| 3451 | The article is devoted to the role of landlords and merchants of the Kursk province in the river Seim transformation to navigable condition. It is divided into two blocks, each of which focuses on the role of representatives of the nobility and the merchant class. The article is about the position of individual landowners to the project and financial help during construction work on the landlord`s land. The article gives a detailed analysis of a mixed assessment of the project landowners, the specific reasons for the negative attitude of the landowners. The article goes on to say that some of merchants who were contractors tried to skimp on construction works. Much attention is given to the first attempt to send barges with goods in 1836 by the merchant Belyaev. | 3452 | Teaching of mathematical disciplines in Russian universities has traditionally been based largely on the classic teaching methods (explanatory-illustrative and instructive-reproductive). Of course, the design of programmed instruction, as well as development of simulated and game methods of training is a very time consuming process. However, these training methods can dramatically improve the cognitive interest of students, their responsibility for the result, contribute to the development of skills both individual and collective work. (When using the programmed instruction the pace of learning is individual; in conducting the educational and business games we can develop the ability to act as a team). The effectiveness of innovative interactive methods (programmed instruction, “mathematical fights” and business games) requires not only logical basis, but also the statistical verification. The article studies the effect of the application of some interactive teaching technologies at the results of the students mastering the course of probability theory and mathematical statistics. The pedagogical experiment contained a comparison between one control group and two experimental groups in which these learning technologies were applied. The analysis was based on statistical hypothesis testing using t-test and Wilcoxon criterion. A marked increase in the knowledge quality associated with the use of innovative teaching methods and identified through the use of module-rating system, finds its confirmation in the results of the interim tests and final exam grade. The average exam score (on a 5-point scale) was as follows: 3.3 points for the control group and 3.45–3.6 points for the experimental groups. The appeal of teachers, scientists to the scientific concept of “regional environment” is a timely need, due to global changes and the deepening cultural differences of each region. Knowledge of the achievements of the multinational environment of the region is considered as an important condition for the development of a multi-ethnic culture, ensuring conflict-free interaction between schoolchildren and representatives of different cultures and an important factor in a conscious understanding of the regional construct “past, present, future” of the region in unity and in interconnection. The purpose of the article is to reveal the possibilities of teaching aids based on the multinational environment of the region in the development of a multi-ethnic culture of schoolchildren, to identify their functional and didactic significance, and conditions of use. Materials and methods. The research material was developed on the basis of the multinational environment of the region: content modules, printed media (tables, maps, developmental tasks, technologies). The following methods were used: theoretical and methodological analysis of the leading concepts on the topic under study, content analysis, a selection of leading authors on the studied problem, comparative, benchmarking analysis). In the study of pedagogical experience, the method of classification, analogies, content analysis was used. Empirical methods included questioning, conversation, comparative analysis. Statistical methods were based on mathematical analysis methods. Results. Content modules based on the multinational environment of the region that enhance the variability and invariant of subject knowledge have been developed and implemented: the cultural module reveals the multi-ethnic function of subject knowledge through studying the culture of ethnic groups, their role in the development of the region; the historical module creates a holistic view of the history of the region, multinational construction sites, heroes, discoverers of the Siberian land; ecological - geographical module takes into account the living conditions of ethnic groups with a rapid change of technology; socio-economic module shows the role of ethnic groups in the development of natural resources, industry of the region. The necessity of the phased development of a multi-ethnic culture of schoolchildren through the consistent inclusion of teaching aids based on the multinational environment of the region (texts, tables, maps (personal, cognitive, informational, web-quests); a system of developing tasks, interactive technologies that update knowledge and skills of a multi-ethnic nature is proved. Conclusion. At the end of the article, the results of the study are summarized, the practical significance of the use of teaching aids based on the multinational environment of the region as the basis for the development of a multi-ethnic culture of students is revealed. The article summarizes the results of a scientific conference devoted to the study of the problems and poetics of regional children’s literature and reading issues for children and adolescents. The article deals with a question of the discursive status of forensic medical examination texts, the existence of a separate sub-discourse of the forensic medical examination, which is at the intersection of medical and legal discourses, and its place in the typology of institutional discourses. The need to distinguish the discourse of forensic medical examination as a separate subtype of discourse, the description of its model and the study of it as a multidiscourse phenomenon is due to the peculiarities of the interaction of the two institutional discourses with a high level of formalization and ritualization. The aim of the article is to determine the status of the forensic medical examination (SME) as an area of social, professional and textual activity, its place in the typology of institutional discourses. Material and methods. The model of describing the institutional discourse of V. I. Karasik was chosen as the main methodological dominant. This is due to the fact that the studied area belongs to the sphere of institutional interaction, and the fact that this model allows