Zhukova E.A. HIGH TECHNOLOGY FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF HUMAN ECOLOGY // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 11 (152). P. 199-205

This article analyzes the impact of high technology (Hi-Tech) and high socio-humanitarian technologies (Hi-Hume) on the person. The increase of humanity’s technological capabilities is accompanied by the increase of our dependence on those capabilities. High technologies (information technology, nanotechnology and biotechnology) show the fragility and vulnerability of the person in front of them as generated power. Hi-Hume are aimed at manipulating individual and mass consciousness. To these technologies the author includes some modern marketing and management technologies which accompany Hi-Tech-manufacture (advertising, PR, personnel management and knowledge management, etc.). Hi-Hume promote the growth of human dependence on technology, because they form the new needs. The man begins to be seen as a natural-technical system (in Hi-Tech) or as a socio-technical system (in Hume), and the body and mind of the man as driven technological objects. This puts the problem of ecological safety of high technologies. Assessment of environmental safety on the basis of the «precautionary principle» should be held in respect as Hi-Tech and so Hi-Hume. The difficulties of their ecological expertise revealed: the lack of scientific data, scientific and technological backwardness of experts who carry out the assessment of environmental safety of Hi-Tech, secrecy in technoscience, mythologizing of Hi-Tech and veiled actions of Hi-Hume.

Keywords: high technology, high socio-humanitarian technologies, Hi-Tech, Hi-Hume, technology of consciousness manipulation, human ecology, ecological safety, ecological expertise of high technologies, environmental aspects of high technologies

Magazev A.A., Shirokov I.V. A METHOD OF INTEGRATION FOR CLASSICAL AND QUANTUM EQUATIONS BASED ON THE CONNECTION BETWEEN CANONICAL TRANSFORMATIONS AND IRREDUCIBLE REPRESENTATIONS OF LIE GROUPS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 12 (153). P. 152-157

We propose a method for integrating the right-invariant geodesic flows on Lie groups based on the use of a special canonical transformation in the cotangent bundle of group. We also describe an original method of constructing exact solutions for the Klein-Gordon equation on unimodular Lie groups. Finally, we formulate a theorem which establishes a connection between the special canonical transformation and irreducible representations of Lie group. This connection allows us to consider the proposed methods of integrating for classical and quantum equations in the framework of a unified approach.

Antipov D.A. ALTER-GLOBALIZATION AS A PHENOMENON OF THE SOCIAL REALITY // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 5 (158). P. 135-139

Research of the notion “alter-globalization” in various fields of its use shows that alter-globalization is a phenomenon of social reality. Alter-globalization is the result of interaction between individuals. This interaction is based on the generally accepted principles, laws, and social representations, that dominant in society at a particular stage. It is a topical subject of researches in social philosophy. One of the possible analysis methods in the philosophy of alter-globalization is investigation of “superorganism”, or social units consisting of a set of collectively manageable agents acting in concert to achieve its goals. The study of alter-globalization as social reality can determine the degree of its interaction with different philosophical currents and ideas.

Tatarnikova A.I. TOMSK BATH FARMS ROBLEMS IN THE EARLY XX CENTURY: HYGIENIC ASPECT // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 5 (182). P. 42-48

The article discusses the problems of the development of one of the essential objects of the urban environment of Tomsk at the beginning of the 20th century - bathhouse facilities. This topic has not been the subject of special scientific research yet. Bath as an urban infrastructure element was a popular public institution where people could perform not only hygiene, but also relax, spend free time, communicate with other people. Analyses the existing сentral and local legislation regarding the construction and maintenance of the municipal baths, rules of their functioning in accordance with sanitary requirements, describes the real sanitary condition of the Tomsk baths and its causes. Provides the characteristics of public, room and family baths, their similarities and differences in the quantity and quality of services provided. It is concluded that there is insufficient number of baths to meet the basic needs of residents in maintaining personal hygiene. Shows the role of the urban sanitary commissions in the implementation of sanitary monitoring of bathing establishments, maintenance of cleanliness and disinfection in them. Attention is focused on such problems of Tomsk bath economy, as lacking of sewerage, water supply (up to 1905-1908), poor ventilation device, closets and pits for water drainage, irregular disinfection, presence of parasites (lice, worms) and high probability of contracting infectious, skin, venereal and other diseases.

