson criterion (criterion of 6-square) were used. These results indicate the formation of theoretical generalizations, and the formation of initial scientific and world-outlook ideas among the pupils of experimental classes, while among the schoolchildren of control classes these ideas practically have not been changed. On the basis of the received data the conclusion is made that the subject of natural sciences in the 10 classes due to its integrative character, organic combination of the theory and laboratory works contributes to the effective formation of modern world outlook of the pupils.

New ideas on wave neuronal processes and only two neuronal constants, H. Berger’s and M.N. Livanov’s ones, which were included into a dozen of simple algebraic equations, permit us to explain interrelationship of many known quantitative regularities in psychology. New equations, which were derived deductively from neurophysiological data, permit to explain quantitatively a lot of psychological phenomena in a broad range of conditions, particularly, the speed of gain of information and the dependence of short-term memory span on the alphabet span of stimuli. Besides it was shown in experiments with hundreds of subjects that individual parameters of electroencephalogram permit to compute individual peculiarities of human behavior, in partial to compute MMPI psychological profiles as well as to esteem intellectual abilities of human being. Children’s creative potential realized most fully if the educational process is carried beyond the scope of traditional training. Content and presentation of teaching material promotes the formation of students’ positive motivation forearning. Positive students’ motivation is created by the variety in the objective educational process through the use of different types of games from business role-plays to simulation. The article presents the results of introduction and adaptation of interactive associative board games into educational process when studying ecological disciplines on the example of the Federal State Educational Institutions of Higher Education “Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University”. With the help of associations it is possible not only to remember the information with the first attempt, but also to keep it in the long-term memory. The proposed variant of the game is built on the basis of the most successful ideas of the famous computer and board games with the addition of some new, original teaching materials. Application of this approach to training significantly stimulated assimilation of a training material, especially the glossary on the set subject. The proven effectiveness of the use of associateive games expressed in the increase of educational motivation of students and consequently in the quality of education. It is revealed through the diagnosis of learning motivation of 125 students of Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University that the communicative motives took the first place 66.9%, the second place 62.7 % - educational and informative ones. Adaptation of the proposed method in the training contributed to the formation of such qualities in students as independence and communication in making and justifying the decisions. The method is suitable for studying all disciplines and ability levels of students.

The authors consider the problem of lack of teachers’ design competences in the design and organization of inclusive educational space. Scientists define the problem as the shortage of forms and techniques that allow the teacher to achieve positive outcomes in inclusive education. Within the anthropological approach by means of humanitarian studies, the authors attempt to understand the subjects of organization of joint activity of teacher and students in an inclusive process. The article considers pedagogical possibilities of the use of dialogue in inclusive education. The authors demonstrate the ability of this form of joint activities to help students be implemented in inclusive learning to be successful within their individual capabilities. The authors discuss dialogue in interaction with other forms of cooperative activities (lesson assignment, lessonproblematization), describe an educational precedent for the use of dialogue in inclusive educational space. The authors present the content of the pilot training project, characterize the system of lessons on the study of the novel of F. M. Dostoevsky’s “Crime and punishment” in the tenth grade. The project recorded the special role of the teacher in the dialogue. He is also a partner and an organizer of joint activities: that is, occupies an ambivalent position. This position is organized through pedagogical techniques such as card primary meanings, keywords, and algorithms activities. The dialogue is organized through various technologies: multimedia, games and problem-based learning. Their use allows the teacher to update the individual meanings of participants in inclusive education. The criterion of successful participation in the educational project is the development of subjectivity of students. A similar development is recorded in the framework of individual standards for each student involved in the educational project.

