Kashirin A.A. FEATURES OF INDIVIDUAL MEDIA DISCOURSE OF JOURNALIST D. KISELEV (ON THE MATERIAL OF PROGRAM «NEWS OF THE WEEK») // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 6 (159). P. 143-147

The article presents research of individual media discourse of the author and presenter of the information and analytical program “News of the Week” Dmitry Kiselev. The specificity of the format of information and analytical program in general and the author’s program the “News of the Week” in particular is characterized. The complex communicative and pragmatic analysis of “News of the Week” 04.14.2013 from the standpoint of both the individual characteristics of journalist and presenter and objective extra linguistic characteristics of information and analytical program format was presented. Genre, stylistic and compositional features of the “News of the Week” as the official state program are characterized. Verbal behavior of D. Kiselev from the point of view of communicative strategies and tactics, the use of tropes, rhetorical figures, as well as various methods of communication impact was analysed. Paralinguistic characteristics of individual media discourse of the author and presenter of the program “News of the Week” (phonational and kinetic) were described.

Nikonova E.A. SPECIFIC CHARACTER OF INFLUENCE AND MANIPULATION FUNCTIONS REALISATION IN AN ENGLISH POLITICAL ESSAY // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 7 (196). P. 9-14

In recent years the spread of information warfare has encouraged increasing interest to influencing and manipulative capacity of media. In this regard it appears to be relevant to analyse how this capacity is realized in different publicistic texts. The article aims to illuminate the function specific of a political essay. A political essay combines features of publicistic and newspaper styles. Newspaper style determines realization of informative function while publicistic style – influence function. Those functions are realized through objective and subjective modality respectively. The author uses influence function to impose on readers his ideas and positions, which he does openly and directly. Usually these ideas are stated in the title of the essay and the essay itself is devoted to it. The analysis implies that the influence function is most commonly represented by metaphors, emotionally loaded words and epithets. A political essay is also influenced by the political discourse, which is highly manipulative by its nature. So political discourse makes influence function evolve into manipulation one. The author manipulates when he does not want to reveal his position and tries to indistinguishably force it on readers. That is why the author uses manipulation function to communicate ideas, which are not openly stated and usually are not mentioned in the title or subtitle of the essay.

Shalyapina S.V. CONTENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS IN THE PROCESS OF CONTRIBUTING TO STUDENTS’ PROFESSIONAL SELF-DETERMINATION (USING THE EXAMPLE OF A PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY) // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2021. Issue 2 (214). P. 17-23

Introduction. Under rapid changes in social and professional spheres urgent appears the question of organizing the process of professional self-determination and effective employment of university graduates. In connection with it, the article will cover the content of organizational and pedagogical conditions in the process of contributing to the professional self-determination of students of a pedagogical university. Aim – to search for and define the content of organizational and pedagogical conditions contributing to the professional self-determination of students of a pedagogical university. Material and methods. Such methods of analysis as theoretical methods (analyzing and summarizing what is in literature, analyzing statistical data, modelling) and empirical methods (using surveys, questioning, testing) were applied. Stating the set of conditions is based on summarizing empirically the activities of the center for students’ employment. Modern researchers’ approaches to defining “organizational and pedagogical conditions” are presented. Apart from others is the group of researchers analyzing organizational and pedagogical conditions as a set of factors. Also, the article reveals the point of view of researchers who think that organizational and pedagogical conditions are a set of some schemes. Separately we analyze research works by scientists who think that in the definition of “organizational and pedagogical conditions” there are two sensible components: organizational conditions and pedagogical conditions. Results and discussion. Analyzing issues and summarizing empirical experience, it was specified that under organizational conditions we will mean factors that guarantee controlling the process and pedagogical conditions will be understood as factors including content, methods, means, forms of teaching, upbringing that provide achieving pedagogical goals. In such a case, putting together organizational conditions and pedagogical conditions into one set used for achieving one mutual goal will result in organizational and pedagogical conditions together. On the basis of it in Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Tomsk State Pedagogical University” we made up and tested a set of organizational and pedagogical conditions contributing to students’ professional self-determination. Conclusion. There has been put forward the definition of organizational and pedagogical conditions contributing to the professional self-determination of students of a pedagogical university, including students with low motivation for pedagogical profession, that can be used as a basis for the activities of university centers for students’ employment.

