| 5001 | The relevance of this study is due to the socio-cultural aspects associated with the development of visual communications in modern urban space. The visual landscape of the city assumes an abundance of advertising information in various spheres of human activity. This leads to an increase in the requirements for people of different specialties in the field of visual communication skills. The problem is a contradiction: on the one hand, the visual level of the urban environment is constantly growing, on the other hand the approaches to education in this direction are not so wide and do not meet the requirements of the time. At the moment, there are many technologies for solving creative problems in the visual arts and design - this is a whole spectrum of researchers who pay attention to the issues of a full-fledged educational cycle, but the problem is to correctly choose and integrate them into the accelerated educational process (refresher courses). In this regard, the issue of creating a methodology for teaching the composition and working with it within the framework of the advanced training courses “Graphic Design. A basic level”. The goal was to create the most concise and effective way of learning to work with the mounting composition and the principles of working with a stain within the framework of this composition. Attention is paid to the processing of visual images in a virtual environment, through the Adobe Photoshop CC raster graphics editor, to achieve the maximum speed for processing visual data. Approaches to creating an assembly composition with pre-prepared image libraries are described. The article will be useful to teachers of creative specialties, designers, artists, researchers in the field of visual culture. | 5002 | Obtaining higher education is an important stage of human socialization. The aim of universities is to create such an educational environment that will allow all students, regardless of their educational needs and individual capabilities, to successfully solve the tasks of the corresponding stage of socialization. Equal access to education for all students, regardless of their diverse special educational needs and individual capabilities, including students with disabilities and disabilities, is designed to ensure inclusive education. Currently, higher education at Tsiolkovskiy Kaluga State University is received by persons 17 years and older, among whom there are students with disabilities, gifted students, representatives of different nationalities, cultures, countries and confessions, students from large and small cities of the world, near and remote settlements. All this actualizes the problem of creating an optimal inclusive educational environment at the university. Tsiolkovskiy Kaluga State University is actively working to create an inclusive educational environment, which is designed to promote the successful socialization of all students studying at the university. Inclusive educational environment is considered by us as a set of resources (means, external and internal conditions) that ensure the realization of the right of every person to education, including training, upbringing and personal development, and is designed on the basis of such principles as safety, saturation, accessibility, etc. The structure of the inclusive educational environment of Tsiolkovskiy Kaluga State University includes spatial-subject, organizational, technological, informational and social components. Each component has its own content. A special place in this structure is assigned to the Center for Inclusive Education. The Center for Inclusive Education, created at the University and designed to provide horizontal links between departments in matters of inclusive education, helps to eliminate inconsistencies in the actions of departments at the same level of hierarchy, which is generated by the strict hierarchy of the university’s Management model. The creation of an inclusive educational environment of the University is carried out in various directions, among which it is possible to highlight the improvement of the local regulatory framework, material and technical equipment, scientific, informational and personnel support for inclusive education, increasing the architectural accessibility of the university infrastructure facilities for students with disabilities, improving the quality of education received by students with disabilities. Modeling of the inclusive educational environment of the university is carried out by all participants of the educational process: administrative staff, teaching staff and students themselves, with the active participation of public organizations. Systematic monitoring of difficulties encountered by students, including students with disabilities in the process of admission and study at the University, allows you to determine the steps to overcome them. Currently, work continues to improve the inclusive educational environment of the university. | 5011 | We propose a closed higher-spin algebra and its representation that reproduces conformal invariant Lagrangian presented by Fradkin and Tseytlin. We use this algebra for constructing gauge invariant Lagrangian by BRST method. Lagrangian constructed by BRST method does not have any off-shell constraints or higher derivative terms as in the non-conformal case. As an example for spin 2 case in four space-time dimension, our Lagrangian agrees with that of conformal gravity by using gauge xing and equations of motions of auxiliary fields. | 5014 | A Lagrangian formulation of irreducible half-integer higher-spin representations of the Poincare algebra with a Young tableaux having two columns is presented based on the BRST approach. Starting from Casimir constraints written by oscillator representation of Poincare algebra, which is the necessary condition of the irreducibility, we find closed higher spin superalgebra. In order to convert all constraints to the first class we introduce four auxiliary oscillators with γ-matrix and use Verma module method. To get nilpotent BRST operators we further introduce ghosts. After using restrictions on spin number and ghost number we construct Lagrangian having gauge symmetry with finite stage of reducibility. | 5017 | In this article the subject of comprehensive study of regional (local) history of the considerable region of Western Siberia – Priishimya from a position of economy, public administration, culture, sociology is touched. On the basis of the studying of a wide range of reference books