| 3805 | The following article studies phonetic and prosodic changes in mother’s speech. We consider that the situation of awaking a child preconditions these changes. We propose the role of a mother as socially relevant. Mother’s speech is an informational key to the system of a native language. Basing on Russian and the French language, we analyze qualitative and quantitative changes in consonants and vowels in lexical units of different parts of speech, as well as changes in tone and rate of mother’s utterances. We take into account such phonetic phenomena as longitude of a sound, palatalization of consonants, changes of values in tone. The changes of values in tone are illustrated by graphs. The material for analysis includes audio and video of recorded talk between mothers and their children (age from 0 to 10 months). The participants were divided into two groups: 1) Russian-speaking dyad “mother-child” (5 participants); 2) French-speaking dyad “mother-child” (4 participants). To undertake the analysis we applied computer software package for the scientific analysis of speech in phonetics called PRAAT. Resulting in setting minimal and maximal values in tone of analyzed utterances, correlation of longitude of a sound with tone and pragmatic meaning we conclude that these features of mother’s speech are universal for the situation of awaking a child. | 3818 | Introduction. The structural features of electronic military information texts have been analyzed. The necessity to describe the electronic texts is caused by the transition of communication to the electronic mode, which has had a significant impact on the composition of military information texts. The aim is to describe the compositional features of electronic military information texts. Material and methods. The research methods include compositional analysis, descriptive-analytical and comparative method. The material of the research is military information texts extracted by the random sampling method from the websites military.com (30 texts) and nationalinterest.com (35 texts). Results and discussion. Distinctive features of the electronic military information texts include multimedia, hypertext, intersemioticity and interactivity. The classification of electronic military-information texts on the basis of the means of communication has been presented. Online and offline electronic texts are distinguished in accordance with this parameter. Several types of hypertext links are used in military information texts: intratextual links containing reference to the materials published on other sites; non-textual auto hypertext links with contact information of the author of the article; non-textual hypertext links which lead to the article on similar subjects. The main types of hypertext links are also defined in terms of their language representation. The dual nature of interactivity as one of the elements of the composition of the electronic military information text was established. On the one hand, it provides the direct interaction between the addresser and the addressee. On the other hand, interactivity is realized through intersemiotic elements (cross-posting), which allow spreading and sharing information on different Internet sites (social networks, forums, e-mail). Hypertext, intersemioticity, interactivity are considered as obligatory characteristics of the electronic military information texts. Multimedia is regarded as an optional characteristic of the electronic military information text, because video fragments as one of the communication blocks of the text are not present in all texts, although a creolized component in the form of a photo is an obligatory part of text composition. A comparative analysis of the communication blocks in electronic texts has been carried out. Electronic military information texts with strict and free composition have been singled out. Conclusion. It has been proved that the obligatory compositional features of the electronic military information text are intertextuality, interactivity and intersemioticity. The results of the peculiarities of compositional analysis show the promising nature of the investigation of pragmastylistic features of electronic military information texts. | 3833 | In this article, I focus on the complicated variant of Collective moral responsibility, which is presented as the idea of vicarious responsibility. Using the idea of Collective Responsibility today has a lot of controversial statements. The main point, which is fixed in philosophical objections, is the principle of personality and autonomy. The idea of Collective responsibility eliminates personal responsibility, so we have the situation when nobody takes responsibility. However, today social changes, when to define real person action is impossible due to many reasons, researches have to investigate other types of responsibility, for instance collective. Collective agents such as nation, corporations, social institutes, human being need moral state, just because their actions have extensive impact and moreover the consequences of their actions have long term effects. The theoretical and practical gap is the source of the paradoxical situation. On the one hand, the paradigm of individual responsibility cannot be used for collectives, and on the other hand, the group’s activity avoids moral estimations. In this article, it seems that the idea of vicarious responsibility has a chance to connect individual and collective measurement of responsibility because it can be characterized as the space where individual and collective exist simultaneously. Vicarious responsibility deals with moral senses such as blame, shame, repentance which a personality has when other members of group have done. It is thought that the reason for this kind of experience becomes a moment of identification of the individual with the group on the basis of national, religious, professional or other interests. First fundamental question of collective responsibility and collective guilt was presented in the works of Karl Jaspers and Hannah Arendt. Philosophers have formulated the question of responsibility and guilt for the crimes of the nation's human scale, actually identifying the subject of the blame to the people. The German people were presented as a subject of collective moral responsibility. Later on, the idea of vicarious moral feelings was working out through the question: “When and under what conditions vicarious responsibility is?” Keywords: blame, collective moral responsibility, group’s liability, deed, political responsibility | 1930 | |||||
