Izmesteva K.V. VARIABILITY OF THE TEXT OF THE PLAY BY L. FILATOV “ABOUT FEDOT-THE SHOOTER, DARING GOOD FELLOW”. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 11 (152). P. 119-126

The article reveals two versions of the texts of the most famous play-tale by L. Filatov “About Fedot-the shooter, daring good fellow” in the aspect of transformation of folk motifs. The article determines the level variability of the original texts (focus on the first publication of the text of the play in 1987 and the latest edition of the author's lifetime), compares events and motives in correlation with the variants of folk tales “Go there – do not know where, bring it – do not know what”. The article analyzes the system of characters in the folklore and author’s fairy-tale. Also analyzes fundamentally different finals in the texts of the play-tale of different years.

Analyzes the internal communication of meaningful socio-psychological interaction, the concept of “personal orientation” that defines all aspects of socio-psychological interaction. Reveals the role of personal relationships to the children in the analysis of the value of components of socio-psychological interaction of teachers with children. According to empirical research, teachers’ positive attitude towards children is important to the happiness of others. Such teachers focuse on ethical values, values communication and values acceptance of others, showing interest in joint activities, strive to maintain good relationships with work colleagues. Teachers with negative attitude to children are characterized by the distinctive business orientation, willingness to cooperate with the team, focus on business values, ethical values and values of self-affirmation.

The paper outlines the types of discourse-pragmatic functions and kinds of propositional-semantic content associated with the Loc-marked Agent constructions in Eastern Khanty. Selected methodology includes contrastive morpho-syntactic and contextual analysis of the narrative corpus, attending to the information structure and linguistic meta-data. Based on discourse analysis, it is hypothesized, that a wide cognitive faculty facilitating the structuring of information and specifying the roles of the participants, governs the choice of grammatical means, i.e. the construction types. It follows from the analysis of pragmatic, semantic and grammatical features of interacting discourse participants that specific system’s grammatical resources identify with certain pragmatic-semantic properties. The Loc-Agent constructions are prototypically used to express the events with more than one argument with competing topicality. The Loc-Agent constructions (agented passive and “ergative”) manifest a parenthetical shift in centrality of the discourse referents, where a secondary topic referent is competing with the primary agentive topic. This is expressed by temporary promotion of the secondary topical referent to the Loc-marked S grammatical relation. N.V. Polyakova. Since the very beginning of goldmine industry in Siberia its workers were on their own in issues of healthcare, insurance and support of families of the deceased laborers. Changes came in the end of XIX – the beginning of XX century. They became possible because of new imperial legislation. According to new laws, entrepreneurs became responsible for their worker’s health and were obliged to compensate work-related injury or death claims of employees. However, it caused debates among people of industry. They made several projects, concerning the creation of insurance association and the society of mutual insurance for workers. Some projects were quite promising, supposing that accessible health insurance funds would be created even in Siberian taiga. But conferences of gold industry entrepreneurs tended to support the moderate ones. Even the duration of operational season was disputed since it had effect on payments size. However, even these efforts were made without great effect and failed to create a stable insurance system. As seen from the study it was the consequence of entrepreneurs’ effort to share responsibility for insurance with the state institutions and workers themselves. The problem of health insurance was a part of the labour issue, which appeared to be unmanageable.