Mel’nikova A.Y. CRITERIA FOR EVALUATING THE RESULTS OF INTERNATIONAL PHILOLOGY STUDENTS’ PROJECT PRACTICE // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 7 (196). P. 79-86

In accordance with the personality-oriented and practice-oriented approaches, the article introduces criteria and scales for evaluating the results and the process of project activities, which foreign philology students practise while developing primary professional skills and preparing for pedagogical practice. Projects developed and implemented by students are usually individual due to the interethnic nature of student groups. They contribute to the development of intercultural communication, since in the course of projects the undergraduates introduce Russian speakers (and representatives of other nationalities who speak Russian) to cultural and linguistic features of their native countries and at the same time are becoming more and more aware of the cultural and linguistic features of the country of the studied language (Russia). In this regard, the understanding of project-making technology and the consideration of a number of factors (social and cultural, linguistic, etc.) are very important for the teacher. The knowledge of these allows the teacher not only to help foreign students in choosing the topic and the master class for the project, in arranging an individual trajectory of the project activity and in the timely and qualitative implementation of the tasks set, but also to adequately assess the results of the activity. The method of projects is based on the project practice, according to which at each stage (preparatory, main and final) certain skills such as reflective skills, search for information skills, presentational skills, organizational skills, communication skills and skills of group and individual work are formed. In this regard, the choice of assessment tools offered in the article (report on the results of the project; the project data sheet; the summary of the project; presentation; photos and videos; essays; student’s work review ; training; discussion) is justified taking into account not only the goals and objectives of project practices, activities, specific aspects of evaluation (project development, results, its structure, presentation), but also the list of competencies being developed, among which the most important are communicative, intercultural and information ones. When defining criteria and indicators for certain assessment tools (essay, summary, etc.) State Educational Standard in Russian as a Foreign Language, which sets out the requirements for specific communication skills (e.g. writing skills and speaking skills), and Federal Educational Standard of Higher Education 45.04.01 Philology play an important role as regulatory documents. The number of criteria and points is determined on the basis of the methodological importance of specific evaluation tools. The teacher’s review of the student’s work during pedagogical practice is of particular importance when counting the total number of points which can be scored for the project. The five-point rating scale is adopted for the final mark for the whole project as it is considered the most comfortable and familiar for both teachers and students.

Petrov A.V. FOUNDATIONS AND PRINCIPLES OF CREATIVE WRITING TEACHING METHOD // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2019. Issue 1 (198). P. 128-135

Introduction. The problem of modern teaching methods of creative activity is formulated as a contradiction between the need for a clear reproducible action and the need to work with hidden objectivity: motivation, as well as different types of thinking that are not available for teacher’s observation and are often not recognized by the student. For consideration is submitted a hypothesis about a new subject of the method of teaching creative writing - switching attention. Aim and objectives. The purpose of this article is to reveal the principles of creative writing teaching method based on the concept of flexible action. Material and research methods. The research materials presented are essays and mind maps produced by 5–7 grade students. Research methods are as follows: organization of learning (mind mapping and setting creative tasks), text analysis (compositional and semantic) and theoretical reasoning (mental modeling and extrapolation). Results and discussion. Implementation terms and conditions of new method have been revealed, the scope for understanding features of attention switching as a flexible action has been worked out. The difference between shifting and switching attention has been introduced and characterized. Stages of learning (activity) have been distinguished, as well as the core (know how), which is essential for the method strategic development in junior and secondary school and is seen as enhancement of mind map as intellectual tool. Basic starting points and mind map complexity levels have been defined in terms of usage in the 5th grade learning process. Students’ writings are provided to show the options of text analysis with the help of markers. Quality criterion (diversity) has been distinguished to reflect the flexible action efficiency. Principles and postulates of flexible and spontaneous action have been articulated. Conclusion. Finally, practical effects of the new method are defined, in particular, the possibility of flexible thinking purposeful development.

Introduction. Modern educational standards focus on the formation of professional readiness and abilities necessary for the implementation of professional functions and the implementation of professional tasks of high quality level. All this changes the goals of education, approaches to the construction of the educational process in general and professional teacher education, in particular. The basis for the quality training of pre-school and primary education specialists are professional competencies aimed at empowering the solution of a multi-faceted range of professional tasks. The purpose of the study is to disclose methods of managerial activity in the field of the formation of professional competencies for future teachers of preschool and primary education in the process of studying by students disciplines of various blocks (general cultural, professional pedagogical, specialized). Material and methods. Directions in the understanding of professional competences of teachers, stages of university professional training of future teachers of preschool and primary education, the possibility of specialized disciplines and special courses in the process of forming general and narrow professional competencies of future specialists of preschool institutions and elementary school teachers are submitted for consideration. The description of the pedagogical conditions and stages of the management of the development of professional competencies of teachers of the successive stages of education contributes to the improvement of the quality of management activities on the basis of the competence approach. Results and discussion. Within the framework of the professional group of future teachers of pre-school and primary education that we study, it is especially important to be competitive. The quality of education at the first steps depends on the strength, flexibility, and variability of students’ mastery in the classroom and on their own general, professional, pedagogical, narrow professional competencies. Their formation must be managed by carrying out this process in a sequence of interconnected blocks of activity. Conclusion. The materials of the article can be used in the practice of the teachers of the departments that train future specialists of preschool educational organizations and primary school teachers in the system of secondary and higher professional education.

