| 4201 | The article is executed from the positions of the communicative stylistics of the text. It is devoted to the theoretical substantiation of the connection in the poetic (and wider – artistic) text of regulativity and reflectivity. The review of the works of recent years devoted to the study of textual qualities and categories on the material of various discursive practices is presented. The essence of regulativity, reflection, including its types, as well as reflectivity is considered in detail. Regulativity is a systemic textual quality that provides management of the cognitive activity of the addressee. Reflection is interpreted as a universal sign of human thought activity. Reflectivity is a person’s ability to reflection. The reflectivity is closely connected with images of the author and addressee which are realized in the textual categories of subjectivity and addressing. The author relies on the researches of linguists, literary critics, also observations of masters of the artistic word for establishing the connection between the regulativity of the poetic text and the reflectivity. It is found out that from the positions of the communicative-activity approach to the text, the basis of regulativity as a systemic textual quality is reflectivity. Lena Eltang’s novel “Stone Maples” fits into the traditional, since antiquity, interpretation of the androgynous image associated with the idea of “reintegration of opposites” (M. Eliade), the problem of finding the Other to gain the anthropological and ontological completeness and integrity of the individual. The aim is to analyze the semantics of the androgynous motif in L. Eltang’s novel “Stone Maples”. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research is the work of M. Eliade “Mephistopheles and Androgynes”, the research of I. A. Edoshina, E. S. Turutina, N. A. Kopylova, devoted to the image of androgynes in the literature of the Silver Age and philosophy. Results and discussion. In “Stone Maples”, androgynous motifs are manifested in the conflicts between the central characters of Sasha Sonley and Llewellyn Elderberry, the half-sisters of Sasha and Edna. Androgynous motifs are presented in several versions: homosexual attraction, “intersex disguises”, sacrifice, as well as through specific metaphors of connecting two people into a harmonious whole “author-reader”, “hotel hostess-guest”. Finding love, which provides the anthropological and ontological completeness of being, is fraught with difficulties (motives for passing tests, solving riddles, choosing a betrothed). L. Eltang fundamentally distances hirself from the bodily semantics of the androgynous motif, actualizing its symbolic meaning: unity with the second half is interpreted as a meeting of the author with his reader, who is ready to become a co-author. Conclusion. Androgynous motifs reveal the themes of love and creativity in the novel. Only the acquisition of the Other gives the fullness and meaning of existence. | 4217 | Subject Olympiads in domestic and world pedagogy are a time-tested means of finding and selecting talented and gifted youth. The request of modern society to educate and nurture creative specialists who are able to think nonlinearly in an uncertain context leads to an appeal to the means of creative competitions and olympiads. In the Russian scientific literature, the term “Olympiad movement” is used in various interpretations, which caused the problem of our research. The purpose of the article is to clarify the scientific and terminological apparatus in the modern context of the development of practices for the implementation of Olympiads. We rely on the principles of systemic, activity, axiological and cultural approaches, based on the author’s pedagogical concept of the implementation of subject olympiads. We mainly use theoretical methods – analysis of scientific literature on the topic, generalization, categorization, modeling. The empirical experience we gained while working with Olympiads also served as the basis of the study, the main methods are observation and conversation. As a result of the study, it was proved that the Olympiad movement is a pedagogical system for the implementation of subject Olympiads in various disciplines, which is implemented in schools and universities, its sociocultural functions and components are determined; we built a model of the Olympiad movement in Russia as well. Scientific novelty is manifested in the clarification of the term “Olympiad movement,” along with the construction of a model of this phenomenon in the domestic theory and practice of implementations of intellectual competitions. The theoretical significance lies in the increment of knowledge in pedagogical theory along with the clarification of the term that is used in the domestic tradition. At a practical level, the results of the study can be used by scientists for future research, as well as to clarify the regulatory framework of a legal nature. | 4229 | Introduction. The paper focuses on the main term formation processes in the Russian language based on the field of oil and oil products desulfurization. Such features of the studied filed as low exploration degree and absence of term pattern bring this study up-to-date. Taking into account that the removal of sulfur improves the quality of oil and its derivatives, desulfurisation of crude oil and oil products is a strategic pathway not only for Russia, but also for other countries that extract and refine oil. A more complete understanding of the term formation processes has a positive impact on the development of the Russian language scientific worldview, and also enhances the professional qualities of Russian translators. Aim and objectives. The aim of current paper is to regulate