Nozhiri S. NEW MODEL OF MASSIVE SPIN TWO FIELD. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 12 (153). P. 203-207

We propose a new ghost-free model describing massive spin two field1 . This model consists of a kinetic term and interaction terms without derivative. We report on the properties of this model, especially we consider what could happen when this model couples with gravity. Although the model does not generate any ghost on the Minkowski space-time, it is not so clear whether or not this property is preserved even on curved space-time. In fact, Buchbinder et al. have found that the ghost appears even in the Fierz-Pauli theory on curved space-time if we do not include non-minimal coupling terms. We report on the model with interactions on curved space-time and show that we can construct a model without ghost by including non-minimal coupling terms.

Analises the state of methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language in China's higher education institutions, taking into account modern requirements to graduate qualifications. The author indicated the low level of students' vocabulary and poor oral expression as the main problems. Attention is also paid to the weak initial preparation of the students who enter the university, which is largely complicates the work of the teacher, who has to adjust the lack of knowledge, and begin the learning process from scratch. To solve these and other problems in methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language in the Chinese audience it is possible to use a comprehensive approach that focuses on a combination of traditional techniques and modern communication methods. Samrina E.V. ECONOMIC AND BUSINESS ACTIVITY OF KHAKASSIAN RICH FARMS IN THE XIX CENTURY. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 9 (186). P. 41-45

A rich owner of cattle as a social group of the traditional khakass society has ancient history. The antiquity of this class group is evidenced by a special lexicon in the Khakass language, which characterizes them according to social and property characteristics. They were not a new social category associated with commodity-money relations, they existed long before the XIX century. They become new tribal elite, after a significant part of the tribal aristocracy in the early XVIII century went to Dzungaria. In connection with the processes of administrative integration of the khakass people into the Russian Empire, rich owners of cattle occupy the posts of the lower apparatus of state power. They had great power over their people. In the XVIII century, especially in the XIX, there are socio-economic conditions for the broad formation of the social stratum of wealthy cattle owners. During the second half of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, the economy of the wealthy owner of cattle was evolving. The conditions that contributed to the development of the economy rich owner of cattle are analyzed. Stas A.N., Kiyanitsyn A.V., Goryunov V.A. COMPUTER MODELING OF STUDENT CONTINGENT MANAGEMENT. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 9 (186). P. 123-127

Structural reorganization of the country’s economic system, the formation of public relations and management systems require new knowledge and special approaches from the management, which confirms the importance of training highly skilled management personnel and the need for the formation of a special system for their training and retraining. Managers should acquire experience in solving practical problems of development and improvement. In the context of this task, it is important to have a toolkit that would allow studying and researching the processes taking place in the managed object. In particular, a higher educational institution can act as the managed object. This article focuses on the development of the model of the university activities. The implementation of this model can be used as a basis for the development of a computer simulation program that can be used as a simulator for management training in order to study the appropriateness of managerial decision-making. The article considers in detail the model of management of students body, which are an essential part of the model of the organization of training in the structural subdivision of the university. According to the model, its behavior is determined by a set of configurable parameters that simulate management interventions and environmental parameters that model external conditions.

Mel’nikova G.T. N. F. PAVLOV’S NOVEL “SCIMITAR” IN THE HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL CONTEXT. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2021. Issue 6 (218). P. 112-120

Introduction. The author seems it relevant to appeal to the works of Nikolai Filippovich Pavlov, who left a significant impact on the Russian literature of the first half of the XIX century. He, being one of the first, raised the topic of social injustice and inhumanity of public orders. Though, the readers and critics of the 30s of the XIX century highly appreciated Pavlov’s works, the name of the author of the collections “Three Stories” and “New Stories” had become already among the “forgotten” by the end of the century. The scientists of Romanticism still mention N. Pavlov as a writer whose works were of a transitional nature and note his “movement” from romanticism to realism. Aim and objectives. The aim of the article is to analyze the ideological and thematic originality of Pavlov’s story “Scimitar” from the point of view of reflecting the social and cultural realities of Russia of the first third of the XIX century. Material and methods. The author examines Pavlov’s novel “Scimitar” included in the first collection of prose “Three Stories”, which became a triumph in the social and literary life of Russia of the 1830s. The author uses biographical, historical, cultural and comparative methods of research. Results and discussion. In the story “Scimitar” the author creates a true picture of the social relations and mores of the Russian society of the first third of the XIX century: he presents the social hierarchy, a special attitude to the military men and service, and the dueling tradition. The dramatic circumstances in which the main character finds himself reflect the moral and social problem of injustice, army brutality, escalating during the reign of Nicholas I. At the beginning of the story, the main character, undertaking the first steps in life, is full of enthusiasm for the future romantic dreams, which the reality subsequently cruelly destroys. The motif of doom refers to the image of the scimitar. The “bad” omen coming from folk mythology becomes prophetic, while the mother’s gift symbolically results in the hero’s death. Conclusion. In the romantic novel “Scimitar”, Pavlov artistically describes social relations and cultural traditions of the Russia of the first half of the XIX century. The themes of corporal punishment and social injustice in the army, which were topical for the 1830s, are reflected in the realistic literature of the early twentieth century.

