It was investigated the effect of hypobaric hypoxia on the activity of enzyme of different metabolic pathways in wheat and rice seedlings, which differ in steadiness to studying factor. Hypoxic incubation was resulted in increased enzymatic activities of alcohol dehydrogenase and malate dehydrogenase (NADH) in roots and leaves of rice. The activity of malate dehydrogenase (NAD*) was decreased in roots and leaves of both plants under hypoxia.

The article considers various anthropological conceptions that determining the philosophical and aesthetic peculiarity of literary mainstreams of Silver age in Russia. There are three poems with the same title "The Man", that written by the prominent poets of different trends in Russian literature of XXth century, namely: M. Gorky, V. Ivanov and V. Mayakowsky in the center of consideration. The resemblance and distinction in their anthropological patterns are cleared up by means of the textual analysis.

The literary work is considered as artistic model of reality in the article. This model can be characterized by the the reproduction of the “original” and its correlation with the proper extending the boundaries of reality, opening prospects of its development. The concept of art modeling is presented in terms of their genetic relationship with inductive theory of mimesis (Aristotle) and deductive theory of the truth of art (G. V. F. Hegel). This concept allows us to characterize the modeling in the art in comparison with the modeling in science and practice, and to define the boundaries of aesthetic, leading to the destruction of works of art as integrity, reflecting the integrity of the world and man. Look at literary work as the homomorphic model of the sign, which reflects the essence of the aesthetic attitude to reality, creates prerequisites for the study of the specificity of the theoretical literature modeling literary works as combines the features of artistic and scientific modeling.

This article analyzes the impact of high technology (Hi-Tech) and high socio-humanitarian technologies (Hi-Hume) on the person. The increase of humanity’s technological capabilities is accompanied by the increase of our dependence on those capabilities. High technologies (information technology, nanotechnology and biotechnology) show the fragility and vulnerability of the person in front of them as generated power. Hi-Hume are aimed at manipulating individual and mass consciousness. To these technologies the author includes some modern marketing and management technologies which accompany Hi-Tech-manufacture (advertising, PR, personnel management and knowledge management, etc.). Hi-Hume promote the growth of human dependence on technology, because they form the new needs. The man begins to be seen as a natural-technical system (in Hi-Tech) or as a socio-technical system (in Hume), and the body and mind of the man as driven technological objects. This puts the problem of ecological safety of high technologies. Assessment of environmental safety on the basis of the «precautionary principle» should be held in respect as Hi-Tech and so Hi-Hume. The difficulties of their ecological expertise revealed: the lack of scientific data, scientific and technological backwardness of experts who carry out the assessment of environmental safety of Hi-Tech, secrecy in technoscience, mythologizing of Hi-Tech and veiled actions of Hi-Hume.

The use of the case-technologies in the study of discipline “Methods of teaching chemistry” has been studied in a competence-based approach in higher school. Definition of case-situations on methods of teaching chemistry, distinctive features of training and control cases have been proposed. Differences between these cases to the destination and purpose of use in the learning process, the nature of the questions and answers to them, the estimation, the use of additional information about your answers have been identified. Educational cases are designed to develop skills of students to solve the problems unconventionally, the answers to them require a search for additional information, these cases do not have a rigid system of evaluation. The control case studies provide unequivocal answers, different approaches to evaluation. When answering the questions to cases, the student uses only existing knowledge. The examples of case-situations on how to conduct laboratory work at school and the answers to them were given.

This article is considered as a form of interaction in media communication. Participation of subjects in religious discourse is the basis for the formation of dialogic communication. There are discourse’s mechanisms for the formation of dialogue interaction between communicants: it is value and psycho-speech coordination of participants in communication. Representatives of religious discourse (clergymen and interactive addressees) are subjects of dialogue. Also they are participants in the mass media discourse. Interaction by the subject of communication is occurred in the communicative space (this is the genres of the forum and blog). The features of the interaction of the two discourses are revealed through the analysis of dialogic communication. At first public dialogue as an atypical form of communication for the Orthodox faith reflects the situation of weak coordination of the participants’ positions. Secondly the technical form of Internet communication isn’t conducive to dialogue on the basis of religious values and presumptions. The result of this interaction reflects typological changes in religious discourse – adaptation to the mass media’s norms and conditions. The interaction in the space of religious discourse oriented to orthodox dogmas, traditions, values. The topics of the dialogues are not only religious life, but also worldly interests. The format of the dialogue actualizes a complex of subjective (value priorities of the individual, psychoemotional, social aspects) and objective (discursive state, ideology, collective experience) factors.

Therefore, the creation, operation and maintenance of the digital platform in the condition of the advanced vocational training center is relevant, and crucial in the modern socio-cultural situation. The aim of the work is the determination of the digital platform role in the implementation of program for specialist advanced vocational training. Material and methods. As the methodological basis serves the concept of advancing (keeping ahead), which was developed in various sciences, including Russian pedagogy and psychology and then spread all over the world. The study of the best world experience of the international movement Worldskills and regulatory, strategic documents referred to the development of vocational education, as well as the awareness of the employers’ needs, contributes to systematization and generalization of knowledge in the field of digitalization of secondary vocational education. Results and discussion. The implementation of theoretical objectives and conceptual provisions of the advanced vocational training system, including the authors’ contribution; the experience of the Siberian Polytechnic School reflected in its training, retraining and advanced training programs used for training students, graduates of secondary vocational education institutions, and the unemployed people who lost their jobs due to aggravated socio-economic situation. These are the main drives for designing a new digital platform able to ensure the transformation of the regional economy and social sphere. The article describes the approaches used by the staff of the advanced vocational training center of the Siberian Polytechnic College to solve the priority tasks concerning a digital platform modeling and application of the competence constructor that are employed as a prerequisite for providing the listener with an individual educational trajectory within their training and further professional development. Conclusion. Thus, the article presents the initial outcomes of the performance and activities of the advanced vocational training center aimed at creating a digital platform. The design and development of this platform is considered as practical significance for the heads and top managers of professional educational organizations who are interested in training highly qualified specialists being the most popular on the regional labor market.

The article first describes the precedents of intermediate representation of the foreign-language author reception of translation on the example of the analysis of two German audio editions of S. Yesenin’s poetry of 2002 and 2003, in which selected poems are presented in the author’s reading, while their German equivalents are performed by translators and poets such as P. Celan (1920–1970) and A. Nitzberg (born in 1969). The first collection acquaints the listener with the image of S. Yesenin in direct adjunction to the individual style of P. Celan. In the second edition Yesenin acts as one of the representatives of Russian poetry, expressing the general literary tradition of the XX century. The authentic sound reproduction and the perception of originals and translations in audio collections allow us to speak about their high importance in a universal context of the reception of Yesenin’s heritage.
