| 4201 | In modern conditions of development of our state, the social role and value of a healthy lifestyle is growing. One of the priority tasks of educational practice is the transformation of understanding the specifics of health as the life value of a future generation of citizens. This topic is of particular interest in relation to representatives of extreme professions, in particular to employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation, whose professional suitability has always been given special attention. Of course, the activities of law enforcement agencies are often associated with stressful conditions and the resulting health risks. In light of this, close attention should be paid to the issues of the formation of a value attitude, value orientations and value orientations towards a healthy lifestyle as part of the professional training of cadets of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The purpose of the work is to consider and analyze such a value orientation as health among cadets of universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, in the framework of the formation of their ability to organize their lives in accordance with socially significant ideas about a healthy lifestyle (OK-9). Material and methods. The methodology “Value Orientations” by M. Rokich, based on direct ranking of the list of terminal and instrumental values, acted as a diagnostic toolkit. In addition, pedagogical observation, questionnaires and testing were used as research methods. Results and discussion. 175 cadets of the Federal State Budget Educational Institution of Higher Education “East Siberian Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia” were exposed to diagnostics: 87 first-year cadets and 88 fifth-year cadets. As a result, a statistically significant difference was revealed between the diagnosed groups and a positive dynamics was noted in the formation and development of a value orientation towards a healthy lifestyle among cadets of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the framework of their professional training. Conclusion. In the framework of educational and extracurricular activities, it seems possible to form value orientations and value orientations of cadets of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, including a healthy lifestyle as an integral attribute of their future professional activity. The main task of educational organizations of the system of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia is to create the necessary legal, infrastructural, organizational, including psychological and pedagogical conditions, to form the ability of cadets to organize their life in accordance with socially significant ideas about a healthy lifestyle by creating a health-saving and health-forming educational environment. | 4202 | Introduction. The basis of cultural memory are the processes of “rebirth” and “oblivion”, the ratio of which affects the spiritual make-up of each era. However, the action of the mechanism of “cultural memory” acquires special significance in times of social cataclysms. In the artistic thinking of the crisis time, the semantic complex of “cultural memory” primarily implements the function of “ordering the elemental world”, “modeling” its aesthetically relevant “copy” according to the universal principle of the creation myth and its structure. The understanding of the spiritual reality of the crisis time is carried out in synthesized forms that arise as a result of intrageneric and intergenre transformations. This kind of artistic phenomena includes the final novel by F. M. Dostoevsky’s “The Brothers Karamazov”, which reflects the author’s desire to create a universal artistic super-form for a comprehensive embodiment of the worldview. Aim and objectives. To study the subject-material world in the novel “The Brothers Karamazov” from ontological positions and in the context of the poetics of cultural memory. In this regard to identify characteristic features of descriptive parts of the plot, to reveal key spatial images, to differentiate the “subject” and “material” meanings of interior objects. Material and methods. The article explores the features of image of the objective world in the novel “The Brothers Karamazov”, relying on the works by M. M. Bakhtin, S. S. Averintsev, A. P. Chudakov, M. N. Epstein, K. G. Isupov. The subject of study is the interior as one of the aspects of the subject-material world and a number of things-operators in their connection with the problems of cultural memory. The study is carried out on the basis of the structuralsemiotic method. Results and discussion. In Russian literary criticism, the problem of object / subject poetics has not been systematically studied. The tokens “subject” and “thing” are most often used in a generalized sense. The differences in their etymons are given, the composite term “subject-material world” is proposed, which combines different (visual and auditory) versions of the artistic interpretation of reality while preserving the original values, and also includes an approach to the subject and things from the standpoint of spiritual development, the discovery of existential meaning. The subject-material aspect in the poetics of F. M. Dostoevsky is represented in an undeveloped manner. However, in the context of the aspiration of thought F. M. Dostoevsky on the “subject-matter”, “substantial” subject-material world acquires special characteristics. The “stereotyped” descriptions of interiors in the novel “The Brothers Karamazov”, as a technique, creates multiple plot calls and repetitions, which together reveal a metaphysical image of the common space. Interior items, depicted extremely conditionally, at the same time realize the symbolic function of the “things” of messengers. The brevity of descriptions, which in the limit boils down to enumeration, actualizes the early, donarrative forms of the cumulative type in the plot, giving dynamics and eventfulness to the descriptive parts of the plot. In addition, the symbolism of objects of the subject-real world includes the possibility of transforming an object into a thing, which is understood as revealing the eidos, living structure or metaphysical depth of a thing and the inverse movement of a thing into an object, “closing” its existential core, “solidifying” within the external forms of material existence. Conclusion. Thus, the subject-material world in “The Brothers Karamazov”, in particular the interior, given in brief descriptions, listings, references, not only dotted outlines the contours of everyday life of heroes, determines the trajectories of their movements, actions, but also implements the possibility of “entering” into existential meanings, into the space of sacred memory, becoming, by the definition of P. Florensky, a symbol of Eternity created in Time. Language units reflecting cultural, historical, literary representations of the linguocultural community, which have sufficient reproducibility and stability of the component composition, are treated as precedent phenomena. The given article is devoted to the research of the Russian-speaking linguoculture precedent phenomena in foreign language and cultural environment on the example of Chinese network diaspora discourse. The aim of the work is to investigate precedent phenomena in the collective consciousness of users of the Internet community “Baiki Laovaya”. Material and methods. The research was based on the