Introduction. TThe application of the competence-based approach in the system of higher professional education requires competent and correct selection of training content, aimed at formation of necessary competencies. Materials and methods. The material of the study was the content of educational programs of cadets of universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Their use made it possible to identify and describe the content of education of cadets of universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia with the aim of forming and developing their general cultural competence. Results and discussion. The common cultural competence of the cadets of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russian universitiеs is defined as the fundamental competence of their future professional activity. The selection of the content of training cadets, aimed at formation of common cultural competencies, should be made on the basis of certain principles and criteria. The informative block of common cultural competence of cadets of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia universities is represented by three structural components: philosophical-pedagogical, socio-psychological, motivation and self-actualization of cadets in mastering common cultural competencies. The development of these structural components is facilitated by the disciplines, stipulated by the plan, as well as the special course, developed by the authors «Common cultural competence of cadets of the Ministry of Internal Affairs universities of Russia as a pedagogical task». The course includes consideration important from the point of view of formation of common cultural competences of the twelve questions: modern conceptual approaches in the educational process of Russia and principles of their implementation; motive, motivation and the process of self-actualization of students of universities of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia; value attitude of students of universities of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia to cultural competence as the basis of modern professional activity of the bodies of internal Affairs of Russia; professional consciousness and awareness, the process of its formation within the professional training of students of universities of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia; thinking, its types and methods of development of students of universities of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia; the typology and issues of communication in the activity of employees of Internal Affairs bodies; the patriotism and civil position of students of universities of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the peculiarities of their formation within the framework of professional training; professional ethics and business etiquette, morality and principles of justice in professional activity of employees of Internal Affairs bodies; worldview and study of the ideas of sustainable development of the Russian state and society. Conclusion. Thus, a correctly selected substantive unit for the formation of the general cultural competence of cadets of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the light of the implementation of the competency-based approach will be able to ensure the formation of twelve general cultural competencies enshrined in the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education in the specialties we are considering. At the same time, the competent procedural deployment of the content of training in the educational process of the cadets of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs on the basis of adequate teaching methods and technologies is of particular importance.

The article considers the process of formation and development of schools of reading and writing according to the “Regulations on parochial schools” of 1884 and the “Rules of Literacy Schools” of 1891 on the territory of the Kurgan district (1898 – county), province of Tobolsk. Explains the reasons for this geographical localization. Presents the problems on search of school premises and means of subsistence, on the sizes and terms of payment for teachers, influence of natural factors (crop failure of 1891–1892) on functioning of schools of reading and writing. The quantitative dynamics of literacy schools is shown and the reason for its fluctuation is explained, as well as the reasons for the gradual transformation of literacy schools into parish schools in 1909. The article provides the formal and informal conditions to the candidates for teaching positions, the terms of the complications of the requirements for the selection of mentors and the specifics of their training through a 3-year secondary and two-year parish school, as well as using special test Rule 1889. Describes the characteristics of the educational process (training time, program, curriculum) and its outcome, the role of rural communities in the opening and maintaining of certificates, the role of priests as the heads of the schools of literacy, the role of the Tobolsk diocesan school Board as the management body. The subjects of educational monitoring and inspections of civil and ecclesiastical offices are listed, their evaluation and issuance of school certificates are conducted. Particular attention is paid to the tendency of increasing state expenditures on them due to the position of the chief Prosecutor of the Sv. Synod K. P. Pobedonostsev and minister of finance S. Witte.

The article deals with the analysis of the structure and content of the linguacultural concept “Enterprise” in the Russian linguacultural view of the world. Data for study includes dictionary entries of various explanatory dictionaries and encyclopedias as well as the electronic collection of newspaper reviews presented in a reference system of Russian National Corpus. The article provides the results of description and comparison of cognitive signs of the considered concept presented in the semantics of dictionary definitions and on material of Russian modern printing media. The analysis presented in the article allows to define and enlarge the list of notional signs of the concept “Enterprise”, and reveals some peculiar conceptual features while studying the combinability of the above-mentioned concept that gives the chance to present a more detailed mental world picture of Russian native speakers. According to our statistics, the key signs of the concept verbalized in dictionary definitions are “activity”, “agent/person” connected to enterprise activity and “benefit”, as a result of activity. While corpus examples, apart from those basic signs, demonstrate more diverse structure of cognitive signs, which represent concept “Enterprise” as a social phenomenon, such as “job”, “source of income”, “subject, course”, “social layer”, “social and economic phenomenon”, “image”, etc. The article is also due to show the changes in speakers’ mental picture of the world caused by the changes in the society. The research results can be used to compile dictionary entries as well as to provide lectures in Cognitive linguistics, Linguacultural Studies, etc.

