Sarkisova A.Y. INTERFERENCE DIFFICULTIES OF MASTERING OF RUSSIAN PHONETICS BY NATIVE SPEAKERS OF THE MONGOLIAN LANGUAGE. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2016. Issue 7 (172). P. 39-44

The article analyses the most typical pronunciation errors of the Mongols in the mastery of the Russian language. Characteristic phonetic differences are determined by different phonetic systems of two languages (lokalisasi and consonant), the difference of articulatory bases, the laws of the positional distribution of phonemes and phonetic oppositions, and peculiar to each language characteristics in suprasegmental level. The most serious errors that lead to misunderstanding are related to the violation of the structure of the Russian word. It is expressed in the reduction of vowels in all syllables except the first, the frequency of prosthetic and epistatically vowels appearance. Reduction of vowels at the end of the Russian word leads to the lack of expression of grammatical values. Interference difficulties in mastering the Russian accent are determined by the constant (fixed) accent in the Mongolian language and articulatory differences in the accentuation of the main syllable in two languages. The law of vowel harmony in Mongolian language is the cause of most mistakes in the Russian words concerning positional distribution of phonemes. Carried out in a comparative aspect the systematization of the main phonetic difficulties can be used in the methodological development and practical training of the Mongols Russian as a foreign language.

Malinovskaya Y.N. TUTORING AS AN EDUCATIONAL PRACTICE OF INDIVIDUALIZED SOCIETY. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 12 (189). P. 37-41

The article describes the educational practice of tutoring in the context of challenges of individualized society. The problems faced by people in individualized society include growing uncertainty of life and the lack of clear guidelines. This uncertainty complicates planning life, setting long-term goals. A person feels helpless, he is disoriented and unable to control the events, his life loses its integrity, becomes fragmented. In the article the skills allowing a person to live in instable society, such as the ability to identify his values, to find the resources to achieve his goals, to organize his activity and to implement its reflection are named. Different approaches to understanding the concept of ‘individualization of education’ are considered, the concepts of ‘individual approach’ and ‘individualization’ are differentiated. Individual approach involves considering the individual characteristics of students, while individualization of education is a broad concept, implying the subjective position of a student, appeal to his interests and needs, development of student’s self-control, self-reflection, and self-planning. The essence of tutoring practice as an effective practice of individualization is revealed. An open, humane position of a tutor, expanding educational space of a tutee and promoting his self-development, is opposed to a directive, authoritarian position of a teacher, limiting the educational space of a student and blocking his independence. The role of a dialogic position of a teacher in implementing tutoring practice is marked. Since the practice of tutoring allows a person to reflect on his life and forms the set of skills necessary for a decent life in the situation of instability, it should be used in education to meet the challenges of individualized society.

Keywords: individualized society, individualization of education, tutoring, tutor, dialogic position, tutor position of a teacher

Savina M.A. EVALUATION COMPONENT OF THE SEMANTIC FIELD “BINGE DRINKING”. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2021. Issue 6 (218). P. 90-96

Introduction. This paper discusses the features of the use and semantics evaluation of verbs from the microfield “regular consumption of alcohol in large quantities” (one of the microfields that make up the semantic field “binge drinking”). The goal is to analyze the evaluation value of the verbs of the selected microfield. Material and methods. The article is written on the material of the National Corpus of the Russian Language and various explanatory dictionaries. The methods of continuous sampling, contextual and definitional analysis were used. Results and discussion. The evaluative component of the verb «пить» ‘drink’ (the core lexeme of the microfield) can be reconstructed only from the surrounding context, the range of evaluative values of this verb is very wide. The verb “употреблять” ‘use’ and“злоупотреблять” ‘abuse’ have a negative rational assessment (as a rule, these verbs do not have an emotional assessment). The verbs “пить” ‘drink’ and the expression “глушить водку” ‘to hit vodka hard’ have a negative rational and a conflicting emotional assessment (sympathy). Within the selected microfield, a group of verbs of argot origin is distinguished: they are characterized by a common seme ‘excessiveness’ and a similar contextual environment. Another separate group is composed by verbs with the common potential semes ‘animal’ and ‘loss of human appearance’. These semes are often actualized with the surrounding context. Conclusion. The lexical meaning of the verbs of the selected microfield can contain various evaluative components. Some verbs express both rational and emotional judgment. New paradigmatic connections are formed within the microfield and some verbs acquire interesting syntactic features.

