The issues of historical development of musical education in Tomsk since the midst to the end of the nineteenth century are disclosed in the article. The main focus is made on the analysis of their rote of clerical and secular educational institutions. Some of the data are published for the first time. On the basis of studying published and archive materials the conclusion is made on the significant input of Tomsk elementary and secondary educational establishments into developing musical culture in the city.

Pozdeeva S.I. The Role of the Pedagogue’s Position in Changing of the Content of Education // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2005. Issue 2 (46). P. 18-21

The article represents the theoretical analysis of role of a pedagogical position of influence in the content of changing of the education. The author analyzes a traditional view at the teacher’s position like a generator of knowledge to pupils, which is in fact an antiauthoritarian position and it is revealed in join interactivity of child and adult. The modern educational situation demands reconsiderations of this state of things and to hold another position as an adviser, tutor, helper, observer. All this positions are linked with so called “mediation” as special type of pedagogical activity, which is being described by the author.

Potanina O.S., Filchenko A.Y. Postpositions in Eastern Khanty // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2007. Issue 4 (67). P. 63-70

The paper aims to investigate the domain of spatial relators in Eastern Khanty and the notions they serve to express. The domain of basic topological relations is represented by a class of postpositions which are more or less equivalent to prepositions in English. In the present paper we would like to approach the analysis of postpositions in Eastern Khanty within the modern grammaticization theory framework. Thus, the analysis is performed from a perspective of the evolution of postpositions out of earlier lexical forms. This involves etymology and explanation of changes in language through semantic and cognitive accounts of words.

The article is dedicated to the analysis of Absolute Participal Constructions in Gothic and Old English in which the Present Participle in -nd is used. The basis of the Gothic Absolute Participal Construction is Germanic by origin. The Absolute Participal Constructions are found in the ancient Scandinavian literuture too. In the article the one of varieties of norms that are in semantics of language units reflected is investigated in the aspect of modes of expression and conditions of manifestation in verb meanings. The increase in the number of disabled children requires from specialists new methods, technologies and means of correction at the current stage of development of education. The article discusses the possibilities of the genre of the musical training of future teachers for working in conditions of inclusion. The search for alternative forms of training of future specialists determines the relevance of the article. The presented method of the interactive musical was considered from different positions within the framework of the realization of the formation of the inclusive competences of the students of the pedagogical faculty. The experience of staging a musical on the basis of higher educational institutions as a form of practice-oriented training of future professionals working with children with disabilities (HIA), and implementation of interactive musical institutions as a gradual and complementary work demonstrates positive results. The first stage is devoted to the formation of a new pedagogical consciousness, underlying the adoption of different children and their development, a tolerant acceptance of children with various pathologies. The second stage is directly devoted to the study of new techniques that allow to create independently for a child the conditions for inclusion in the educational process, taking into account his characteristics and needs. The authors also propose to use it in working with children with disabilities. These areas are recommended as nontraditional forms of work with students of higher educational institutions.

Potanina O.S. Relativization Strategies in Eastern Khanty. // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2006. Issue 4 (55). P. 152-156

The paper outlines the relativization strategies employed by Eastern Khanty, an endangered underdescribed Finno-Ugric language spoken in Western Siberia. The notion of subordination employed here is confined mainly to morphosyntactic criteria such as clausal embedding and the use of non-finite verb-forms. The approach involves a synchronic analysis of structural patterns and functional-semantic features of relative clauses in the general functional theoretical framework. These syntactic constructions are also considered diachronically revealing the paratactic character of the Khanty complex sentences. The analysis is based on the Khanty narrative corpus, reference-grammars and dictionaries. The paper includes the analysis of morphosyntactic structures coding relative relations and other cases having different morphosyntactic manifestations, but the same underlying cognitive structure.