The article considers the problem of sources of philo¬sophical and aesthetic idea of M.M. Bakhtin. From the point of view of the author, Bakhtin cannot be implanted in one of the philosophical paradigms developing in the beginning of the XXth century. For this reason the consid¬eration of the ideas of the Russian thinker in the context of the history of Russian literature is represented with much more perspective. The article is devoted to the problems of reception of A.P. Chekhov’s dramatic art in Germany in 70’s – 80’s of the XX century. This stage is inextricably related with P.Urban’s name – the German translator, publisher and the Slavic scholar contributed significantly to the point of comprehension and adoption of A.P. Chekhov’s drama heritage. His translations based on close perusal of the original and ability for delicate feeling of linguistic material, gave a new life to Chekhov’s plays, bringing them to the German reader, opening new opportunities for stage performance. The article gives a review on basic principles of P. Urban’s translation, which allowed him to keep in translation features of dramaturgic poetry style of Chekhov, simplicity and naturalness of the language of his plays, which translators of 60’s failed to succeed in many cases.

Zhukova E.A. HIGH TECHNOLOGY FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF HUMAN ECOLOGY // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 11 (152). P. 199-205

This article analyzes the impact of high technology (Hi-Tech) and high socio-humanitarian technologies (Hi-Hume) on the person. The increase of humanity’s technological capabilities is accompanied by the increase of our dependence on those capabilities. High technologies (information technology, nanotechnology and biotechnology) show the fragility and vulnerability of the person in front of them as generated power. Hi-Hume are aimed at manipulating individual and mass consciousness. To these technologies the author includes some modern marketing and management technologies which accompany Hi-Tech-manufacture (advertising, PR, personnel management and knowledge management, etc.). Hi-Hume promote the growth of human dependence on technology, because they form the new needs. The man begins to be seen as a natural-technical system (in Hi-Tech) or as a socio-technical system (in Hume), and the body and mind of the man as driven technological objects. This puts the problem of ecological safety of high technologies. Assessment of environmental safety on the basis of the «precautionary principle» should be held in respect as Hi-Tech and so Hi-Hume. The difficulties of their ecological expertise revealed: the lack of scientific data, scientific and technological backwardness of experts who carry out the assessment of environmental safety of Hi-Tech, secrecy in technoscience, mythologizing of Hi-Tech and veiled actions of Hi-Hume.

The article analyses the preparation, the course and the focal points of the State anti-alcohol campaign in Tomsk in 1985-1988. Special attention is paid to economic, propagandistic and health-related measures of the All-Union and local party authorities aimed at forming a negative attitude to alcoholism among the public. The paper considers both negative and positive outcomes of large-scale anti-alcohol measures, as well as the response of the part of the population to preventive and propagandistic measures. The archive materials of the Documentation Center for Contemporary History of Tomsk region, as well as the information from the All-union, West Siberian and local periodicals provided the basis for the research.

Israfilov N.R. LEXICO-SEMANTIC INTERACTION OF RUSSIAN AND AGHUL LANGUAGES // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2016. Issue 6 (171). P. 58-60

The article considers some lexical issues of the Aghul language. Shows the meanings of the synonyms, variants of their usage in the speech. Give some examples of synonyms’ and antonyms’ usage in the language. Research of synonyms and antonyms in Aghul is of great importnace and significance, which is seen through the comparison with paradigms and system of some Slavonic manuscript sources. At the present stage of Bible translation in Aghul we have an opportunity to analyze the homogeneous ancient writing. Discussion of the problems in syntactical synonymity of Aghul and Russian leads to findings of their typological similarities. Stylistic analysis conducted in the paper defines forms and variants of writing in synonymic diversity of Aghul. Richness of language units variants in Russian and Aghul makes possible further development of semantic equivalents in terms of communication and cognition in speech process and exposes their insufficient study.

The article reveals the actual problems of high qualification specialists (doctors of sciences) training. The author of the ar¬ticle sees the main reason of complication of the analyzed prob¬lem in reducing the amount of state expenses on science de¬velopment with the result of «brain drain» out of Russia. At the same time the article notes such tendencies of high qualification specialists training as an increasing number of doctors and professors in the filed of physical-mathemat¬ical, psychological-pedagogical and humanitarian sciences; rejuvenation and feminization of new doctors of sciences. Review of direct and iterative methods of linear system solution used in solving of computational electromagnetics problems is given. The preconditioning principle al¬lowing to reduce the time of computation by iterative methods is described. The algorithms of three iterative methods are given. The methods described are com¬pared on example of calculation of currents in wire an¬tenna. Existence of optimal value of drop tolerance for each iterative method considered is shown.

