| 1052 | The article dwells on the essence of the problem of the pedagogical activity formationin in the preparation of students in the pedagogical institution. The most essential factor of the pedagogical activity formation is educational events. The influence is defined as the process, and the mechanisms of influence as its device, structural characteristics and conditions of its realization. The following mechanisms of influence of educational events were singled out: spatio-temporal, informative, and procedural. Characteristics of the mechanisms of influence were also presented. A spatio-temporal mechanism of influence gives an “alive” spatio-temporal continuum in which an educational event takes place. An informative mechanism of influence of educational events consists in changing the idea of pedagogical institution students about the subjectivity of pedagogical activity, production of value-semantic relationship, discovery of a pedagogical activity personal sense. The procedural mechanism presupposes the ways to realize the influence of educational events. Educational designing and personal student’s operation in mutual activity are presented as means. The basic condition of educational events’ influence on the pedagogical activity formation – involving students of the pedagogical institution into educational events – is singled out. Qualitative changes in students’ preparation are considered as the basic results of the mechanisms of the influence of educational events on the formation of pedagogical activity: disclosing personal senses of pedagogical activity and personal experience of the student in joint activities. | 1060 | The author of the paper collected information about 60 whetstones originating from monuments of Early Iron Age cultures in the Southern Urals, Western Siberia, Altai, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, and Southern Siberia. For the first time, based on the collected materials, a classification scheme of whetstones was developed on the basis of such attributes as shapes of face and back sides, section (only for Group 4), top and bottom designs of whetstones. Four groups with subgroups and variants were singled out. Whetstones from the Tomsk Ob Region and the Khakas-Minusinsk Basin stored in two museums (Museum of Siberian Archaeology and Ethnography, Tomsk State University, and the Seversk Museum) were introduced in this scheme. The occurrence of specific shapes of whetstones in archaeological cultures of the Southern Urals, Western Siberia, Altai, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, and Southern Siberia was analyzed. It was revealed that whetstones of Group 1 were most common. Trapezoidal and oval whetstones occur frequently as well. Rod-shaped whetstones are the least frequent. The latter ones, along with whetstones of the second subgroup of Group 1, have better shapes and are carefully polished. Some whetstones were examined using an electron microscope in order to ascertain whether they had been used as household articles and touchstones. The results of the examination were negative. In terms of purpose, whetstones originating from graves were most likely to be used as objects of worship / prestige value. | 1062 | Introduction. The linguistic personality is embodied in different linguistic materials, its modeling is based on the analysis of various kinds of texts. The study of linguistic personality in the emotive-evaluative discourse reveals the emotional and value picture of the speaker’s world and his communicative strategies in the emotional and evaluative interpretation of reality. This article presents an analysis of the image of Stalin in the value world picture of M. Plisetskaya, represented in the emotional and evaluative discourse of her memoir. The aim of the work is revealing emotive-evaluative vocabulary in the emotive-evaluative discourse of our linguistic personality and determining the main strategies in presenting negative assessments of Stalin, and reconstructing M. Plisetskaya’s linguistic picture of the world. Material and methods. The linguistic material of this research is the memoir of ballerina Maya Plisetskaya «I, Maya Plisetskaya», as well as other lexicographic sources: Dictionary of Russian language (Small Academic Dictionary, MAS), Explanatory Dictionary of Russian Language, edited by D. N. Ushakov. Methods and techniques used in the work: quantitative analysis of emotive-evaluative vocabulary, contextual, definitional and discourse analyses and the method of cognitive modeling. Results and discussion. I. V. Stalin takes an important place in the character system of M. Plisetskaya’s book. Social Survey shows that the image of Stalin in the minds of Russians has improved over the past 15–20 years, in contrast to this, M. Plisetskaya in her book assesses Stalin purely negatively, the name of the leader is used only in the context of negative emotive vocabulary. Emotive-evaluative vocabulary carries a high degree of expressiveness, reflects the system of values and particularity of the worldview of the linguistic personality. Stalin was evaluated in different ways: political activity, mental state, moral and ethical qualities and appearance. Having identified emotiveevaluative vocabulary in the linguistic personality’s text, we took a comparative analysis with the contextual semantics. During our work, we found that the evaluation of Stalin in most of the cases is realized with the help of negative emotive vocabulary, the vivid expression of which forms the picture of the world of M. Plisetskaya. Conclusion. In the process of describing Stalin, abusive, vernacular words with a strong expressive coloring are often used, expressing contempt, hatred and indignation. The image of Stalin in M. Plisetskaya’s world picture is assessed extremely negatively, the leader is defined as a paranoid, murderer, tyrant and criminal. If we talk about strategies for expressing emotions and evaluations, then negative information is introduced in different ways: direct evaluative speech acts, indirect statements – the phenomenon of evaluative enantiosemia, when the dissonance between the positive dictionary connotation of the lexeme and the negative context of the text is deliberately actualized. Various figures of speech are also used: lively, figurative metaphors, personifications, sarcasm and irony to express hatred and contempt to Stalin. Proverbs, sayings, aphorisms, which include the lexeme leisure, its wide representation in Russian texts of various genres and styles, the interpretation of the features in dictionaries indicate the extreme importance of this concept in the Russian linguistic culture. Currently in Russia there is a multi-layered leisure space permeating the social being. The following informative components of the concept LEISURE are marked: “rest”, “free space”, “freedom”, “the opportunity to do your favorite hobby”, “soul celebration”, “the chance to show your creative abilities”. The increase in the amount of free time, scientific and technical progress, the national diversity of cultures contributes to the complication of the structure of leisure and the creation of many forms and types of leisure activity. In particular, this article deals with such leisure areas as leisure, organized by means of computer technologies, art and sports. The end of XX - the beginning of the XXI centuries is characterized by the flourishing of consumer culture in Russia and the replenishment of new