B 888 (2014) 92], we discuss the notion of finite BRST-antiBRST transformations, with a doublet λa, a = 1, 2, of anticommuting (both global and field-dependent) Grassmann parameters. We find an explicit Jacobian corresponding to this change of variables in the theories with gauge group. Special field-dependent BRST-antiBRST transformations for the Yang-Mills path integral with sa-potential (functionally-dependent) parameters λa = saΛ generated by a finite even-valued functional Λ and the anticommuting generators sa of BRST-antiBRST transformations, amount to a precise change of the gauge-fixing functional. This proves the independence of the vacuum functional under such BRST-antiBRST transformations and leads to presence of modified Ward identities. The form of transformation parameters that induces a change of the gauge in the path integral is found and is exactly evaluated for connecting two arbitrary Rξ-like gauges. The finite field-dependent BRST-antiBRST transformations are used to generalize the Gribov horizon functional h0, in the Landau gauge in BRST-antiBRST setting, in the Gribov– Zwanziger model and to find hξ corresponding to general Rξ-like gauges in the form compatible with gauge-independent S-matrix. | 3515 | The article presents a theoretical study of the problem of deviant behavior in relation to the style of child-parent relations. The article is a continuation of the long-term study of the problems of aggression in the teenage environment, the role of the family and family education in the formation of the personality, of the pedagogical and psychological support of the developing personality. The social and vital necessity of people to join and maintain a close relationship is discussed. Proceeding from the statement of J.D. Meyers that: «Social addiction in childhood contributes to the strengthening of our human connections», «linking with inseverable ties of children and their caregivers, social attachment acts as a powerful impetus to survival» discusses the attachment types: safe, avoiding, anxious-ambivalent. It is concluded that it is difficult to overestimate the importance of child-parent relations for the adaptation of the child in society and his ability to establish contacts with other people. At the same time, one should not draw conclusions about the formation of adaptive and communicative skills of the child, when assessing the type of attachment based only on the maternal style. However, avoiding attachment leads to the formation of aggressive, shy, and rejected children, which contributes to the development of various deviations. | 3516 | In the article the issues of penitentiary staff training during the first years of the Soviet government are revealed. These issues are of concern for research as one of the underworked topics in native science. The author focuses on the events connected with it, on historical and pedagogical experience, trials and errors of pioneers of Soviet penitentiary staff training system. Chronological boundaries of the article are determined by the major events of Russian history, which were highly influential on the process of professional penitentiary staff training. The lowest boundary begins in October 1917 with inauguration of Bolshevik regime. The highest is connected with the Second Congress of penitentiary affairs officials of the RSFSR held from November to December 1924, after the agreements of which systematic solutions of the issues of Soviet penitentiary staff training became possible since the second half of 1920s. The first agreements of the government during the first years of Bolshevik regime concerning penitentiary personnel policy and shifting penitentiary priorities are revealed. The central place in the article is devoted to the revealing of external and domestic factors undermining the professional penitentiary staff training and having a negative impact on the possibilities of penitentiary personnel policy in that period. The conclusion about the role of the first educational endeavors’ of Soviet government in foundation of the Soviet system of penitentiary staff training is stated. | 3517 | In present article there are the results of inner form analysis of idioms with the verbs of physical perception in the Russian and English languages. The purpose is to find isomorphic and allomorphic features. There are several types of phraselogical units but idioms are the most interesting for such analysis because they have the inner form based upon some kind of image. The inner form of idioms reflects the associative bonds between conceptual category of physical perception and other categories. The article demonstrates the analysis of inner form done by means of identifying associative models of phraseological inner form. The majority of the associative models are in visual perception that represents the importance of visual perception for native speakers and for the process of idioms creation in both languages. The article presents associative bonds of physical perception category with other categories and the similarities and differences in inner forms of idioms in comparable languages. Phraseological equivalents and coincident models of phraseological inner form represent the similarities of these languages. The connection of physical perception sphere and sphere of understanding, sphere of emotions, personal relations and others became evident. The fact that all associative models in English coincide with those in the Russian language may indicate the identical perceptual and cognitive apparatus. The plants of both lines inhibition of growth processes and reducing the real seed production in response to the additional exposure to UV-A light was associated with a change in the balance of endogenous hormones - decrease in the amount of indole acid (IAA), and increased levels of abscisic acid (ABA), change the content of FAK and AK. On the basis of differences in the dynamics of seed production plants has been suggested the possible involvement of the photoreceptor CRY1 in regulating morphogenesis of plants to UV-A light of low intensity. | 3528 | The article presents a short review of underexplored part of Ehrenburg’s artistic heritage – literary cycle “Conventional Sufferings of Cafй’s Habitue” – in connection with the phenomenon of the convention stated in the title of the cycle. The place of the reviewed cycle is accounted in the works of Ilya Ehrenburg in 20s of the XX century. The paper analyses ideological and thematic content of the text, its aesthetic and genre nature. The article deduces relation between convention as a literary device in the cycle and other arts that was Ehrenburg’s subject of attention. Convention as a literary device is compared with a line of cinematographic acceptances, what gives a whole cycle combination of essay and novella types of writing. Chosen locuses allow the usage of a round-up technique, which gives a panoramic view of reality to the