Kolesnikova A.Y., Kryukova L.B. POST-MODERNIST TEXT: METHODOLOGICAL AND LINGUISTIC ASPECTS OF ITS INTERPRETATION IN AUDIENCE SPEAKING ANOTHER LANGUAGE. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2016. Issue 10 (175). P. 129-132

The article presents a methodology of working with post-modernist text, while teaching Russian as a foreign language. During the analysis, it is necessary to take into account specific characteristics such as the ‘out of the text’ information, implicitness and multiple meanings, deconstruction, and irony. The proposed methodology includes three steps: working with the cultural and historic context before taking up the text, interpreting the meaning of the fiction text and language based exercises, with special attention paid to them. The post-modernist text is considered an original fiction text and at the same time as didactic material. The case study of the short story by V. Pelevin illustrates basic characteristics of the post-modernist text and presents examples of language based exercises which can be used in audience speaking another language.

Keywords: post-modernist text, philological analysis, interpretation, Russian as a foreign language

Volkova T.F. FUNCTIONING OF MANIPULATIVE ARGUMENTS IN JUDICIAL SPEECH (BASED ON THE MATERIAL OF THE PROSECUTOR’S SPEECHES IN THE DEBATE). Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2021. Issue 6 (218). P. 105-111

Introduction. The article considers the role of sophisms in the judicial speech of one of the Tomsk prosecutors. The significance of the research is determined by the combination of the problems of the effectiveness of modern judicial speech, the designation of its place in the structure of the judicial process with linguistic and phonological categories. The purpose is to assess the relevance of the use of sophisms in the speech practice of the modern Tomsk prosecutor. The object of the analysis is the speech activity of a linguistic personality-the prosecutor of Tomsk, a woman, 38 years old. Material and methods. The following methods were used: observation, scientific description, discursive analysis. The material was oral recordings of speeches of the Tomsk prosecutor, lawyer and the defendant, made during one trial. The volume of the material is about 11.5 words. Results and discussion. The article describes various types of sophisms noted in the speeches of the prosecutor: substitution of the thesis, false arguments, arbitrary arguments, arguments against a person, etc. It is found that rhetorical arguments prevail over logical arguments in the speech in the debate. Actually, manipulative techniques are concentrated in that part of the judicial controversy, which is called a replica. To confirm this postulate, the main theses were highlighted, which were proved and evaluated during the debate. Variants of speculative use of evaluative rhetorical techniques prevail. Less common are “false analogy” and “female logic”. There are few cases of distortion of the thesis: “narrowing-expansion of the thesis”, “substitution of the thesis”. At this stage, it is difficult to assess whether the commitment to manipulative techniques is an individual feature of the speaker, or it is typical for a modern judicial process. The use of sophisms is part of the traditions of modern judicial practice, which began in the nineteenth century. It is noted that in the case of using manipulative arguments, the feature of the speaker’s speech portrait is most clearly manifested: subjective assessment and emotionality. Conclusion. We can say that the chosen strategy, assuming the presence of sophisms, proved its situational effectiveness, since it probably became one of the factors that influenced the decision of the court that supported the prosecution. Each speaker, as a professional language personality, has his own arsenal of effective and ineffective ways of organizing a discussion, it is necessary to replenish his communicative arsenal with the most effective management strategies that influenced the court’s decision.

Takata K. GAUGE INVARIANT LAGRANGIAN FORMULATIONS FOR MIXED-ANTISYMMETRIC FERMIONIC HIGHER SPIN FIELDS. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 12 (153). P. 243-248

A Lagrangian formulation of irreducible half-integer higher-spin representations of the Poincare algebra with a Young tableaux having two columns is presented based on the BRST approach. Starting from Casimir constraints written by oscillator representation of Poincare algebra, which is the necessary condition of the irreducibility, we find closed higher spin superalgebra. In order to convert all constraints to the first class we introduce four auxiliary oscillators with γ-matrix and use Verma module method. To get nilpotent BRST operators we further introduce ghosts. After using restrictions on spin number and ghost number we construct Lagrangian having gauge symmetry with finite stage of reducibility.

Yermolenkina L.I. THE INTERPRETATION OF THE POLYCODE TEXT AT THE LINGUISTIC SEMINARS: METHODOLOGICAL BASIS. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 9 (162). P. 76-80

The focus of the article is on the methodological question of the modelling of the discursive picture of the world. The students of Philology Department are studying this problem at the seminar “The Russian linguistic and discursive pictures of the world”. This problem is complicated, because in the modern linguistics there are no specific methods of interpretation. The modern text space is polycode (in this function) and dynamic (in the interaction of the author and the addressee) system, which is conditioned by the discourse. These factors determine the problem of the complex interpretation of the senses of the text, which demand the synthetic multi-disciplinary method. The examples are the works of the students, which use the traditional linguistic methods and new – sociometric and psycho-semantic – methods.

Keywords: polycode text, discursive worldview, linguo-cognitive model of the interaction of the author and the addressee, interdisciplinary approach

Carries out the revealing of the structure of professional culture from praxeological and spiritual sides. Considers the professional culture from the view point of axiological component as set of steady values in the sphere of the future professional work with the student’s personally-significant objectivation. As a result of generalization of scientists approaches the professional culture is defined as set of special and social knowledge, skills, qualities, valuable orientations of the person which display in subject-professional work and provide a higher level of efficiency of its performance. Comprehension of professional culture phenomenon allows to assert that professional-moral stability is a component of professional culture of the person and covers special and socially–guided knowledge. Professional-moral stability is analyzed as a condition, productive process and result of mastering and creation of the professional–moral values. It provides formation of all components and their complete development in activity. On the basis of the analysis of key general cultural and professional profile competences of Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Professional Education of the 3-rd issue for the lines of specialities of technical structure (the mechanical engineering, architecture and town-planning, industrial and civil construction, chemical technologies in the industries, information technologies) were allocated basic general professionally significant qualities and competences of the future specialists making the basis for their professional-moral stability.
