| 6102 | The article examines the influence of the city newspaper’s discourse on the system of the evaluative means having the specificity determined by the memorial and local historical function of the regional edition. Semantic and stylistic analysis of the materials of the newspaper “Kuznetskiy rabochiy” (Novokuznetsk) linked to the local historical dominant “F. M. Dostoevsky in Kuznetsk” shows that the meliorative contexts prevail. Due to the semantic and stylistic analysis of the evaluative contexts participating in the representation of the examined local historical dominant, it is possible to identify two connected components of the value content: the Kuznetsk events in the writer’s life as the cultural heritage of the city and F. M. Dostoevsky’s contribution to the culture. The first component is more concretized, while the second component, which is the base of the first one from the logical point of view, is presented by the repeated periphrases and appendices characterizing F. M. Dostoevsky as an artist in the general meliorative (normative) aspect. The materials not linked to the local historical dominant “F. M. Dostoevsky in Kuznetsk” present the great writer’s contribution to the Russian and world culture in a more multidimensional way. The memorial and local historical function of the regional edition determines, primarily, the ethical evaluation actualization; however, it interacts with other types of the evaluation as well – teleological, normative, and aesthetic ones. During the realization of such topics as the importance of F. M. Dostoevsky’s stay for Kuznetsk, the preservation of the memory of this stay, the value of the contact with the spiritual space of the memory, the emotional and expressive means are constantly used in the evaluative contexts. The emotional and expressive intensity of the contexts increases together with the role of the ethical evaluation. In the examined newspaper materials, the topic of the preservation of cultural memory is the central one among the topics representing the hyper-topic of Dostoevsky’s stay in Kuznetsk as the cultural heritage of the city. Particularly, it is presented not only by the meliorative pole but also by the pejorative one actualizing the topic of cultural oblivion. Pejorative contexts are not isolated; they are used in correlation with the meliorative ones, which, due to such means as contrast, increases the pragmatic effect. Prevailing of the meliorative contexts in the representation of the local historical dominant “F. M. Dostoevsky in Kuznetsk” confirms the sustainable ideals of the regional community and the stable range of the materially embodied values discussed in the city newspaper. | 6103 | The purpose of the paper is to consider the key trends of the society transformation into a digital environment and the current conditions that the contemporary reality dictates. The contemporary environment determines the organizational changes within a modern university by searching for new mechanisms and methods for educational process managing when teaching a foreign language to non-linguistic students with an enhanced professional component that can promote forming a new infrastructure and consequently a new language environment via professional interpersonal communication. The research ambition is to explore the conditions for the formation and development of a new infrastructure within a multicultural educational environment; how this educational environment responds to newly emerging challenges and what makes us rethink the paradigm of the existing educational language environment in the university. Therefore, it follows that the concept of creating a new favorable intercultural educational environment is important for modern universities, particularly in a multilingual and multicultural university environment. The main task for finding mechanisms to manage the process of teaching a foreign language in a modern university is their subsequent transformation and, as a result, the formation and development of a new special language environment, which can be formed under specially created conditions in order to increase the efficiency, reliability and quality of professional education. Moreover, the formation of a language environment within the university context in the process of teaching a professional foreign language to non-linguistic students on a new basis allows us to change the logic of learning processes. It makes us to move to new forms of learning, including online learning, based on the introduction of digital technologies, taking into account personal and professional development and interdisciplinary features. In the paper, the authors propose to consider the conditions for the development of a favorable educational environment within the concept of “Big University”, where the key element is the linguodidactic urban environment with active language practice. There is an assumption that the digital transformation, taking place in education as part of a change in the philosophy of foreign language teaching will somehow increase the professional component of students, including their skills and abilities, due to accessibility with the help of the use of professional interpersonal communication within a foreign language urban environment. The paper provides a number of examples of successful projects that encourage attracting both domestic experts, including the current faculty, and foreign professors as well as students of bachelor’s, master’s, and postgraduate degrees. | 6108 | There is a speculation on the relationship of communicative competence of foster parents and socialization of children in substitute (foster) families. Comparative analysis of indicators of communicative competence of foster parents and socialization of children of preschool age allowed to determine their direct relationship. Identified in foster family high level of communication in different spheres (life, cognition, social world, inner world of a child) corresponds to the high level of socialization of preschool children enrolled in a family. The results of diagnosis of foster parents, demonstrating the restriction of communication on the topics of social orientation or the lack of it on any of the scales correspond to the results of characterizing the low level of formation of the structural components of socialization of children. | 6115 | Introduction. The high speed of technological progress requires changes in the traditional model of education towards