of the pre-Soviet past and archival sources which are earlier not introduced into scientific circulation connection between emergence of the capitalist relations in the Russian Empire is established with their experience in the Siberian remote place. Work has interdisciplinary character, is written on a joint of history, sociology, economy, ethnography and covers cultural and community and economic preferences of peasants in one of the important directions of work – butter manufacture. The author traces formation of such phenomenon as collective butter manufacture which served one of the reasons of intensive stratification of rural society. Uniting in cooperatives and agricultural artels, peasants could improve the welfare, there was an opportunity to rise on a social ladder, to join cultural values of mankind (through education, opening of joint ventures with foreign businessmen, etc.). The practical importance of the received results of research consists in the use of new contemporary records and conclusions by drawing up scientific and methodical grants and editions, possibility of inclusion in information references of local history and public character, and also will allow to eliminate gaps in the social, historical, economic description of pre-revolutionary Siberia. | 5018 | Introduction. The main point of the paper is innovative changes in education. The authors suppose that the initiator and the mechanism of these changes may become the master training at the pedagogical university. In this case, this training needs a structural and content transformation, the essential elements of which are presented in the thematic blocks of this article. Results and discussion. Selection of the field of communications as a metasubject activity becomes a challenge for professional training, encourages a rethinking of the educational work, which is consistent with the second stage of higher education. These include the creation in the master’s program of innovatively oriented training programs in which new forms of knowledge and educational interaction will be tested. Such a form is in line with the development and implementation of the visual epistemology in the educational process, as well as with the use of metadisciplinary semiotic structures in the design of the educational process. It is proved that it is impossible to acquire new metasubject competence in the context of the implementation of traditional didactic schemes. Conclusion. The contents offered by the authors are not ready-made solutions, but are sets of heuristics aimed at actualizing the discussion about the meaning and purpose of the master’s level of teacher training. The proposed modification assumes the creation of design-development directions (programs and training courses) at the institute of magistracy, in which innovative orientation acts both as a goal and as a content of education. The learning content includes two substructural elements: deconstructive and constructive. A form of their implementation is the joint activity of participants in the educational process. | 5033 | The article presents an overview of rationales for euphemisms usage. We consider the problem from the point of psycholinguistics, social psychology, evolutionary biology and ethology. Biological researchers believe that a need for euphemisms could be one of the earliest linguistic imperatives imposed by disgust, thus euphemisms present a verbal hygiene strategy. Psychologists state that it is a distancing strategy, a means to manage human terror at the prospect of death. The article also considers the central role of politeness and cooperation principle in euphemistic and off-record indirect speech generation. From the perspective of the theory of strategic speaker indirect communication does not always involve pure cooperation between speaker and hearer but a mixture of cooperation and conflict and euphemising can be used to negotiate this uncertainty. Therefore, euphemism as a form of indirect proposition can allow for plausible deniability and has a strategic rationale. | 5036 | Introduction. In rapid computerization and mathematization of almost all areas of knowledge the mathematical training of students at a higher education institution must be of an anticipatory nature and be aimed at obtaining results that will be in demand in a technologized society. Modern society requires the individual skills of self-organization, self-development, self-regulation, self-control, self-education, etc. These tasks can be successfully solved in the process of mathematical training of students with the competent organization of the educational process. Material and methods. The basis for the substantiation and implementation of the principle of refocusing the mathematical training process of the university students from “teaching maths” to “teaching by maths” was based on the methods of theoretical and empirical research. Results and discussion. The main tasks of high-quality mathematical education of students, which a modern university is facing today, are considered. Mathematics is characterized as a science and a body of knowledge; a language of research and modeling for solving problems in various fields of knowledge; a system of organization of thinking. The object, subject, methods and properties of mathematics are highlighted. The fundamental functions of students’ mathematical training are revealed: teaching mathematics – involving mastering the system of mathematical knowledge and skills, the formation of mathematical competence; teaching by mathematics – aimed at the intellectual development of students, formation of logical thinking, development of mathematical literacy, etc. The implementation of the principle “learning by mathematics” in the electronic educational environment is characterized through the integration of the content of mathematical courses with specialized disciplines; the choice of the type and method of presentation of educational material not only for carrying out calculations, but for visualizing abstract mathematical concepts and knowledge; differentiation and personification of teaching mathematics through the using non-linear methods and various types of presentation depending on the psycho-physiological characteristics, cognitive styles of students, professional area, including taking into account health features (persons with disabilities). Conclusion. The results of the study showed that refocusing the mathematical training process of the university students from “teaching maths” to “teaching by maths” through the organization of training within electronic educational environment allows students to assimilate the system of mathematical knowledge and skills, actively apply the methods of mathematical research; quickly adapt to the changing conditions of modern society and production, acquiring the necessary competencies for professional activities in the process of solving various applied problems. | 5045 | Introduction. Translation of scientific and technical literature is always connected with some difficulties associated with the grammar structure and terminological features. Technical translation must be carried out as accurately as possible, trying to convey the semantic meaning of the source in the best way. Stylistically this kind of translations should be logical and clearly stated. Material and methods. Each area of science is characterized by its own term system and microelectronics, being one of the fastest growing industries, in turn, undergoes constant updating of terminology. The dynamics of this industry global development has a significant impact on the formation of terms in microelectronics, which are characterized by a significant percentage of international words. The origin and approval of new terms is very dynamic compared to word formation in general vocabulary. The essence of the term included in special vocabulary is determined only by its content and is understandable to a narrow circle of specialists. It is generally accepted to subdivide terms into technical and general scientific ones. In some sources, common words are additionally separated from general scientific words. Being used in a specific field, general scientific terms often acquire a specific value specifically for this branch of science. Results and discussion. Consideration of some widespread examples of terms in the field of microelectronics allows us to conclude about their various meanings depending on the context, which must be taken into account, because the polysemy of the term can become an obstacle to the correct translation. In addition, the context will help to understand whether the word is used in a usual or special technical meaning, what is the specific meaning of a multi-valued term, and in the case of multicomponent context, it helps to omit uninformative components. The phenomenon of interference of terms from related fields to microelectronics is noted, which is associated with the rate of development of the industry, for which language tools often do not keep it. Special attention is paid to the use of metaphors as terms and the figurativeness of English terms in general is noted, in comparison with Russian ones, characterized by accuracy and laconism. A correct translation of a term is determined by its morphological structure, semantic features, types of terms, phrases, their structural features and specifics of use. From the morphological point of view, the most common at the moment are multicomponent phrases. Depending on the composition of the terms, phrases, they are divided into three types. For each type of phrase, specific examples are given. Conclusion. Consideration of the main issues of terminology in the field of microelectronics indicates that the composition of the terminology of a scientific text is characterized by the prevalence of commonly used words. Initially having several meanings, when used in a context, they acquire a specific meaning for a specific area. When considering morphological features, the superiority of terms-phrases is noted, in which, from a structural point of view, nouns and adjectives prevail as attribute elements. | 5046 | Introduction. The problem of designing educational clusters of an educational type that use the values of traditional culture and pedagogy in their activities is an important part of the humanitarian and value-based cultural approach in the modern educational process. The Institute of Public Education via a network event based on network interaction as a cluster educational system can be an innovative technology that develops new network conditions for the formation of a value-based model of a student’s personality. The objective is to develop approaches to the development of an educational cluster of a value-based type in the conditions of the interaction of general and additional education using the basic standard FSES-2 based on our own experience, as well as modern scientific views on the structure, methodology and organizational conditions for the development of educational clusters. Material and methods. Cluster-type network interaction is structurally a system and as a system assumes mandatory qualities, such as responsiveness, mobility, adaptability, complementarity, etc. This leads to the use of the methodology of the system approach and the system analysis of network phenomena and processes when modeling an educational type cluster. The results of the study. Based on the use of the methodology of system analysis of social and cultural phenomena and processes taking place in partner institutions, as well as modern approaches to the development of the educational network such as: resource, target, person-centered in the cultural and axiological context, we get a model of personality development based on the formation of value orientations of schoolchildren. The construction of an educational space of a pedagogical cluster of an educational type constitutes the conditions of this modelling. Conclusion. The concept of spiritual and moral development and education of a Russian citizen’s personality assumes that the basic standard is implemented both through the educational space of a general education school and the educational space of an institution of additional education for children, which can be implemented through a variety of additional educational programs and subprograms in network interaction. Each educational program (subprogram) is carried out in the following five directions: school classroom activities; extracurricular activities (cultural practices); social practices; education based on family traditions; introduction to the fundamentals of traditional Russian religions. All this can be implemented through a network educational event, since in network interaction a network event is one of the conditions for its development, in our case a network event associated with folk culture – the recreation and holding of a folk holiday. Such a network event can be modeled, it is organically included in the educational system of our network model.
