Matviyenko O.V., Ushakov V.M., Evtyushkin E.V. Mathematical Modeling of the Turbulent Transport of the Dispersed Phases in Turbulent Flow // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2004. Issue 6 (43). P. 50-54

Two different approaches are currently available for the analysis of the behaviour of the solid particles in flows. These are termed the Eulerian and Langrangian. In the Lagrangian method on the trajectories of the individual size fractions are evaluated by solving time dependent ordinary differential equations. In the Eulerian approach on the other hand, partial differential equations for the conservation of mass and momentum are written for each of the particle’s fractions, which are solved together with the equation of the liquid flow. Even in the simplest hydrocyclone model, there are two phases present, namely liquid, and monosized particles. Since particles of different diameters move with different velocity, each additional particle size represents an additional phase. An algebraic slip approach was used, with three momentum equations solved for the mixture, and relative moment of each fractions take into account in the conservations equations, in an iterative manner. The relative velocities between the particles and liquid in the hydrocyclone are evaluated by consideration of the dynamic force balance on the particle itself. The consequence of the mass conservation for the all fractions in a turbulent flow is the equation of turbulent diffusion of particles for each particle fraction mass concentration (Euler description form). The method of the determination of the diffusion coefficient of the solid phases is considered. Results allow to draw a conclusion that given formula well describes turbulent transport of solid phase flow and can be used for numerical modelling multiphase flows

Vitchenko N.N. Non-classical Theory of Knowledge: “Case-study” Strategy and Constructionist’s Methodology // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2005. Issue 2 (46). P. 37-46

In the article the analysis of the modern theory of knowledge is realized, it’s developmental trends indicated as “epistemic revolution” which directed to change the classical, science oriented theory of knowledge into socially-human synthetic view of gnoseological problems are lighted. The trends of historization, sociologization and axiologization of gnoseology marked as the main one’s in forming of the modern non-classical theory of knowledge and considered as the common strategy showed as the most shaped one in the intersubjects research “case-study” strategy. In the article it is showed that different versions of the interpretative paradigm, which develops in the frame of constructionist’s epistemic program, are considered as “theoretical background” of the researches made by means of the “case-study” method.

Koroleva D.B., Pozdeeva S.I. CONTEXT OF COLLABORATIVE ACTIVITY PEDAGOGY IN TRANSLATION TRAINING // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2019. Issue 3 (200). P. 61-68

Introduction. The purpose of the article is to reflect on the specifics of organizing translation training in line with the collaborative activity pedagogy of G. N. Prozumentova. Three models of collaborative activity between the teacher and students (authoritative, leadership, partner) and three types of joint actions between the teacher and students have been analyzed: closed, semi-open and open. For each model there are special types of educational tasks (reproductive, constructive, creative). At the same time, all translation exercises are characterized in the logic of a certain model of collaborative activity between a teacher and students, taking into account the different positions of its participants. Material and methods. As a methodological base of the research we have chosen a learner-centered approach as well as the concept of collaborative activity pedagogy between the teacher and students. We have analyzed the traditional methods of teaching translation and educational practices for training translators in a classical university, including teaching experience of the author. Results and discussion. It has been established that the majority of translation exercises are mostly reproductive and tend to an authoritative model of collaborative activity; therefore, it is important to use a variety of exercises, mainly dialogue exercises, representing a leadership and partnership model of collaborative activity pedagogy. It has been proven that an open collaborative action (involving the creation of new meanings, the interchange and mutual enrichment, non-didactic interaction of participants) is optimal in translation teaching. Students form socio-cultural knowledge, communication skills, ability to participate in collaborative activities, translation competencies. Conclusion. For the first time it has been shown that translation training requires not only modern methodological support, but also a pedagogical basis. The idea of co-organizing different types of interaction between a teacher and students in translation training with an emphasis on organizing open collaborative action is seen by the author as the best option for organizing learner-centered educational practice at the university.