Lebedev A.N. Neuronal constants in Psychology // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2007. Issue 10 (73). P. 5-16

New ideas on wave neuronal processes and only two neuronal constants, H. Berger’s and M.N. Livanov’s ones, which were included into a dozen of simple algebraic equations, permit us to explain interrelationship of many known quantitative regularities in psychology. New equations, which were derived deductively from neurophysiological data, permit to explain quantitatively a lot of psychological phenomena in a broad range of conditions, particularly, the speed of gain of information and the dependence of short-term memory span on the alphabet span of stimuli. Besides it was shown in experiments with hundreds of subjects that individual parameters of electroencephalogram permit to compute individual peculiarities of human behavior, in partial to compute MMPI psychological profiles as well as to esteem intellectual abilities of human being. The predictors were electroencephalographic parameters like amplitudes and frequencies of EEG waves as well as coefficients of correlation between activities at different brain areas in resting state of subject

Didenko N.A. INFLUENCE OF INDEPENDENT ACTIVITY OF STUDENTS ON FORMATION OF THE DETAIL-SPECIALIZED COMPETENCE // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2009. Issue 7 (85). P. 102-105

In the article on the basis of the analysis of Russian scientific literature on aspects competence the approach in education, the author suggests definitions in detail-specialized competence which formation will allow increasing quality of education of university graduates. It is offered to inspect in detail-specialized competence on the basis of the qualifying characteristics generated by the labour market. The independent activity of students is analyzed during training and its influence on formation in detail-specialized competence. Flight research of independent activity of students of the correspondence form of training with the help of the developed questionnaire is carried out. It is revealed, that independent activity of students during training is characterized by non-uniform distribution, with its gradual increase by the end of term of training. The received data are analyzed and it will be applied for the further research.

Shorokhova I.I. DEVELOPMENT OF MATERIAL AND TECHNICAL BASE OF PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICE OF TYUMEN REGION IN THE PERIOD OF INTENSIVE OIL AND GAS DEVELOPMENT (1964–1991) // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 2 (155). P. 50-61

In the Soviet period centralized economy and the concentration in the hands of the state of the enormous resources allowed to realise expensive Tyumen oil and gas complex. An important element of the complex was the social policy of its enterprises and organizations, one of the areas which has been the development of health care. This article discusses the steps of the logistical establishment and financing of the health care system, developing a network of health care institutions in the Tyumen region under the conditions of the oil and gas industry. Based on the principles of historicism and objectivity the author applied historical and comparative chronological methods. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the dynamics of the material-technical base of health care system in the Tyumen region in connection with the implementation of social programs in the 1964–1991 years. The Government's policy on oil and gas development of the Tyumen region was conducted successfully, but significantly lagged behind the development of infrastructure. Financing of health and medical science did not provide their development at the present level. It does not exceed 3–4 % оf GDP and a residual principle.

The article is the result of the theoretical and experimental research of the concept content of “personal adaptation” and “the psychological means of personal adaptation”. The development of agricultural industry cannot be successful without solution of issues for providing this branch with qualified personnel. A rural school undoubtedly can and should become one of the potential resource for renewal of the labor-power for this branch of industry. Such a school should introduce a new organizational system of education for pupils and adults in agricultural profiles. This system should inherit all good conceptions of routine education, and the main focus should be made on the principle of integration. The meaning of the notion “integration” is defined more precisely in the the article, and theoretical foundations of integration of general and professional education, as well as forms and ways of its realization in rural areas are being revealed.

In this article the author treats the dialogue as pedagogical principle which adequately reflects the communicative content of education, its tolerant nature and humane potential as the condition for formation of communicative & competent personality of a pupil. The author defines his abilities in the organization of the educational process on the basis of the approach of understanding. This approach supposes the use of the philosophical language, philosophical argumentation and work with senses. This work is realized in special pedagogical activity – sense activity and does not represent static infusion, which is achieved by means of learning this task or material by heart, but is achieved by means of live, moving and changing process. The means of achievement this task are vocabulary, style and logics of pedagogical communication.

