| 4201 | On the basis of the pseudopotential method and the phenomenological model of coupling intervalley transitions in the conduction band of superlattices (GaAs)m(AlAs)n(001), caused by interface and trapped in the layers of the optical vibrations of the atoms were investigated. The analysis of quantum size effects in the electron and phonon states was done, dependence of the deformation potentials of the composition and thickness of the layer superlattices was defined. It is shown that the intervalley Г-M scattering is most intensive when the wave functions of electrons and the polarization vector of the phonons are localized in the same layers of superlattice. Interface oscillations occur in superlattices with a sufficiently thick layers and cause a relatively weak intensity of T-Ј transitions of electrons from the central valley to the upper conduction bands. | 4214 | The article deals with the method of “total immersion” of a foreigner as a secondary language personality in speech and wider – communicative – media environment. In modern linguistics, the method is defined as one of the most efficient, allowing a carrier to master a second language and effectively form lingvocultural competence. The key thesis is the one on the necessity of combining classroom training aimed at developing understanding of the language system, and study of the functioning of the language elements in a spontaneous conversational communication. Proves the expediency of development of alien non-literary (for example, slang) units of modern language, actively functioning in the speech of the Russian people. It is noted that in view of the principles of appropriateness and ethical permissibility of the use of jargon in the speech of secondary language person achieved the result, optimizing the overall intercultural communication. | 4216 | The task of this work is to identify the features of foreign inclusions in the letters of the Romantic poets. Foreign inclusions in their correspondence are an important characteristic of poetics, which until now has not attracted special attention of researchers. The purpose of the paper is to identify and compare foreign inclusions in the epistolary prose of Vasily Zhukovsky and Konstantin Batuyshkov in the context of biography and literary creativity of the authors. It is concluded that Batuyshkov uses primarily Latin and Italian inclusions to incorporate intertexts of Romance culture, for self-identification and authentication of the correspondence partner; in the dialogue of the poet with Nikolay Gnedich these inclusions form a special communicative code. In the ego-documents of Vasily Zhukovsky German inclusions predominate and play a similar role, expressing the most important philosophical and aesthetic concepts of the Romanticism. The analysis of foreign inclusions in the epistle of Batyushkov and Zhukovsky allows expanding significantly the notion of the language biography of these authors. The results confirm the hypothesis that a particular author prefers certain foreign literature. Batyushkov’s letters represent full type of foreign inclusions, Zhukovsky’s letters represent full and partial types, he tends to fix foreign words on the derivational model of the Russian language, or to combine the graphics of the source language and Russian. Some types of foreign inclusions, used by both authors, fit into the poetics of the epistolary tradition of the Arzamas society. | 4217 | Introduction. The use of poetic texts as didactic materials is an effective method of teaching Russian as a foreign language. This study aims to describe the methodological and linguistic aspects of interpreting perceptual semantics in poetic works by Marina Tsvetaeva. The interpretation of literary works in perceptual terms facilitates understanding these works’ messages and provides an opportunity for studying and applying units with the meaning of perception in communicative practice. Material and methods. The material for the study was poems by Marina Tsvetaeva with a pronounced semantics of perception (270 poems, 547 contexts). The main research methods were the linguo-stylistic analysis of the texts, the conceptual and semantic analysis of the keywords, and a linguocultural commentary. Results and discussion. When selecting poems for lessons in a foreign-language audience, it is essential to take into account the students’ cognitive interest, the principle of accessibility, and the principle of the methodological value of the poems for studying. When interpreting texts and analyzing perceptual images, foreign students encounter lexical, grammatical, stylistic, and linguocultorological difficulties. By successfully overcoming the difficulties, students perceive the messages and the emotional tonalities of the poems. The titles of certain poems set “perceptual dominants” conceptually expressed in the further semantic development of the text (“V Sumerkakh” [At Dusk], “Luch Serebristyy” [Ray of Silver], “Nochnye Shepota: Shelka . . .” [Night Whispers: Silk . . .], etc.). Tasks on the analysis of perceptual images and the linguo-poetic analysis of poems must be formulated in accordance with the main stages of the lesson. The actualization of skills and abilities involves the use of individual perceptual experience and information available to students about literary texts. Pre-reading tasks aim to capture the readers’ interest