The knowledge of terminology refers to one of the most complicated aspects of language didactics. The future teacher of a foreign language must also possess methodical terminology in a foreign language. It is known that this terminology (unlike the Russian language) is more polysemous, heterogeneous, dynamic, “lax”. This article suggests the use of educational methodical tasks as an effective basis for learning the English terminology of language didactics. | 5203 | Since the very beginning of goldmine industry in Siberia its workers were on their own in issues of healthcare, insurance and support of families of the deceased laborers. Changes came in the end of XIX – the beginning of XX century. They became possible because of new imperial legislation. According to new laws, entrepreneurs became responsible for their worker’s health and were obliged to compensate work-related injury or death claims of employees. However, it caused debates among people of industry. They made several projects, concerning the creation of insurance association and the society of mutual insurance for workers. Some projects were quite promising, supposing that accessible health insurance funds would be created even in Siberian taiga. But conferences of gold industry entrepreneurs tended to support the moderate ones. Even the duration of operational season was disputed since it had effect on payments size. However, even these efforts were made without great effect and failed to create a stable insurance system. As seen from the study it was the consequence of entrepreneurs’ effort to share responsibility for insurance with the state institutions and workers themselves. | 5204 | The article, based on the analysis of modern historical and pedagogical research, interprets the following concepts: ideal teacher, teacher’s mission, which helps to present the pedagogical ideal as a sample image. This article shows that the second half of the XIX – beginning of the XX century is of particular interest for the history of public education, since during this period pedagogical ideas developed intensively. Important and up-to-date judgments about the ideal, mission, and the role of the teacher were expressed. There are relevant views of modern scientists on the ideal and mission of the teacher in the article. Special attention is focused on a study conducted at the beginning of the XX century, where you can find generalized data about ideal teacher from the students’ point of view. Pupils’ reflections on the ideal teacher, his traits of character, personal and professional qualities are given. According to the students, these traits and professional qualities have the most favorable impact on young people. It was found out, that the favorite teacher was considered to be the one who knew his subject at high level, explained information clearly and, more than that, this person would be cheerful, kind, patient, fair, noble, sincere, young at heart, understand the problems of young people, treat students like adults, trust them, see their personality, love his students. | 5205 | Introduction. The modern level of convergence of sciences and technologies leads to changes in the content of school subjects and their new synthesis in the educational process. In regional school practice, new interdisciplinary connections and integrated courses are emerging, partially provided with methodological materials. The conditions and results of the development of convergent education in the region should be taken into account when preparing future teachers. The opening of pedagogical quantoriums and technoparks on the basis of higher pedagogical education organizations as a condition for the material and technical support of the educational process contributes to the formation of a broad natural science worldview of students-teachers. The analysis of research in the field of convergent education will allow us to form an idea of a new educational paradigm, to determine ways to transform the process of training a school teacher. Aim and objectives. To study the practices of implementing convergent learning in the general education process, as well as requests for training teachers with new qualities that allow the teacher to introduce these technologies into the educational process. Material and methods. The research methods were: a survey containing questions with a choice of one or multiple answers, and with free answers; grouping of answers; clustering of opinions, judgments and assessments; generalization and analysis. Results and discussion. Based on the conducted research, a rating of specialized education and integrated courses was established in 19 schools. The continuity of integration education between primary and high schools, opportunities and deficits for development has been established. Respondents see the best opportunity to implement convergent education in the implementation of project-based learning. Courses and events are equally evaluated. Conclusion. The conclusions obtained on the basis of the analysis of the research results allow us to assert that there are deficits: experimental activities in existing convergent school courses; carriers of interdisciplinary knowledge; integration of such school subjects as Technology – Robotics, Physics – Biology; equipping with teaching materials. At the same time, the positive trend that has emerged in the region in displaying the convergence of natural and exact sciences in school and university education, revealing the relationship of these sciences with technologies on the example of megaprojects, allows us to assert the possibility of solving problems. The results obtained will enrich future teachers with additional knowledge and