The article, based on the analysis of modern historical and pedagogical research, interprets the following concepts: ideal teacher, teacher’s mission, which helps to present the pedagogical ideal as a sample image. This article shows that the second half of the XIX – beginning of the XX century is of particular interest for the history of public education, since during this period pedagogical ideas developed intensively. Important and up-to-date judgments about the ideal, mission, and the role of the teacher were expressed. There are relevant views of modern scientists on the ideal and mission of the teacher in the article. Special attention is focused on a study conducted at the beginning of the XX century, where you can find generalized data about ideal teacher from the students’ point of view. Pupils’ reflections on the ideal teacher, his traits of character, personal and professional qualities are given. According to the students, these traits and professional qualities have the most favorable impact on young people. It was found out, that the favorite teacher was considered to be the one who knew his subject at high level, explained information clearly and, more than that, this person would be cheerful, kind, patient, fair, noble, sincere, young at heart, understand the problems of young people, treat students like adults, trust them, see their personality, love his students.

Introduction. The onymic vocabulary in the category of German pseudo-borrowings is currently understudied. While pseudo-borrowings are traditionally considered in the etymological and word-formation aspect, in the practice of analysis of the onymic category and its etymological segments a great role is played by the selection of onomastic subclasses of pseudo-borrowed onyms, the constellation of which is determined by the nature of the empirical material. The appeal to ways and models of word formation is conditioned by the necessity to highlight the structural and systemic features of the studied units and their role in the pseudo-foreign naming by means of the German literary language. The aim of the paper is to identify the ways and models of onym formation in the German pseudo-borrowings class. Material and research methods. The empirical basis for the study is 190 pseudo-borrowed onyms, selected according to the criteria of posteriority, impaired reversibility and belonging to the class nomina propria from a number of German-language print and online editions, including translated comics, onomastic registers and regularly updated dictionaries Duden and DWDS. The dictionary search was carried out mainly with the use of marker words containing the German confix “pseudo-”. The epistemological basis of the analysis is the structural-systems approach, the implementation of which is aimed at revealing the structural features of the studied vocabulary set. A corpus of general and special scientific methods was used to analyze the material. General scientific methods were the methods of logic (analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization) and statistics (quantitative methods, the method of grouping), private scientific (linguistic) – methods of structural linguistics (method of component analysis and traditional-complex method). Results and discussion. Most of the empirical corpus segments of this study consist of pseudo-Gallicisms of the first and second groups as well as pseudo-Latinisms. Although the Gallicisms of the second group and Pseudo-Latinisms are derived from elements borrowed from dead Gallic and Latin, they continue to be used in German literary speech. A great variety of subclasses are represented by pseudo-Latinisms, among which there are anthroponyms, a large number of ergonyms, pragmatonyms, peisonyms and a class of fictionyms in the subclass of anthroponyms. The names of comic book characters translated into German, represented by the class of fictionyms and the subclass of anthroponyms, are formed using a variety of word-formation models. In addition, one of the fictional character names considered in this paper, in the segment of pseudo-Hispanisms, has the greatest lexical length (11 elements). Thus, it can be assumed that thanks to such a variety of ways to form lexical units the authors and translators of comics manage to convey the expression and, to a certain extent, the distinctive features of certain characters. The word-formation possibilities of pseudo-usage onyms in German depend on which segments and sub-classes form the empirical corpus. Conclusion. The proposed material is intended to expand the understanding of the nature of pseudo-borrowings in German literary speech and to deepen the differentiation of onymic and appellative categories of this class of vocabulary. The results can be used for lexicographical and educational purposes, in translation practice and in the teaching of modern German.

