Khatsimovskiy V.M. ON SOME FEATURE AND APPLICATION OF THE FADDEEV FORMULATION OF GRAVITY. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2012. Issue 13 (128). P. 76-80

In the Faddeev formulation of gravity, the metric is regarded as composite eld, bilinear of d = 10 4-vector fields. A unique feature is that this formulation admits the discontinuous elds. On the discrete level, when spacetime is decomposed into the elementary 4-simplices, this means that the 4-simplices may not coincide on their common faces, that is, be independent. We apply this to the particular problem of quantization of the surface regarded as that composed of virtually independent elementary pieces (2-simplices). We nd the area spectrum being proportional to the Barbero-Immirzi parameter y in the Faddeev gravity and described as a sum of spectra of separate areas. According to the known in the literature approach, we nd that exists ensuring Bekenstein-Hawking relation for the statistical black hole entropy for arbitrary d, in particular, y = 0:39... for genuine d = 10.

Bahitov S.B. ESTRANGEMENT OF LABOUR AND DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATION IN USA IN THE 19TH CENTURY IN THE CONTEXT OF MARXIAN AND WEBERIAN CONCEPTIONS. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2013. Issue 9 (137). P. 297-303

If in the Marxian conception the estrangement in capitalistic society increases permanently, then in Weberian conception the estrangement weakens by the increase of qualification and by the reformation labour ethics of “beruf”. However in case of the USA we can see what the estrangement was not weakened owing to reformation labour ethics of “beruf”, but owing to diversification of possibilities. The problem of estrangement is a problem of development of capitalism but it needs its own methodology.

Snegireva L.I. THE COMPOSITION OF THE POPULATION EVACUATED TO THE WEST SIBERIAN REAR AREA DURING THE GREAT PATRIOTIC WAR. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 2 (155). P. 38-43

Based on archival materials the article presents the data on the number and proportion of evacuees among the whole population of West Siberia, the proportion of children among the evacuees in West Siberia and the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic as a whole. In reliance of the data we made the conclusion that for West Siberia the proportion of children in relation to adults among the arrived evacuees was bigger than that for the whole country, which indicates that the load on the social sphere of the region and its society at all was high. The analysis of the evacuees’ settlement based on the types of inhabited localities indicates that the main part of them settled in urban localities. Their migration activity was of the highest level. The analysis of the composition of population, which was evacuated to the West Siberia, enables to conclude that women constituted the majority of the population. What concerns the social structure of the arrived population a significant portion of it consisted of workers, engineers and technicians, employees. Diverse ethnic composition was characteristic of the evacuees. A little more than a half of the arrived population consisted able-bodied people. Considering the difficulties and results of employment we came to a conclusion that in this respect a set of West Siberian regions came close to the whole country level, and Novosibirsk and Kemerovo regions exceeded the general country level significantly. The article emphasizes that the evacuees as social group was diverse. Within the group there could be distinguished several strata different in their social position.

From the standpoint of activity theory we discuss the methodological features of teaching students skills for solving mathematics problems of higher level of complexity. We propose a classification of this type of problems (problems with parameters, problems on divisibility, problems on the decimal representation of numbers, Diophantine equations, problems on finding the largest or smallest natural values satisfying given conditions, problems on the integer part of numbers, etc.) and a step-by-step method for solving them. For each type we provide a set of examples of non-standard problems with full solutions aimed at development of students’ positive motivation, independent thinking, and action skills necessary for their successful mastering of mathematical activity. The developed materials can be used as part of a school course in advanced study of mathematics, as well as to prepare students for the All-Russian Olympiads in mathematics.

Fedotova V.S. Formation of the teacher’s value orientations for self-development and self-organization in the context of digitalization of education. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2023. Issue 2 (226). P. 111-119

Creative pedagogical activity implies continuous professional development of the teacher. The digital educational environment has ample opportunities for self-development and self-organization of the teacher. In the process of self-development, the teacher actualizes theoretical knowledge and gains new practical experience. This allows him to rationally choose the means for pedagogical actions, effectively, technologically, valeologically carry out pedagogical activities. There is a need to form a teacher’s value orientations for self-development and self-determination. The purpose of the study is to scientifically substantiate the possibility of using the resources of the digital educational environment to develop value orientations for continuous self-development and self-organization among teachers. The methodology and research methods are based on the characterization of pedagogical activity as a creative process, the analysis of the effectiveness of pedagogical activity in the characteristics of activity from the standpoint of a praxeological approach, the use of reflective self-assessment to form the teacher’s value orientations for self-development. The teacher’s value orientations towards continuous self-development and self-organization contribute to the creative self-realization of the teacher and the improvement of the quality and awareness of pedagogical work. Reflective assessment of actions allows the teacher to find deficiencies in the implementation of labor functions and ways to eliminate them. It is concluded that the formation of teacher’s value orientations for self-development and self-organization is an important task of pedagogical education. The theoretical significance of the study is determined by the model of the process of creative solution of a cognitive task by a teacher in a digital educational environment based on a praxeological approach. The practical significance is the range of possibilities of the digital educational environment for the teacher’s selfdevelopment and self-organization.

We study a one-dimensional large-N U(N) gauge theory on a circle as a toy model of higher dimensional Yang-Mills theories. We nd a new class of saddle point solutions in this theory. These solutions are characterized by the expectation values of the Polyakov loop operators, which wind the circle different times. We nd two evidences that these solutions appear as intermediate states in certain dynamical processes. One is from a numerical calculation and another is from the dual gravity. The similar solutions exist in a wide class of SU(N) and U(N) gauge theories on S1 including QCD and pure Yang-Mills theories in various dimensions if N >= 3.

The urgency of the proposed problem is to intensify the process of teaching the Korean language at school and at a university. One of the ways to solve the problem of preparing graduates for speaking in a foreign language in the Korean language is the formation of strategic speech competence among students in the process of mastering the Korean language. The content component reflects the specifics of the Korean language, namely knowledge of cultural traditions, knowledge of social situations and social functions of communication, non-verbal features of oral-speech communication in the Korean language. The pragmatic component is represented by a complex of compensatory, perceptual and discursive skills. Particular attention is paid to the definition of a “discursive skill”, a “discursive marker”. The discursive skills include 1) the ability to accurately formulate your thoughts, 2) the ability to accurately use a variety of language tools, 3) the ability to defend your point of view, 4) the ability to introduce yourself; 5) the ability to put forth possible variants “For” and “Against”; 6) the ability to conclude, 7) the ability to end the conversation. The discursive markers include introductory sentences, prepositional constructions, introductory words, particles, functioning primarily in oral speech and orienting it on the listener. Discursive markers in Korean are distinguished. Methodical techniques aimed at forming strategic speech competence and teaching oral-speech communication in the Korean language are proposed.