selected terms of the previously unexplored oil and oil products desulfurization field according to the principle of term formation. This research is useful not only for specialists in this field, but also for translators working in the chosen sphere. Material and methods. The material for research is The Basic Terms in Oil and Gas Processing: A Brief Reference Book by G. Tarakanov and Transformations of Sulfur Compounds and Aromatic Hydrocarbons of Oils Diesel Fractions in the Processes of Oxidative Desulfurization by E. Krivtsov. Resuls and discussion. Basic word formation processes of the national Russian language, terminologization, and transterminization are widely-used at the level of the original vocabulary in the studied terminology sphere. The term formation with the adaptation of foreign language inclusions also occurs at the same level. The formation of terms based on the method of calquing belongs to the junction of the borrowed and original vocabulary. The Russian language is able to transcribe foreign terms, and its alphabetic system determines its ability to transliteration. Conclusion. Term formation processes in the Russian terminology of the “Desulphurization of oils and oil products” sphere on the basis of original vocabulary is more motivated than on the basis of borrowed. However, in the studied term system, there is a high tendency to adapt foreign-language inclusions, mainly Greek and Latin, which is caused by the medieval tradition to assign chemical elements names in Latin. Language units reflecting cultural, historical, literary representations of the linguocultural community, which have sufficient reproducibility and stability of the component composition, are treated as precedent phenomena. The given article is devoted to the research of the Russian-speaking linguoculture precedent phenomena in foreign language and cultural environment on the example of Chinese network diaspora discourse. The aim of the work is to investigate precedent phenomena in the collective consciousness of users of the Internet community “Baiki Laovaya”. Material and methods. The research was based on the correspondence of the participants (more than 57000 subscribers) of the open group “Laowai Bikes” of the social network Vkontakte. We analyzed 110 messages (posts) and 11350 comments to them that were published in the period from 1 to 27 September 2021. The material was selected by random sampling from the text continuum, then precedent phenomena were classified according to the type, their semantics and relevance were analyzed. The quantitative method and the method of contextual analysis were also used. Results and discussion. The sources of precedent phenomena in the speech of the diaspora community are diverse and are subdivided into the following large groups: 1) classical Russian and Soviet, as well as foreign literature; 2) winged expressions, sayings of famous people, precedent names; 3) speech clichés, paremics, Internet memes, and anecdotes; 4) advertising, cinema and television. Numerous examples of the use of precedent phenomena from each of the groups demonstrate not only the impressive variety of sources, but also the high communicative and linguocreative potential of precedence in the discourse under study. Conclusion. The active use of precedent phenomena in communication and the absence of facts of misunderstanding, failure of communication, the development of the semantic potential of precedent phenomena in network polylogues indicate the formed special cultural space of diaspora discourse, the participants of which have a common linguocultural code. The specificity of this code is determined by: 1) being in a single foreign-language and foreign-cultural continuum and its interpretation as one of the frequent occasions to use precedents (Chinese holidays, traditions, climate, political situation, domestic conditions, etc.); 2) relatively high level of education and broad outlook of diaspora community members, demonstrating knowledge in the field of domestic and world literature, art, history, mass culture, etc. 3) appeal mainly to the traditional, established during the Soviet era cultural matrix as a common cognitive and imaginative base, able to unite representatives of different generations, including – the young, of the Russian-speaking world from different countries of the former Soviet Union. The analysis, systematization and constant monitoring of the results of the methodological approach to the potential assessment of interaction between labour market and education market allow the government to get the right information at the macro- and meso-levels for adjustment and planning of criteria of the reproduction process of young specialists as a specific category of the workforce. It is substantiated that this approach allows the state and its subjects to obtain the necessary information at the macro- and meso-levels to adjust and plan the parameters of the reproduction process of young specialists as a specific category of the labor force and serves as an instrument for managing the interaction of the subjects of the regional markets for vocational education and labor services. Thus, it is shown that effective training of young specialists is implemented to a greater extent in the regions with a favorable demographic structure of the employed population, whose potential is used more rationally in terms of minimizing the costs of unemployment, on the one hand, and the use of incentives for productive labor, aimed at advancing growth of labour productivity over the wage growth with further improvement in the implementation of its reproductive and stimulating functions, on the other hand. In conclusion, the article points out that effective training of labor resources