In terms of short-term mode of administration used nootropics general trends identified changes in the activity peptidyl-dipeptidazy A: the highest activity was observed in the pituitary gland at 72 hours after injection рhenotropil and the striatum 4 hours after injection of piracetam and noopept. Marker-tion measurable activity of the enzyme studied in rats after a single dose pre-nootropic preparations in the dynamics of observation can serve as one of the key biochemical characterized-tics possible neurochemical mechanism of action.

The mathematical phenomenon includes the mathematical concept, the system of axioms, theorem, method, algorithm, etc. The purpose of this research is determination of all the options of perception to the mathematical phenomenon relevant for the education system and identifying some of the learning features for each of these options. A set of three postulates is chosen (the postulate on the priority result of educational and mathematical activity, the postulate of the didactic relevance of the components of activity, the postulate of the priority component of educational and mathematical activity). It is shown that if these postulates are implemented from the didactic point of view, then only two variants of the relation to mathematical phenomena are applicable: 1) the mathematical phenomenon as the subject of activity (in particular, as information to be memorized); 2) mathematical phenomenon as a tool of activity. The study of the mathematical phenomenon always begins in a situation when this phenomenon acts as an object of activity. However, to form a view of this phenomenon, the teacher must create conditions, the learning environment in which the learner naturally desires to consider this phenomenon as an instrument of activity. The examples of reflection of these variants of relationship in theory and practice of teaching mathematics are given. It is pointed out that for the students to take a mathematical phenomenon as a versatile phenomenon associated with other mathematical and non-mathematical phenomena, it is necessary that both variants of the relation to the mathematical phenomenon should be represented in the educational process.

In the paper various interpretations and functioning of the pedagogical concepts competence and competency are considered. The article deals with creolized texts consisting of verbal and nonverbal (paragraphemic) elements. With a change of the scientific paradigm studying of a language with its links with other semiotic systems, including non-verbal code becomes very topical. The main method of creolization of a text is to combine a verbal means and an image into a coherent whole linguo-visual formation. A fashion catalogue is a typical creolized text created by the model of: a verbal text is equal to an image. That means that it is primarily created as a creolized text where the verbal and the visual components are specially selected for their interaction. A photographic image for fashion catalogue clients (readers) has a greater degree of significance, than a verbal (written) text. Here colour plays a special role, its psychological language creates a mood, evokes emotions and has symbolic meanings.

The article deals with the analysis of effectiveness of innovative forms used in the modern system of education and upbringing. It considers the problem of using the information technologies, one of which is the virtual museum, in the process of military education. Patriotic upbringing is defined as one of the priority directions of the teaching process development at the military educational establishments. Consequently, the contents of the patriotism concept have been revealed. Museum pedagogy, which combines new forms of cognitive, communicative activity and patriotic upbringing, provides almost unlimited potential of educational influence on human mind. The opportunities of the virtual museum are regarded as an effective way of expanding the range of upbringing methods and may widely be used as a way of patriot upbringing of future naval officers in the cadet colleges. The paper is aimed at the analysis of the technical peculiarities of creating displays and contents of virtual museums and advantages of using them in teaching, for example, foreign languages or history. Some basic propositions on the point of arranging the virtual display and main stages of modelling the virtual excursion in a foreign language are discussed as well. It is concluded that such educational technologies as virtual museum, are regarded as the progressive ones and should be used as an essential teaching element.

In this article «A Writer's Dairy» is analyzed as the unique example of representation of F. M. Dostoevsky's existential experience. The events of author's private life, comprehension of vast layers of human being experience and its social, psychological features acquire universal character and become the part of an extra personal whole. The content of «A Writer's Dairy» by Dostoevsky is focused on the basic concept «victim», which enables the victimological discourse of the text. The legitimacy of victimological discourse distinguishing is confirmed by the analysis of genre features (synthesis of dairy, confessionary and publicistic principles, «genre of public confession», «publicistic cycle»), macrostructure of the text (dividing on chapters, use of insert texts), aspect consideration each chapter unity (thematic, referential, eventual, timely).