Introduction. The article considers typology and functional potential of precedent phenomena in song`s texts by N.A. O`Shea – a leader of the folk-rock group «Melnitsa». Aim and objectives. The aim of research is the identification of types of precedent phenomena used in the song`s texts by N. A. O’Shea and analysis of their functional features. The object of research is precedent phenomena of different types. Material and methods. Material of research is the song texts of which N.A. O`Shea is the author (personally or coauthored). The source of factual material is the albums of the rock group “Melnitsa” of different years. Empirical base of research is a result of usage of continuous sampling technique. During the study the author of the article the descriptive method and method of contextual analysis. Results and discussion. In the analysed texts N. A. O’Shea uses precedent phenomena of different types. The precedent names are frequency. They represent proper nouns of mythological creature (Scandinavian deity Odin), historical persons (warlord Tamerlane, musicians Freddy Mercury and Elvis Presley, writer and pilot A. de Saint-Exupéry) and literary characters (Tristan and Isolde). Such factors as a theme of the compositions or concept of the song or album, author`s interest in certain personality and respect for one’s dictate appeal to one or another precedent phenomenon. Precedent statements are the parts of cultural experience of poetess, she organically incorporates quotes from different sources (in their original form or transformed) in the song texts, makes them work for implementation of author`s idea. Precedent texts are the basis for creation of author`s legend. Some precedent titles induce particular associations by listeners; give cultural significance to the compositions. Conclusion. Precedent phenomena have two main functions in the song texts authorship of N. A. O’Shea: a function of creation of text modeling and meaning-forming function.

Kolkova N.V. Resect forming of natural scientific outlook as result educational system in time of global problems // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2000. Issue 8 (24). P. 22-26

The characteristic feature of the modern stages of peda¬gogical diagnostics is striving for making up the full concep¬tion of studying the formation of students outlook: from the definition of the content of understanding the phenomenon itself to the investigation of the conditions of its appearance and of the role of different factors in this process. To solve such an important problem as psychological diagnostics of the process of outlook formation we must not limit ourselves only to the improvement of already existing methods. The search of new approaches to the problem is urgent. The results received in the course of the diagnostic re¬search let affirm that the aims of natural scientific outlook will be able to be reached if the integrated course «Natural Science» is introduced into schools curriculum. In this case the integration of natural scientific knowledge goes not formally but following a strict logic on the basis of the study of fundamental regularities of nature. The management of the innovation processes at the state level in the context of globalization is generally ineffective, as national borders are erased in the innovation process. Added value is placed where there local advantages are, generally in regions. Thus, the region objectively becomes the place of innovation processes implementation. Competition in this case unites participants in the region. Today the sources of growth of the regional economy are clusters.

In this article we can see the application of Marxian and Weberian conceptions of estrangement for the description of the conditions of work and education in the USA in the 19th century. If in the Marxian conception the estrangement in capitalistic society increases permanently, then in Weberian conception the estrangement weakens by the increase of qualification and by the reformation labour ethics of “beruf”. However in case of the USA we can see what the estrangement was not weakened owing to reformation labour ethics of “beruf”, but owing to diversification of possibilities. The problem of estrangement is a problem of development of capitalism but it needs its own methodology.

Pecherskiy V.A. KRASNOYARSK SCHOOL OF LAW DURING THE YEARS OF THE GREAT PATRIOTIC WAR // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 5 (182). P. 57-64