one to identify own discursive parameters at the stage of initial analysis. This theory of discourse analysis makes it possible to define categories such as “participants of communication”, “conditions of communication”, “organization” and “methods of communication”. The material for the study was the full texts of 10 opinions of forensic doctors with a total volume of more than 100 pages, taken at a professional forum of forensic doctors of Russia in the section “Consultation Center”. Results and discussion. Communicators in the field of forensic medicine have a different status than participants in medical or legal discourse. The main type of communication is the type “doctor-forensic scientist – the examined”. Communication places are medical and legal organizations, as well as scientific organizations and events. The goals of the forensic doctor as a participant in the communication “forensic doctor – the examined” go back to legal discourse, while the strategy used is medical. The nuclear genre of discourse is the opinion of the medical examiner, which applies to both legal and medical discourse, and also contains a large number of discursive formulas, stable and specific. Conclusion. The main parameters of communications in the field of forensic examination correspond to the models proposed by V.I. Karasik, however, is not reduced to either legal or medical discourse. Based on the results of this study, a forensic medical examination may qualify for the status of a specific interdiscourse area. | 3485 | In the article the issues of penitentiary staff training during the first years of the Soviet government are revealed. These issues are of concern for research as one of the underworked topics in native science. The author focuses on the events connected with it, on historical and pedagogical experience, trials and errors of pioneers of Soviet penitentiary staff training system. Chronological boundaries of the article are determined by the major events of Russian history, which were highly influential on the process of professional penitentiary staff training. The lowest boundary begins in October 1917 with inauguration of Bolshevik regime. The highest is connected with the Second Congress of penitentiary affairs officials of the RSFSR held from November to December 1924, after the agreements of which systematic solutions of the issues of Soviet penitentiary staff training became possible since the second half of 1920s. The first agreements of the government during the first years of Bolshevik regime concerning penitentiary personnel policy and shifting penitentiary priorities are revealed. The central place in the article is devoted to the revealing of external and domestic factors undermining the professional penitentiary staff training and having a negative impact on the possibilities of penitentiary personnel policy in that period. The conclusion about the role of the first educational endeavors’ of Soviet government in foundation of the Soviet system of penitentiary staff training is stated. In the light of the ideas of the communicative paradigm of linguistic knowledge, in the nineties and early 2000s, the achievements of related sciences are formed that fall under the traditional and functional stylistics, functional lexicology and the theory of the communicative text: the main directions of the communicative stylistics of the text: on the verge of linguistic pragmatics – the regulative theory, on the verge of psycholinguistics – theory of text associations, on the verge of philological hermeneutics – the theory of semantic expansion of the text. Each of these areas of communicative stylistics is aimed at researching the effectiveness of dialogue between the author and the reader with the use of text. The main is the systemic and active approach to the text as a form of communication and the phenomenon of idiostyle of the language personality, which is “left” outside the text. Ideas of communicative and active approach to the text, which are realized in works of this trend, were called for the methods of teaching the Russian language. The basic periods of communicative stylistics of text development are due to new tendencies in language and speech research, connected to extension of units of analysis and to intensification of cognitive and discursive aspects of textual activity, expansion of empirical base of researches, that includes at the beginning of XXI century poetic, advertising, epistolary, media discourses. Cognitive and media vector of development is typical for modern communicative stylistics of text. It is obvious that there is the necessity of further expansion of empirical material associated with genre and style variety of up-to-date media communication, elaboration of typology of informational and media language personalities, research of cognitive aspects of their idiostyle as well as perfection of methods of different types of texts’ analysis in perspective. The Anthropology of Dostoevsky is a complex polyaspect subject, the study of which is possible with the use of cross-disciplinary approach of various branches of humanitarian knowledge: literary criticism, linguistics, philosophy, theology, psychology, psychoanalysis, anthropology. The aim of this work is to analyze the current trends of development of modern science about Dostoevsky and systematization of the international experience of studying of his creative anthropology. Material and methods. The research material is the speeches, theses and summaries of reports of participants of the international symposium “Anthropology of Dostoevsky. Man as a problem and a subject of reflection in Dostoevsky’s world”. The research methods are analytical and descriptive, expert estimation, expert analysis. Results and discussion. Expert opinions of scientists from 16 countries of the world who presented their reports at the international symposium, allowed to consider three leading problematic and thematic directions systemically: the anthropology of Dostoevsky in the light of philosophical anthropology and the European culture of the XX century; a problem of the person in the novel The Idiot. In connection with 150-year anniversary of the novel The Idiot the special attention was devoted to discussion of features of its screen version within a round table “The Idiot of Dostoevsky and The Idiot of A. Kurosawa”. Conclusion. The value of the reports presented within the problematic and thematic directions of a symposium consisted in the researchers’ ability to keep the unique spirit of creativity of Dostoyevsky, his deep understanding of the person presented in various forms of literary writing, philosophical ideas and truly psychological interpretations.
