| 2509 | The literary work of Z. Prilepin is not studied enough for objective reasons (the first novel “Pathology” was publicized in 2004). Prilepin’s prose attracted scholarly interest as an outstanding phenomenon of the modern Russian literature. The motif of childhood, that largely determines the stylistic manner of the writer, creates a kind of metatext of his artistic space. The application of structural-semiotic method to “decode” the cultural content of the motif of childhood in Prilepin’s novel “Sankya” allows to interpret the discourse of the writer, not only as the experience of becoming the “new realism” (in part, through intertextual dialogue with the Russian classics), but also as a creative search in the paradoxical metaphysics of postmodernism. As a discursive element the motif of childhood becomes the way of actualization of the complex permanent immaturity of human in crisis era. | 2510 | The article deals with some peculiarities of translating satirical fantasy from English into Russian. We have analysed the characteristics of satirical texts, special transformations and stylistic devices. The results of the research show that a translator should have certain skills to translate satirical texts. He/she should have profound professional knowledge. He/she should be aware of the cultural differences between the two countries because satire is always aimed at native speakers and includes a lot of allusions and background information. The main task when translating satirical fantasy is to preserve all the humour using the means of the Russian language. A translator should also remember that Russian is more emotional than English so when translating satirical fantasy from English into Russian it is advisable that you should increase expressivity. | 2511 | The article is devoted to the problem of textual activity in the Russian classes of high school. The purpose of the study is to justify the need to work with the text in the Russian language lessons to develop the communicative skills of high school students. The current requirements to the subject results of studying the field of «Philology» are being clarified. In the light of requirements of Federal State Educational Standard to the level of development of oral and written speech of the graduates, development of communicative abilities of students is becoming a priority. Among them are the skills of communication and understanding and generation of the texts. It is specified that communication is a text activity. The «text-centered» approach in teaching language is concretized. The skills of text activity are among the main indicators of the general culture of a language personality. Different ways of working with the text at the stage of preparation for the unified state exam in the Russian language and in the process of teaching essay are described. The results of experimental work on teaching essay in high school are presented. Practical recommendations for the analysis of essays are given. It is emphasized that the practice of teaching essays can be an alternative to the system of preparation for part C of the unified state examination in the Russian language, and also to significantly diversify the activity of the teacher-grammarian in developing communicative skills of students. The literary examples are chosen to prepare students for the unified state examination essay and to teach essays. The conclusion is that the work on the text contributes to the formation of language, linguistic and communicative competence, provides an organic unity with the knowledge of the system, the structure and development of speech. | 2524 | The article deals with language representation of media communicative universal – the law of pragmatically conditioned combination of stereotype and creativity in media interpretation of a newsbreak. A comparative study of the theory and practice of education in Finland is due to the natural interest of researchers in the experience of countries that hold leading positions in international educational monitoring, where the Finnish system shows consistently high results. The focus of the analysis is education implemented in rural areas, the features of the activity of a rural school, the specifics of the professional activity of a rural teacher. Materials and methods. The material for the analysis was the research of Finnish scientists and specialists in the field of education, the experience of international Russian-Finnish educational projects. Results and discussion. The theory and practice of the development of education in Finland is of interest for Russian scientists and practitioners, and for researchers of the Republic of Karelia, especially, since the similarity of both territories in terms of geographical, natural-climatic, ethnocultural, demographic and other indicators is obvious. In both territories, rural schools represent a significant part of the general education system. Conclusion. Analysis of the works of Finnish and Russian scientists made it possible to: fix the coincidence of the positions of researchers regarding the peculiarities of the rural school and the specifics of the work of a rural teacher, the relevance of the socio-cultural approach to the modernization of education in rural areas, as well as the need for targeted training and support for the professional formation and development of a rural teacher in the paradigm of lifelong education ; to identify common approaches to substantiating such ways of preserving and developing a small school such as creating a socio-cultural center, transforming a school into a service center for a rural settlement (according to E. | 2530 | It has been found that intravenous administration of cannabinoids (ACPA, anandamide, methanandamide) solubilized in the mixture (cremophore EL : ethanol : 0,9% NaCl, 1:1:18) and Tocris water soluble emulsion of the same cannabinoids induced a completely identical negative chronotropic effect in chloralose-anesthetized rats. The selective CB1 and CB2 receptor agonist HU-210 (0.1 mg/kg) also induced a negative chronotropic effect in rats. Pretreatment with the CB1 receptor antagonist SR141716A (1 mg/kg) completely abolished this effect of HU-210. The CB2 receptor antagonist SR144528 (1 mg/kg) had no effect on the HU-210-induced bradycardia. Pretreatment with the ganglion blocker hexamethonium (10 mg/kg) also did not eliminate a negative chronotropic effect of HU-210 and ACPA. A 10-min perfusion of isolated rat heart by Krebs-Heseleit solution containing HU-210 in a final concentration 100 nM/L induced a decrease in the heart rate. Children with disabilities have special educational opportunities and needs identified by