Biryulina E.A. Associative and verbal field HUMANE PERSON as a means of existence of the concept in the linguistic consciousness of Siberian students. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2023. Issue 3 (227). P. 24-31

The article is devoted to the study and modeling of the associative and verbal field HUMANE PERSON in the linguistic consciousness of Siberian students. The study of associative and verbal fields of such world-modeling and axiological concepts is one of the urgent tasks of modern linguistic research, since their analysis allows to identify the most important worldview and moral attitudes of the carriers of Russian linguistic culture. The aim of research is modeling and analysis of the associative and verbal field HUMANE PERSON in the linguistic consciousness of Siberian students. In the course of the study, received reactions are considered from the formal, morphological and semantic points of view. The study is based on the material of a free associative experiment, in which students of 1-4 courses of four institutes of the Siberian Federal University took part. The survey involved 222 people aged 18 to 22: 142 female students and 80 male students. The response time was limited to 1 minute. As a result of the associative experiments, 433 reactions were obtained. From the point of view of formal-morphological characteristics, the structure of the associative and verbal field consists of single-word reactions (72.3%), as well as phrases and sentences (26.5%). The most frequent types of one-word reactions are adjectives (41.6%), the most frequent types of multi-word reactions are adjectival phrases (11.1%). In the process of modeling the associative and verbal field HUMANE PERSON, it was shown that its structure includes nuclear, perinuclear and peripheral zones (the latter is divided into near and far periphery). The nuclear zone is represented by the following reactions: kind (77), sympathetic (25), humane (23), respectful (22), kindness (20). The application of the semantic gestalt technique made it possible to identify four semantic zones in the structure of the associative and verbal field HUMANE PERSON: 1) the spiritual world; 2) properties and structure of the personality; 3) social ties and related activities; 4) name. The study made it possible to reveal the structure and content of the associative and verbal field HUMANE PERSON in the linguistic consciousness of Siberian students. Toponymic nickname – is a new name based on the associations with reality phenomena. Wide use of secondary nominations is a characteristic feature of the toponymic system of the USA. Each state, apart from its official name, has a number of nicknames, which can be official and unofficial. This article is devoted to the linguocultural analysis of toponymic nicknames of the US States, motivational characteristics of which are relief and water resource peculiarities. This group of American nicknames is clearly restricted in the English language and presents an interesting material for the linguistic analysis. This article regards different classifications of the analyzed units as well as their motivational and quantitative analyses. Secondary nominations of the US States reflect the peculiarities of the flat, hilly and mountainous relief. The last one prevails over the flat and hilly relief. Water resources (among which the most productive motivation is rivers) occur more often than the objects of the area relief. One more particular feature of the units under the investigation is the fact that they are presented by the nominations with absolute or full motivating, since the facts, events and geographical names, put in the basis of the secondary nominations, are always evident.

Simonenko E.S. THE ATTITUDE OF QUEBEC ON THE PROBLEM OF CANADA’S ENTRY INTO THE FIRST WORLD WAR. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 5 (194). P. 81-86

Within the new direction of social history, the subject field of which is the study of the social processes that accompanied the global conflicts of the 20th century, forms an objective idea about the attitude of the French-Canadian population on the problem of Canada‘s participation in the collective defense of the British Empire during the First World War. The paper examines the views of various groups of French-Canadian society (provincial government of Quebec, Roman Catholic Church’s representatives, French Canadian nationalists, provincial press of different social and political orientation) on the question of sending French-Canadian battalions to Europe. The chronology of the described events includes the first five months of the First World War (August – December 1914). As a result of the research, it estimates the level of imperial loyalty of the population of Quebec on the question of Canada‘s participation in the imperial wars. It studies the objective and subjective factors of the passivity of voluntary recruitment in Quebec (lack of military experience of the French-Canadian population, insufficient number of provincial police forces, traditionalism of the the rural population, anti-militarism propaganda of French-Canadian pacifists and nationalists, imperial policy of Department of Militia in Federal Government). It determines the role of the social movement for the creation of separate French-Canadian battalions in the process of activating recruitment and sending volunteers to the front.