The focus of our attention is on the works of Yu. Ya. Yakovlev, which are in demand in school literary studies, have educational potential, but are insufficiently studied by literary critics. A review of articles devoted to the writer’s stories about the Great Patriotic War allows us to highlight their common features: central are the motif of memory and the technique of retrospection, providing a “link” of two time layers – the 1940s and the present (for the characters); the importance of dialogues of characters of different generations, attention to the inner world of characters. The article explores the theme of memory and the peculiarity of intergenerational dialogue in the works of Yuri Yakovlev of the 1970s, dedicated to the Great Patriotic War. The literary material (“Girls from Vasilievsky Island”, “Memory”) is interpreted based on the structural-semiotic research method. The writer uses a number artistic techniques: retrospection, the juxtaposition of two space-time planes (war and modernity), in the center – a pair of characters “child-adult” or “child-child”, the first represents the post-war generation and is the bearer of knowledge about the war or initiates the acquisition of this knowledge, and the second - having direct experience wars/blockades. Yu. Yakovlev reveals the idea of spiritual kinship, the unbreakable bond of the front-line and post-war generations. In order for the deceased to continue to live in the memory of their spiritual descendants, personal efforts, work and courage are needed to preserve knowledge about the war, loyalty to friendship. The analysis of the stories makes it clear that the writer inherits some features of the “lieutenant’s prose” (laconism of narration, attention to the inner world of the character, reliance on documentalism, a combination of lyricism, psychologism and naturalism). At the same time, there are differences due to the time of the creation of texts – the 1970s. The depiction of the events of the 1940s is mediated by the consciousness and imagination of the characters-children born after the war, which means they cannot be direct witnesses or bearers of military experience. This feature allows you to interpret the stories of Yu. Yakovlev in the context of the concept of “post-memory”, justified by M. Hirsch.

Some new quantitative regularities relating to memory capacity and the speed of information processing were derived from neurophysiology prerequisite. The results of airpollution monitoring in towns of Republik of Khakasia demonstrate that the average annual concentration of benzapilene increased by 14,6 % in Abakan, 51% in Sayanogorsk and 24 % in Chernogorsk in 2002. 47,7 % of emissions fall to mototransport’s lot. The analysis of snow and soil by the method of gas chromatography and chromatography – mass spectrometry in the zones of blowout dispersion by the heat and power plant of «Khakasenergo» proved that the content of benzapilene in the blanket of snow is 4·10-5 mg /dm3, in the soil is 0,0010 mg /kg. The usage of different methods of atmospheric emission purification and technology of complete combustion of fuel contribute to the solution of enviromental problems. The peat formation is the permanent process of mire phytomass transformation to a peat. This transformation has some stages. In an initial stage new phytomass is produced, the next phase is the dying off of the living phytomass, the third stage is the dead phytomass transformation into a mire litter and the last one is a peat formation from a litter. The quantitative elemental composition of the organic matter at the different stages of this process is distinctive. We compared the elemental composition of living and dead phytomass, the litter and the peat for two mires and three Sphagnum species. It has been shown that the change pattern of chemical composition of organic matter seems to be identical

This work examines the characteristics of mental tempo in children who have experienced physical abuse. The results of investigation have shown that physical abuse negatively influenced on mental rate of primary school age children: in children who have experienced physical abuse there is reduced the mobility of nerve cells which is characterized by either their passive state, or exhaustion. This is manifested by the rapidly advancing fatigue and a change in the index of mental tempo with the intellectual load.

The article is devoted to a new science of language that is semantic lingvopersonology. Its object is to study the semantic level of language personality that primarily includes semantics of words and sentences. The author of the article comes to the idea that the analysis of semantics of the word is an effective tool for describing the author’s worldview. The author also analyzes the semantics of the word “woman”, shows how the value of this word is associated with the writer`s concept sphere, with high appreciation of the natural life. In V. P. Astafiev’s discours the attitude towards women is the criterion of the rating of men. The study is carried out on the material of the key works by V. P. Astafiev: “The Last Tribute”, “Czar Fish”, “The Cursed and the Slain”, “Shepherd and His Wife”, “Ode to Russian Vegetable Garden”.