| 3834 | Advertising influence is seen as manifestation of discourse social power, which is realized in different linguistically encoded forms of mental control over the target audience. It is analyzed in terms of representational structures – text worlds (mental representations) created in advertising discourse to establish relations between participants of communication. PRODUCER, PRODUCT and ADDRESSEE are the core elements in the structure of text worlds created in separate communicative acts. Text world is considered a generic term encompassing the notion of basic text world and sub-worlds, which are either participant-accessible or character-accessible. Sub-worlds projected in British advertising discourse are stated to differ depending upon the pragmatic perspective. The former have the effect of providing greater significance to the rational element of promoting the product, while the latter focus on entertaining aspects of advertising often associated with fiction. | 3836 | Introduction. The object of this article is represented by Tomsk realionims, which are specific, meaningful elements of national, cultural, historical plan. The need for their description is dictated by the expansion of cooperation in the field of tourism, education, science and the associated need for translation into German and English. Tomsk realionims are endemic units used in the given historical environment of the Russian community and unknown in other communicative environments. As adequate and equivalent realionims transmission often becomes a difficult task, there appears a need to analyze locally-specific units in different aspects for the further development of criteria for the translation of the specified onomastic segment. The aim of this article is to propose selection criteria and approaches to the description of Tomsk realionims, and to determine the aspects of corpora analysis. Material and methods. The methodological basis of the work is the nexus of two approaches – onomasiological and environmental. The onomasiological approach provides an opportunity to examine the content side of Tomsk realionims and implement thematic, structural segregation; the environmental approach limits the distributive radius of the studied phenomena to a specific communication area, which is represented by Tomsk and Tomsk region. During the analysis of material corpora the following logic methods are used: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, comparison, generalization; quantitative methods, grouping method, component analysis method. Results and discussion. Scientific novelty is determined by the developed criteria for the selection of endemic units of Tomsk and Tomsk region, as well as by the allocation of structural classes of realionims for subsequent translation needs. This article presents the results of the onomastic analysis of Tomsk realionims (Tomsk realionims analyzed corpora contains 925 units, selected by the continuous sampling method and the structural systematization method); the importance of functional aspect in the criteria development for the translation of Tomsk realionims. The article lays about a comparative analysis of the study results of the Russian-language corpora including realionims of Tomsk and Tomsk region with the study results by V. E. Tuzova, which showed different results. For example, in the corpora of Tomsk realionims, assembled by V. E. Tuzova, the most numerous group is the onomastic segment of state administrative apparatus and of public life. It is obvious that the different results of compared studies were influenced by the different criteria for material selection. The quantitative parameters of the corpora are given here, the groups of realionims with onomastic segment are presented in detail, since this segment as a percentage is 62 % of the total number of selected units. Conclusion. The obtained data of Tomsk realionims corpora analysis can be used to develop some criteria for the translation of endemic units and the subsequent parallelization of different languages corpora. Keywords: environmental approach, onomasiological approach, structural classes of realionims, Russian corpora of Tomsk realionims, onomastic segment, endemic vocabulary | 1930 | |||||

| 3849 | The article focuses on the analysis of syntactic organization of epistolary texts from the perspective of regulativity theory, developed in the framework of the communicative style of the text – a new and promising direction of functional stylistics. Regulativity is understood as the ability to manage through the text the reader’s cognitive activity. The key thesis advocates judgment that the regulativity as a universal text-forming feature has specifics of its manifestation in the letters – the most relevant for the type of epistolary texts, due to the peculiarities of epistolary communication sphere. The factors determining the specificity of epistolary regulativity include: distance character of communication between the addresser and the addressee, bound by the written form of verbal contact, the special role of extralinguistic factors (аuthor of the target installation, the nature of the relationship communicants, thematic and situational context, genre form), informality and ease of dialogue, his lack of preparation, automatism, spontaneity. We should particularly mention the factor of polidiscursivity of epistolary. For the material served the private letters of the representatives of Russian creative intelligentzia of the ХХ century (M. V. Nesterov, F. I. Chaliapin, V. I. Vernadsky, M. I. Tsvetaeva, Yu. M. Lotman, V. S. Vysotsky, D. D. Shostakovich), characterized by the presence in their speech of the rich palette of regulatory assets and syntactic structures. This is largely due to the brightness of the personalities of the communicants, originality of idiostyle of each addressee and syncretic and stylistic properties of their letters. Among the most significant regulatory syntactic means include: simple, one-piece, incomplete, exclamatory and interrogative sentences, homogeneous terms, word order, and various forms of transfer of another’s speech.