The article covers the constituents of the patriarchic perception still thriving in the modem Russian culture, and traces the influence of the works of George Sand on its downfall in the 19th century. The article discusses the problems of the development of one of the essential objects of the urban environment of Tomsk at the beginning of the 20th century - bathhouse facilities. This topic has not been the subject of special scientific research yet. Bath as an urban infrastructure element was a popular public institution where people could perform not only hygiene, but also relax, spend free time, communicate with other people. Analyses the existing сentral and local legislation regarding the construction and maintenance of the municipal baths, rules of their functioning in accordance with sanitary requirements, describes the real sanitary condition of the Tomsk baths and its causes. Provides the characteristics of public, room and family baths, their similarities and differences in the quantity and quality of services provided. It is concluded that there is insufficient number of baths to meet the basic needs of residents in maintaining personal hygiene. Shows the role of the urban sanitary commissions in the implementation of sanitary monitoring of bathing establishments, maintenance of cleanliness and disinfection in them. Attention is focused on such problems of Tomsk bath economy, as lacking of sewerage, water supply (up to 1905-1908), poor ventilation device, closets and pits for water drainage, irregular disinfection, presence of parasites (lice, worms) and high probability of contracting infectious, skin, venereal and other diseases.

Introduction. Preparing schoolchildren for participation in JuniorSkills competitions is an urgent task of modern education. A feature of the process of teaching robotics, electronics and engineering and technical creativity is activities based on the practical implementation of tasks. A hands-on approach to professional self-determination is well presented through the events of the World Skills Junior movement. The question of determining the effectiveness of the organizational forms used in face-to-face and remote learning remains open. It is important to take into account the peculiarities, strengths and weaknesses of each format of interaction. It is important for effectively ensuring the continuity of the educational line and the process of self-determination of students in the conditions of the unpredictability of our time. Aim and objectives. Determination of the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the necessary practical skills among schoolchildren in preparation for the Junior Skills competition through face-to-face and remote forms of interaction. Material and methods. The distance model of the Junior Skills program was tested on the basis of two sites: The Children’s Center for Educational Robotics of the Tomsk State Pedagogical University and the Kurlek Secondary School of the Tomsk District. Since 2018, 75 students in grades 3–6 and 58 students in grades 9–11 have been prepared for competitions in the field of professional self-determination. The training took place in face-to-face and remote formats. Results and discussion. In the course of the experimental work, a model of the distance format for the implementation of the educational program for the preparation of schoolchildren for competitions of professional skills of the Junior Skills Russia level was developed and tested. A series of tasks has been developed for the formation of primary independent practice-oriented tests (for the profiles of robotics, programming, modeling, electronics). Conclusion. The remote form of the educational program adds additional experience of self-control training to the general list of preparation measures for professional skill competitions. It takes schoolchildren out of their comfort zone and helps them learn to control their stress levels when working in non-standard conditions. Also, it gives the opportunity to take responsibility for their actions and allows self-determination with a further professional profile.

Tabooing of the names caused the use of allegories in form of interrogative, indefi nite, negative pronouns. The substitutes of the names became the key elements of word formation: kaj “duck” (totem); kaj “who”, “what”, “what”; kajdo “why”, “what for”; kajne “nothing”.

Research of the notion “alter-globalization” in various fields of its use shows that alter-globalization is a phenomenon of social reality. Alter-globalization is the result of interaction between individuals. This interaction is based on the generally accepted principles, laws, and social representations, that dominant in society at a particular stage. It is a topical subject of researches in social philosophy. One of the possible analysis methods in the philosophy of alter-globalization is investigation of “superorganism”, or social units consisting of a set of collectively manageable agents acting in concert to achieve its goals. The study of alter-globalization as social reality can determine the degree of its interaction with different philosophical currents and ideas.

Essay works of M. M. Prishvin “In the land of never frightened birds” and “Magic bun” are considered within the framework study of the Northern text of Russian literature. The image of the Northern forest, created by the writer in these works, is capacious and complex, with mythopoetic symbolism. The art space of the forest in the works combines the real space-geographical and mythological spaces. Forest landscapes have deep mythopoetic framework, based on important Prishvin’s idea the one, indissoluble relationship and mutual reversibility between man and natural world surrounding him. The interconversion of man and nature creates perspective of a mythological panorama. In the analyzed description of the works of Mikhail Prishvin are found archetypal motives and mythologems that contribute to the mythopoetic creation of the topos of the forest. The mythmaking by M. Prishvin is a special way of mastering and cognition of the world, intuitive- natural communion with the basis of existance.