Khemka A. COMPOSITION AS A PARAMETER OF THE DESCRIPTIVE MODEL OF THE SPEECH GENRE OF CINEMA ANNOUNCEMENT (BASED ON THE ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR INDIAN FILMS) // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2021. Issue 1 (213). P. 65-72

Introduction. The paper analyzes the characteristics of the compositional structure of the speech genre of cinema announcement functioning on the Internet. The structure of movie announcements of different types is compared; the specificity of the composition of movie announcements for Indian films is revealed based on the data obtained. Aim and objectives. Description of the composition of the speech genre of the cinema announcement, functioning on the Internet. Material and methods. The study is based on the linguistic-stylistic analysis method, which includes observation, comparison, interpretation, discursive analysis. The material taken for research is 250 cinema-announcements for Indian films written in Russian and posted on the website Indiankino.net. The volume of the studied texts is 6–8 sentences (from 60–100 words). These are movie announcements for films of different genres: melodramas, dramas, thrillers, comedies, action films, etc. Results and discussion. The studied texts have a similar theme, a relatively stable composition and a repeating set of means of linguistic embodiment, which allows us to consider the movie announcement as a separate speech genre. To describe it, a model has been developed that includes the following parameters: communicative goal, image of the author, image of the addressee, image of the past, image of the future, type of dictum content, features of the language embodiment, composition, verbal and non-verbal means. The composition of the movie announcement is one of the most important genre-forming features. It was determined that the composition of cinema announcements for Indian films operating in the Internet environment includes such elements as the title, image (mostly posters), additional information about the film (the name of the characters and directors of the film, year of release of the film, film genres, original name of the film, language in which the film is available), Internet tools (film rating, social media buttons for exchanging film information with other people), description of the film: exposition, main part, ending. Conclusion. The compositional structure and elements of different types of movie announcements (for example, printed movie announcements, movie announcements written in other languages, movie announcements of films from other countries) differ from each other, which depends on the time of their writing, the scope of functioning, and the author’s style. Each of the structural elements of the speech genre of cinema announcement has pragmatic potential and serves to fulfill the main functions of the studied speech genre – to provide information about the film and to influence the addressee and draw his attention to the film.

In his final article «Pushkin», Tynyanov has specified the two-sidedness of Pushkin’s semantics as a major factor of the poet’s literary evolution (“of catastrophic force and speed“). Semantic two-sidedness produces “varying” meanings and consequently can act as it were a regulator of contradictory understanding of Pushkin on the part of contemporaries and the latest literary generations. In this context, it is important to note the interest of Tynyanov to “a high ode”, having dual, two-sided nature. The Tynyanov’s formalistic attitudes excluded, on the one hand, the efficiency of psychological approach to the description of literary phenomena; on the other – created necessary conditions for forming up poetic forms, i.e. theoretically proved literary models.

Introduction. Under rapid changes in social and professional spheres urgent appears the question of organizing the process of professional self-determination and effective employment of university graduates. In connection with it, the article will cover the content of organizational and pedagogical conditions in the process of contributing to the professional self-determination of students of a pedagogical university. Aim – to search for and define the content of organizational and pedagogical conditions contributing to the professional self-determination of students of a pedagogical university. Material and methods. Such methods of analysis as theoretical methods (analyzing and summarizing what is in literature, analyzing statistical data, modelling) and empirical methods (using surveys, questioning, testing) were applied. Stating the set of conditions is based on summarizing empirically the activities of the center for students’ employment. Modern researchers’ approaches to defining “organizational and pedagogical conditions” are presented. Apart from others is the group of researchers analyzing organizational and pedagogical conditions as a set of factors. Also, the article reveals the point of view of researchers who think that organizational and pedagogical conditions are a set of some schemes. Separately we analyze research works by scientists who think that in the definition of “organizational and pedagogical conditions” there are two sensible components: organizational conditions and pedagogical conditions. Results and discussion. Analyzing issues and summarizing empirical experience, it was specified that under organizational conditions we will mean factors that guarantee controlling the process and pedagogical conditions will be understood as factors including content, methods, means, forms of teaching, upbringing that provide achieving pedagogical goals. In such a case, putting together organizational conditions and pedagogical conditions into one set used for achieving one mutual goal will result in organizational and pedagogical conditions together. On the basis of it in Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Tomsk State Pedagogical University” we made up and tested a set of organizational and pedagogical conditions contributing to students’ professional self-determination. Conclusion. There has been put forward the definition of organizational and pedagogical conditions contributing to the professional self-determination of students of a pedagogical university, including students with low motivation for pedagogical profession, that can be used as a basis for the activities of university centers for students’ employment.