An issue of activity of Krasnoyarsk school of law during the Great Patriotic War is considered on the basis mainly of archive materials. The theme of legal education during the war period did not receive adequate coverage in the scientific literature. The works are basically of review nature and many aspects of the problem remain unexplored. It is shown that the war directly affected the school’s life. The school building was transferred to the military department for flats of military men and classes had to be given in the premises of the hostel. Military and military medical business played a large role in the learning process. As a result the majority of alumni after graduation from the school became prepared military specialists. At the beginning of the war the people’s commissariat of justice of the RSFSR assigned the task for the school to prepare as many graduated lawyers as possible. As a result if in 1942 19 people graduated from the school, then in 1943 – 54 people. Mass enrolment of cadets caused discipline problems. In 1942-43 academic year students missed 4339 hours, 2048 of them are for good reasons. There were 82 tardies for classes. 20 people were subjected to administrative penalties for absenteeism and tardiness. The fight against misconduct was conducted by party and Komsomol organizations of students. Graduates of the school worked both in the territory of the Krasnoyarsk region and beyond, for example in the Primorye Territory, Urals, Ukraine. In 1944 with the revival of legal education in liberated territories capital funds were transferred exactly there. As a result Krasnoyarsk school of law among others was closed.

The article deals with the semantic features of onomatopoeic words in German and Tatar languages in comparative terms. The aim of the research was to identify the similarities, differences and features in the words under analysis. In each language there are certain features in the perception of sounds. In both languages there are not only onomatopoeia but also the onomatopoeic nouns, verbs, adjectives and adverbs, which are an onomatopoetic vocabulary of each language. It is a universal vocabulary that has much in common even in unrelated languages. Separately is analyzed a group of onomatopoeic nouns, which represent the names of insects, birds and animals in both languages and the principles of their nomination in the Tatar language. In German, these words are non-productive while in Tatar it is the result of word-formation processes. The classification of verbs of sound according to their denotative content takes into account the peculiarities of both languages. Many onomatopoeic verbs are multivalued and can be assigned to several groups at once. Functional possibilities of onomatopoetic lexicon of both languages are considered as well – children’s language, proverbs and set phrases – characteristic of all languages and most vividly reflecting the national identity of the language. Knowledge of these functions is necessary to exclude communicative failures.

Cherkashina E.I. MODEL FOR DESIGNING A TEXTBOOK IN A FOREIGN LANGUAGE FOR SPECIFIC PURPOSES IN THE SYSTEM OF PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2021. Issue 5 (217). P. 37-45

Introduction. The problem of training competent specialists in the sphere of service and production has remained relevant over the past decade. The demand for personnel with professional linguistic competence sets a problem for the teaching community to develop new training courses and programs in a foreign language of a specialty, an important component of which is mastering the language of the professional sphere. Teaching aids and textbooks on the language of the specialty are being created. However, the question of creating textbooks for single-subject specialists, for whom a foreign language is a tool for carrying out their professional activities, remains open. Aim and objectives. The aim is to create a model of a textbook on a foreign language for specific purposes in the sphere of tourism. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development and application of new models of language training for narrow-profile specialists. Material and methods. The material of the research is based on the theoretical works of national and foreign scientists working in the system of professional training for the sphere of production and services. The methods used at the empirical and theoretical levels are in close interaction: analysis of scientific and methodological literature, scientific observation, generalization of experience, analysis and synthesis, comparison, modeling, extrapolation. The empirical basis of the research is the results of the practical application of the competence-based approach and the communicative method in teaching French to personnel in the field of tourism. Results and discussion. Many years of experience in training personnel for the tourism sector showed the effectiveness of the competence-based approach in teaching French for specific purposes, the effectiveness of the program “French in the sphere of tourism” and revealed the necessity to design a textbook on French for specific purposes. The proposed author’s model of the textbook «French in the sphere of tourism» is intended for students of linguistic universities, faculties of tourism, staff of hotels and travel agencies. The structure of the textbook includes the following components: course modularity, special vocabulary (terms and professional jargon), a list of professional skills and communicative situations of business communication, methodological techniques that allow students to form a readiness for professional activity using a foreign language. Conclusion. The developed and tested French language courses in the sphere of tourism follow the main/basic principle of the language for specific purposes – the use of authentic materials: guides, catalogs, travel brochures, travel guides, as well as websites of hotels, tour operators, and regions of France. However, learners need a teaching aid for the proposed course. A textbook is needed, which will systematically present the modules, the tasks of mastering each module, the specifics of exercises/tests and the requirements for the tasks of the module. The author’s model of the textbook “French in the sphere of tourism” is focused on specialization in three sectors: hotel and restaurant business, tourism as an industry/service sector, where the realia of industrial, organizational and managerial culture are of great importance. The emphasis is on the formation of appropriate psychological attitudes of service personnel in accordance with the requirements of European service standards. This textbook model can be extrapolated to other languages and training profile.