is relevant not only for industry but also for the region in particular, as the economic space of the Russian Federation as a whole is characterized by considerable differentiation in the socio-economic development of the regions. | 4246 | The article reveals the role of the professional credibility of the teacher in ensuring quality education, which is determined by the need for constant transformation, firstly, of the situations that make up the pedagogical process; secondly, the personality of the teacher as the organizer of the pedagogical process. Professional credibility of a teacher is defined as a quality, reflecting the complex of personality traits and skills that contribute to support the effectiveness of pedagogical activities in familiar and changing environments. Highlighted the specific features of the professional credibility of the teacher: reliability, timeliness, meaningfulness and correctness of pedagogical action. The formation of professional credibility of a future teacher is proved as a promising requirement for teacher training at university. The component content of higher pedagogical education, responsible for the formation of the professional credibility of the teacher of the future, is presented in the form of regulatory experience, which represents the unity of knowledge, abilities, skills, emotions associated with maintaining the effectiveness of pedagogical activity in a familiar and changing environment. The structure of the situation of the development of the future teacher regulatory experience as a means of formation of professional credibility of a future teacher consists of four components: identifying conflict; accounting for internal potential; correlation of the individual experience of carrying out pedagogical activities with the experience of other participants in the educational process; the manifestation of a subjective position. The technologies of creation of the situations of development of the future teacher’s regulatory experience in the educational process of the university are characterised. The criteria of efficiency of formation of professional credibility of the future teacher in educational process of the university are: changing individuallystylistic peculiarities of self-regulation of pedagogical activity during the period of study at the university; the stability of the contribution of the regulatory action to the maintenance of professional credibility of the teacher in postgraduate period of professionalization. | 4247 | The article deals with the cognitive foundations of the mental phenomenon of imagination as well as the language representation of the ability to form and model an image. Imagination as a mental activity is the ability to form and shape an image. Analysis of the language conceptualization of imagination is based on the method of a cognitive modeling of a situation, with the help of which it is possible to access the knowledge of the mental process studied. A large number of verb nominations verbalizing the process of imagination attests to the importance of this phenomenon for the English language picture of the world. According to the empirical material the situation of imagination can be categorized by verbs that differently characterize it. The generalization of the components of the semantic structure of linguistic expressions and the contexts of their representation have made it possible to construct a cognitive model of the situation of imagination with the following participants: the subject of imagination, the process of imagination (as the formation of mental images in a certain space-time environment) and the object of imagination (imaginary). The volume of the empirical material allowed us to identify and analyze the signs of the participants of the situation of imagination. | 4248 | The article concerns the legal status of refugee children in the interwar period in the limitrophe states. It reflects material and legal status and is based on the data kept in the so called Prague Archive (the Russian Foreign Historical Archive), which is the part of the State Archive of the Russian Federation (SARF). The article includes the analytical data concerning the quantity of refugee children. The article considers not only social and legal status, but also moral condition of refugee children in the limitrophe states and includes common and particular cases of this. The research concerns also living conditions of adults and children in emigration, their complicated material and moral conditions, difficulties which children had to face (either the necessity to work at an early age and, as a result, the inability to attend school, or the employment of parents at work and the inability to educate a child, which ultimately led to disobedience and permissiveness), identifies the factors, which affected this and means of providing assistance to refugee children. The author pays attention to the difficulties, which children faced in emigration: hunger, need, mental and physical violence and denationalization. The author also points out the means of struggle against such a regime and means of providing support from the government and emigration organizations (material support, organization of various children “settlements”, summer children camps and refuges) and problems, which they faced while organizing all this work. The author also gives the comparative analyses of refugee children’s position in recipient countries and points out that children conditions were different according to the policy of the government towards Russian emigrants and economical situation inside every country. Moreover the direct dependence of legal and material status on economical situation inside the country is also pointed out in the research.