and encourage them to be creative (conceptual guess and comparison). Reading tasks aim to analyze the means of expressing perceptual images at the lexical, grammatical, and stylistic levels of the poem. The focus is on keywords with perceptual semantics. Post-reading tasks aim to generalize and interpret the material. Conclusion. The linguo-stylistic analysis of poems by Marina Tsvetaeva in terms of perception allows foreign students to present one of the options for interpreting the texts using their linguistic and sensory experience. The students understand the functions perceptual units perform, observe the implementation of direct and figurative meanings of keywords, and see how the author expresses her intention at all the levels of the texts. | 4240 | Studies in the field of pedagogy, psychology and techniques of teaching mathematics show that the success of future mathematics teachers largely depends on how much they possess the psychological and pedagogical knowledge of the patterns of students’ mental (intellectual and personal) development they possess and the ability to apply this knowledge. In particular, knowledge of the basics of intellectual upbringing of students can help in solving the problems of modern school mathematics education. Such a problem statement of vocational training of future mathematics teachers involves the organization of training, in which psychological, didactic, methodological and mathematical knowledge is integrated, that is a psychodynamic approach to learning is implemented. The Department of Mathematics, Theory and Methods of Teaching Mathematics of Tomsk State Pedagogical University developed one of the ways for implementing this approach. It includes the development and integration of such disciplines as “Methods of Teaching Mathematics”, “Intellectual Upbringing”, “Modern Models for Teaching Mathematics”, “Developing Technologies in Teaching Mathematics” and other. The integration is carried out through the implementation of the following psychological and pedagogical requirements: the knowledge of conceptual theories of training, foundations of intellectual upbringing in particular; formation of a reflexive experience; formation of text competence; the development of an open cognitive position. The main educational strategy is the project activity strategy through case studies, as well as the extensive use of contextual learning. To implement this strategy, various types of learning activities are used that update the psychological, pedagogical and methodological knowledge of the future mathematics teachers about certain cognitive processes, create conditions for students to learn to identify and compare texts with certain psychodidactic functions, to create the author’s text in accordance with the psychological and pedagogical requirements for modern education. | 4241 | Introduction. Functional approach in linguistics of 21 century conditions scientists’ attention to a problem of internal form of a word detection in synchrony and diachrony. The opportunity to study the vocabulary of different languages in the dynamic aspect, with the attraction of a new source – the testimony of the metalinguistic consciousness of the speakers – fits into the range of problems of modern linguistics and comparativistics. The aim of the article is to define the group of remotivated and demotivated bird names in Russian, English and Czech, to find out the reasons of remotivation and demotivation, as well as the extent and boundaries of these lexical processes. Research methodology involves the use of a psycholinguistic experiment with carriers of delivered languages, motivational-comparative and synchronic-diachronic analysis. Results and discussion. It has been established that the ornithological vocabulary of the languages being compared is equally exposed to the remotivation process. We detected that remotivated lexical units are such as have the motivating attribute, which is represented by a proper name and the connection with them was lost with time and is not recognized by modern native speakers. That is the reason for ornithonym’s motivation by another sign, which is connected with bird’s appearance in Russian, bird’s color and behavior in English (no similar ornithonyms were found on the material of the Czech language). Demotivation concerns lexical units with reasoning sign related to way of life and bird’s behavior in all the languages being compared. This is due to medium degree of demotivation in Russian birds’ names and to borrowing major part of English words from Latin, Greek and other languages. Demotivated Russian ornithonims lose their connection with reasoning sign related to bird’s voice. Herewith informants do not realize onomatopoeic character of a word. Demotivation concerns lexical units with reasoning sign related to way of life and bird’s behavior in all comparative languages. Conclusion. The results of analysis of remotivated and demotivated bird names in Russian, English and Czech indicate 1) complication of demotivation and its connection with borderline processes of internal word form’s remotivation and lexicalization; 2) vitality of these processes and their dynamic characteristics; 3) openness of its behavior, because in most cases the examined words have passed an intermediate stage of demotivation and remotivation and are passing the stage of polymotivation now.