universal competencies. Asya Petrova’s stories address an important question: why is it impossible or unsuccessful for a teenager to communicate with peers or adults? A related question: should a teenager distinguish between “own” circle of family / friends and a “wide” social circle of communication and, in accordance with this, choose a type of speech behavior? The choice of Asya Petrova’s works as a material for analysis is due to the fact that in most cases the writer finds for her characters the possibility of a positive resolution of conflicts; the finals of works are open to the future. Particular attention is paid to the story «Who says what – it doesn’t matter», since this work can be recommended to the teacher for a joint discussion with pupils in grades 6 or 7. The purpose of this article is to identify ways to solve the communicative failures of the heroes offered by Asya Petrova. The existential problems of the characters (the desire to “just say” and the feeling of the impossibility of this action) are realized in the same type of conversation situation. These situations mark the stages of plot development. The methodological basis of the study includes, in addition to the traditional system-structural concept of the artistic world of the work and the plot as part of the chronotope, the theory of the subjective organization of the narrative. Based on the concept of the dialogic word M.M. Bakhtin, methods of organizing the speech level are analyzed; in the study of errors and failures of dialogues, the theory of discourse formations of V.I. Tyupa is involved. The features of the genre of “school” story are taken into account. As a result, five stories by Asya Petrova are considered, offering several possible options for establishing communicative contacts between a teenager and people around him. The general invariant is the hero’s overcoming of isolation on himself, the emergence of a desire to help other people. In addition, the author declares the independence of the child’s personal statement, not subject to double communicative standards. The conclusions point to the significance of such a trend in modern teenage literature, which successfully combines psychologism in revealing the characters’ images and the author’s game strategies. The practical significance is seen in drawing attention to an actively writing modern author, who is still outside the attention of researchers in children’s and adolescent literature. This interaction became possible in the late 20th – early 21st centuries as a consequence of active Russian-Chinese trade-and-service contacts. The article reveals spheres of outdoor advertisement made in Russian by Chinese native speakers. Advertising text materials have been collected by authors of the article in Heihe (China) and in relevant websites. Authors made linguistic analysis of Chinese boards and advertisements in Russian and found out that they were full of different errors. The purpose of the article is analysis of inadequacy of Russian words and their graphic forms and failure to comply with orthographical norms of the Russian Language in outdoor advertisement performed in Russian, as well as an attempt to make their linguistic interpretation. Designing a motivating educational environment is the result of the activities of the school's teaching team, which accepts this as a strategic task and solves it through joint efforts. Mathematical literacy is defined as the ability to solve real-world problems through a set of activities: conducting mathematical reasoning, as well as formulating, applying and interpreting. The process of developing mathematical literacy can be carried out in various forms: lesson, workshop, extracurricular and project activities, etc. Each of them has its own specific features. Thus, the lessons provide mastery of specific mathematical content and demonstration of its use to solve life problems. The workshop, which serves as a complement to mathematics lessons, places emphasis on students mastering the method of mathematical modeling, for which various methods of presenting data are used: text, graphic, tabular, photo, drawing, etc. Also, when conducting a workshop, there are more opportunities to combine individual, group and collective form of work. Extracurricular activities, which are characterized by a wide range of different forms of learning, can also be productively used in the process of developing mathematical skills. Depending on age, this could be a club, an elective, etc. Another variant of the model for the formation of mathematical literacy is educational design, when students independently solve a certain problem using a set of subject knowledge under the guidance of a teacher. Project work can be carried out either individually or in a group, including students of the same age and of different ages. Project activities allow you to build productive communication between students and develop teamwork skills. Therefore, the author addresses primary sources, namely, archive documentation. The main base draws up previously unpublished archival sources. Materials of the State Archive Fund of Novosibirsk and Kemerovo oblasts contain information about the volume of transportation showing mass tourism development in the given period. Materials from the Russian Federation State Archive contain statistical data on travel volumes and the number of tourists in the analyzed period. Experience in the tourism industry development in Siberian region would help to reveal the preconditions and to present the trend of mass tourism development in the country during this period. The change to a five-day working week with 2 days off prompted the demand for recreation, which