| 4651 | The article is devoted to the role of landlords and merchants of the Kursk province in the river Seim transformation to navigable condition. It is divided into two blocks, each of which focuses on the role of representatives of the nobility and the merchant class. The article is about the position of individual landowners to the project and financial help during construction work on the landlord`s land. The article gives a detailed analysis of a mixed assessment of the project landowners, the specific reasons for the negative attitude of the landowners. The article goes on to say that some of merchants who were contractors tried to skimp on construction works. Much attention is given to the first attempt to send barges with goods in 1836 by the merchant Belyaev. | 4652 | The aim of the publication is a research of the merchant class staff of the Steppe region cities, the dynamics of the number of merchants in the guilds both in the whole of North-East Kazakhstan, and in certain cities of the region in the second half of the XIX and early XX centuries. The main research sources are the documents of the Central state archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the State archive of Omsk Region. The author of the article studied the demographic development and the number of entrepreneurs of the Steppe region cities in the second half of the XIX and early XX centuries. A comprehensive comparative analysis has been done to identify the causes of quantitative changes of merchants and certain categories of the population in the major cities of the Steppe region as Petropavlovsk, Akmola, Semipalatinsk, Ust-Kamenogorsk and Pavlodar. Despite the difficulties in working with statistics and contradictions in it, the author reveals the quantitative and qualitative changes in the structure of the merchant class, as well as general trends in the formation of regional dealers and traces the emergence of the local merchant class in the cities and regions of the Steppe region. These statistics can be used in scientific research, the search of materials for scientific articles related to the demographic development of the merchant class not only in the north-eastern Kazakhstan but also in the history of Russian business, which are included in the process of building a modern management of sector model of the economy and the formation of infrastructure of the given territories, developing the region’s development strategy. The results of this study make it possible to introduce adjustments to some other research, and thus to increase the accuracy of the scientific data in the study of demographic processes in the major cities of the Steppe regions in the second half of the XIX and early XX centuries. | 4653 | Problems of dialogue, regulation of cognitive activity of the reader by means of the text are key to the theory of regulativity developed in Tomsk state pedagogical university, and the theory of intertextuality. The study is performed under the scientific directions. The indicated problem is connected with the highly complex philosophical and linguistic aspects of Mandelstam’s poetry and creativity as its outstanding representative. The creativity of Mandelstam is highly intertextual. The author previously identified five types of lexical regulative models of the intertextual type in it, therefore in this study was conducted an experiment, aimed at identifying their regulatory power. According to indications of language consciousness of the informants, the regulatory power of these structures are influenced by the following linguistic factors: the type of intertexts - respondents noted the key role of pretextual information, of precedent names; the location of intertexts in strong positions (the elements of the pretext of the first poetic stanza); the saturation of the intertextual elements of the poems – the more saturated intertextuality elements of the texts are, the higher their regulatory power. Within the whole text, the models with the minimal amount or the lack of pretextual information have the greatest regulative force, if the saturation coefficient of intertexts is high in the texts themselves. Extra-linguistic factors that affect the regulatory power of the texts include: the level of knowledge of informants; respondents‘ beliefs about their competence in assessing the understanding of the poems; emotional state during the experiment. | 4654 | The article deals with the notion of “strategic speech competence” in the composition of communicative competence, its structure, represented by substantial and pragmatic components. The urgency of the proposed problem is to intensify the process of teaching the Korean language at school and at a university. One of the ways to solve the problem of preparing graduates for speaking in a foreign language in the Korean language is the formation of strategic speech competence among students in the process of mastering the Korean language. The content component reflects the specifics of the Korean language, namely knowledge of cultural traditions, knowledge of social situations and social functions of communication, non-verbal features of oral-speech communication in the Korean language. The pragmatic component is represented by a complex of compensatory, perceptual and discursive skills. Particular attention is paid to the definition of a “discursive skill”, a “discursive marker”. The discursive skills include 1) the ability to accurately formulate your thoughts, 2) the ability to accurately use a variety of language tools, 3) the ability to defend your point of view, 