| 4651 | The article presents the overview of resources in practical phonetics published in Russia over the period of sixteen years. In this study far from the critical review we conclude the main problems typical for Russian pronunciation training. We found the traditional ways of teaching phonetics and defined their advantages and drawbacks. The article is an attempt at taking a comparative look at the treatment of English tones in a sample of ten teaching resources through the time of sixteen years. The selection of English tones for the analyses is for their notoriety in the context of learning by Russians. After analyzing the teaching resources we found the balanced treatment of segments and suprasegments which is definitely a great advantage of time. Also a positive moment is an equal treatment of pronunciation together with grammar and lexis. However till present days we can state the over-use of drill-like pronunciation activities, where the repetitive and mechanical practice is still the weakness of the analyzed pronunciation materials. Traditional drill-based activities are so far fruitful but the modern way of education demands inclusion of communicative pronunciation-oriented activities in the learning practice. The occasional use of consciousness-raising and self-monitoring activities is still a typical feature of phonetic classes all over Russian universities. It is a strong call for incorporation of confidence building and reflective activities in the pronunciation training. The author turns to the anthology, published in 2017. The study reveals an auto-reference of Siberia in poetry and prose of both the Soviet and the post-Soviet period. Results and discussion. Writers of the mid-twentieth century reproduce in their works an ontological model of the world. In different texts, one can see the mythological model of the world as a repeating cycle. The main motives organizing this model of the world are such as the model of an anthropomorphic, creative taiga and the motive of an ideal, free childhood. Conclusion. The key conflict in the texts of the middle of XX century is the conflict between nature and urban civilization. However, in the texts of the early 21st century, the ontological picture of the world gives way to the game perception of the world. | 4666 | The article considers the way linguistic and cultural knowledge is used in translation and justifies the need to view a translator as a professional native and foreign language user. Similarly, it is important to recognize the specific character of translator’s language knowledge because, firstly, it is a tool in a professional cross-cultural mediation in translation; secondly, it provides the basis for the acquisition, development and functioning of translation skills. An attempt is made to identify the characteristics of translator’s linguacultural knowledge relevant to the process of code-switching, which should be viewed as the switching of linguacultural codes in order to reflect the interlingual and cross-cultural aspects of translation. Based on the analysis of the mental processes and mechanisms of linguacultural switching the following characteristics of translator’s lingualcultural knowledge have been proposed. Chunk-based language knowledge is represented by communicative chunks and communicative contours and is able to improve access, activation and retrieval of linguistic knowledge, error control, the functioning of radiant thinking and spreading activation. Frame-based knowledge of a foreign language creates the framework for probabilistic forecasting, facilitates direct access to conceptual representations in a foreign language, raises its activation level and reduces its dependence on the native language, as well as improving integration of linguistic and conceptual information into semantic memory. Systemic language knowledge means knowing a language as a system of dependencies and connections and ensures distinctness, flexibility and mobility of language knowledge. Language awareness involves the ability to pay attention to language forms, reflect on language, patterns and specific character of its functioning. Such awareness develops the skill of separating two languages and cultures, improves language and error control and prevents linguistic interference. Functional parallelism reflects the type of relationship between two language systems and is made up of systemic, communicative and operational aspects. The last characteristic involves the awareness of the linguistic factors causing breakdowns in code-switching in translation, as well as the ability to predict and deal with such problems. Collectively, the above-mentioned characteristics form the readiness and ability of a translator to code-switch. The development of these characteristics should be made part of professionally oriented foreign language teaching to trainee translators. | 4670 | The article describes the results of the didactic method «Increase of didactics units» (UDE). This method can be wide¬ly used in different areas of pedagogics and individual tech¬niques. The author has used the ideas of UDE in construct¬ing and teaching of the integrated course «Natural sciences» in 10 classes of a humanitarian profile. One of the primary goals of the given approach is the development of system type of intellection. According to the main states of the UDE theory the studied material should be given in large units, since integrated knowledge is more systematic and clear, than separate elements. Therefore all contents of the course of natural sciences for 10-th class were divided into three large units representing integrated groups of the related units of the subject contents. Except the enlargement of didactic meth¬ods of teaching, the extended exercises that accustom pupils to the active methods of learning are also used. These exer¬cises must take into account specific features of psyche and different types of mind. In studying process of the integrated course of natural sciences the schemes, characters, refer¬ence signals, visual means are used. Thus, whenever possi¬ble, all code systems of the person's psychology - verbal, visual, sign, acoustic can be used. The similar approach in¬creases systematic character of knowledge that gives an impulse to their further development and extention. Keywords: - | 1448 | |||||