was increasing among the soviet population. Along with the expansion of organized tourist trips, the mass initiative tourist movement was getting the increasing popularity. The different forms of initiative tourism worked: trips “Auto stop”, alpinist tours, walking local and regional tours, week-end trips, etc. By the end of the 1960s, tourism was converted into a single-union system demanding comprehensive centralized management with material and technical base, established only on the basis of a unified system approach. Central Tourism Department put the plans that have been successfully carried out by regional councils on tourism, implementing the decisions of the Central Committee of the Party and the decisions of the Soviet Government. The effective management of administrative practices on the one hand stimulated the mass tourism and excursion industry development, but on the other hand hindered its effective control in the regions. | 5247 | The article considers the process of formation and development of schools of reading and writing according to the “Regulations on parochial schools” of 1884 and the “Rules of Literacy Schools” of 1891 on the territory of the Kurgan district (1898 – county), province of Tobolsk. Explains the reasons for this geographical localization. Presents the problems on search of school premises and means of subsistence, on the sizes and terms of payment for teachers, influence of natural factors (crop failure of 1891–1892) on functioning of schools of reading and writing. The quantitative dynamics of literacy schools is shown and the reason for its fluctuation is explained, as well as the reasons for the gradual transformation of literacy schools into parish schools in 1909. The article provides the formal and informal conditions to the candidates for teaching positions, the terms of the complications of the requirements for the selection of mentors and the specifics of their training through a 3-year secondary and two-year parish school, as well as using special test Rule 1889. Describes the characteristics of the educational process (training time, program, curriculum) and its outcome, the role of rural communities in the opening and maintaining of certificates, the role of priests as the heads of the schools of literacy, the role of the Tobolsk diocesan school Board as the management body. The subjects of educational monitoring and inspections of civil and ecclesiastical offices are listed, their evaluation and issuance of school certificates are conducted. Particular attention is paid to the tendency of increasing state expenditures on them due to the position of the chief Prosecutor of the Sv. Synod K. P. Pobedonostsev and minister of finance S. | 5248 | Introduction. The contents and linguistic-didactic potential of the new linguistic trend are studied in the article from the viewpoint of functional-stylistics. Aim and objectives – developing the ideas of N. A. Kupina and T. V. Matveeva, the founders of creative stylistics, and extending of its problematic. Material and methods. M. N. Kozhyna, N. A. Kupina, T. V. Matveeva, M. P. Kotyurova and others served as the theoretical material for the article; fragments of texts, which represent the creativity of their authors, served as empirical material. The research uses functional-stylistic and interdisciplinary approaches that analyze speech creativity in its extralinguistic causality. Results and discussion. The article reveals that the rise of creative stylistics as an independent area of speech studies was caused by M. N. Kozhina’s ideas on the differentiation between linguistic and verbal expressions. The links of creative stylistics with a number of disciplines united by anthropocentric paradigm are discussed, that is: resource stylistics, linguistic-pragmatics, discourse theory, etc. The tasks of creative stylistics are specified with the authors taking into account N. A. Kupina’s and T. V. Matveyeva’s conception. In the article the authors present the specificity of creative component in functional varieties of written speech: artistic, media, scientific and official texts. The authors find that creativity relates not only to surface layer but also to the semantic layer of the text, that diversity of manifestation depends on the functional, stylistic and discursive parameters of speech. The authors provide the examples of both productive and non-productive use of creative media in the texts of network literature, media and advertising. The authors point out that creativity in scientific texts is connected with the nature of cognitive activity, that creativity manifests itself through intellectual expressiveness while presenting new knowledge, that the scientist’s individual speech style influences the presentation. In the official sphere, creativity is associated with the emergence of new interactive forms of communication between administration and community and it is found primarily in non-documentary genres. Based on the achievements of creative pedagogics, the objectives and contents of adjacent applied disciplines (didactics, speech culture etc.) are adjusted to the necessity of forming a creative linguistic personality (in demand in the modern society). It is stated that the complex approach to language teaching, including verbal-semantic, cognitive and pragmatic-stylistic components of didactics helps to respond to the challenge. Conclusion. The interpretation of creativity with extralinguistic and discursive factors of communication being taken into account fits in the paradigm of modern speech studies and provides wide opportunities for creative stylistics in the research of the creative component of speech activity in all its diversity.