4) the ability to introduce yourself; 5) the ability to put forth possible variants “For” and “Against”; 6) the ability to conclude, 7) the ability to end the conversation. The discursive markers include introductory sentences, prepositional constructions, introductory words, particles, functioning primarily in oral speech and orienting it on the listener. Discursive markers in Korean are distinguished. Methodical techniques aimed at forming strategic speech competence and teaching oral-speech communication in the Korean language are proposed. | 4655 | The paper focuses on the images of Anglo-Saxon queens in the works of biographers and church writers of the 8th – 9th century England. Based on Asser’s Life of King Alfred, Life of St Wilfred of York and Ecclesiastical history of the English people it is shown that historical portraits of Anglo-Saxon rulers’ wives have their specificity depending on the genre, the author’s objectives and attitudes to women in power. Early Anglo-Saxon queens enjoyed high social status, participated in worldly and church affairs. Precedents of rivalry between queens and people within the king’s circle are discussed. Tradition and personal support of the king are identified as the sources of queen’s power. Queens influenced the rulers’ policy by means of their council, that Christian writers associated with the Fall. Not coincidentally, in the early Anglo-Saxon narrative evil queens always use their husbands, intriguing against nobles and hierarchs. Nevertheless, both secular and clerical attitudes to queens’ power were rather complex. On the one hand, their political activity caused concern. On the other, queens patronizing the Church were held in high esteem by ecclesiastical authors. Downgrading of the king’s wife’s position in the 9th century Wessex should be considered a matter of historical accident rather than conformity to historical patterns. Study of texts’ headlines of different styles and genres in respect to their pragmatics is of interest in view of special role in organization of readers’ cognitive activity and influence on mass addressee. Up-to-date communicative and cognitive paradigm of linguistic knowledge aims to detecting of means and ways of effective organization of communication in different spheres including mass media. The aim of the article is detection of regulative facilities of different types of headlines in newspaper articles with relation to influence on mass addressee. The material and methods. The research was carried out on the material of «Rossiyskaya Gazeta» No. 8393, 2021 [https://rg.ru/gazeta/rg/2021/03/01.html]. 63 headlines of the articles from the site of “Rossiyskaya Gazeta” had been studied, taking into account the content of these media texts; 1300 responses from 20 informants – participants of the survey– had been summarized. The research is carried out in line with regulative theory, developed in communicative stylistics of text. Results and discussion. The title of individual articles is included as an element in the headline complex of media texts of the «Rossiyskaya Gazeta». The text of newspaper publications on the site is accompanied by column, headline, notice, it includes the first paragraph of material, indication to the author, it contains hyperlinks to the other media texts, a photo that is placed before the article or beside it to realize illustrative or qualifying function. It is determined that influence function dominates in most titles, and in the others – the informative one. Regulative potential of media texts headlines is connected mostly with a motive for readers to read the articles. This is due to lack of understanding, semantic versatility of headlines and intrigue that is set up on its basis, and attracting attention of addressee on the basis of method of disappointed affectation which is used in a title due to oxymoron, tropes, precedential texts, language game, rhetorical questions, that requires participation. Therefore, range of regulative means and structures in the articles’ headlines permits stimulating readers’ attention to introduction with next by the title media texts. Based on the results of a survey of informants, their assumptions about the possible media text’s content in line to perception of a title did not match as a rule with real information in the article. It is obvious, that the lack of understanding in the titles performs primarily a pragmatic function and requires clarification and addition in the form of other accompanying media text materials, including the notice and photographs, which partly fill in the information missing in the titles. It was detected that stimulating role of a title is determined by direction to primary audience, in other words the connection of a headline that stimulates the following introduction with media text with primary audience, and addressee factor including the age of potential readers and their interests is proved. Conclusion. The introduced approach to study pragmatics of headlines as the element of media text on basis of regulative theory allows to judge some regularities in organization of cognitive activity of mass addressee and efficiency of titles’ types, which are connected with reflection of actual themes, criterion of addressee profit, medium language originality, creation of intrigue due to usage of special regulative means and methods. In contrast, the 73Ge center in the cation sublattice of PbS and PbSe acts like an electrically active substitutional impurity: in n-type samples the Mossbauer spectrum corresponds to the neutral state of a donor center (Ge2+), while in p-type samples it corresponds to the twice ionized state of this center (Ge4+). The subject of consideration is the content of modern design activities and the identification of the component composition of the relevant competencies that make up professional competence of a teacher of professional training in the field of arts and crafts and design. The problem of formation of professional competence of a future teacher of vocational training for training of qualified specialists in the sphere of services with the purpose of satisfying the existing consumer demand for services in the field of modern design is considered. Presented are the results of the study of the component composition of the model for the formation of professional competence of a future teacher of vocational training in accordance with the direction (profile) of training: arts and crafts and design. The structure and component composition of pedagogical, design competences, as well as competencies in working with computer graphics are revealed. | 4669 | Modern Russian education is characterized by the adoption of tutors into general education organizations. It is established that these specialists rarely turn to the practice of supporting a professional identity of schoolchildren, are not ready to carry out this process. The concept of the tutor’s readiness to support the professional identity of schoolchildren is defined. This is a complex personal and professional description of a tutor which includes the awareness of importance of the supporting professional identity of schoolchildren, an interested mood in the creative use of the theory of tutoring in the practice of career guidance work with students, the presence of reflexive abilities that allow timely making adequate decisions in the process of constructing and implementing an individual way of choosing the future profession by tutors. A criterial evaluation system has been developed. It offers a level characterization of the components of the readiness of tutors (motivational, activity, analytical) to support the professional identity of schoolchildren. Based on the analysis of the literature, the expediency of using the powerful resources of intracorporate training for the development of this quality is justified. The system of intracorporate training is simulated, the program of which three meaningful lines are proposed: the legal framework for tutoring; psychological foundations of professional identity of schoolchildren as an object of tutoring; effective technologies of tutoring support of professional identity of schoolchildren. The description of the activity methods of work to improve the professionalism of tutors within the framework of intracorporate training is given. The findings of the authoritative study are presented, demonstrating the need for the development of readiness of tutors to support the professional identity of schoolchildren. The results of the control experiment are interpreted that allow one to assess the impact of internal training on positive changes in all components of tutors’ readiness to support schoolchildren in choosing their future profession. | 4670 | Introduction. The paper focuses on the main term formation processes in the Russian language based on the field of oil and oil products desulfurization. Such features of the studied filed as low exploration degree and absence of term pattern bring this study up-to-date. Taking into account that the removal of sulfur improves the quality of oil and its derivatives, desulfurisation of crude oil and oil products is a strategic pathway not only for Russia, but also for other countries that extract and refine oil. A more complete understanding of the term formation processes has a positive impact on the development of the Russian language scientific worldview, and also enhances the professional qualities of Russian translators. Aim and objectives. The aim of current paper is to regulate selected terms of the previously unexplored oil and oil products desulfurization field according to the principle of term formation. This research is useful not only for specialists in this field, but also for translators working in the chosen sphere. Material and methods. The material for research is The Basic Terms in Oil and Gas Processing: A Brief Reference Book by G. Tarakanov and Transformations of Sulfur Compounds and Aromatic Hydrocarbons of Oils Diesel Fractions in the Processes of Oxidative Desulfurization by E. Krivtsov. Resuls and discussion. Basic word formation processes of the national Russian language, terminologization, and transterminization are widely-used at the level of the original vocabulary in the studied terminology sphere. The term formation with the adaptation of foreign language inclusions also occurs at the same level. The formation of terms based on the method of calquing belongs to the junction of the borrowed and original vocabulary. The Russian language is able to transcribe foreign terms, and its alphabetic system determines its ability to transliteration. Conclusion. Term formation processes in the Russian terminology of the “Desulphurization of oils and oil products” sphere on the basis of original vocabulary is more motivated than on the basis of borrowed. However, in the studied term system, there is a high tendency to adapt foreign-language inclusions, mainly Greek and Latin, which is caused by the medieval tradition to assign chemical elements names in Latin. The article analyzes the application of ethno-cultural approach to music education of younger students as a factor of