| 4680 | The author considers the method of concept analysis as a research tool in literary studies, which could be also used in literary translation. The article states that the concept “dreary” has a dominating role in A. P. Chekhov’s narrative “A Dreary Story”. This concept represents semantic monotony and estrangement, which gradually reveals its existential potential. Therefore a philosophical subtext is logically found in the narrative, but its preservation in a translation is a great challenge for a translator. The author analyses one French version of Chekhov’s narrative. It was written in 1926 by a sociologist, writer, translator, music and literary critic, Boris de Shloezer. He oriented himself to one interpretation of this narrative which was done by a philosopher-existentialist, Lev Shestov. It allowed the translator to communicate a general philosophical idea, an existential tragic element of “A Dreary Story”. | 4687 | Modern Russian education is characterized by the adoption of tutors into general education organizations. It is established that these specialists rarely turn to the practice of supporting a professional identity of schoolchildren, are not ready to carry out this process. The concept of the tutor’s readiness to support the professional identity of schoolchildren is defined. This is a complex personal and professional description of a tutor which includes the awareness of importance of the supporting professional identity of schoolchildren, an interested mood in the creative use of the theory of tutoring in the practice of career guidance work with students, the presence of reflexive abilities that allow timely making adequate decisions in the process of constructing and implementing an individual way of choosing the future profession by tutors. A criterial evaluation system has been developed. It offers a level characterization of the components of the readiness of tutors (motivational, activity, analytical) to support the professional identity of schoolchildren. Based on the analysis of the literature, the expediency of using the powerful resources of intracorporate training for the development of this quality is justified. The system of intracorporate training is simulated, the program of which three meaningful lines are proposed: the legal framework for tutoring; psychological foundations of professional identity of schoolchildren as an object of tutoring; effective technologies of tutoring support of professional identity of schoolchildren. The description of the activity methods of work to improve the professionalism of tutors within the framework of intracorporate training is given. | 4690 | A combined model where the vertical impurity dis¬persal was calculated by means of a set of differential equations, such as equations of motion, turbulent dif¬fusion and heat conduction, while the horizontal dis¬persal was computed by a Gaussian model was used. The proposed model is complemented with as¬signed semi-empirical dependences for altitude varia¬tions of wind velocity, turbulent exchange coefficient, atmospheric temperature and turbulence statistics. The calculations done allowed us to estimate the pollution level for different meteorological conditions and pollu¬tion sources and provide recommendations as to how to reduce its disastrous effect on the environment. | 1447 | |||||

| 4696 | An important instrument of the increase of bank activity efficiency is its logistization. In the article we suggest the logistic model, where a bank is considered as a micro-logistic system and bank activity is considered as a set of different flows of useful resources (a material flow (vec_M); a financial flow (vec_F); an informational flow (vec_I); an energetic flow (vec_E); a flow of transport vehicles (vec_T); a manpower flow (vec_W); a service flow (vec_U); a flow of innovations (vec_N)), which interact, influence each other, depend upon the present market conditions and evolve, corresponding to the changes of inner and outer conditions. In the article, we do the research of these flows’ structure, using the logistical approach. In the research we represent a flow as a certain function, having two components: the scalar one (P0 – a concrete kind of useful resources) and the vector one (vec_P0 (t, z) – the orientation of the flow in space and time). Thus, a flow is: vec_P = P0*vec_P0 (t, z) v r . A special attention is paid to the financial flow, its structure and process of forming. We represent, that the necessary condition of forming any kind of a flow is presence of other flows. Then, in order to provide a normal functioning of the cash flow in a bank we need the following vector components, which could assure its forming and circulation: financial, informational, energetic, manpower (personnel), innovational and service components. The mathematical expressions are worked out to describe this process and to give us the opportunity to define the source of costs and to optimize the cumulative expenses in order to minimize them.