correspondence of the participants (more than 57000 subscribers) of the open group “Laowai Bikes” of the social network Vkontakte. We analyzed 110 messages (posts) and 11350 comments to them that were published in the period from 1 to 27 September 2021. The material was selected by random sampling from the text continuum, then precedent phenomena were classified according to the type, their semantics and relevance were analyzed. The quantitative method and the method of contextual analysis were also used. Results and discussion. The sources of precedent phenomena in the speech of the diaspora community are diverse and are subdivided into the following large groups: 1) classical Russian and Soviet, as well as foreign literature; 2) winged expressions, sayings of famous people, precedent names; 3) speech clichés, paremics, Internet memes, and anecdotes; 4) advertising, cinema and television. Numerous examples of the use of precedent phenomena from each of the groups demonstrate not only the impressive variety of sources, but also the high communicative and linguocreative potential of precedence in the discourse under study. Conclusion. The active use of precedent phenomena in communication and the absence of facts of misunderstanding, failure of communication, the development of the semantic potential of precedent phenomena in network polylogues indicate the formed special cultural space of diaspora discourse, the participants of which have a common linguocultural code. The specificity of this code is determined by: 1) being in a single foreign-language and foreign-cultural continuum and its interpretation as one of the frequent occasions to use precedents (Chinese holidays, traditions, climate, political situation, domestic conditions, etc.); 2) relatively high level of education and broad outlook of diaspora community members, demonstrating knowledge in the field of domestic and world literature, art, history, mass culture, etc. 3) appeal mainly to the traditional, established during the Soviet era cultural matrix as a common cognitive and imaginative base, able to unite representatives of different generations, including – the young, of the Russian-speaking world from different countries of the former Soviet Union. It demonstrates the characteristic of the consolidated activities of the faculty in training the students to work on the formation of their competitiveness. The article provides the pedagogical technology of training of competitive specialists in a technical university. It presents the results of the survey of students to ascertain their perceptions about the competitiveness of a graduate. The authors emphasize the necessity of cardinal changes in an education system and in accordance with the requirements of the labour market for competitive specialists. The authors propose to consider the competitiveness on four levels – personal, qualification, competence, practical, which allow the student to trace the formation of his qualities as a future job applicant. It is proved that the formation of competitiveness of technical college graduates is realized by establishing correspondence between the educational and professional standards. | 4236 | The article concerns the legal status of refugee children in the interwar period in the limitrophe states. It reflects material and legal status and is based on the data kept in the so called Prague Archive (the Russian Foreign Historical Archive), which is the part of the State Archive of the Russian Federation (SARF). The article includes the analytical data concerning the quantity of refugee children. The article considers not only social and legal status, but also moral condition of refugee children in the limitrophe states and includes common and particular cases of this. The research concerns also living conditions of adults and children in emigration, their complicated material and moral conditions, difficulties which children had to face (either the necessity to work at an early age and, as a result, the inability to attend school, or the employment of parents at work and the inability to educate a child, which ultimately led to disobedience and permissiveness), identifies the factors, which affected this and means of providing assistance to refugee children. The author pays attention to the difficulties, which children faced in emigration: hunger, need, mental and physical violence and denationalization. The author also points out the means of struggle against such a regime and means of providing support from the government and emigration organizations (material support, organization of various children “settlements”, summer children camps and refuges) and problems, which they faced while organizing all this work. The author also gives the comparative analyses of refugee children’s position in recipient countries and points out that children conditions were different according to the policy of the government towards Russian emigrants and economical situation inside every country. Moreover the direct dependence of legal and material status on economical situation inside the country is also pointed out in the research. However, so far there are extremely few examples of describing the pedagogical experience of teachers in this direction. The use of animated drawings in algebra lessons of the 7th grade contributes to the formation of a personality ready to unleash its creative potential in the digital economy. At the same time, interested students can be offered an educational and research task to create animated drawings under the guidance of a teacher. The aim of the research is to present fragments of algebra lessons in the 7th grade using animation drawings made in the GeoGebra environment. Material and methods. The study and analysis of literature on the use of dynamic drawings in teaching mathematics at school, summarizing the author’s experience in testing the elements of the methodology for teaching algebra in the 7th grade using animated drawings, which are elements of the digitalization of school education. Results and discussion. The author uses concrete examples to present a new technology of teaching using animated drawings in algebra lessons of the 7th grade. Conclusion. The analysis of school textbooks on mathematics of different years has shown that there are significantly more illustrations in modern textbooks: drawings, diagrams, graphs, drawings depicting figures, bodies and their intersections. We observe the principle of clarity in its development. Today, computer technologies allow us to take the next step in this direction and move from stationary drawings to animated ones. The use of new teaching technology using animated drawings in algebra lessons of the 7th grade increases the level of understanding and assimilation of knowledge by providing clarity of mathematical concepts and statements, eliminating undesirable computational difficulties, conducting operational testing. Animated drawings help the teacher to create the same type of tasks with a predictable solution. They provide opportunities for experimentation and support for an experimental research style of learning. All this makes it relevant to create animated content for conducting math lessons at school. Consequently, the systematic use of computer technology in teaching mathematics increases the active participation of students in research work. The material of the article can be considered as a contribution to the solution of this methodological problem.