Panchenko Y.Y. THE MOTIVE OF TOXICITY AND ABUSE AS A MEANS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CONCEPT “LOVE” IN KLAVA KOKA’S SONGS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2021. Issue 6 (218). P. 27-37

Introduction. Klava Koka is one of the most popular performers on the modern Russian musical stage, and therefore it is of interest to analyze the motivational content of her work. We have established the key role of the motive of toxicity and abuse in Klava Koka’s songs. It manifests itself in the peculiarities of the interpersonal relations of the characters of the songs, as well as in their values and attitudes. Toxicity refers to the ability of a person or relationship to provoke emotional pain and the complete depletion of the resources of the partner of interaction. Abusive relationships in a broad sense are characterized by the controlling, coercive, threatening, humiliating and violent behavior of one of the partners. Although the perception of love as pain and suffering is a recurrent idea of Western pop music, in Klava Koka’s songs, this attitude to love acquires signs of toxicity and, in some cases, abusiveness. Aim and objectives. The aim of the article is to prove the dominant role of the motive of toxicity and abuse in Klava Koka’s songs. Material and methods. We have analyzed 26 songs written by Klava Koka herself or in co-authorship with the lyricists of the Black Star label. The main research methods are the method of holistic analysis of a work, as well as conceptual analysis. Results and discussion. The motive of toxicity and abuse in Klava Koka’s songs is manifested in the following features of the characters’ relationships and their values: metaphorization of love as pain and suffering, antagonism between partners in relationships, dominance / submission as a pattern of relationships, violence as an important component of relationships, dependence from a partner or from a relationship, intensification of love feelings by one of the partners. The fact that in all the songs that we have considered, the listed features are presented to certain degree, enables us to speak about the dominant role of the motive of toxicity and abuse in Klava Koka’s work. Conclusion. Toxicity and abuse tend to be romanticized in the singer’s lyrics, being presents as an integral part of “genuine” relationships and a manifestation of “true” love. The motive of toxicity and abuse is functioning as the main means of realization of the concepts of “love” and “pain” in Klava Koka’s songs, where the both concepts are linked into a single conceptual pair.

Szajdak L., Maryganova V. QUANTITIES OF INDOLE-3-ACETIC ACID IN SECONDARY TRANSFORMD PEAT-MOORSH SOILS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2008. Issue 4 (78). P. 34-38

The investigations of indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) were performed for three different peat-moorsh soils - Czarna Wies, Otoczne and Kwatera 17 located in the Biebrza River Valley in Poland. Each considered soils were utilized as meadow. Soil samples were taken from two depths: 5-10 cm and 50-80 cm. IAA, total organic carbon (TOC), dissolved organic carbon (DOC) in peat moorsh soils from these samples were analysed. The significant differences in the concentrations of IAA, TOC, and DOC between two investigated depths of among peat moorsh samples were observed. The measured concentrations of total organic carbon in the considered soils ranged from 37.2 to 45.6 %. Generally, the decrease of IAA, total organic carbon, however, increase of DOC concentration with depth of profiles was observed. The contents of dissolved organic carbon in the soils ranged from 5.3 to 19.4%. The quantities of IAA decreased simultaneously with TOC values and with the increasing depth of the soil profiles. The highest contents of IAA was determined in high layers of moorshes and ranged from 110,1 to 128,7 µg kg-1 dry mass. However the concentrations of IAA in deeper layers were lower and ranged from 69,3 to 87,1 µg kg-1 dry mass.