types of leisure activities. The article substantiates the thesis that the specificity of modern leisure activities is determined by such property of consumer culture as creative consumerism. From this point of view, consumption is viewed as a process of creatively constructing an identity with the help of acquired goods and services. In language, this tendency is realized in the form of using in modern speakers’ speech the newest borrowed words denoting certain forms of leisure (shopping, body art, piercing, tattoo, face art, hand-made hobby, scrapbooking, patchwork, quilling, felting, etc.). | 1075 | Introduction. The given analysis is about 475 modern phraseological units that contribute to the formation of the phraseological picture of the world. The study examines the relationship of semantics and the form of phraseological units, due to the situation of communication. The phraseology of a language as part of the linguistic picture of the world is included in the framework of the study of cognitive linguistics. Aim. This study is aimed at identifying and describing modern phraseological units, as an example of allegorical expression in the communication process to achieve certain cognitive goals. Material and methods. The presented empirical material in the article is an actual selection from a modern literary text (Under My Skin, The Door That Led To Where, End Game, Liccle Bit, The Art of Being Normal – 2015 publication). Examples were obtained by reading fiction of modern British authors (J. Dawson, S. Gardner, A. Gibbons, A. Wheatle, L. Williamson), by the method of continuous sampling. Results and discussion. The analysis allowed us to consider the cognitive aspect of phraseological units. It is established that a broad approach to the study of phraseology expands the boundaries of phraseological doctrine and allows you to consider more structural and semantic forms of phraseological units. The following modern phraseological units are considered and analyzed in the article: phraseological units, phraseological units derivatives and author formations. The semantic features of derivatives of phraseological units and copyright formations are analyzed in the framework of modern phraseology of the English language. It is shown that the structural complexity of phraseology is based on the cognitive aspect of its semantic structure. Conclusion. The analysis made it possible to identify the structural range of phraseological units and consider their transformative processes according to semantics and situational use. The study shows that the modification of phraseological structures and the introduction of new idiomatic phrases (derivatives of phraseological units and author’s idiomatic expressions) are due to linguistic and cultural needs in the expression of society. All analyzed modern phraseological units of the English language are considered as operational units of thinking of the present time and are a means of reflecting the linguistic picture as a whole. The linguistic picture of the world is a reflection of the external and internal world of a person, his thinking and speech. The modern phraseology of the English language reflects changes in human comprehension, understanding and interpretation of the outside world. The phraseological unit has a complex structure and belongs to a special linguistic category, which leads to an increase in the interest of cognitive research. Thus, the study of phraseology at this stage should be focused on the phraseological unit, its meaning and its usage. The media communicative universals are interpreted as laws and related operating principles of structuring media texts that reflect a media event as an element of media communication and meet the criteria of frequency and repeatability with possible genre, idiostyle and other variations within the limits of a certain invariant. | 1097 | Introduction. Additional education has a high potential to influence the musical and creative development of children. One of the integrative forms of educational activity is the school theater, in which the versatile creative abilities of students are updated: musical (vocal, instrumental), dance, plastic, acting, verbal and dramatic, etc. The purpose of the article is to consider the theoretical and methodological grounds for the development of musical and creative abilities of children of primary school age in the process of theatrical activities carried out in the conditions of additional education. Material and methods. To identify the status of the problem of musical-creative development of children in terms of further education and its solution used the method of analysis of psycho-pedagogical and methodological literature and empirical methods, allowing to develop and test creative task for the participants of the musical-theatre group. Results and discussion. The study clarifies the content and structural components of the concept of “musical and creative abilities”, including General musical, special musical (cognitive, performing, creative) and individual creative abilities of children (empathy, artistry, emotionality, imaginative nature of thinking, etc.). Methodical recommendations for teachers describe the phased organization of classes in the school theater (motivational, content and procedural components), the most effective methods of musical and creative development of students, based on the age and individual characteristics of younger students, as well as consistent with the synthetic nature of the musical theater genre and the collective form of co-creation of the teacher and students. Conclusion. The development of musical and creative abilities of primary school students by means of school theater depends on the organization of the educational process, based on the complex application of creative tasks aimed at the formation of each structural component of these abilities separately, as well as their synthesis. An effective form of instruction in school theater from the point of view of additional education of children is rehearsal of musical and theatrical performances, in which not only the musical, creative and cultural development of the personality of students takes place, the formation of a group of like-minded people. Activities of teachers of Tomsk Sunday female school corresponded to the general trends in the development of education for adults. Students of different age-group studed here. Teenage girls prevailed among them. Teachers of Sunday school accumulated practice in management of youthful extracurricular reading. This was the innovation of methodical work of teachers. Firstly, they raised the question of the range of children’s reading in the framework of the adult school. The girls studied by the same books as the adults. Of course, this expanded the range of reading for young readers, has contributed to their development. But this required more methodical work of teachers. Secondly, the teachers of Tomsk Sunday female school thought how to instill love of reading in young female pupils. For this purpose they needed to develop their auditory skills first. So, the special role in methods of teaching assigned for teacher’s reading in the classroom. It was to be prepared, emotional, expressive, dialogical. Finally, the question of development of female pupils’ reading culture involved progressive mastery of their reading skills, at the beginning – emotional, later – esthetic, and then – conceptual and analytical.