psycho-pedagogical characteristics of this group of students. The characteristics of inclusive teaching space, including the risks potentially associated with formation of linguistic competence of students with disabilities. The process of formation of the linguistic competence of students of all categories, including the disabilities is based on the formation of their complex knowledge of the language as a system consisting of certain levels and corresponding to these unit-level representation of how language system develops and functions, what are the factors conditional on the national specifics of the language. Specificity of finding children with disabilities linguistic competence and its further improvement is determined by a complex of factors. First, of course, are affected by some of the internal contradictions inherent in the phenomenon of inclusion having a medico-social ontological essence. Secondly, the situation with the education of children with disabilities may present certain psychological risks. Thirdly, the inclusive approach in education can be restricted by inadequate resourcing: personnel, logistics, software methodical and finally financial. The urgency of the issues raised in the study is caused by a sharp decline in cognitive and motivational interest of students in general to the problems of language culture, as well as the problems associated with the organization and implementation of the educational process in an integrated (inclusive) basis. | 2542 | The authors studied soil microbial activity in oligotrophic, eutrophic and mesotrophic peat bogs of Siberia by method of substrate-induced respiration (SIR). Intensity of microbiological processes depends on the type of peat bogs and hydrothermal conditions. The average for vegetation period 2013, the highest microbial biomass was observed in oligotrophic peat bog of Vasyugan (4,16 mcg/g dry peat, with limits – 1,66–8,28 mcg/g d. p.). The minimum value of microbial biomass was recorded in mesotrophic peat bogs Kutushskoe (3,29 mcg/g d. p., with limits 0,78–6,94 mcg/g d. p.). Eutrophic bog Tagan on the microbial biomass took an intermediate position (middle – 3,74 mcg/g d. p., limits – 0,41–13,43 mcg/g d. p.). Investigated bogs can be arranged in the following order of intensive basal respiration: eutrophic bog Tagan > oligotrophic bog Vasyugan > mesotrophic bog Kutushskoe. It is fixed that in spite of genetic differences all bogs had the stable ecophysiological status. Functioning of microbial communities of peat bogs is within natural variability, and indicates their environmental sustainability. The eutrophic bog Tagan is not resistant to environmental factors. | 2543 | In the historiography the process of formation and development of Russian national organizations, as well as their participation in the restructuring and the dismantling of the Soviet system is poorly studied. Studies show that during this period they participated in the struggle against the CPSU and leftist movements, providing support for the “right” for liberals and democrats, advocating in their programs the need to abandon the planned economy and the multinational state. The analysis of works of nationwide historiography allows us to conclude that the use of Western Siberia materials and involving them in the context of Russian national research organizations is not enough. The authors studying the problem at the national level used primarily governing body documents and materials on the activities of Russian nationalists in the European part of Russia. Researchers from Western Siberia in relation to 1980's examine the activities of “Memorial” and “Memory” to 1990's, in fragments studied activity of the Russian National Union (ROS), the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia (LDPR), the Russian Public Movement (ROD), the Congress of Russian Communities (KRO) and Russian National Unity (RNE). Voyno-Yasenetsky in the advanced training of doctors-physicians who were working outside Krasnoyarsk (Krasnoyarsk territory) during the war time which was linked with the flights of the surgeon as part of the air medical service team. This article also refutes all allegations of some scholars about systemic pedagogical activities of V. F. Voyno-Yasenetsky in the Krasnoyarsk medical Institute formed in November 1942 which was established on the basis of the evacuated offices of Voronezh, 1st and 2nd Leningrad medical institutions, Leningrad pediatric medical and dental institutions. The article also states the reasons which gave grounds for these allegations. At the same time the article gives the bases that had influence on the importance and need of conducting continuous pedagogical activity of the Professor surgeon V. F. Voyno-Yasenetsky in order to give knowledge and experience in the field of purulent surgery to surgeons. The results of the study threw light on a difficult war-time period in the life of Professor V. F. Voyno-Yasenetsky and his training of military surgeons in the health care hospitals deep under the conditions of the qualified medical personnel shortage. Keywords: V. F. | 2546 | This paper examines the issues of forming a qualitative assessment of educational activities in the system of additional professional education of civil servants. The main principles for assessing the quality of educational activity are revealed. The article states that the scientific understanding of estimating the quality of educational services in the sphere of the additional professional training does not yet meet the real needs in practice. The results of the study, which determines the need for additional professional education for civil servants in management, are presented. The relationship between the need for additional training and personal attitude to the school has been established. The productivity and effectiveness of the organizational and educational conditions required for the effective implementation and developing the quality assessment model for educational activities in the system of additional professional education for state civil employees are determined. The structural and functional model for the quality assessment of educational services with the participation of consumers is suggested. According to this model selfexamination, introspection and external expertise (reflection, research, design of the educational environment) become the leading methods of the assessment. Thus, the position of the teacher changes. The teacher becomes an expert both in relation to his activity and in relation to the activity of the student, who is also placed in the position of an expert regarding his pedagogical activity and achievements in working with students.