Varlaro F. THE CONCEPT OF PHYTOMETAPHOR IN THE ANALYSIS OF THE RUSSIAN-ITALIAN TRANSLATION THE KOLYMA TALES BY V. SHALAMOV. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2019. Issue 7 (204). P. 72-78

Introduction. During the last years of the last century the conceptual sphere “the world of plants” got the attention of linguists. In many of their works, linguists analyse phytometaphor in comparison between two languages. The purpose of this article is to describe the semantic-pragmatical use of phytometaphor in Shalamov’s work The Kolyma Tales and the possibility if its translation in the Italian language. Material and methods. By examining the Italian word “piantone” (orderly) this article focuses on the particular case in which there is not a phytometaphor in the original text but it is present in the translated text. The study proceeds with the analysis of the main characteristics of the figurative sense of this word in both languages and the translators’ motivation in the use of it. Results and discussion. One important feature of Shalamov’s prose is the use of anthropomorphic details in the description of nature. After analyzing the first cycle of stories, we can divide the author’s used phytometaphors into four categories: 1) plant products used as a kind of currency; 2) the external characteristics of a person; 3) likening plants to animals; 4) the internal characteristics of a person. It is important to underline, that in other cases phytometaphor is not used in the original text but it is used in the translated text. After the linguistic analysis of the material (Russian, Italian and French dictionaries and corpora) it is possible to say that the word “piantone” with the meaning of soldier is not an Italian national and specific word but is a calc from French. Conclusion. According to the detailed analysis of the dictionaries and considering the peculiarities of V. Shalamov’s artistic style, the author concludes that the use of this phytometaphor is in line with the general trend of the use of metaphorical vocabulary by V. Shalamov in The Kolyma Tales.

Introduction. The article analyzes the features of the structure and semantic content of the virtual portals of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, the All-Russian public organization “Union of Pensioners of Russia”, the portal of the regional social center as a kind of institutional virtual resource that provides typical communication between the state and people of different ages – primarily the elderly. The purpose of the article is to describe the discursive, communicative, structural features of the official portals of state and public organizations, addressed to the elderly population of the country and region, to identify ways of organizing communication, the nature of communication with the addressee. Material and methods. The general research methodology is based on studies of linguists, psychologists, psycholinguists in the field of speech, psychological, cognitive characteristics of elderly people, as well as cognitivediscursive approaches to communication between official structures and public organizations with different layers of the population in a virtual environment. We used structural (content) analysis of the site, communicative analysis of the individual components of the sites, pragma-style analysis of fragments of texts contained in the content of the site, genre analysis of statements and fragments of texts. Results and discussion. Portals have a different volume of hypertext, multimodal, polycode structural components against the background of typical forms and contents typical for virtual objects. The virtual space of the RF PF portal has the features of a marketing platform that contains sections oriented to feedback from the addressee and their implementation – a citizen’s personal account, counseling center, and pension calculator; The content of the portal of the joint venture of the Russian Federation combines marketing, informative, effective and interactive features. The degree of combination of institutional, official, business, advertising, ritual, everyday discourses is also different, depending on the nature of the subject, function and copyright holder of the virtual object. The largest volume of official and official-business discursive component, the smallest amount of visual means is distinguished by the RF PF portal, the portal of the Union of Pensioners of the Russian Federation equally combines officialbusiness, legal, journalistic and everyday types of discourse, designed also using static and dynamic infographic components; the portal of the regional social center contains components of legal, official-business, educational journalistic types of discourse (the latter is represented by the numbers of the regional periodical). Conclusion. The structure, content of website, type of communication of the portals indicate the presence of incompatible types of recipient. The addressee of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation’s portal is a gender, professional, socially undefined person of retirement, pre-retirement age, interested in conceptually limited information; it’s mobile in a cognitive sense, easily transitioning from an ordinary conceptualization of reality to specialized, able to quickly adapt a large amount of legal information, orientated in a virtual environment, changing style and communicative registers. The addressee of the portal of the Union of Pensioners of the Russian Federation is a gender, socially undefined pensioner, active in relation to public and state life in Russia, having broad interests, involved in physical education and sports, and volunteer movement. The addressee of the portal of the Public Institution “Public Center for Social Policy of the Sherbakul Region” is a gender-undefined, socially unprotected (including pensioner), a geographically limited member of society, active in relation to the public life of the Omsk region, having broad interests, involved in physical education and sports not giving up under any circumstances. Common is the command of computer skills, the ability to navigate in a virtual environment or the awareness of the need to learn computer literacy.