cycle. The special relevance is gained by the programs of development of disabled people’s complex medico-social rehabilitation. Complex rehabilitation increases the level of the host functionality, promotes recovery of the social communications lost because of chronic diseases. The social and pedagogical component of complex rehabilitation motivates chronic patients with violations of the motive sphere to daily occupations with adaptive physical culture. Work therapy as a means of adaptive physical culture can positively influence a social rehabilitations of persons with Parkinson disease. Parkinson’s disease is one of the reasons for invalidization and disability of mature agepersons. The main symptoms of a disease are motive violations and cognitive frustrations. The application of rational work therapy in a complex with pharmacotherapy, a dietotherapy, physiotreatment improves a psycho-functional state, household adaptation and socialization of patients with parkinsonism at late stages of disease. | 3530 | The article describes some results of a research on the techniques of teaching the discipline «Methodology and information technologies of project management» to the students of the field «Applied Informatics». This work develops the statements of works [1–3]. The present article generalizes authors’ teaching experience and demonstrates some working practice. The Moodle platform served as basis for summing up and testing of created techniques. Further goals on educational system development are also argued. | 3531 | In recent years the spread of information warfare has encouraged increasing interest to influencing and manipulative capacity of media. In this regard it appears to be relevant to analyse how this capacity is realized in different publicistic texts. The article aims to illuminate the function specific of a political essay. A political essay combines features of publicistic and newspaper styles. Newspaper style determines realization of informative function while publicistic style – influence function. Those functions are realized through objective and subjective modality respectively. The author uses influence function to impose on readers his ideas and positions, which he does openly and directly. Usually these ideas are stated in the title of the essay and the essay itself is devoted to it. The analysis implies that the influence function is most commonly represented by metaphors, emotionally loaded words and epithets. A political essay is also influenced by the political discourse, which is highly manipulative by its nature. So political discourse makes influence function evolve into manipulation one. The author manipulates when he does not want to reveal his position and tries to indistinguishably force it on readers. That is why the author uses manipulation function to communicate ideas, which are not openly stated and usually are not mentioned in the title or subtitle of the essay. | 3532 | Introduction. The article indicates the relevance of the problem of changes in the process of teachers’ training for intercultural interaction in a region. The authors identified the key tasks, the solution of which will help in the further design of a predictive model for the development of the teacher training system. The aim of the research is to substantiate the stages of designing a predictive model for preparing teachers for intercultural interaction. Material and methods. The leading methods of the current research is the analysis of theoretical literature. The choice of such research approaches as structural and structural-functional make it possible to characterize the process of preparing teachers for intercultural interaction as multicomponent, multilevel and multistage in the context of interaction between the regional education system and the system of higher education in the Russian Federation. Results and discussion. The stages of designing a predictive model for preparing teachers for intercultural interaction are proposed, the essence of the concepts of “training teachers” and “changes in training” is substantiated, strategies for organizing the training of teachers for intercultural interaction are indicated (overcoming the existing linearity, practice orientation and continuity and strategies for advanced learning). Moreover, the authors of the current research analyze the role of the factors that affect the process of teachers’ training for intercultural interaction. Thus, socio-political factors determine a new understanding of the strategy for the development of higher pedagogical education in the context of strengthening ethno-cultural processes (legislation in the field of regional policy development, the position of the state in the field of regulating ethnic processes and the dissemination of ideas for the preservation of ethnic cultures; growth of ethnocultural processes). Regional factors determine the specificity of the region development (the demographic structure of the population, social mobility, dynamically changing requirements of the labor market). Personal factors explain the necessity of correction and the new aims development in higher pedagogical education within the specificity of ethno-cultural diversity (the readiness of teachers for intercultural interaction; pedagogical initiatives, a framework program for teachers’ training to intercultural interaction). Conclusion. Based on the study, it was suggested that the result of the next study should be the development of components of a predictive model for preparing teachers for intercultural interaction. | 3546 | The article examines teacher intellectuals of the Yenisei province in the XIX-XX centuries. The objective is to identify the population dynamics, social and right position, educational level, moral-ethical motivation of professional activities, cultural interests and political mood. The author states that the number of teachers in the province from 1897 to 1915 increased by 1.5 times, amounting in 1916 1148 man. The predominant age group was young people under 30, whose professional experience was less than 5 years. By 1915 74,6 % of teachers had primary and secondary special education. The vast majority of teachers came from the lower classes: petty bourgeois, peasants, Cossacks, village priests. The salary of rural teachers was slightly above the earnings of the wage worker in industry and ranged from 50 to 620 roubles a year. Higher social status had the teachers of the middle schools. Their salary 2-3,5 times was higher than that of the primary school teachers. In their cultural and educational practices teachers tried to adhere to the traditions of folk culture, which retained a strong religious colouring. The author claims that the the teachers, being the most massive professional group of provincial intellectuals, played a leading role in translating the achievements of cultural modernity into the mass consciousness of the Siberian society.
