| 5755 | In this paper ab initio HONDO calculations of SnCI4, SbCI5 and TiCI4 with H2S complexes have been per¬formed. All 35CI-NQR frequencies for above-men¬tioned nv-complexes are obtained by ab initio calcula¬tions. It was shown that ab initio calculations might be useful for the appropriate interpretation of experimen¬tal NQR frequencies. The optimized geometry of the complexes has been used to calculate the quadruple coupling constants, the ionization potentials, the MO composition and the orbit¬al energies for each of the compounds investigated. Our calculations have been pointed out that TiCI4, SnCI4 and SbCI5 complexes are somewhat stabilized. The most stable complex is SbCI5 that is in a good agreement with the experimental data. The stability of the complexes depends both on the stabilization of the occupied donor molecular levels and the vacant ac¬ceptor and donor levels. | 1759 | |||||

| 5767 | The article explains the use of the net present value for the evaluation of the effectiveness of forest management strategies for specific sites. In Russian practice, this indicator is mainly used for the evaluation of investment projects, but in forestry developed countries such as Finland and Canada for several decades now this index is used to evaluate the effectiveness of management of forest areas and planning for logging and reforestation on them. This is due to the fact that in the forestry sector, as well as in investment projects a great role is played by the factor of time, i. e. flows of revenues and expenses can be considerably spaced apart in time. This means that the use of indicators such as net income, profit, profitability, etc. do not allow to obtain complete information and give distorted results, as the time factor is not taken into account. Using an integrated model of economic evaluation in the context of strategies may also lead to an increase in the volume of selective logging, because their benefits can be assessed more clearly. | 5769 | The difficulties, which first-year students of secondary specialized schools meet at the initial stage of education, can decrease their educational motivation. So, it is necessary to carry out pedagogical work to help the students to overcome current difficulties and to prepare them to face the challenges of the next stage of education. The objective of this pedagogical work is to create favorable conditions for the gradual transition from the typical for the majority of the first-year students indifferent attitude to the future profession and predominance of motivation to avoid failure to the correct vision of the future professional activities and positive attitude to the education in the secondary specialized school. The achievement of this objective is provided by the performance of the following pedagogical tasks: creating conditions for gaining experience of successful learning activity; assistance in adaptation to the environment of a new educational institution; teambuilding; formation of the correct vision of the future professional activities; development of independent learning skills. | 5770 | When highlighting the concept of “personal activity” as an indicator of professional mobility, which is interpreted as readiness and adaptability to work under changing conditions based on the development of new forms and types of actions, the article describes a conventionally reflexive system of teaching methods of a modern teacher, which guarantees the formation of a teacher’s skills independently compose and evaluate teaching methods in a changing digital educational environment. The features of the proposed system of teaching methods are highlighted using a paradigm approach, taking into account the study of the status of the “teaching method” as a learning goal in the “Modern” educational paradigm. This status of the method in the context of teacher training allows us to indicate two classes of methods: methods of teaching and methods of organizing educational and cognitive activity. The essence of the specification of the methods of each class in the system of teacher training is determined by the property of autologicality (that is, the need to describe oneself). For the considered property, four main signs (characteristics) of manifestation have been established: the presence of an autological goal, fixing cause-and-effect relationships for using the method in a specific methodological system, studying cause-and-effect relationships for using the method when transforming the model of a specific methodological system, formulating a value judgment about the appropriateness of applying method in a certain methodological system or pedagogical situation. Endowing the property of autologicality with the selected characteristics of the content and procedural essence determines the link between knowledge and methods of activity, which is key for professional pedagogical education, allowing to activate professional (functional) literacy, qualitative characteristics of the personality, as well as the positive psychophysical mood of students. These competency components are included in the profile of “ability to understand and act”, considered as the basis of professional mobility. Achieving the didactic completeness of the presented conventional-reflexive system of teaching methods is determined by the formation of the teacher’s ability to independently compose teaching methods and methods for organizing educational and cognitive activities in a digital educational environment. As a means of forming this skill, a “learning-cognitive expert system” is proposed, which contains software support – a generator for disaggregating teaching methods and an expert block filled with methods of conventional role-playing reflection. Within the framework of using the proposed system, the formation of a selected skill can be carried out in three stages. In the paradigm terminology, the “educational-cognitive expert system” is, in fact, an element of the “value setting” of a particular “Modern” paradigm. The metaphysical part of this paradigm is given by the digital educational environment. | 5775 | The author studies the issue of complex word generation based on an integrative speech-thinking model of word production. The model reveals processes of words production on onomasiological, cognitive and word-forming level. The paper presents the results of studying complex words on the material of Novosibirsk city ergonyms with attributive semantics. Ergonyms, being the most actively enriched category of onyms for the recent decades, reflect general trends occurring in the language: use of different structure components in the composition of a complex word; various possibilities of language game: lexical, stylistic and graphic features of neologisms formation. The most significant trend of modern word derivation is agglutinative or analytical nature of compounding process. Special analytical components of a compound word are clipped stems, root affixes, nouns, adjectives, numerals, graphical signs or abbreviations; which can be grouped in different sequences in the compound word. The position of the component expressing the attributive semantics can be initial or final, with the predominance of the initial, that expresses the semantic model “defining component-determined component”. The integrative speech-thinking model of word-production as the basic research method of word production assumes the description of representation structures of different types of knowledge at several levels (onomasiological, cognitive, nominative and derivation) and the choice of corresponding speech forms. When generating a new word the choice of the most essential information occurs at the stage of signifying the predicative form and is realized in the equivalent conventional or non-conventional models of word-production. The option based on an average arithmetic assessment of knowledge of studied disciplines is considered. Sources of the errors arising at such expert assessment are studied. It is shown that the size of an error can be reduced if to use probabilistic approach. It is based on the introduction of functions – mathematical expectation estimation. The mathematical technology of processing of indicators of progress is offered. It is noted that the main problem there is a choice of an expert assessment. An example of objective calculation of an assessment is reviewed. The conclusion that the number of indicators of progress should not exceed three-four is drawn, otherwise errors of measurements increase more, than for 50 %. The problem of choice of indicators for assessment of level of training of the student is formulated. It is shown that the main priorities for the employer are his professional competences, and common cultural pale into insignificance. The conclusion can be drawn on quality of education, later some period after the beginning of work of the graduate of educational institution.