Myaksheva O.V. The path to comprehension of the text as a comprehension of life. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2023. Issue 3 (227). P. 112-119

The theory of the semantic deployment of the text in opposition addresser – addressee is relevant in modern linguistics, anthropocentric in its ontological essence. In the 21st century many scientists are studying the problem of text perception by the reader from different angles, based on linguistic argumentative resources and with the help of related sciences: cognitive science, philosophy, sociology, psychology, etc. The goal is to show how the semantic deployment of the text of memories by readers occurs, based on the works of philosophers exploring the relationship between the concepts of cognition, consciousness, language, the achievements of cognitive linguistics and the communicative style of the text. The material are responses to the memory book by O.B. Sirotinina “Life despite everything, or I am a happy person”. The basis of the study were the analysis, comparison and generalization of scientific literature on the theory and history of the issue, the use of comparative, contextual, semantic-stylistic, and discourse analysis. The semantic and stylistic analysis of responses to the memories with the involvement of knowledge of the components of the addressee image made it possible to conclude that the authors of the responses reflected the general meaning (hyperconcept of the primary text) in their texts. The moral principles of humanism, courage, justice, tolerance, etc. reflected in the book of memoirs resonated with all of its readers. However, if for her fellow scientists Olga Borisovna is the unconditional bearer of these norms, for young people the emphasis has shifted towards the imperative modality: a book of memoirs for them is a motivator of life. The high level of speech production ability demonstrated in the responses, the formed cognitive base, the value orientations of scientists led to the conclusion that the older generation is free from restrictions in the ability to express the state of consciousness. They have communicative and life experience comparable with the author’s, they are not bound by the conventions of the social environment of communication. For young people, the level of awareness is not always available for analysis due to interference in speech production, this awareness reflects not yet rich life experience, etc. The text, according to philosophers, “is a certain duration of content, focused on a certain state of consciousness”. Other paradigms of “obtaining” knowledge can offer other interpretations of the states of consciousness, reflected in the primary text and perceived in the secondary one. Only the life-affirming moral principles of interpersonal relationships, which are mentioned in the memoirs book and which the authors of the responses comprehended, will remain unshakable. Only they, these norms, are a guarantee of the existence of life on Earth.

It has been found that occupancy of and ^-opioid receptors (ORs) by DPDPE and U-50488, respectively, prevents irreversible cardiac cell damage during global ischemia (45 min) and reperfusion (30 min) of the isolated perfused rat heart by the Langendorff technique. Activation of Kj-ORs decreased cAMP levels in the myocardium during reperfusion but stimulation of 8J-ORs had no effect on the cAMP levels. The occupancy of both types of receptors did not alter the cGMP levels before and after ischemia. Cardioprotective effect of DPDPE was completely abolished by pretreatment with cyclopiazonic acid, an inhibitor of Ca2+-ATPase of sarcoplasmic reticulum. Authors proposed that cardioprotective effect of U-50488 is mediated via a decrease in cAMP levels in the heart but cardioprotective effect of DPDPE is depended on the activity of Ca2+-ATPase of sarcoplasmic reticulum.

ASSESSMENT OF THE POTENTIAL OF THE REGIONAL VOCATIONAL EDUCATION SECTOR ACCORDING TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE EFFECTIVE TRAINING OF LABOUR FORCES FOR THE INDUSTRY BRANCH: THE CASE OF SIBERIAN STATE TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY, KRASNOYARSK REGION. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 12 (189). P. 48-55

The article considers the influence of many associated factors which are of scientific and practical interest and represented in the form of the concept of the multilevel assessment of the potential of interaction between labour market and the market for vocational education services in the reproduction process of a primary labor resource (a young specialist). The analysis, systematization and constant monitoring of the results of the methodological approach to the potential assessment of interaction between labour market and education market allow the government to get the right information at the macro- and meso-levels for adjustment and planning of criteria of the reproduction process of young specialists as a specific category of the workforce. It is substantiated that this approach allows the state and its subjects to obtain the necessary information at the macro- and meso-levels to adjust and plan the parameters of the reproduction process of young specialists as a specific category of the labor force and serves as an instrument for managing the interaction of the subjects of the regional markets for vocational education and labor services. Thus, it is shown that effective training of young specialists is implemented to a greater extent in the regions with a favorable demographic structure of the employed population, whose potential is used more rationally in terms of minimizing the costs of unemployment, on the one hand, and the use of incentives for productive labor, aimed at advancing growth of labour productivity over the wage growth with further improvement in the implementation of its reproductive and stimulating functions, on the other hand. In conclusion, the article points out that effective training of labor resources is relevant not only for industry but also for the region in particular, as the economic space of the Russian Federation as a whole is characterized by considerable differentiation in the socio-economic development of the regions.