socialization of students, their ethnic identification and self-determination in the multinational cultural space. Material and methods. In the course of work the song material was studied in the style of local folk song tradition of the Nikolsky district of the Penza region,the echoes, folk tunes which make up the content of ethno-cultural and ethnomusical knowledge mastered by younger schoolchildren in folklore ensemble. Their use makes it possible to design the process of formation of ethno-cultural and ethnomusical knowledge as a personal intellectual experience based on internal acceptance of information and implementing this knowledge in practical actions. Results and discussion. The success of the formation of ethno-cultural and ethnomusical knowledge of younger students depends on several factors, for example, the wealth of emotional and moral content of musical works or compliance with the specifics of children’s musical and creative activity. As elements of the selection of local history material, its spiritual and moral content, the presence of musical and artistic traditions that contribute to the realization of the child’s right to their own national art culture and language in the process of its development and aesthetic education are updated. Nikolsky district of the Penza region is rich in its musical traditions, has a historical, cultural and spiritual heritage, which includes valuable historical and architectural monuments associated with historical events, the lives of outstanding figures of culture and art of Russia. All this allows younger students to quickly and easily navigate the world of ethnomusical values of the native musical culture and the culture of other peoples. The pedagogical potential of ethnocultural musical material lies in the fact that it provides simplicity and brightness of the artistic-figurative perception of works of this orientation. Conclusion. Purposeful, systematic lessons with children in the folklore ensemble contribute to the preservation of spiritual and moral values of the musical culture of the ethnic group. Younger students demonstrate not only the knowledge of song and dance culture of ethnic groups living in the Penza region, but also Patriotic civic qualities relevant to the modern stage of development of society. | 4682 | The author considers the method of concept analysis as a research tool in literary studies, which could be also used in literary translation. The article states that the concept “dreary” has a dominating role in A. P. Chekhov’s narrative “A Dreary Story”. This concept represents semantic monotony and estrangement, which gradually reveals its existential potential. Therefore a philosophical subtext is logically found in the narrative, but its preservation in a translation is a great challenge for a translator. The author analyses one French version of Chekhov’s narrative. It was written in 1926 by a sociologist, writer, translator, music and literary critic, Boris de Shloezer. He oriented himself to one interpretation of this narrative which was done by a philosopher-existentialist, Lev Shestov. It allowed the translator to communicate a general philosophical idea, an existential tragic element of “A Dreary Story”. Nevertheless he did not pay enough attention to the text structure with its pervaded motives, which are organized by the title concept dreary. As a consequence Shloezer did not succeed in making an adequate French translation of “A Dreary Story”. | 4684 | The article deals with the analysis of means of expressing the semantic field of the category of deficiency in the novel “The Minds of Billy Milligan” by Daniel Keyes in English. The category of deficiency includes two main components: physiological and mental. The notional category of deficiency is represented by the structure in the semantic field with the core and peripheral parts. The core of the semantic field of the mental deficiency includes three components: 1) medical terms of mental disorders; 2) lexis meaning underdevelopment of mental abilities; 3) lexical means expressing psychic disorders. To create new knowledge, a process is needed that makes hard-to-reach knowledge understandable and accessible to perception. To start such a process, convert explicit, hidden knowledge into explanatory information. Information resources are an important component of the development of information and knowledge capacity. Therefore, the methodology for selecting information data can be used as knowledge management tools. | 4686 | Introduction. The article describes the prerequisites for addressing the Krasnoyarsk anthology, which is the phenomenon of two-address literature (for schoolchildren and adults). Aim and objectives. The purpose of the survey was to examine the key motifs of poetic and prose works included in the “Anthology for children” of Krasnoyarsk Territory (2017). Materials and research methods. The author uses the method of motive and thematic analysis. The author analyzes the key motifs of the poetic and prose works, included in the “Anthology of literature for children” of the Krasnoyarsk Territory (2017). The anthology includes poems and prose of 58 authors. The compilers of the anthology included texts of various genres: prose (for example, M. Koryakin), fairy tales (V. Nesterenko, L. Rychkova), prose miniature (E. Zharikova), lyrical poetry (A. Dudin, N. Iva), excerpts from the poem (M. Tarkovsky, O. Aksenova), poetic alphabet (N. Anishina), puzzles (K. Eremin, M. Radkevich). The texts were written during the second half of the twentieth century and at the beginning