Arkadyev P.M., Gerasimov D.V. ON THE HOLISTIC QUANTIFICATION IN ADYGHE. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2012. Issue 1 (116). P. 22-27

The paper addresses morphosyntactic and semantic properties of a rather nontrivial construction used to encode holistic quantifi cation (“whole”) in Adyghe. We claim that the said construction has developed from adverbial clause with temporal meaning. Adyghe is notable for using morphosyntactic means to express the meaning that crosslinguistically strongly prefers lexical encoding, as well as for rather atypical and previously unattested diachronic path for development of universal quantifi ers.

Alimzhanov A.E. CIVIL SERVANTS’ PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AS A SUBJECT OF EMPIRICAL RESEARCH. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 8 (197). P. 185-190

The article examines the problem of preserving physical activity of civil servants, on which the efficiency of their professional activity largely depends. It is shown that understanding of physical activity as an external qualifying requirement for the employee, realization that the level of physical activity has influence on other professionally important qualities of a public servant’s personality, stipulates the necessity of the empiric research for perfection of maintenance of continuous professional education of employees of government service. The essence of the concept “physical activity” and the structure of physical activity are exposed in totality of the intellectual, operational and motivational components, which serve as the basis for determination of the criteria for estimation of level of physical activity development of civil servant. The analysis of the results of using a set of methods for diagnosing of physical activity of civil servants is presented: methods of estimation of physical activity (А. G. Gоrbunov), methods of research of sport activity motivation (А. Ts. Puni), methods of self-assessment of interest in regular engaging in physical culture (Е. А. Кrivova), Must-test “Determination of vital values of personality” (P. N. Ivanov, Е. F. Yumov I.B., Yumova T. . Technology of flowed learning: advantages, disadvantages and creating ideal conditions for introduction in the educational process. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2024. Issue 5 (235). P. 90-98

Questions regarding the integration of “flipped learning” technology in the academic process, which allow students to acquire and understand new material outside of the classroom and apply it in academic discussions, debates, and projects, draw particular attention from researchers and staff in educational facilities. The application of this technique invokes the student’s creative potential and capability, leading to improved learning outcomes and student activity, however its successful application requires certain approaches and resources. The purpose of the study is to determine the essence of “flipped learning”; to study its existing advantages and disadvantages; to evaluate the effectiveness of the assimilation process of the studied material by students as a result of the introduction of this technology. The resources for this study were the theoretical methods of comparative analysis and general content of scientific and pedagogical literature by domestic and foreign scientists working in similar research areas. The verification of the accuracy and validity of the constructed model, which indicated the effectiveness of the technology used, was carried out by the methods of observation, pedagogical experiment, modeling, regression and correlation analyses. The main characteristics of learning are described: the individualization of the educational process, the rational distribution of free time with productive independent work at one’s own pace, and the unlimited use of electronic educational resources. Despite the identified imperfections and certain potential problems for teachers and students, the technology has many advantages, and discussions by authors of the scientific and pedagogical literature on the topic of study made it possible to carry out our own research to identify the advantages and disadvantages when introduced into the educational process. The effectiveness of the degree of material assimilation when using this technology was tested by us at the Institute of Mathematics and Computer Science of Buryat State University and at the Ulan-Bator branch of the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics. In the course of the study, tests trials were carried out to measure residual knowledge and students were surveyed to assess the quality of the proposed technology. As an experiment to determine the effectiveness of the methodology, the authors prepared and posted presentations on one of the basic topics of mathematical analysis in the digital educational sphere of universities. To achieve maximum efficiency in the use of this method, it is necessary to take into account the individual needs and abilities of each student and to create a suitable environment for independent work, providing necessary technical support. The results of the study demonstrated that ad the results of the application of “flipped learning”, students were motivated to improve the quality of gained knowledge, and were incentivized to learn on their own, and the level of their self-organization increased as well.

Skripko Z.A. The Use of Idea of Enlarging Didactic Units as a Factor of Systematization of Natural-Science Knowledge. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2003. Issue 2 (34). P. 15-19

The article describes the results of the didactic method «Increase of didactics units» (UDE). This method can be wide¬ly used in different areas of pedagogics and individual tech¬niques. The author has used the ideas of UDE in construct¬ing and teaching of the integrated course «Natural sciences» in 10 classes of a humanitarian profile. One of the primary goals of the given approach is the development of system type of intellection. According to the main states of the UDE theory the studied material should be given in large units, since integrated knowledge is more systematic and clear, than separate elements. Therefore all contents of the course of natural sciences for 10-th class were divided into three large units representing integrated groups of the related units of the subject contents. Except the enlargement of didactic meth¬ods of teaching, the extended exercises that accustom pupils to the active methods of learning are also used. These exer¬cises must take into account specific features of psyche and different types of mind. In studying process of the integrated course of natural sciences the schemes, characters, refer¬ence signals, visual means are used. Thus, whenever possi¬ble, all code systems of the person's psychology - verbal, visual, sign, acoustic can be used. The similar approach in¬creases systematic character of knowledge that gives an impulse to their further development and extention.