a model that addresses the challenges of the prologue digital era of the university community transformation. Within the traditional model of education, graduates become labor recruitment outsiders when they enter the labor market due to the existing divide between the real economy and the innovation market. This is largely due to the fact that the existing paradigm of perceiving the educator as a “talking head”, whose main role is to transfer explicit knowledge to students, is becoming flawed in the 21st century. The main added value in the formation of a qualified professional falls on the real economy enterprises. An educator that does not produce new scientific knowledge and is out of touch with the ongoing technological revolution in the real economy becomes a natural barrier to the formation of a qualified professional. The innate digital literacy of Generation Z and their descendants will seamlessly change the educational architecture of the university of the future, transferring the teaching of general Bachelor and Master’s degree courses into the digital educational environment and replacing the traditional teacher with artificial intelligence. Results and discussion. Within the framework of this article, the authors propose a model of the University 4.0 Version 2, focused on shifting the emphasis of interaction between all participants of the educational process towards intra-university formation of a Unique Professional, who is trained by a Researcher – an innovator acting as a frontier of advanced technologies. Within the framework of the declared model, the university becomes the center of the space for introduction of innovations and regional development, a system of new business generation, new markets and high-tech jobs. Conclusion. The departure announced today from the “bachelor–master’s degree” level of education and the “2+2+2”, is of a debatable nature and will undoubtedly be stretched over time. At the same time, the model proposed by the authors can be shifted to a specialty, when a basic specialist is formed in the first three courses, and a unique one is formed in the senior ones. | 6119 | The paper reviews preverbs of Eastern Khanty dialects. The main focus of the discussion is to summarize and to make a classification of these units of speech. The analysis is carried out from the functional semantic point of view. Preverbs are adverbial, usually lative, particles that modify spatial characteristic of the verbs they are used with. Usually preverbs go before the verb and are connected with it morphologically and syntactically. Seldom, a negative particle, direct object or an auxiliary particle may occur between them. Preverbs are believed to be a separate part of speech because from the point of view of phonetics they do not form a single word with a verb that follows. Preverbs may be classified according to the following points: 1) source meaning; 2) functional and semantic characteristics; 3) ability to carry out a perfectivation function; 4) a type of verb. | 6120 | The subject of study is the problem of forming skills of well-supported argumentation in the process of mastering German scientific discourse for advanced foreign language students. Being confident in the knowledge of norms and rules of written and oral communication behaviour appears to be a necessary basis for efficient integration of students into the world scientific community. In the opinion of both researchers and students, the phenomenon of Argumentation, which is the main element of the scientific style of communication, causes particular difficulties. Following the logic of the chosen focus, the following authentic German educational publications are analysed: 1) „Mittelpunkt neu C1. Deutsch als Fremdsprache für Fortgeschrittene“; 2) „Wissenschaftsdeutsch. Argumentationsstrukturen – Sprachhandlungen – Ausdruck von Emotionen“; 3) „Klipp und Klar: Übungsgrammatik für die Mittelstufe B2/C1“. The analysis reveals their methodological potential, the strong and weak sides of the methodological approaches. In the first two textbooks, there are signs of a certain superficiality and fragmentation in the presentation of the material. The educational publication „Klipp und Klar: Übungsgrammatik für die Mittelstufe B2/C1“ however is different from the first two as it presents a holistic view of the ways of structuring a reasoned statement in German, taking into account elements of all levels. Practical recommendations on the development of the argumentative competence on the productive and receptive levels of language proficiency are formulated. The problem of teaching written or oral well-supported argumentation within the framework of scientific discourse requires further study, especially in the context of mastering communication learning strategies for students at an advanced level of learning a foreign language in a situation of p rofessionally-oriented scientific dialogue. | 6150 | The article deals with the plant names motivated by their habitat. The study relies on regional and common names that belong to Russian and German traditional nomenclatures of plants and derive from animal names by a metonymic transfer. The author reveals common and particular bases of such transfer. First of all, the transfer may take place in both Russian and German if habitat of a plant concurs with habitat of an animal. Such correlation implies seven coincident habitats. Five of them are common in Russian and German. They are 1) woods, 2) fields and meadows, 3) waters, 4) marshes and 5) shadow places. The one habitat specific in Russian is steppe; the one specific in German is rocks and mountains. The other common bases of metonymic transfer are ‘habitat of a plant concurs with shelter of an animal, and concurs with a place animal usually prefers to stay or visit. To the specific German bases belong the following two: habitat of a plant concurs with pasture of an animal; and habitat of a plant concurs with a place for animal to breed. Another aim of the article is to show how important the ethnocultural background is for plants’ nomination. Common symbolism in Russian and German ethnocultures have such animals and birds like wolf, bear, deer, hare, snake, frog, toad, duck, swan and crane. That is the reason plants with similar habitat have similar names in both languages. Different ethnocultural meaning have elk, woodpecker, raven, crow and magpie (in Russian); as well as chamois, fox, cuckoo, stork, swine, cow, sheep and goat (in German).