of the XXI century. At present, regional studies have a high scientific value. The author turns to the anthology, published in 2017. The study reveals an auto-reference of Siberia in poetry and prose of both the Soviet and the post-Soviet period. Results and discussion. Writers of the mid-twentieth century reproduce in their works an ontological model of the world. In different texts, one can see the mythological model of the world as a repeating cycle. The main motives organizing this model of the world are such as the model of an anthropomorphic, creative taiga and the motive of an ideal, free childhood. Conclusion. The key conflict in the texts of the middle of XX century is the conflict between nature and urban civilization. However, in the texts of the early 21st century, the ontological picture of the world gives way to the game perception of the world. One of the priority tasks of educational practice is the transformation of understanding the specifics of health as the life value of a future generation of citizens. This topic is of particular interest in relation to representatives of extreme professions, in particular to employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation, whose professional suitability has always been given special attention. Of course, the activities of law enforcement agencies are often associated with stressful conditions and the resulting health risks. In light of this, close attention should be paid to the issues of the formation of a value attitude, value orientations and value orientations towards a healthy lifestyle as part of the professional training of cadets of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The purpose of the work is to consider and analyze such a value orientation as health among cadets of universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, in the framework of the formation of their ability to organize their lives in accordance with socially significant ideas about a healthy lifestyle (OK-9). Material and methods. The methodology “Value Orientations” by M. Rokich, based on direct ranking of the list of terminal and instrumental values, acted as a diagnostic toolkit. In addition, pedagogical observation, questionnaires and testing were used as research methods. Results and discussion. 175 cadets of the Federal State Budget Educational Institution of Higher Education “East Siberian Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia” were exposed to diagnostics: 87 first-year cadets and 88 fifth-year cadets. As a result, a statistically significant difference was revealed between the diagnosed groups and a positive dynamics was noted in the formation and development of a value orientation towards a healthy lifestyle among cadets of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the framework of their professional training. Conclusion. In the framework of educational and extracurricular activities, it seems possible to form value orientations and value orientations of cadets of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, including a healthy lifestyle as an integral attribute of their future professional activity. The main task of educational organizations of the system of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia is to create the necessary legal, infrastructural, organizational, including psychological and pedagogical conditions, to form the ability of cadets to organize their life in accordance with socially significant ideas about a healthy lifestyle by creating a health-saving and health-forming educational environment. Opinions on the issue can be divided into two groups. The first is that Radishchev was negatively disposed to the theory, the second believe that the writer was kind of hoping for the possibility of the existence of an enlightened monarch. The work is the study of attitudes of the Soviet researchers on the question of the relationship of the writer to the idea of enlightened monarch, as reflected in the notes to the word “samoderzhaviye” in the translated book by the French philosopher G. Mably “Reflections on Greek history or the reasons of the prosperity and misfortunes of the Greeks” and his major work “Journey from Petersburg to Moscow”. | 4700 | The article presents a theoretical study of the problem of deviant behavior in relation to the style of child-parent relations. The article is a continuation of the long-term study of the problems of aggression in the teenage environment, the role of the family and family education in the formation of the personality, of the pedagogical and psychological support of the developing personality. The social and vital necessity of people to join and maintain a close relationship is discussed. Proceeding from the statement of J.D. Meyers that: «Social addiction in childhood contributes to the strengthening of our human connections», «linking with inseverable ties of children and their caregivers, social attachment acts as a powerful impetus to survival» discusses the attachment types: safe, avoiding, anxious-ambivalent. It is concluded that it is difficult to overestimate the importance of child-parent relations for the adaptation of the child in society and his ability to establish contacts with other people. At the same time, one should not draw conclusions about the formation of adaptive and communicative skills of the child, when assessing the type of attachment based only on the maternal style. However, avoiding attachment leads to the formation of aggressive, shy, and rejected children, which contributes to the development of various deviations.
